I have frequented polished at multiple occasions numerous times over the years. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve had with them. It was busy when we got there, and I don’t mind waiting. We were told 35 minutes but after that time there were still 4 people who had been waiting longer than us. When we finally got service I received the quickest “pedicure” I’ve ever received in my life. It was barely 15 minutes at best probably closer to 10. My friends took maybe 5 minutes more and every one around us who had begun before us was still receiving their service. I was given one coat of polish and a sorry attempt at the rest of the pedicure. It was around the time they close but we had been there an hour at that point so it wasn’t like we were inconsiderate and came in as they were closing. While I have always felt other places were a better value I continued going here fairly often as it’s the most convenient. I will rethink in the future.

The times I’ve been there service is terrible and not sanitary. Pictures very deceiving . I will not be back They always tell you no wait and I waited in soaking water bowl for 1 hour last time. You would think for South Park and the price it would be more professional, upbeat and cleaner. Staff doesn’t talk at all not happy environment ant time I’ve been there .The pedi chairs don’t look clean at all, no plastic liners in pedi bowls, no social distancing at all no plexi glass beside either side of pedi chairs, no bottle water only water from sink or nasty looking fountain drink area and cheap old wine . the hostess is rude and couldn’t care less and honestly should be fired . Wish I could say something nice but unfortunately I can’t .

Came in to Salon for a new set of dip powder nails. The lady that works the front desk, was not the friendly. She ended up doing my nails and I had a simple design I wanted on top of my dip nails with tips. She acted like it was such a inconvenience to do my nails, and that what I was asking for with different colors was too much. She didn’t even clean under the nails there is dry gunk from the dip powder and tips. The edges of the nails weren’t filed down correctly, basically a terrible job and very lazy if you ask me. Don’t waste your money on this place they could careless

I go there all the time and they always say they are too busy and won’t let me make an appointment or hold my name. I have been a loyal customer for two years and now that they have gotten more popular, they don’t seem to remember me or hold my place for a service. I am sorry. I don’t have 30 min to sit around waiting for a manicure.

I came in for a gel pedi, acrylic soak off + a manicure. First off let me say the pedicure was $50 and they charged me $35 for my nails. My pedicure was literally just them putting my feet in hot water. No products were used other than lotion. Yep, you read that correctly. I paid $50 for hot water and lotion even though their website clearly says even the basic pedicure comes with a sea salt soak amongst other things.. Never again. The pedicure bowl had no plastic covering and it looked like the tools they used hadn’t been cleaned. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to friends/family.

Just less than mediocre. Probably waited long than the time it took to do my pedicure. Barely any cuticle trimming or foot buffing. Wasn’t relaxing whatsoever. No sugar scrub cmon?? I wasn’t even given options for what kind of pedicure- pretty sure the receptionist did my feet. Left immediately home and essentially did a redo for buffing my own feet/sugar scrub. Definitely would not come back-the Huntersville locations was better.

DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this location! I’m a woman of color and I was just racially profiled. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30PM and decided to get a pedicure while I waited when I was approached by whomever runs the front desk and was told that I did not have an appointment. I told her that I had spoken with someone on the phone earlier this morning and she said that I was lying because the phone was out until 1PM this afternoon. After showing her my call log where I spoke with them on the phone this morning, she proceeds to say that I had no appointment only to approach me again confirming that I DID. When she told my tech that I would wait for her to finish up the appointment before me, she (JENNY) blatantly expressed that she didn’t want to take me! Not to mention that their pedicure bowls are NOT clean in the middle of a pandemic! Again, do not spend your money at this location just take your business to the Polished on Park Rd.

I went in on Friday for a 3 p.m. appt. They sat me in a chair and it was 3:45 before anyone got to me to start my pedicure. Water had gone cold and everything. I was never told they were running behind or short staffed and I had somewhere else to be reason why I called and scheduled an appt ahead of time.

