My niece could have painted my nails better. They are very kind people but this is a terrible paint job. Thank god this was only $50 or I would have been so angry.

Jennifer did an excellent job on my nails the first time I went, even though I had to wait about 40 minutes for her. The second time I went, I made ann appointment to avoid that bit from the first experience. 5 oclock appt. I was there at 4:57. She told me to sit down at table 3. I sat for 20 minutes before they brought the acetone to soak in. Then between her and some younger guy, they went back and forth between me and two other customers. Idk if the other customers had appointments or not, but I did and I didnt appreciate not having a nail technician available for my scheduled appointment. By 545 the acrylic still wasnt off my nails. At 555, I picked up the scissors, cut off the excess and left cause Id waited an hour and still had not received a simple nail removal. Let alone the service Id come for. Nail salons, your customers have things to do BESIDES sitting in your chair. Respect my time like I respected yours.

Love this place, super clean and professional although you have to wait awhile when busy, which is totally understandable. This amazing woman named Jasmine did my birthday nails and she freaking killed it. Will be coming back soon :)))

The owners were very appreciative of me using their services and very good at performing them. Ive lived in Charlotte for 17 years and pro nails has been the only place were ive been able to receive Brooklyn, NY quality work.Please note: Husband and Wife are the owners and both do amazing work. Wife did my nails and hands down shes the best in Charlotte when it comes to a nail salon. Theyre currently under staff and working on hiring more staff so expect to wait but i promise youll leave very happy.

I went in to get some acrylics thinking I was gonna spend 45-60 but ended up paying $78 for nails is that are pretty basic they make up there own prices when it comes to certain stuff and claim there hooking you up it was $5 for French tip $5 for the length mind you it’s very short amd $5 for almond shape I have 4 nails with stickers on that which totaled to another around $18 but he he said $60 at the table and the guy he’s old he complete cut up my cuticles soo bad and it’s basically like he didn’t care and kept drilling them over and over and the shape on some of them still aren’t that good overall I won’t be coming here again

This was my first time experiencing this nail salon today. The service was great. Nice atmosphere. Excellent COVID precautions.My pedicure was great. The tech was pleasant and attentive. My nails were done by Jennifer. They came out beautiful.I will be a repeat customer.

Pro Nails establishment is very professional, clean, excellent service, sanitized after use.The staff is kind, understanding and polite.The quality of service is great. I have been serviced there seven times, I am extremely satisfied so far.

My daughter and I came to get pedicures, we were told the wait would be around 15 min. Im the mean time I asked them to soak off my nails. He said ok. He started helping another woman with her nails and said I was rushing him. Its now been past 15 mins we were originally given. My daughter is sitting there bored so I ask her you wanna leave? & she said yes. The guy is all in my conversation and right away tells me to go wash my hands and pay. Never did I tell him I was leaving. I still wanted to get our pedicures. Absolutely horrible service. I dont recommend.

John did a great job on my pedicure! The staff there was very welcoming considering the fact that this was a last minute decision. They did not rush us at all, instead, they took their time pampering us. We appreciated their hospitality very much.

Just …NO ! The first time I got my nails done here was in July 2020 and the acrylic was laid on way too thick. I went in less than a week ago and my nails look horrible. The top coat is spotty and my nails are lifting . Don’t waste your time or money

Everytime I come here, they treat me like family. The owner is super nice and very accommodating. Most times Im in rush so they do my nails and feet at the same time which is a plus.

First stop in to my visit in Charlotte. Water is cold, nail tech is not fully competent in pedi service. Annoyed already. Glad this is a one and done. Two stars bc location was helpful.

The owner “Lee” is very unprofessional how he handles the clients that come into the salon, tell them one time an it’s something totally different an still waiting he is very rude talk about the clients uses profane language, charges what he wants, flirtatious with clients . Has an high turnover rate and nevertheless how he speaks to his employees and not to mention I’ve over heard him talking about the girls (African American young women )to his other employees . I will not support or go back to this location

First thing first, I just move down here couples weeks ago and I was looking for a nail recommendation a friend of mine introduced me to Pro Nail. And I went to get y nails done on Saturday and I love it the atmosphere was great and they had Great customer services. The manager and staffs are very friendly and nice, they always jolly. The place was packed and busy but they didn’t rushed on they customers they take they time to make sure that you walked out happy. They took good care of me and other customers in they as well when they dislike something and they did it with a big smile on they face. They priced us very reasonable. For those whom had a bad day or you love saying negative and untrue things and give bad reviews on the places that serves you with all of they heart and want your services for free, one day karma will come back to you. Put yourself in they shoe and you will understand if your life is miserable please don’t make other people life miserable. my opinion don’t let the negatives reviews make you missed the awesome services that the business have, not just this place only but other businesses too. You should give everybody a chances. If you don’t like it just don’t come back. Nobody is perfect in this world. Got will rewards those whom do good deeds. I have never wrote a long reviews before but some of the reviews I read and the observations I had at the salon at that time just triggered my angers. Oh by the way they all did good works in here but I love the way Jennifer did my nails and I love the way that Athena did my pedicure oh boy how I love her deep tissue massages.

