My friends and I got pedicures, and I absolutely loved the service! The nail techs are super friendly and amazing! They make you feel super welcome! Quick service and my friends and I were taken care of amazingly! I definitely plan on coming back again. :)

My nails turned out fabulous thanks to Mimi! My friends nails were much thicker towards the cuticle than mine, though we asked the technician to file it down quite a bit to prevent that (we both got dip powder). I know different techniques yield different results, so he may just need to adjust his technique. Otherwise great service! Will be coming back here next time Im in town!

I first went here a few days ago, with my boyfriend, for pedicures. We got the Herbal Pedicure, which was divine - a whole experience. Our technicians were professional and very nice. I also got my eyebrows waxed during that visit - the technician did a wonderful job and there was minimal inflammation. Regrettably, I dont remember their names.I went back today for a manicure - I got the Deluxe Manicure with dip powder and tips. My technician was Li(Lee?) - she was fabulous, very thorough, and put a LOT of care into my already thin and damaged nails.I absolutely recommend Sami!

Boyfriend came with me for his first ever pedicure. They were so nice and patient with him! I always have a wonderful time and am well taken care of. So far I have had a different nail tech every pedicure but all are consistent with proper massage pressure so far. This has been an issue in the past so Im glad here it is not a worry so far.

This was my first visit to this salon and it was a wonderful experience. Many competing salons in the area and I am so glad to have found this one in Steele Creek.

Walking distance from my home I wish I had tried them sooner they are very accommodating, a person came in late & extreme intensive care and they said sure come in.. That was so nice I will use them again.. I know its a Salon but I rename it to Sami Foot Care 🙄😏😇

If you are looking for a clean, professional, and friendly nail salon then this is the place for you. I am always greeted warmly when I enter and prices/quality are fantastic. They are still taking Temps and enforcing social distancing which I really like. I occasionally bring my teen son with me and they always fuss over him. I have been going here for several years and appreciate the warmth and cleanliness that is standard here.

Today I went for a haircut, Beautician is very goodAt cutting and styling.I usually have a pedicure and they do an excellent job.Everyone is so nice and friendly and professional.

This is a salon run by true Professionals.They utilize high standards to maintain a sanitary environment, you are safer here than98% of other facilities…rest easy!

Halle did a horrible job on my pedicure and its unfortunate because this has been my go to place for a while. It was very sloppy work as if she was in a rush. There was paint all over my toenail perimeters, I was cut on one toe and one of my toe nails was cut in a very odd shape in the corner of it. I asked for them to be redone in which she just painted over while talking to her colleague beside her about how I should have got gel polish (she offered during service & I declined) as if that was the issue. I reiterated that they still looked very sloppy and I had to direct her to clean up the excess paint and they still did not come out any better after 2 or 3 tries so I just gave up. I would have possibly returned as this is just one bad experience but I was turned off due to her attitude about me having her redo them correctly and trying to argue with me about how I messed them up.

I dropped my teenagers off for pedicures and they told me to take my time running errands. They were very friendly and very professional. Our first salon since we moved to Charlotte and I think we found our place.

On 8/31/18 my wife and I went to the Sami & Co. Salon and Nail Spa for services. My wife had a pedicure and manicure and chose to do a traditional nail polish application, no gel or SNS. The technician provided a very poor quality of work. My wife directed her to reapply the polish multiple times because it was poorly applied. The extent of the poor service was later evidenced after we left the salon. See the included photos.Additionally, the polish fell off in less than 18 hours, whereas this service is generally expected to last 7-14 days. My wife had the polish applied in the late afternoon and the next mid-morning (Saturday) the polish was falling off.We returned to the salon on 9/1/18 to show them the poor service and request a resolution. The salon manager (owner) was very unprofessional, treated my wife very poorly and only offered to redo the service. After being yelled at by the owner in the salon, she was not comfortable with sitting for new service. I requested a refund which they were not willing to provide.The lack of nail bed preparation, cuticle trimming, and poor application of polish were clear indicators that this particular staff was not professionally trained and likely not licensed. The completed lack of ability to speak English with the particular staff made it difficult to resolve the issue during the service. On more than one occasion another staff member had to translate between us.Ultimately we disputed the charge with our bank.We originally went here because of the great reviews but did not enjoy the same level of service that others have. If you choose to go, make sure you know who is working with you.