I went in for an SNS manicure with tips/design & a pedicure a week ago.I could tell the tech who did my manicure was rushing, & it seemed as though I was inconvincing her for asking her to please file my nails evenly in the shape I requested & that I had asked for a design.The design was a simple multi-colored lines on each finger.She did not wipe the brush to apply the design & was going to leave me with the wrong color on one of my nails, & acted as if I was inconvining her when I asked her to please go over my nail again with the correct color that I chose.Then within a week one of my nails broke halfway off & I actually bled quite a bit when removing the remaining portion of the broken nail.This is unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid & the fact that I was charged extra for a design that was almost done incorrectly had I not said anything.The only up side to this place is the salon coordinator who is fantastic. After being in contact with the salon, I was told they would fix the broken nail free of charge & she did an excellent job.However, I do not wish to return due to the amount of rushed manicures & lack of customer services from a few techs in my past experiences.

The two stars are for the decor! Horrible experience. $80 for acrylic gel fill and horrible pedicure. My nails looks horrible and I felt like I was being rushed out. Not relaxing at all. I showed the “manager” my nails and she agreed they weren’t good then said she couldn’t refund them but could offer a gift card, no thank you.

Switching to SouthPark Polished is the best decision ever. I met Lucy out to dinner, she invited me to change salons. I took her advice. Jenny did my SnS and im so thrilled! I feel like shes done my nails forever♡ and extremely efficient pace. So happy.

Dirty. Especially during a pandemic. It was packed and the plexiglass was filthy along with chairs,etc. I was uncomfortable so got up and left.

I only go to this nail salon. They’re so attentive, their customer service is SPECTACULAR and they really make you feel at home

I went in to get a fill on some thick ugly almond shaped nails. Lisa TRANSFORMED my nails from 🤮 to 😍. These are by far the prettiest nails i have EVER gotten. and their prices were great too! i will be recommending Polished Nail Bar to anyone and everyone.

They take appointments but dont honor the times. Waited well over 30 for a pedicure appointment. Salon looks dirty and crowded.

Although the service is very good, the quality of nails are not! I it seemed like when she was painting them it was rushed. I went in a few hours ago and they are already chipping and peeling. The polish also got all over my skin around my nails.

I have been to this location several times. I now am a regular with my favorite tech. All have been good but this one is fabulous. Works with me on figuring out colors and my nails always look spectacular. There are closer shops to where I live but this store is well worth the drive!

I travel fro Steele creek to come here. They always do a great job with my nails they are cautiois when grinding down your nails so it isnt more than it needs to be. I have gone to other place and my nails will just shread because of how much they damaged them in process. Even though gel manicures are $35, I will always come back here my nails last longer and overall makes my hands healthier. I have my favorites but EVERYONE has done an amazing job in manis or pedis. This place got me and my friend seated for our service incredibly fast and then the Nail Tech that I got was incredible! He did my nails quickly, but listened to everything that I wanted and made my nails look fantastic. They also feel really strong and sturdy, so Im not afraid that theyre going break at all. Ill definitely be coming back!!

I came to Polished on a Saturday afternoon. Luckily they were able to do my nails right away. That was the positive part of my experience. After that, the service was AWFUL. The lady barely made eye contact with me, felt like I was inconveniencing her, and rushed me out in under 10 minutes for a manicure. She was so rude, and even mentioned she has asked me if I wanted to go shorter earlier, when I asked her if she could go a little shorter on my nails. BAD BAD BAD experience. If you like good customer service, stay away!

The 1 star is for the service I received today. I have been to this location 3 times and had no problems until my last visit on Nov.2nd. For some reason my nails started to come up and I lost one. I explained it to the young lad and she asked me for my name. After searching, she said she had no record of my cc. I told her maybe I paid cash .anyway bottom line, she could nothing for me except fix the 2 nails. I ended up getting a sns manicure, no choice and the tech Kim, I think was so RUDE. I felt like a big inconvenience because god forbid I wanted my nails fixed. She barely spoke and when she did, she was surly as hell. I know this will probably not make a difference but I will not be back and you lost a customer because of your lack of customer service and the way I was treated.

Got a pedicure there today. We go all the time to other places that are great. First off the chairs were nasty with hair and goo all over it and the sink. Behind the chairs looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Second my pedicure and hers we got nail trim, skin shaved off our feet and lotion rubbed on. All done. No time at all was spent on digging into the toes getting it clean. No time was spent on the multiple steps and hot towel i get at other places.Dont be fooled from the flashy seats. This establishment is just straight up disappointing.

I go to this place every other week for the past 3 years and Im never disappointed. I call ahead to get my favorite tech. But even if he isnt there I know I will be taken care of. They even take time to reneger who I am when I come in. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. I LOVE POLISHED!!

