I’ve been going to Kim for over 5 years and I love her! My nails always look good and they last. I don’t let anyone else touch my nails.

Kim was amazing! After calling around and looking for a good price she did just that. She works solo but also had a chair for an extra friend. I called her and my friend and I went 10 mins after! She is available for walk ins on specific days.She’s perfect and within budget

Just left today, it is appointment ONLY but very worth it in her private room @ UNI . She corrected an entire awful full set I had from someone else - re did everything! She gave me a new look with matte black, with glitter gold ring fingers and silver gems on other fingers totally worked her MAGIC !!!!Skills ::- Molding w/ Acrylic powder 8/10 ✅- file shape up 9/10 ✅- Attention to details 10/10 ✅- polish painting 9/10 ✅- prices $$ 8/10 ✅

I went last week to get my nails done before my beach trip. I went for gel nails. When I walked in, one lady greeted from the back and walked forward. It got very awkward because they assumed I knew where to sit or what to do. Instead of telling me where/what to do they just stared. Finally she pointed and nodded so I sat down in a seat. They kept asking full set? full set? After I told her no I just wanted them painted, I didnt want fake nails. I told her I wanted them square not round and she did so, which was nice. Heres where it really got upsetting: She took the nail polish off that I had on when I went in there. Put a layer of polish on, stuck them under the lights. Put the white (since I wanted french tip) and put it under the lights. Then put a final coat on and put them under the lights. I paid $25 for 3 coats of polish that chipped/peeled two days later before I even hit sea water. She never took off the skin at the bottom of my nails, or anything. Just painted over my skin so obviously it is going to peel first. If I could post a picture to this review to show how bad they looked and how quickly the came off I would.There customer service is terrible. They barely talk to you, its a lot of attitude for a nail salon and the prices are truly a rip off for the service youre getting. I was in and out of there within like NO MORE than 20 minutes. They rush to get you in and out so they can pocket the money and go back to sit down on the couch. I went on a day they werent even busy so thats NO excuse at all.Highly disappointed. I might go back to see if theyll do anything about how terrible my nails came out but my chances just dont seem well so I doubt Ill waste my time.Look elsewhere before considering here.

Only person I go to for my eyebrows

I have been to this salon many of times. The most thing that I do not like is being rushed every single time. I think the owner does a great job, but I dont like being rushed when I am spending my money. I will no longer continue my services here, it has been many occasions where I felt rushed and wasted my money, by not being treated as a valuable customer. One more thing, she does a good jo with eyebrows..

Nail tech was not friendly to me, but was to a regular customer who came in after. She did not ask what I wanted, just assumed it was acrylic nails. She did not ask me the length I wanted, but cut them at an ok length. I would prefer shorter. When she was shaping them I said I wanted them rounder 4 or 5 times but she just kept going, so I just gave up and settled for square nails. Several nail techs tried to get me to get a pedicure but I did not want one! Paid $30 when the sign said $25...

Worst nail place ever! If you dont buy their upsale to delux, the technician will rush the whole time to the point where its just plain rude. Im pregnant, and I went to enjoy a pedicure and manicure after the hospital tour accross the street. Never EVER coming back. There were two other ladies in their getting their nails done and an extra technician hanging out, not like they were busy or anything.

The guys thY did my nails was so rude and didnt e en care about doing a good job. I has a broken nail but he didnt care about fixing it.

Mrs. Kim and her staff where great, nice clean environment. I will be back!!
