LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I came into Charlotte to visit a friend and we got a recommendation from another friend to go to Aloha Nails! When I first arrived I checked in and let them know about my appointment. My friend and I waited about 15 minutes (which was not bad at all considering they wanted to get two seats next to each other so we could be near each other and it was a little busy) and then I showed the nail tech my design and picked out my colors. My nail tech Holly was so talented and you could tell she was meticulous about my design. She took her time, which I greatly appreciated and the design looked amazing and exactly like the picture I showed her. I thought the price was very reasonable and reflective of the time and effort put into the service. The people at the front desk were also so nice and friendly when my friend and I were checking out. If I am in town again, I will definitely stop in again :)

3 stars only because I was the only one who had an horrible experience. The lady that was doing my nails didnt have a nail tag, nor introduced herself so I dont know who she was. The lady did an okay job on the nails, its not bad but rushed and painful. What was horrible was the way she treated me. Perhaps, it was because I looked like a kid today. But, she held my hands and moved my hands with such strength that my hands legit hurt and they are still hurting 10 min later. When she twisted my fingers the bones kept cracking in her hands from the strength. There was no conversation so I dont know how I upset her.. I did noticed when my mom was walked up to talk to me she loosed her grip but, as soon as my mom left it tightened again. Honestly, I am very shocked and upset. The other employees were respectful, it looks like I just got the bad apple of this bunch. My mom and sister had a great experience and loved their nails, that is why I wont put a lower rating.

I had a fantastic visit today! My nail tech listened to my requests and took her time perfecting my nails. I left with exactly what I wanted and very happy.

On Saturday after work I called in to see if they could take walk ins since I was right across the street and they made an appointment for me 20 minutes later. Im graduating Cosmetology on Monday and I’ve been wanting to treat myself to getting my nails done. I had an image of the nails I wanted and they were able to get me in with Dave and he did an amazing job! He was so incredibly detailed and the design came out like how I wanted. Such a great experience for my first time there!

The visit was the worse I have every had with a nail salon. The nail technician was very unprofessional and lacked customer service. She had a negative demeanor when she sat down to start the pedicure. I thought she was new because a lack of what she was doing. She eliminated steps of the pedicure.Also, argumentative when asked to correct a process. In addition, the check out process was not smooth. When I informed front desk, they asked what happen and explained however was going to continue to charge me full price until I said I would write a review. Beware, do not visit.

I went today and while everyone was nice I didn’t get what nail design I asked for. It was extremely overpriced for not being the best design, but the gel pedicure was good. I will say I didn’t complain in person & still left a tip even though I wasn’t happy because the nail tech was kind and I didn’t have time for a redo but the design itself wasn’t the best work. The price I was charged was $155 for both services which I was fine with although overpriced (I got a gel pedi +mani w/tips and a simple nail design).Below is what nail design + shape I asked for and the second picture is what my nails looked like. I probably should have asked for a redo or money back but I paid cash so I got a discount which made my total 140. I will more than likely need to go tomorrow and get them redone somewhere else.

The salon was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and my nails turned out great. I had a wonderful experience!These ladies went above and beyond! I took my engagement and wedding rings off for my manicure. When I got back in my car, I realized that they were not in my purse where I had put them. The staff scanned security footage, helped me search my purse, and even helped me search my car. Two girls in particular were on their hands and knees looking under my car seats and tearing my car apart looking! I am 7 months pregnant and there was no way I was getting under those seats to look! Thankfully, we found my rings wedged under the seat and they helped me to get them out (they even grabbed tweezers from inside the salon to reach the rings). They stayed nearly an hour after the salon closed to help me and truly were so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about this salon and the staff!!! Thank you!!!!

Kim did my first SNS powder manicure and she was an artist. She made it look so easy which it clearly is not. The salon was absolutely packed but I still never waited and was completely attended. Great visit!

Even though i did have to wait over 20 minutes after i had scheduled an appointment, it was all okay because my nails look AMAZING! This was my first time coming and Sunny did my nails and she went so fast and they don’t have a single blemish!

Place is fantastic, the only problem I had with it was there was a group of girls behind me talking to each other at the top of their lungs, but thats not on the business! my nails look dope tho

While you did squeeze me in today I did appreciate however, I tried since opening to call and cancel my original appointment and got no answer for an entire hour. Only then did I take it upon myself to drive to the establishment to cancel in person which I didn’t have to do due to the negligence of the establishment to answer the phone. When the appointment was initially booked a detail description of the services was noted because your receptionist asked me 1000 questions regarding the service and went as far to quote me the price over the phone. This issue was not the the money because I have the money to pay, however, it was the incompetence of providing quality customer service as I was disregarded and talked over by the female at the the checkout counter. I will continue to do my due diligence as a consumer to leave an honest review of the services experienced at this particular establishment. Not looking for anything further from you, but definitely will not be returning!

I’ve been here many times both before and after covid hit and every time had been amazing. They take cleanliness very seriously and I’ve always felt very safe and clean. Will be coming here many more times!