Ive been going to Polished for nearly 3 years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else, even when I moved away from South Park. They are quick, do an excellent job, and are reasonably priced! Ive never once had an issue with a manicure or pedicure Ive gotten from this Polished.

Horrible service! Gel nails were finished in under 5 minutes. They chipped on multiple nails two days after, not to mention the lack of customer service. I paid $40 to have my nails done expecting my gel to last at least two weeks. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I get my nails done about every 2 weeks with Vicky. I have lived in Charlotte for 10 years and she is the only person I have been to multiple times. I have FINALLY found my nail lady. She is nice, takes her time, and always does an excellent job. I call ahead to book my appointments because she has other loyal customers as well.

I actually REALLY like this place! It is the only nail salon I go to, even with my boyfriend. Its clean, the staff if so nice and they do give drinks..every time. I just keep going back!

Love the convenience of getting my nails done here. Have been coming for more than a year and the team is always so polite and efficient!Especially love the beverages offered from mimosas to wine to water.

Awful service and experience. After a long day I was expecting to relax and unwind a little but that was wishful thinking. My massage chair did not work, the water jets for pedicure also were not working. The guy (Michael) doing my pedicure was fully aware of this but did nothing but joke about. The last straw... When I got home I realized some of my toes were not polished all the way and it was not quality polish. I could have done a better job on my toes. I will never go back here or recommend anyone to this place.

Ive had bad experiences at other Polished bars, but I love this one! Lena has done my nails and eyebrows for maybe a little over a year now and I love her. I dont get any more than a simple polish change manicure and occasional pedicure but she never makes me feel rushed or anything. Shes friendly and does a great job on my eyebrows too!! Would be lost without her :)

I’ve been getting pedicures for over 30 years and I got a pedicure Saturday at this location of polished and it was absolutely the worst pedicure ive ever had. The entire process took maybe 10 minutes. There was no massage and when my nails were painted they did not use a topcoat and I’m pretty sure there was not a base coat so The polish is already coming off. I think it was just one coat of polish. My massage chair was broken and I told them and they didn’t really care. They just kind of shrugged like there was nothing they could do. Also the bathroom was filthy.

I come here with my fiance. They do a pretty good job. Kim is my favorite.

Having previously gone to a different Polished location, I thought this experience would have been better. I got a mani/pedi and when I walked in and told the lady what I wanted, she sent me to a chair without letting me choose which type- I would have spent more money on the service I wanted, but they gave me the basic treatment. The mani/pedi itself was fine but not what I was looking for. The technician was also fine as he didnt talk to me and just did the job, which is what I prefer.However, when I was sitting at the counter letting my nails dry and my technician had already left, a group of three employees and another customer were gossiping about a previous customer they had. They were making fun of her for not knowing the difference between gel, acrylic, and so on. They were laughing and saying they thought it was so ridiculous that she kept asking them to explain what the differences were. They even suggested that she had some sort of social or learning disability. I found this to be entirely unacceptable and completely inappropriate. I would never want to give my business to people who think this type of behavior is okay or represents good customer service. Absolutely horrible.

Not a very professional nail salon. The woman who did my nails was preoccupied with watching a mother arguing with her young daughter than doing my nails and made it obvious. Thought it would be a good salon and I feel like for such a high class area, you should expect more than a dirty salon. She ran through my get manicure quickly. It did last a long time but I just feel like the people there are not friendly and the place isnt very clean. The poor reviews here are true. Wont be back.

Rude. Rude. Rude. DIRTY!!!! I got a manicure and at the end when I asked if I could please have the fans to dry my nails the lady told me that only customers who purchased a gel manicure were able to get the fans. She told me to sit there and wait fifteen minutes for my nails to dry naturally. I will NEVER go to this location again. Myers Park location is the BEST! I have been to all of the Polished locations and Myers Park is managed the best, the cleanest with the best staff.

Came with my best friend for my birthday. She told the manager who quickly acknowledged her about it. She was serviced first. She received an actual foot and leg massage. The woman who did mine, punched my legs rather than massaging them. I could barely walk when I got up.

