This was not a good experience... The wait is long, which I didnt have a problem with... However, after my session began, I tried to Kim that my nail cut was crooked, she told me to file it myself and walked away... and when I asked for her to scrub my feet a little more, her response was that she had already filed it a lot... IDC... I swear customer is died in some businesses in the U.S... smh, this was NOT a good experience...

My nail tech was amazing! Best dip gel Ive ever had. didnt get her name but she is an older lady with black hair. She took her time and got the shape, thickness.... the whole nine, the way Ive imagined and wanted my nails done for the longest.

I took Mom to get her nails done. While waiting had mine polished. I got a French manicure. My nails were not cleaned from the underside. I was watching Mom not paying attention. Disappointing!!

Went in to have a nail repaired, and decided to make sure the polish matched I had them change that as well. They charged me $30. For just a few dollars more I could’ve went ahead and did A fill in which I really didn’t need. Extremely overpriced for the amount of work that was done

Davi Nails at Walmart Callabridge in Charlotte, NC deserves 0 stars!!! I stopped in on a whim after shopping the store to get a brow + lip wax. The technician ripped the hair out in the middle of my brow! She quickly went into recovery mode by saying you have no hair there while wiping my brows with finishing oil. I thought she was talking about the length of my brows. She didn’t pass me a mirror like most salons do. I had to ask for it and quickly understood why!!! She waxed the middle of my brow! Now I have a spot that she claimed was prefilled with a brow pencil. LIE! I asked her to show me the cotton balls with black markings. She was unable to produce one. The service was free. I had money to pay. I would rather have my complete right brow back not an additional $20 in my pocket. Do Not Patronize This Place 4 Waxing Service!

****WARNING DO NOT GO HER***** very unprofessional I went into get my nails soaked off and overlay put back on the one nail tech sat me down and set the stuff up to soak of my nail left me there it went inside doing a pedicure I need to take walks up and says I will try to complete until my appointment get here so what’s the power appointment got there she left me in the chair as well and told me that I had to wait another 30 to 35 minutes for someone to come available when I was there first

I got my nails done.Fine.When it was time for them to be removed due to chipping, I was not only rushed..but they sanded down the acrylic and ripped the rest off with tools .It left my nail bed so sensitive and clearly bruised to the point that I couldn’t get my nails done again until it healed.By then I just gave up on having feminine hands. I did make them aware that it was hurting, but I guess they are another group of people who feel Black people don’t experience pain.I later learned that is NOT how acrylic nails are removed.They haven’t seen me or my business since.

“Kim” was very rude. I went in for a full acrylic set with gel polish. Kim was rushing me the whole time even when I was trying to decide my color. I chose to do one nail a glitter gel color and I asked if she could apply an extra coat of the glitter since you could barely notice it. I’d pay for it if it was extra. She was really rude and started talking to her co-workers and totally ignored me and only did one coat. My nails were very thick and crooked. I asked her why they were so crooked and she simply replied that it was my natural nail that was like that. Funny thing is my natural nails were not crooked before i Walked into that place. A little after going there I removed the nails and notice I had fungus on 8 of my nails. I would never go back there Very unprofessional service.! They should shut this place down. TRY TH NAILS IN MT HOLLY THEYRE WAY BETTER.

Best to make an appointment, because they are popular! They are great, especially AMY, and honestly, their work is better than some are more pricey nail salons, in higher end areas! Its hard, busy work, and I appreciate them.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years now... I know all the about the maintenance of keeping them up... I’ve never had lashes last only two days ... I came back thinking I could get them fix... I was told lashes are not guaranteed...The other place I go I’ve never had to go back and have them fix usually last up too 3 weeks (if I’m too busy to get them done...I only came here because it’s located in my job... To think I was going to come and spend $100 here for my nails... But there is no telling what else only last two days with no guarantee... I will no longer go here... I will never recommend anyone coming here... Now I have to go the other shop to get them fix after spending $38 here... All in the same week... I would recommend tip to toes... It’s located on brookshire... Lena for lashes and feet ... Charlie for nails... Don’t waste your money here...

I wanted to get 1 broken nail repaired. I didnt realize it was right before closing time. The woman tried to rip the broken acrylic nail off without soaking it or at least putting some remover on it to soften it up some. When I complained that she was pulling my natural nail with the acrylic, she said she didnt have time to soak because they were closing soon, so I left! She should had told me that when I walked in

Went to this place once on a whim. I was short on time and needed my nails done. About 2 weeks later one of nails popped off and I had fungus on that nail. So I took off the rest of my nails to find fungus on 4 of my nails. Ive been getting my nails done for almost 10 years & ive never ran into this. I normally always get my nails done at the same place so I was extremely upset that I venture out & get something so nasty. I had to wait a month or 2 for it to be gone to finally be able to get my nails done again. Needless to say, they should refuse customers if they have fungus (thats the law) & they should always use clean implements, obviously they dont. Never will I return there.

My nails were beautiful, but it took over 5 hours just for a fill in and pedicure. And i was charged 60 (basically a full set) in total because she fixed the shape even though i didn’t ask.

Came in to get one nail fixed cause the polish bubbles up after awhile. My nail tech was with a client so she asked the managers husband and he said no because if he fix for her he have to fix for everybody. Mind you nobody was in there so they wasn’t even busy smh Well if a customer come in and ask for a nail fix you gone fix it right? They do lazy and rude here. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Tierra is the only one there with good common since. Bad service.

This place needs to be shut down like really it’s no reason I came and got a fill in on Tuesday and 3 nails was broken by sat. Not enough acrylic and I was rushed and I paid $60. The owner Sandy is very rude and oh not to leave out I got gel nails which had lasted me over a month before. When I called about my nail breaking the owner and one of her workers got an attitude and said that I will have to pay another $7 and I just got 2 nail repairs in less than 30 min the other nail broke. When I came in to tell them about my nail the owner sandy called the police on me and she she don’t want my business anymore and I need to leave. This is the worse nail place In Charlotte NC and it needs to get closed down. Never will come back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting anything done here.They really shouldn’t get a star cause everything sucks here. Ok now that I’m sitting here another nail broke off..Grrrrr Plz Nobody Ever Come Here