Very unprofessional business. I have been coming here since they opened. I walked in and checked in as usual. No one greeted me for 10 minutes. 2 people walked in after me and they were greeted. Nobody even made eye contact with me. I was not wearing my mask and had my vaccinated cards ready to show them. They of course took the 2 peopleThat walked in after me, then told me they were fully booked. This was not on a holiday or weekend. All because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I felt very unwanted and they made sure of that. They have officially lost my business. This is not the first time I have felt very unwanted at their store.

I loved this salon! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone was so nice and professional and did an incredible job! They were able to fit me in on the same day, too! I will definitely be going back. Cannot recommend enough!

The salon is beautiful, clean and the staff is kind and professional. They take COVID protocols very seriously and go the extra steps for health and safety of clients.The only thing I would say is the prices have increased pretty dramatically and upwelling is a bit uncomfortable. The other Aloha location is less expensive for same services.Lee was fantastic and I loved my extra minutes of leg massage that I was able to add on to my pedicure!

I have enjoyed coming to this location since they opened. It is bright and clean and everyone is courteous. I always see Ana (as I saw her before she came to Aloha) and she does a fantastic job. She is kind, respectful and detailed in everything she does. She takes her time and takes great care in the excellent work she does. She is a delightful person whom I love being around. My nails always look beautiful when she is finished. She not only cares for your nails, she cares for you as a person.

I called in around 1:00 today and was able to make an appointment for 4:30. I was really excited that I got in, and I was immediately taken to my chair! I dont think I have ever had such a fast appointment before. My nails look amazing!! I was out after maybe 45 minutes of being there. I will for sure be coming back!

I’d heard about this salon from a friend, made a last-minute pedicure appointment and arrived on time. Everyone there was very friendly and their COVID-19 protocol definitely made me feel safe. The color and brand selection of polish and choices of pedicure type were extensive - services all seemed fairly priced for our area. I plan to come again and will definitely share my experience with friends.....love leaving a great review for a deserving business.

They did not handle ingrown toenail well and made me BLEED multiple times. When I let her know she was hurting me she just shook her head and kept going and doing the exact same thing. Even though it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received and I bled most of the pedicure, they only gave me 20% off a $45 pedicure. I got a gel manicure and honestlyI could have painted my nails and got the same results. Cuticles weren’t cleaned up enough I have a large space not painted at the bottom of many nails. Very expensive for the quality.

Ana did such a great job, I will only ever get my nails done here. I’ve gotten SNS on my nails and regular polish on my toes and it lasts for weeks! I went to another nail salon in between visits and was reminded why I love this place so much, it is a little bit more expensive but worth the money. The people are very honest and will tell you if your getting a service like cuticle trim/pedicure that you just don’t need! Excellent customer service, long lasting results, honesty, and very talented at what they do! Will not go anywhere else. They have won me over! If you want to make sure you get someone really good ask for Ana! Super friendly and fun!

I am very disappointed and upset with the service at this nail salon. I have been coming here since they opened and every time I come they get worse and worse. I had the worst manicure done here the other day, I came home with uneven nails along with not having my cuticles cleaned up even though I paid for a manicure expecting all of that to be taken care of. I had to fix it all when I got home. Along with the uneven nails I was treated very poorly by staff because I wanted to change the color they put on my nails. I had chosen a color that I was not told would be transparent which also looked nothing like they sample they presented. After I had asked to change the color since I was unhappy the nail tech began to have attitude and proceeded to do a very sloppy job on my nails, I was then told next time they would charge me for changing the color which I find ridiculous and just poor customer service considering the nail sample they provided did not match the actual color. The nail tech hurt my nails multiple times with the drill and was rushing to get them done. On top of that the pricing here is absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money at all considering how rude they are and how terrible of a job they did. After coming here for so long I will not be coming back.

Aloha is hands down the best nail salon! I recently moved out of the area and now live in the SP area and have tried at least 5 different salons since moving and they don’t do the quality job that Aloha does! It’s worth the 15 minute drive for me! Phung does my SNS and pedicures but if you can’t get appointment with her they are all awesome!

This is by far the best nail salon in the south-Charlotte area. The staff is incredible... for real. Everyone is so sweet. They always deliver quality service. The salon itself is gorgeous, and it has such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s always VERY clean. It’s in a convenient location. They’re accommodating. The list goes on you guys. If you’re looking for a new nail salon to frequent - this is it! I have been a regular here for quite some time now, and I feel lucky to say that! I feel blessed every time I come in. I have been going to Aloha pretty much since they opened, and their service has remained consistent and excellent since I first walked in the door. Ana is my go-to technician always does a great job on my nails and has great attention to detail. She even goes so far to remember aspects of my life and ask about it - bringing in a sense of community whenever I walk in the door. I love Aloha and will always recommend them to everyone!