This is a very popular place but it is not worth the hype. It is a factory of workers, mediocre service, unclean facilities and no personal attention. I went last Friday for a mani and pedi. The pedicure chairs are so close together it is difficult to get in and out with ease. The chair was filthy and the nail tech was terrible. He did not a show my feet any love. I could do a better job myself. I also was ignored. No one offered me a drink when I walked in. The helper and older man offered the people to the left and right of me a drink more than once but not one person offered me anything. I can only jump to conclusions. My manicure was great however. Maritza was great. She did eventually offer me a drink. She needs to find a new salon to work In because this place is not where you need to be to grow. I will not be back.

The service is poor-while my husband likes to come with me because they give him beer- its not worth the hype. The staff is unwelcoming, My last gel manicure from them was rushed - leaving wet polish under the dry top coat. 5 days after both thumbs peeled. They re- applied gel polish and the same thing happened again the next day.Matrix Nail is so much better!

Misa (I’m sorry if I spelt that wrong) was amazing!!! A fire alarm went off during my appointment and she was filing my nails outside. Seriously couldn’t ask for better service. I will absolutely be back I think I’ve found my permanent nail lady finally! If you go in ask for her she is so nice and really does a great job! So happy with my experience and the customer service!

So disappointed and will not be coming back here. I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. I was told to pick my color and sit down at one of the pedicure stations. Someone didn’t even come over to fill up the water until I had been sitting there for 10 minutes.... I waited another 15 and still no one had even come over to start doing my toes. I wasn’t even warned there would be a wait. Totally unprofessional place & clearly understaffed. I finally got up and left and it didn’t seem to matter.

I love this location!!! They get me in and out quickly. I am always running errands and carpool it is so convenient for me. I highly recommend if you are a busy mom like me.

Waiting for 30 mins and never got a pedicure. I did enjoy a free Diet Coke and chair massage but I think the woman at the front desk forgot about me and put others ahead of me. I prefer smaller places where Im not forgotten.

You ask for a manicure and get a polish change. They dont listen and try to give a quick service so they can move on. Work to fast and dont cover entire nail without being asked to. Feels like you are in a sweat shop.

Really low quality nail salon, with plenty of attitude. not friendly, welcoming or helpful. I had my polish chip within a week and returned for a fix they were unwilling to accommodate. I promise, you can do much better than this place so move on to the next one.

UPDATE: came today for a fill in and repair. I believe I saw Vicky (that was the name on the fan) and she was friendly, did a great job and I will come back.

Worst manicure Ive ever received!!! My real nails looked better before I went. Its like a nailfactory. Move people in and out as quickly as possible. The gentlemen doing my nails was rolling his eyes behind my back, while I was talking to a friend. Oh, and this store is absolutely filthy!!!............................for a nail salon. Glad my manicure was only $15.00.

This is a fun place to have a mani pedi. But the quality of the work can vary greatly among manicurists. Some of the folks are really good, others not so much. I’m not one who enjoys making an appt so I end up getting pot luck with a stylist and rarely complain. This week my manicurist told me the polish I brought to the salon didn’t need a base coat. Totally incorrect. Then she switched out my polish for another I’d inquired about. I didn’t realize I had the wrong one until I arrived home. (I hope this was an accident). She also told me the charge, but my bank account reflects $20 less. Guess that’s good since I had to buy new polish. My point is just know going in it can b a gamble.

I love other polished locations and my first visit to this location was a disaster where I sat in the chair for almost 45 minutes after what they originally said wound be 15. I haven’t been back there in almost a year, but again, found myself in Southpark area so I thought I would try again. Again, 10-15 minuted promised wait time. At 25 minutes and not even asked if I would like water, I left with a half hearted “sorry” when I expressed my frustration. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Likely the worst pedicure I have received, CUT MY TOES! I was home from school and went in with my mom for a fun afternoon. I have been before and have had quite good pedis, not sure what was up the lady just watched TV the whole time, needless to say they lost a long time customer.

Been going here for years! I love this place! Staff is nice. They serve drinks. They even put up with my two-year-old one time LOL I dont suggest you bring your little kids to the nail salon though hahaha. Definitely the best nail place in Charlotte. Decent pricing as well! Ive never made an appointment and Ive never waited.

Not a good experience at all, would not Recommend or go to again. The nail techs did NOT greet or welcome us into the salon. We had an appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes. We were not offered any beverages. The service was okay. As we left the salon, the nail techs didnt say goodbye or thank us for our service or even look our way. Bad service, not a good experience.

