This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had in my LIFE! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stop by here before getting our day started. They were professional, courteous and provided great service! The salon was extremely clean . It was definitely worth the 2hour drive! I’ll definitely be back ! It was worth every dollar spent !!! We feel amazing !

I had such a great experience this morning getting my nails done for a wedding I have coming up. Tammy and Lynn were so thoughtful and took such good care of me. I showed pictures of what I wanted and told them I was going to a wedding and they made sure to give really good suggestions and you can tell they are really passionate about their work and they really love what they do. So nice and she really cared about my experience. They even took this photo shoot for me cause I loved my nails so much. Thank you Tammy and Lynn for taking care of me. Can’t wait to be back soon!

This is an amazing experience. It’s so relaxing, from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. Everyone is so welcoming, and kind. They truly want you to be comfortable.I had the stone pedicure and it is worth the time and the price. My legs feel invigorated, even after working 12 hours last night in emergency medicine.My nails are exquisite. With other salons, they are usually very bulky, but here, they are more natural looking in form and they are just phenomenal.Highly recommend, appointments encouraged, but walk ins welcome. I was a walk-in, but most of the other people around me had appointments.Although everyone was wonderful and welcoming, Tammy and Kay were my estheticians.

This was my first time at Elegant Nails and I had a wonderful experience! The premium deluxe pedicure is very reasonably priced considering all that is included! The sugar scrub, long foot rub, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, mud mask and hot towel wrap were incredible. A few of my toes got smudged once I got home after my pedicure, so I went back in 2 days later and they redid both feet, not just the few nails that got smudged. Kay was the one to fix my nails and she was so nice about it!! :) I would highly recommend Elegant Nails!

Lynn, Kevin, and Julie were oh so attentive and sweet. The services were extremely professional. You can tell theyve been in business for 20+ years. Ill have to bring my sister here next time. Mom and I will be back too.

My mom and I received two wonderful pedicures today. Kay and Ann are amazing! The foot and leg massage alone will put you into a stupor! I cannot recommend this established more, and as someone who has nail technicians in the family. They are amazing! They take their time and make sure you are as happy as you can be. If youre on the fence, dont think just go!

My first and last time here. People were super nice. But my manicure took all of 15 min. After a 20-30 min wait. The lady was super nice but she didnt cut my cuticles, rather ripped them off...pretty harsh. The shape isnt consistent. I did ask for basic. And I got less than basic. And I saw the lady who was doing my pedicure putting the used (from a previous customer) toe dividers in the box with new... And later using them on me 🤦‍♂️ I was busy talking to a friend and later I saw that she was putting them on my feet!!!! (After she was done with me she put them back the box with the new ones). All I wanted is to clean up a bit before my birthday... Attached are the pictures of my basic Mani and Pedi... I wouldnt be back. It was a waste of money in my opinion... My husband can probably even do better 🤣🤣🤣 came here because reviews were great. But Im probably used to a different quality.

Stopped into Elegant Nails because my normal salon was backed up. I am so glad that I did!! Tammy took excellent care of me! I got SNS with a fun twist on a French manicure. The shop was busy, but still quiet and relaxing. All of the employees were kind a focused on their customers. I am very picky about my nails, but surprisingly never had to give Tammy much direction on length, shape, or thickness of the SNS. It turned out beautifully: not too thick, not bumpy, no color all over my skin. I am very happy with my service and will return! Thanks Tammy!!

I have been to this salon twice and both times I have been super impressed and happy with my nails. There are hundreds of nail salons to choose from, but the ladies at this salon are so kind and attentive. They remembered me by name even though I had only been there once before and they knew almost every customer that walked in their door. Kay and Choan both took such great care of me and I love my nails!