The location was clean and this is why I even give them 3 stars. However, the manicurist wasnt able to do the simple design I requested even though I showed her in the beginning of the session. At the time of the design she said she didnt have a red polish. She didnt offer to ask any other manicurist to borrow some red or suggest anything else. So I ended up with a nail color that I otherwise wouldnt have gotten had she not been able to do the design. When I expressed my disappointment to the front desk, they never even looked up at me from the register or say anything to me. Not even a thank you for coming in. Doesnt quite inspire me to come back in.

Everyone here is so nice and they remember who I am every time I come in! Everyone has a friendly attitude and I get fast and quality service every time! My nails have grown so much since I started coming to these ladies. I definitely recommend this salon! If you want nail art, Tina is the best person for that!

As a brand new resident of Steele Creek, this is officially my new nail salon. The perfect dipped mani in a beautiful setting with the sweetest nail techs. This is where every girl should spend a Saturday morning pampering herself. A bit pricier than what I used to pay in Jersey, but totally worth it!

Ive been here over 10 times and never had a bad experience. I moved and still come back because of this! The nail techs are very particular and make sure everything looks perfect. Everyone is friendly and personable.

I dont get pedicures very often, but when I do, I almost always go to Sami & Co, and I splurge on the Deluxe Pedi. This place is SO clean, and my toes always look great. They also seem to have good social distancing practices in place (masks, temperature checks, plexiglass dividers, etc.)

I love the fact if you pick a bad color they will tell you (say it will look clear if you put it on.. they will tell you and suggest something else) they always are getting new colors and I love that. As the person doing my nails was finishing they wanted me to dry my sns nails outside. All because a lady I guess was scheduled for a service and she wanted no one in the salon. If I had known that before my nails were being done I would have gone somewhere else. Then when I get mad they act like they dont understand why. Very ignorant type of people. Let me tell you go somewhere else because you are wasting money here. I ask for a certain manicurist every time but everyone is good and the owner has this place compliant and clean! You do not feel like a number here, you feel special! Woman or a man for that matter needs to feel special especially with the way our lives have been going this year.

To say we are currently in a Pandemic, this salon has done an amazing job to ensure everyone is safe since re opening. My mom and I popped in for a simple toe polish change and brow wax and I was amazed at the extra steps they took to ensure everything was clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is so relaxed and very comfortable. The techs are sweet and take their time. Sami & Co is our go to when we want to do a pamper day.

I have been coming here for a few years and enjoy my experience each time. They remember my name and are always in such pleasant moods. I know each time I get a service performed my nails last a long time and look great till the next visit. 100% recommend.

Pre-pandemic, Sami & Co was a pleasant surprise that was close to neighborhood. Post-pandemic, the service has become hit or miss. Dee is still amazing as usual. However, I have had my feet butchered the last two times I was there by other workers. Because of that, we have been driving 30 minutes away to visit another business for pedicures.

Went here for the first time post-covid stay at home protocol being lifted. They were both clean and professional. I also went in as a walk-in and was assisted promptly. Everyone had a mask on and their were dividers which made me feel better along with a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Yen does great work and I’ll be going back soon!!

Was needing fingers and toes done with gell before another appointment. I was seated and had one person on toes amd one person on hands. They finished at the same time and the nails look great! I spent about 80 bucks but thought it would be more. Very pleased. Nice clean place.

Very clean, decor was calming, polish smell is at a minimum, and the music was relaxing, the work was good quality, and the prices are reasonable. We had an appointment on a Saturday, which I think was a good idea because the entire place quickly filled up and was very busy.

I got a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure. Had a fantastic experience today with Sunny! She really took her time and took great care of me. I have never been pampered so well! I could also tell by other customers in the shop that it was a great salon. Everyone seemed to have loved their service and technician.

Absolutely great service! I gave it 4 stars because my basic manicure was a little underwhelming with new hangnails on my thumbs. Other than that, the staff is friendly and polite. The receptionist is polite and gets you serviced quickly. You can tell A LOT of people are loyal customers because they greeted them all by name. And it wasnt pricey! My Husband and I had manicures and pedicures for less than $85.

This is my 3rd visit and I had a pretty good experience. The only two suggestions I have is to have more people trained to complete designs and each technician should be more knowledgeable about fluorescent colors. You never want to tell a customer that he/she has to return in the afternoon to have a design when there are seven nail technicians present.

This place is really cute. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and overall service. It is my first time here, but they seem to have very good relationships with their customers and have a lot of repeat customers. I travel for work, so I always do my research before visiting a new nail salon. I came in with high expectations and they were exceeded. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and if I’m ever back in town, this would be my first stop.