Wow Ive never felt so unwelcome in a place in my life! Apathetic is the word that comes to me when I looked around at all the staff. NOBODY seemed to want to be there other than the patrons. I stood there and no one said anything when someone finally approached Im like great I get the nastiest one, she looked at me like what do you want? I actually almost said nvm and was going to leave but it was Saturday morning and I needed my nails done. I got a little lucky when she called over someone else to do my nails...wait no I didnt. This lady was snoody better than angry looking I thought until after about 10 min of silence she said You look very tired...wow, I didnt look tired at all. I slept for hours and was quite fresh looking and how did she come to this conclusion when she barley looked at me in the first place?Not to mention I was just complemented on my glowing skin by someone right before walking in. At this point I was angry at myself for staying. I wanted to have a nice relaxed time pampering myself instead I pay for cold, offensive experience. I see other people have had this type of experience. You all really need to get it together. I will NEVER set foot in there again. There is a location at Myers park I am willing to try because they have the highest rating but if thats bad or I see anyone from this location THIS time I will turn and leave!

Told me my fill in and pedicure was $58 but when I looked on my bank statement they charged me $78 and then tried to say that they may have told me wrong? Not to mention my acrylic fill is the worst Ive ever seen and pedicures are extremely rushed. Will not be returning back and if youre smart you will stay away. Not sure what I even paid for.

I visited the location for the first time on yesterday. The service was superb, if you were a regular customer. Upon arrival as I walked in I was asked what services I wanted and then directed to pick out my colors. Afterwards I was told what seat to go to. My technician came over asked if I want anything to drink after receiving my glass of wine it was no conservation after that. I requested a mani/pedi combo and my nails look great. As for my feet it looks like I had this polish on for weeks, it is still skin on my nail bed and the polish has separated and bubbled. After reading the reviews and hearing stories from my friends, I should have went to another location. I believe in giving businesses a chance but the lack of customer service for non-regulars and the way my pedicure looks I will not be returning to this location.

This place is very hit or miss and I think I have had my last “miss”. I will start with the ambiance ... very nice, clean and trendy. They even offer you a drink during your service. I love that part and I love this place I’m just tired of my nails messing up.For starters they only have one little island of colors in use to choosing from walls of colors . But I’m not too picky so I looked past the lack of colors.Next I get SNS nails . The first and second time I was like “yesssss my nails look great they are lasting !” The second time I had bumps and grooves in my nails. I left for Florida the next day so I didn’t have time to ask to repair.Now this time ... I got a great pedi, love the color ! But my sns nails 😭 they have little air bubbles in a few of my nails. Granted I’m sure they would fix if I asked but there’s two things.1. I’m so busy during the week once I sit down it’s fime for bed.2. I’ve heard them joke about people who’ve made complaints. I didn’t want to become known as the customer who complains ... so I came back after the last time my nails didn’t look so hot...Honestly they make enough money for my review to not even matter . I just want a nail place that gets it right every time. I don’t have the time or desire to come back in for repairs. I guess it’s on to the next location. Respond if there is a place you would recommend. Thanks

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had in any nail salon. It was a very rushed job. My pedicure lasted all of 7 minutes, the polish was chipped and isnt covering my nails. I could go on and on but you get the point. Bad service, worst pedicure and a very dissatisfied customer!! I will never come back!

The service here was not great at all. They were not very friendly and easy to talk to you and they did a very bad job of of filing my nails. My nail chipped on the sides as soon as I left and the lady got nail polish all over my skin. Not worth it at all.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The girl doing my nails texted on her phone with one hand the entire time while doing the manicure. She never spoke to me unless it was to complain how bad her neck hurt from leaning over doing my nails. When I left I decided to tip her anyways because I always feel awful not tipping... She snatched it from me and walked off... No thank you or bye. AWFUL SERVICE.

It was kind of funny experience. Dont know why people even go there. This place has no system. Seems to be a very poor management. None of the girls had a smile on their face. Felt like they are pushed to work. They do not greet you even by saying Hi. I got their Deluxe spa pedi. It was done in a rush after i waited for 35 mins sitting on the pedicure chair. nail polish never dried off after 5 hours. Then i realized she did not apply the top coat. But even without a top coat the polish should get dry. Probably old or expired product. After spending 40+dollars and a punishment of waiting it to be dry, i had to eventually remove it at home and apply my own nail polish. Could only laugh at this.

