Not even a week out and 2 nails pop off so I have to take them all off — what a waste of $32!!!!!!

My lashes where hard and falling off in less than a day... My nails came off within a week. Everyone was very nice but the work was not of good quality at all...

I have always had great experiences here! I used to go here over a decade ago and I returned just two weeks ago to have a gel polish change. I came because a place I went to the night before did a horrible job caring for my nails and the polish began peeling the NEXT DAY. I guess I took for granted the care they give at T- nails because my technician did everything she could to gently remove and reapply my polish. I paid the exact same amount as the place who roughed my nails up the day before (Nail Max- do not go there) and was given twice as much time and dedication. I waited to see how my nails would hold up before writing this review and I’m pleased to say my nails are still PERFECT after two weeks of working in an outdoor job that is very demanding on my hands. The only nail that chipped completely broke off down to the quick and that was the one nail that the tech at Nail Max electric filed down against my wishes so I was not surprised. Needless to say, I am going back today to have my nails redone here at T-nails and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Charlotte at this time!

These ladies are amazing!!! I went here after getting a bad SNS nails job from another place and I mean, my tech took her time was very pleasant, and did an great great great job on my nails. This is definitely my new nail shop. Highly recommended!!

This nail salon experience was by far the worst. Please save your time and money and avoid it all together. Their sanitation ethics are beyond horrific. I saw a nail tech drop an item and still used it on her client. Their prices are low because they are not investing in their business, ie supplies, nail polishes and led machines barely work. I will be informing the BBB.
