I will not be going back! I will say the workers are decent people but there quality of work is terrible the tools products, polish are old and out dated the color I chose was not even close to the one that was applied the drill my manicurist used kept stalling it was not working properly at all!!! I chose to pay I’m not one for conflict even though I was told by friends and family I should NOT have paid at all. I immediately left I could have cried because it was a waste of my time and money after leaving I Immediately had to find another nail salon to fix this terrible uneven lumpy discolored mess!

WARNING: DO NOT GO! I went back in 4 or 5 times for them to fix lifting gel polish in less than 1 week and polish continues to peel off with gel nails and gel polish. They did not take accountability for their work and they do not take safety precautions other than wearing a mask in this facility. I will never go back and encourage anyone that values quality service not to either. I never do reviews but gotta put the word out on this business. Do not waste your time money or energy! I wish I could post this video for more proof. Smh.

Horrible Job .Charge me $60 for this .I went for a refill and she said is better to redo the nails and i was like no because you going to charge me more and I don’t have that much time and she was like oh no no no . So long story short she redo the whole nails again and she charge me extra for something that I didn’t ask. And besides that she charge me for something that I didn’t ask my nails look horrible and cut my pinky😡

Literally was there yesterday and it took me forever to even get a fill in and a pedicure. The lady that did my nails rushed through it and now they’re clumpy because the gel polish did not dry all the way.

Nails chipping the next day. Eyelashes started lifting the next day, off completely within 3 days. They do great pedicures, that was the only reason why I give them a two.

My nail tech Nikki is always on point! She has been doing my nails for more than 20 years and she just keeps gettin better. But then the whole staff is really awesome as well.

I never write reviews but THIS PLACE WAS SO AWFUL. DO NOT GO. Worst manicure I have ever had. She made me bleed. Trying to upsell me the whole time. My nails look awful. And she didn’t cut my nails so I had to ask and then she responded back you should have told me - like I’m getting a manicure. Of course I want my nails cut. I am mad I tipped 20%. DONT GO!

Went to get one nail fixed cause the gel polish came up 2 days after I got them done and was told it would be 30 minutes came back in 30 min and everyone in there looking at me like I’m crazy so I left out went to nail shop across the street took the girl 5 minutes to fix my nail and I was a loyal customer always came here to get mani and pedi but won’t be back

I was here yesterday to get an acrylic set. My nail technician was friendly but did not do a very good job at all & their selection of colors were not anything I was looking for. I ended up settling for a completely different color. I attempted to show the nail tech the design I wanted and she only glanced at it. I asked for coffin shaped medium length nails with a particular glitter design & was given uneven, un-filed nails with sloppily applied acrylic that has dried on my skin and was not cleaned. She only swiped my nail twice with the glitter and nail polish and none of it looks anything like what I showed her AT ALL. I had to go home and attempt to salvage this myself. This is my second time here in years and also my second time being dissatisfied. Two thumbs down.

I received a pedicure from Lisa, it was AMAZING I mean my feet were jacked up ‼️ And she massages cut and filed these feet into something else. I have always gotten a great pedicure from here but this was by far the best. I literally will wait for her. Even though we had a little confusion on color 😂 it was all good. These are pros in the game, I have been coming here for years idk how I missed this woman 😍

Went back after nails lifted in one week they charged me again to repolish and for a fill in when they know it was their fault. The acrylic was I my nails and it was a rush job. I had lumps showing and everything shape was poor also. Never visit again.

Not satisfied at all . My nails and feet look raggedy already and they just got done. Nail tech seem like she still learning. Rushed on my nails kept looking at other things while doing them . Then got my feet done the girl that did them was nice and gently almost fell asleep but the paint job was not cute . I just feel like my full set and pedi couldve looked way better or should have been half off. To me they seemed like students anyway and they just had no organization in the shop . HOT MESS if you go here let it be your last option.

Eyebrow waxing was perfect but eyelash extensions horrible. They were put above my lashes like a strip uses hair glue and peeled off like a strip after 5 days big waste of money. The service is not individual lashes at all. They are suppose to be attached to your lashes. Then I was left with bulky ugly lashes. Big waste of money. Very disappointed.