Love this place. Always a great experience.

Waited 35 minutes just for the nail tech to come talk to me, my toes have been in the water for half an hour and thats not very fun.... the nail tech asked me twice if i was surei wanted gel on my toes and asked me why after the second time i told her i did.....i told her i already had gel on my toes... she replied wow great, just greatSuper attitude nail tech also questioned my choice of color...is this a joke? Waiting for ashton kutcher to come out and tell me i have been punked.She started to speak asian now....so my bf and i are speaking spanish and she thinks is about her hahaHow do you like it now?First time here, will NEVER BE BACK!

Horrible service dont ever go there again waited more than 30 minutes. Came in for a pedi cure they pretty much cut my nails took of my polish and charged me $25 for that no massage or anything. Worst experience ever. Dont let the area fool you

I went to the new location in Ballantyne after walking by yesterday and seeing it was opening soon. I will admit what drew me into the salon was the modern decor. There is plenty of space in the salon and everything is brand new; I spent much of my time just looking around at how gorgeous the salon was!I walked in and found that a regular mani/pedi was $35, which I believe is extremely reasonable. I sat down for the pedicure and had a wonderful manicurist named Mila. She was extremely personable and did a wonderful job on my nails! I am not used to having my manicurist be so friendly and excited to be at work so this was a pleasant surprise. My nails look perfect and the massage time was great as well. They offer you a free glass of wine or beer upon arrival. While the manicure and pedicure were quick, they were done very well.I will definitely be returning to the Polished salon in Ballantyne. The prices, service, and manicure/pedicure were all excellent!

I came to polished under the recommendation of my hairstylist for my wedding, when I arrived the place was in under chaos. The employees who were seemingly running around like chickens with their heads cut off didnt even acknowledge us (My mother, my grandmother and maid of honor) until my father got someones attention. I was immediately unimpressed with the lack of organization while they tried to force me into a pedicure chair. (I have a broken toe and didnt want anyone touching my toe) After I told them I just wanted a full set, they sent me to the nail polish rack, which was dirty and dusty with a swarm of women around it. I told them I wanted french tip and they practically shood me away and told me to get a nail polish and sit down at the counter while the rest of my party was sat in chairs on the opposite side of the place. I was ignored for about 30 minutes, not one employee acknowledged me and I was about to walk out when a man finally arrived telling me he was on his lunch break. I would have been fine with that, had someone told me and I had been prepared to wait. I would have probably waited in some of the more comfortable chairs or I dont know, with MY FAMILY the DAY before my wedding. The work station to say the least was dirty, and as someone who has been to a few nail salons and I have never seen a dustier place. He began to do my nails roughly, and honestly faster then I could insure real quality. At this time my sister (and maid of honor) had been sent to the counter, they placed her at a seat far away from mine even though there were plenty beside me. I asked that she be moved closer to be so we could do what you do at a nail salon the day before your wedding, talk and relax. Not only did he made the skin around my nails bleed but he didnt do a very good job with the top coat but I figured I would fix that later since I wanted out of there as fast as possible. My nails seemed to be fine enough, they looked pretty natural and not too thick. (Which is often a problem with acrylics) I decided to dismiss all of this as a bad day, and go on and enjoy the last day before my wedding.The following Monday I woke up and say that one of my acrylics had pretty much broken off. Im not very harsh with my nails, I type and it was my thumb nail that doesnt even come in contact with my keyboard. I was a bit perturbed to say the least, and noticed a few of my other nails were starting to crack already as well. After only 3 days! Acrylics usually last at least a week, 2 at best before you need a fill in. I would never return here or recommend this to a friend. This place is literally the fast food joint of nail salons, with awful service, awful work and dirty work stations. I didnt experience any of the things said about alcohol or anything like that. Not one time were any of us even offered a glass of water, let along a glass of wine! I dont normally cause a fuss but I think I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they will at least fix my nails or better yet, give me a free soak off!Dont go here, save yourself the extra money even those awful places in the malls are better!

Not my favorite nail experience. Once the manicure process starts, its very rushed. And for some reason the gel polish drying system felt like it was burning my fingertips (which has never happened before) - which my manicurist found funny. A decent price though, so you get what you pay for.