Amazing business! I drive an hour just to get my nails done here and they do a wonderful job. Came in with thick long nails from somewhere else and Tammy was able to shave them down and shape them properly. She did an amazing job with the design and cuticle cut.Update: went back for a pedicure (which I normally hate) and they made it so enjoyable! Love the color and shape. I haven’t been in a few weeks and everyone was excited to see me and asked how I was doing. I love the friendly atmosphere :)

Love this salon! They were so welcoming. They encouraged me to come and stay although it was almost closing time on a Friday night. So kind and generous of them. Everyone working there was so nice and had a way of making you feel comfortable and feel at home.Kay and Ann were were so awesome!! My friend and I checked out this salon last week because are normal salon was booked. Never again… Extremely disappointed.. first I had to request another stylist to do my pedicure. Then my sns nail cracked after less than one week which took longer than usual to finish. Don’t recommend this place at all.

The ladies here (specially Ann, Kay, and Julie) are very professional, super attentive, super kind, and overall made it a great experience! They are not only professional pedicurist, but they are also great “therapists”/listeners. They make great conversation and actually take their time to get to know the costumer.But now let’s talk about the work they do. I came in here with nasty soccer player feet (calluses, nasty nails, etc) and as you can see they made my feet look and feel like a baby’s feet.I 1,000,000% recommend them! Please check them out. They are a small family owned business. Please please come check them out and support them. I promise you won’t regret it. My girlfriend loved it and we wished we lived in the area to be able to come often or wished they opened one in Raleigh. Anyways, please give them a try so you can make your own opinion.P.S. Another perk is that they offer wine, soda, or water. What a better service than all of that. I went to this place yesterday for the first time, I had an amazing experience. I wanted a specific design and I was not expecting it to come out this good, Jodi did my nails and she was extremely patient with me, she listened to every single request I had and made sure that I was satisfied with the design, the shape of the nail, and everything in general! She was amazing!! The entire staff was also really sweet and nice overall! I’m extremely happy with how they came out and will come again when I come back to Charlotte.

I love coming here and highly recommend! I’m not someone who frequently gets my nails done and used to go to whatever nail salon was the closest, but it’s wedding season and I have been frequenting Elegant Nails. Despite being busy, I always feel like the team there takes time to talk to me, learn my name, offer a drink, and spend time getting my nails exactly right. I had the best experience yet yesterday when Kim took care of me- she was so sweet! I had a gel manicure on but my nails were brittle; Kim stayed late and took extra time doing powder/SNS; she truly went above and beyond, comparing nail by nail and smoothing them down until they were perfect. The cherry on top was spending time talking with Kim and Julie (who is absolutely amazing) and Kim showing photos of her new granddaughter.Thank you for another great experience! This team doesn’t rush you out and takes extra consideration with their guests. I can’t wait to be back.

I love love love love this place . I read the reviews and I’m from New York and I have been all over Charlotte for a nail tech. I FINALLY found Anne who did my nails perfectly. I didn’t like the shape, she fixed it. No complaints. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Lynn does the best pedis and Kim for my daughters. Julie the manager out rhinestones for free. They were so niiice and they weren’t fake nice. They were genuinely nice. I looooove it here I’m coming back forever. I found my nail tech. Picky me found what I deserved !!

I have been to Elegant Nails a few times now. The first pedicure I went for about a month ago was AMAZING!! She took her time and I left with my feet looking and feeling so refreshed. The second time I went with my daughter to get our nails done. Mine came out fine. Hers on the other hand were not what she wanted. She asked for stiletto nails. She left with square. She told her nail tech twice she wanted stiletto shaped nails. Her nails were pretty, but you should get what you want, not what they want to give you. The resin for the 1 star was because when I went for a pedicure today, it was the worst one I have ever had in my life. They were BUSY, and I work in the service industry, so I am very understanding of that. I arrived at 3:25 and was told it would be an hour wait. I was fine with that. Went in my car and played on my phone for an hour. Went back inside and was seated in a chair. The guy put a liner in the bowl and put the same jet in there that was sitting in the bowl when I arrived. They usually go get a cleaned and sanitized one when I go. I sat there for another hour soaking my feet. When she got to me, I told her I had gel polish on my toes that needed to be removed. She left and went to another customer. The man working there came and put cotton on my toes, poured acetone on my feet and put sheets of foil on my toes. I know that’s protocol, but it wAs left for 20 minutes. When she came back I asked her to take it off because it was burning. On to the actual pedicure. She didn’t do all the steps of a pedicure. I received about a minute and a half of the scrub, that accounts for both feet and the massage was literally 2.5 minutes. She painted and sent me on my way. I paid the “discounted” $35 and tipped, but I left there feeling like I was just ripped off. I really am not one to complain and I understand that they were short staffed and VERY busy, but at some point they have to tell people they are booked. Would they not rather have people leave there happy than to accommodate people and give them bad services? I would have rather them told me to come back tomorrow than to tell me that they could provide services if I would have gotten an actual pedicure. I really want VERY disappointed today.