I been getting my nails done for almost twenty years. I have never been asked to leave because I would have to wait 40 minutes to get my nails done.. I told them I didnt mind.. The owner basically told me to leave and come back.. Then a lady came in after me and once I walked out the door the owner started working on her nails.. Smh

I had to a ask three times how much a pedicure/eyebrow was. She spoke to me as if I didnt have the funds for services. Even broke it down for me as if my math skills were lacking. A white woman came in, after me and she took her before me. She told me it would be a 20 min. wait. Trust me, when that happened, I kindly picked up my purse and left. You wont disrespect me and take my money? No maam!

I went to get a full in on all 10 of my nails I had no repairs just a regular 2 week full in I went on on Friday May 17 a nail broke May 18 I called to tell them what happened they said ok just come in and she will fix it. Because of my schedule I could go in until Tuesday May 21. They tried to tell me they dont guarantee a fill in if they dont do your full set. So I will not be patronizing them anymore the tech was more worried about her phone then providing good service.

I would not recommend anybody going here. They people in there are very rude. Mainly the Hispanic looking lady and the owners wife. I was in there yesterday 12/2 & once again they were rude. Little did they know I was doing a mystery shopper job and needless to say I gave them a review they deserved which was not good.

Some of the workers are nice, but for the price the service doesnt fit. I paid $45 for diamond gel nails. And then $30 for a fill 2 weeks later. Both times my nails lifted VERY badly. My nails are 3 days old right now and they look horrible! Looks like I glued on press-ons! I will not be going back. two bad experiences is enough.

These ladies/ owner really need to take a look at there customer service horrible! Do not come to this location fast work n sloppy! I wish I could rate -0.

Dont spend all your money here. They are over priced for the work they do when it comes to nails! And disrespectful to new customers! The only thing they can do to me is my eyebrows, but as soon as i find a place that can do my nails and eyebrows in one..i will not go back to this place. I went to Nail Trix about 9 days ago and got my nails filled in. It was the third time I had been there. After I left over the weekend I noticed my nails looked terrible and due to the snow was not able to return. I went on Sunday 02/16 and spoke with a tech and she instructed me to come back today 02/17 to have the nail tech that originally did my nails to fix them. When I got there, she made it out to be MY fault and that I should have old acrylic removed once a month. Who goes and gets their nails done monthly and actually have them remove the tips and put new ones on? I explained to her that if there was something else that should have been done due to an issue with my nails, she should have told me since that is her job. I will NEVER go there again... She does crappy work... she actually tried to avoid from doing my nails the day I went but since no one else was available she had no choice, she hurried through the job and had my nails filled in less than 30 minutes I was out the door... She has no business doing nails...I am VERY VERY disappointed in the customer service I received

Went in for an eyebrow wax. I was told to wait a couple mins because all the workers were giving pedicures. So I waited about 5 mins. After that I was told to go into the room but the whole time Im watching to be sure she washes her hands. She didnt and came in and said she was ready. I said you want to touch my face after you were just scrubbing someones feet? She said Ill go wash them now. I told her thats a good idea and I got up and left. I didnt get anything done because how disgusting is that !?!?! Think about it. If they want to give an eye brow wax after scrubbing someones feet and not wash their hands. How much other nasty stuff is going on there.

STAY AWAY! Specifically asked for a soak off and the lady RIPPED my nails off! Now my nails are bruised and limp! THEN she had the nerve to ask me repeatively if I wanted a manicure, pedicure or full set! Wasted $10! Should have went to Family Dollar next door and bought the acetone for $2 instead. Never will come to this place again! Horrible customer service they talk about you in their chy chy chung language in your face!

I went to go get my nails done Saturday for Spring Break and on Sunday one nail broke. Then Tuesday I got it fixed and when I left another nail broke a couple hours later.

They didnt do my shape how I wanted it my nails didnt look good at all they were rough my nails was burning and all they rushed through it and they prices is not even worth it I will never go back there