I highly suggest Jennifer for all your pedicure needs & Linda for your manicure services! Both are very nice, professional & gentle. My feet feel sooo soft & the massage was well needed. My nails look amazing. I didn’t want them cut down, she filed them just right. This is definitely my new spot

Got a mani and a pedi here. My mani was gel nails that came peeled off the same day, the polish got all over my expensive bags and the owners refused to apologize and take responsibility. My toe nail polish also was ruined the same day I wouldn’t get any services from here. There’s so many nail shops around, why spend your money where you won’t get good service?

WARNING!!!!!WARNING!!!! Don’t ever go this nail salon. My mom went here to get her fill ins and gel polish recently and I think the lady sat at station #3 did her nails, and now her fingers is infected really bad. She went to the emergency room and the doctor told us that if she didnt went right away it could have got worsened. She bumped into one of the employee that worked over there while eating breakfast and ask her if she can have the owner personal number. The lady was nice, she said let me called them and get they permission. She called like 7x but the owner didn’t pick up 1 ring and it went straight to voicemail every times she called. And she’s really nice and sweet person s he kept on apologizing for what happened to my nails and for the owner also. Worse scenario ever. Guess that’s they lost they will be hearing it from my lawyer and state board. Wish I can load the pictures for everyone can see but I don’t know how. I’m not going to waste my times going back and forth .

I love this place. They are so nice and clean. I notice they use new utensils for each customer which is important!!! One thing I notice about Jennifer she is extremely detailed about how she does your nails. Definitely check out Pro Nails they are awesome ♥️

The worst pedicure ever. Don’t go to the old lady name Linda. I wanted just a regular pedicure but she did a deluxe pedicure without asking me. And In top of that she rushed, my cuticle wasnt cleans the bottom of my feet is still rough. And she didn’t even sanitized her tools. She washed and reused it on. Never coming back to this place again. If you do don’t let her do your pedicures.

Awesome customer service! They have a wide selection of colors! Vicky’s my tech and she always does a great job is super friendly and makes sure you get EXACTLY what you want/ask for. I just got a full set of glow in the dark nails, she has everything you could possibly want. 10/10 recommend!!

Do not get your pedicure done by the old lady name Linda She is horrible. She finished my pedicure in 15 minutes and I paid $36. It’s a waste of money and on top of that she didn’t polished good. There’s a big gap on top of my cuticles and I can still see dead skins. Shape was uneven. Will never go back here again.

I absolutely love my nails! This is my third time coming here to Pro Nails @University Boardwalk. The spa is very clean and the customer service is great. My nail tech takes her time and creates beautiful hand painted designs. I highly recommend going here.

I just came here today I will not be back. The man at station #1 was very unprofessional. My nails are crooked and uneven I do not recommend. Also the older lady they at are pedi station #1 right hand side didnt even complete my pedicure all they my toes aren’t even filed I paid for incomplete services 58$ in all.

My Birthday Weekend... At first I was going to go to another Nail Bar in the area.. however, they did not accept walk ins only appointment only- too bad for them..so I stumbled across Pro Nail by Boardwalk Billy’s.. LET ME TELL YOU: WOW!!!! Just Amazing!! The Service was Amazing... The Place is extremely clean and sanitized.. the Customer Service was Excellent and their Work was so Gorgeous- I had compliments the minute I I walked out. Not only my Mani/Pedi look Pretty.. they added a little jewelry touch to my toes. The Mom And Son duo was Wonderful- Mom did my Mani/Pedi.. the Son decorated my toes with the jewelry.. GORGEOUS 🥰🥰 They also offer Facials and Amazing Eyebrow work! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AND I’m now a Regular! Thank You so Much for making me feel extra pretty for my Birthday!!!!! Came here a few days ago and got my pedi and mani done. The lady that did my services sat station #3. I got a deluxe pedi she didn’t even put the foot mask all around my legs just the top part only. She didn’t even scrub my feet all the way, she just did the heels only and it’s not even smooth. I had a lot of callus and my feet is rough that’s is the reason why I get the deluxe for extra callus remover. But I didn’t get that extra treatment . On top of that she didn’t even massages. She put the hot towels on and started to beat my legs. My cuticles wasn’t clean my polish wasn’t smooth. And I got gel on my nails and the polished on 6 of my fingers started to chip the next day. The worst experience ever. I’ll never recommend this salon or this lady to anyone. I’ll take my services and money elsewhere. She’s the lady that talked very soft and have a high accent.

I usually dont do reviews, but I think this one is needed. I went in to get my nails done last sunday, and by Monday one lifted and fell off by Wednesday. They repaired the nail for free, now today is Saturday and two nails more nails have fallen off and 4 more are lifting. The man who originally was doing my nails kept drilling my cuticle, as long as the service was my nails should still be intacted. This is my first time at this salon and my go to people preform way better service at a lower price. I paid 60$ for these to fall off the next week, I will be going back to my 40$ Tammy.