I am from out of town and found this salon on Google. It’s a very clean and upscale salon. The ambience is nice and the employees are very nice as well. They made sure I was okay and offered me something to drink. They ensured I was comfortable and they were quick as well. I would definitely go back.

Yesterday was my first time trying out Elegant nails. Like usual, I had no idea of what I was looking to get done but Kay and the rest of the employees took such good care of my friend and I and made sure we didn’t leave unless we were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is so calming and their Covid-19 precautions makes it feel safe to be out getting your nails done. I cannot emphasize how amazing this place is and I will definitely be coming here only now!

The ladies here are always so pleasant and accommodating. Kay always does a great job with my pedicure and Tammy does my full gel set. They also offer white or red wine in addition to bottled water. This is definitely my go to nail salon!

What a phenomenal experience we encountered from the time we checked to the time of departure. Awesome display of premium customer service. Great environment, super friendly staff, and very accommodating. They asked if I wanted something to the drink, and my response ended up being something they didn’t have in the refrigerator, so one of the ladies walked over to the nearby grocery to pick up the drink I requested….customer service at its BEST! She is so detail oriented and gives the best foot massage. She also remembers me and my particular quirks About how I like things and makes sure to let the other technicians know when they are doing my manicure. Everyone in this salon is friendly, welcoming and so appreciative of your business, I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else!

I’m really rough on my hands for work as a florist, but want to grow my nails out, so I went with the dip and Julia and Tammy did such a fantastic job for my mom and I! Ann did my hands. She did a really great job and was very professional and friendly. I can’t remember who did my toes unfortunately but she also did a very great job. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and the atmosphere was very inviting. They were busy but was very kind about getting me in that day ( I was a walk in). Who I think was the manager was a very kind man and constantly walked around checking on everyone and asking if anyone needed a drink. I’ll definitely becoming back!

Needed somewhere I could go outside of business hours that does a good job because I cant ever get away from meetings during the day. I went to another nearby salon who turned me away because they were too busy but Elegant Nails made room for me last minute with no problem at all. Julie did my nails and Lynn did my toes and I love them. They took their time to do a good job and were so incredibly sweet and kind to me and the other customers around me--I can see why they have been in business so long. Go visit them and you will not be dissapointed--I will definitely be making the longer drive from my house just to visit them again!

If anyone in Charlotte is looking for a nice, professional, and clean place to get manicures and pedicures during these crazy COVID times, they should go to Elegant Nails and Waxing off East Blvd. I have been coming to this salon for the past 15 years so I knew they were great but they have done a stellar job making sure the customers feel safe and pampered. Everything is constantly cleaned and sanitized, and the mask- wearing staff are careful to take care of you behind plastic partitions throughout the salon. It’s 2020 but it’s nice to know you can still get safely pampered and have beautiful nails!

This place is amazing! I just started going here & its 10/10. Customer service is great, great massages with pedicures! If you love to get pampered you should definitely come here! Kay & Joanne are so friendly! But everyone makes you feel very welcomed! Great family owned business, & Great atmosphere!