This was the first time I had gone to this nail salon. They were really busy but still managed to get me and my mom in for pedicures. This was the absolute best pedicure I have ever had in my entire life!!! They took their time made sure everything was done to my liking. I was so impressed I actually booked an appointment to go back the next day for Lee the young man to also do my nails. There again everything was phenomenal!!! I’m so very happy I have found this salon. Everyone is so nice, professional and friendly. I will never go any where else, I’m really impressed with how everything is organized and done. This was the best nail service I have had in Charlotte. The staff was so attentive, friendly, and professional! I felt like a VIP from the moment I got there until I left. I had SNS nails done and Vicky did an amazing job, as always. Her method is great… My nails don’t look too thick and they last at least four weeks. Very professionally done. We had the most amazing experience at Aloha Nails in Rea Farms! We took my husband for Father’s Day. It was his first ever pedicure. The staff at Aloha treated our children and us like kings and queens! They were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure we all had an awesome experience. Even our 9 year old son!!! They did a great manicure but what impressed me the most was how strict they are in following COVID guidelines. Everything was sanitized, gloved hands for staff, and they were even able to do cuticle softening work with my hand wrapped as well. Great value for the price. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the check-in process is cumbersome, due to COVID

I do love Aloha and have been going since they opened. They take the COVID protocols very seriously and make sure the facility is clean and safe. I am, however, a little disappointed with the significant price increases. A 3% surcharge has been added to each service, but it seems they have also increased the base price on some services. I do appreciate the 10% discount when using cash.

I got a SNS manicure with Merry and she did a great job! She was very nice and my nails turned out perfect. The service was very quick but well done. I will definitely be going back to her!

I started going here because it is a convenient location to my house but I keep coming back for a lot more! Belle is WONDERFUL! She takes time to get to know you and does a beautiful job. Ana is the best, I have been following her for a couple of years now. I love the way she does my pedicures, manicures and eyebrows she is super detailed on what she does. I just went last week, it was my first appointment since Covid started and I couldn’t feel more secured, she and all the employees at the salon are being great on following all the regulations and precautions to make us “the clients” feel safe and protected during this crazy times.

All Covid Restrictions are in place and enforced. Social distancing is practiced. They take every precaution to ensure employees and clients are protected, while offering excellent manicure and pedicure services.

I did not understand why it took 7 individuals to do my pedicure and my nails. I had a 9am appt and they started on time but kept changing people that were working with me. Half of the people did not have name tags in so I can only tell you Tina and Sammy. This was not a relaxing time for me and I do not know if I will come back.

Im out of state so I called to pay for my friends service. It was her 30th Birthday and she decided, spur of the moment, to have a gel mani so I called as a surprise to pay for her service for her Birthday.Well, the guy that answered the phone told me to call back later bc he was too busy to take my card. So when I explained AGAIN that she was currently there receiving services and I didnt want her to have to pay for it, he proceeded to tell her that her mother was on the phone to pay for the service and then put her on the phone. Well, my friend, being totally confused and now her manicure interrupted throught it was a prank so needless to say this guy TOTALLY BLEW IT. I AM SO MAD.Please train your phone staff to do better and be more professional.

Ive never written a bad review before as I am easy to plase. My request was simple: tips, dip powder, ombre. The tec Kim did a disgusting job and told her that it was nothing like I asked or looked like the picture Id shown. Tec Vincent tried to fix it but so much he could do after the blob was already on my nails. 3 h later i was still there, owners are complaining that they need to close and finally my nails or semi ok enough to not be completely embaressed. They charged me double of what they advertize and their resons were basically I live and brethe so it adds up! Next day I called to talk about the charges and if they can fix it for me and the owner said all she could do is give me 20% discount next time. Now I have to go to a different place to remove it and re do it and pay for it again. $93 by the way.

The Covid precautions were very assuring from the moment you checked in to the moment you left. Heidi was just wonderful and when I return, I will definitely ask for her. Do not treat myself often, this was wonderful, probably best ever. Only glitch was back room is straight up seating with no arm rests.There was a party in main area and I would want to be seated in that area next time. First time at this beautiful location and a great pedicure.

Was looking to find a birthday present for my daughter who lives in north Carolina had her check out a few places with good reviews. She said lots of people were recommending aloha nails. So I called. They were very professional and helpful and even went the extra mile to welcome her and wish her happy birthday while there. She was very happy with her treatment there. Lee did an absolutely gorgeous ombré SNS manicure for me and boy, was he a Perfectionist!! He paid attention to every little detail making sure it was as perfect as it could be for me! The salon is also the most professional well-run nail salon I have ever visited in Charlotte! They follow Covid protocol and procedures to the tee, and I always feel extremely good about stepping in there each time for a visit!

Overall I was happy with my nail technician. I had SNS done and she did a nice job. However, I was a bit surprised that they allowed so many patrons into the store at the same time during Covid. Even though there were partitions between each nail station, the place started filling up quickly (the week of Thanksgiving). Everyone was masked, temps were taken at the door and sanitizer was encouraged upon entry, I still felt uneasy at the number of people by the time my one nail service was finishing. I opted out of my hand massage, because I was feeling very uncomfortable that there were too many people. Be warned there is a Covid surcharge between $2 to $5 depending on how many services you get done.They are not the best communicators. Several times I have been there, the nail tech walked away and I thought I was done so I got up to leave. The woman at the cash register said they weren’t done and still were going to give me a hand massage...this wasn’t clear at all and I was left to let me nails dry without further word of them returning. So after sitting for 5+ minutes (several times), I just got up to pay and leave.