The 2nd day they were open after phase two. They make you attest that you are healthy. There is plexiglass between the person that works on you and you. They make you sanitize your hands before they work on those. Masks are required for customers and workers. Felt comfortable and safe

They obviously care more about quantity than quality. they told me my nails were dry and that i should go when my nails clearly weren’t dry so they immediately smudged. when i went back in to have them fixed, instead of taking off the smudged nail polish they just painted over it and it looked awful. they then put my hands (regular polish) under unprotected uv lights where my hand was then burned. when i voiced my concerns to the manager he just brushed everything off. never again.

This is a busy place very large mom went there ..they have candy & mom was happy with her nails. She rolls deep when she goes minimum3💃💃💃 girlfriends. They serve grown up Drinks.I play outside sometimes or eat pizza🍕 & watch TV at the local spot...then a ☎ call ...lets goooo💨💨1hr later😣

After researching online for nail salons near me; I found Sami & Co. I was impressed by the volume of associates available to accommodate my daughter & myself. We felt invited, we were greeted upon entering & asked what service they could provide. We opted for pedicures & gel-polish manicures. They were gentle with our nails & the polish hasnt even began to peel or chip. Its been almost 3 weeks now! Very professional, very clean and reasonably priced.I was sitting in a pedicure chair when the owner, Sami, walked by. She recognized us from our previous visit. She asked why I selected a neutral color VS. my former fuschia color. I explained that we were possibly attending a funeral & I wanted something natural-looking. She acknowledged my situation & even apologized to hear of it. She then recommended another neutral color that flattered my skin tone better. She is definitely in the business of customer care NOT just the money of it.

Great experience they have so many options for nail colors. I love how clean and sanitary the place was. The staff was very friendly. I really tbh enjoyed the trip. Probably my favorite salon in Steele Creek. I will definitely be coming back. They did a great job on my nails and I want to see what they can do to my hair too. I love that thats an option.

I love coming here! Everyone is friendly and nice. They do amazing work and my nails always come out like I want them. I have been to other places and the nail polish (even gel) didnt last that long. I have never had that problem or any problem here. Just tried their herbal pedicure and it was amazing! My skin feels smooth and healthy. I recommend Sammy & Co to all my fiends.

Let me first start by saying that I NEVER leave bad reviews. In fact, this is my first negative Google review ever! I booked an appointment last week with this salon and I just got a call one hour before my scheduled appointment saying they by accidentally booked their appointments too close together and had to reschedule my appointment for another day. I have two young kids under 3 and I work a very stressful, full-time job. I make time for myself to get my hair done once maybe every 8-10 months because it takes a lot of planning and scheduling to take that time away. I was finally getting my hair done after 10 months so it would be done in time for my daughter’s birthday party this weekend. I was hoping to take some family photos but now that’s not going to happen. Not a happy mama right now!

Fast and friendly staff and really good atmosphere. Ther music is calming. The staff here takes there time to make sure it done right. Not in a rush the good thing is your not here all day either. Definitely found my go to nail salon. Very pleased

This was my first time here. Staff was super friendly and informative. I got the deluxe pedi and gel-coat Mani. Loved the gel-coat... It was the first time that I could walk right out and not have to worry about my polish not being completely dry. Loved Ivy and Dee! I will definitely be returning!

The owner is so sweet! I had my eyebrows done on Mother’s Day, I noticed they were very uneven the next day but I had already left for the beach. I called and the owner offered to fix them when I got back. I went back in on Thursday and they fixed the uneven one for free- I figured it’d at least be half price since it had been a whole 4 days. Fantastic customer service. Ask for Kathy to do eyebrows! Not sure if they were just super busy on Mother’s Day and had to have someone that usually doesn’t do eyebrows do them but Kathy was fantastic. I’ll be returning every 2 weeks 😊

Fantastic nail salon. The employees are ready to please. Nail color options are the most Ive seen anywhere else. There is also a discount once youve spent a certain amount. Another HUGE plus is they are open on Sundays! They can get busy so its not a bad idea to make an appointment.

Efficient check in process. I only had waxing done, but it was done professionally and painlessly.

Great experience! Ive visited other salons on days that they are closed and I always end up back at Samis. After my most recent trip - I chipped a few nails pretty badly and went back to get them touched up. I fully expected to pay for the service but they were very kind and did it at no charge. My last gel manicure lasted for 3 weeks and probably would have lasted longer but they had grown out so much!! Highly recommend.

The delux pedicure is EVERYTHING! Tina did a wonderful job and had great attention to detail. The place was packed when I went early afternoon but they offered me a same day appointment for later on. I didnt feel rushed at all despite the number of customers in the salon. The ladies all had great energy and seemed to enjoy working with one another.
