This is my first and last time coming to this salon! I’ve never been so unhappy with my nails before. I asked for my nails to be reshaped into a sharp square and she rounded the corners, The polish was applied very sloppy and my nails were chipped before I even walked out of the salon..

My nails turned out beautiful and the 2 ladies there were AWSOME!! I came in 1 hr before they were about to close and the treated me with the upmost respect! They have definitely earned a repeat customer!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I should have known better when I didn’t have many colors to choose from but I decided to give them a try. I spent over $100 on a fill in that is out of shape and a pedicure that looks like my grand baby painted them. This was definitely a learning experience. I didn’t get what I asked for and chose not to go back to have her fix them because she may make it worse. I won’t be back

The nail tech was friendly but Im not pleased with my nails at all. I can still see some of my old gel color on my nails. Its rushed and terrible job. I just took these pictures as Im sitting waiting for my nails to dry. I didnt get gel this time so I rushed out didnt feel like spending the day before mothers day taking 2 hours for a regular mani and pedicure.

Ive to perfect nails many times over the years. My mother is a long-time customer and Lynn even did my mani-pedi for my wedding day. Last time I I brought my husband and we did the couples thing. Always an enjoyable experice, and Ive always been pleased with my nails, natural or add on, gel or basic.

Absolutely horrible! The nail tech only does what she wants even though I’m a paying customer! She keeps telling me that I will like it when its not even what I wanted! Had to go to a different salon to get exactly what I wanted

The feet & legs massages were awesome along with the foot waxing. Pleasant owner & worker.

The owner lin is very unprofessional during this pandemic. They probably have Corona virus here because she’s always coughing under her mask and she doesn’t ever wear it correctly. She even told me an employee has corona virus but she is still working!!!!

One of the worst places Ive been. Do not communicate what they can and cant do and complain when you are not happy with your nails.

Okay so to start....this place doesnt do the best nails however my first time here was great. The owner Lynn was very nice and personable and although my nails sort of looked averaged after leaving I was pleased by the service and my interaction with her so I decided to come back. The place is nice and there are only 2 people who work here and I wanted to support the business. My second time back which was yesterday, there was a wait, but I did not mind since I wanted to give Lynn my business. However I waited for basically an hour to be seated (because again there are only 2 nail techs) and when Lynn got to me, she did a poor job. Again, I dont come here expecting my nails to look the best, I come here b/c she does a decent job and I enjoy her service. However, she was rushing to finish with my nails to service other clients, she was very rough while filing and drilling my nails which resulted to her cutting me (Im still bleeding today smh), my nails look like they were polished by a 5 year old, and she argued with me about doing one of my nails over because hair was stuck under the polish. She didnt even clean my nails properly prior to starting the job.Sadly, it has not even been 24 hours and I will need to spend additional money that was not anticipated to visit another nail salon to have my nails done properly. Overall I am very disappointed and I will not be coming back.

I was highly disappointed with my nails . I had to go last minute to get my nails done . My nails did not last long . I believe the owner did my nails, she was super sweet and kind. Place was clean, but the way she was applying my nails I felt was lack luster . My nails were already unsticking the next two or three days . The shape was off I would not recommend this place

First time I’ve been to this place felt rushed. Mind you I called prior to going to make sure I can go!!! They of course said to come. Then I told them the color was not the same as the color she painted on my toes and she had an attitude!! Then to top off all of this I left a 3 dollar tip when in all honesty I should of left none for how rude she was and she complained about the tip!!! This was the owner I understand we all have bad days but that is not how you treat a paying customer!! Highly do not recommend this place!!!!

I have been to many nail shops here in Charlotte this one is the best. Lynn knows exactly what she’s doing and how to take care of customers .No othernail shop can get my business.

Horrible experience!! The nail tech was forcing her son to polish the nails. He kept saying he could do it. She kept yelling at him. He did my sisters nails and it was like my little cousin polished them. He said he would take polish off and have his sister redo them. He knew he did a horrible job. My nails were too short and very ugly shaped. Not gentle at all or friendly. I will never ever go here again.

The worst nail experience. Both mine and my sister-in-laws nails got damaged at this place. Also, my sister-in-law is Latin, and her nail tech asked was it true that Latin men beat their women. It was completely inappropriate.We should have gotten up and left then. I had to go to another nail salon to have them repair the damage she did to my fingernails. Never again!

It was nice to come from another state and find a place where you can relax meet Pleasant people and got a nice job on your nails. It was also clean and reasonably priced, I will be returning again.☺

Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive been using Perfect Nail and Spa for several years and the service has always been great. Never disappointed in any of the services offered. Some of the previous reviews are unbelievable to me.

I went there to get my nails right I wanted gel, she said it’s 28 and she asked if she could do my eyebrows which was 7 dollars she said if I liked them I don’t have to pay but I ended up paying 42 dollars.... my nails had chips on the sides like this isn’t cool don’t go there to get ur nails done....

I really enjoy coming here I go for my nail toes eyelashes and brows every 2 weeks and each time is a good expierence. The staff is very welcoming and nice and makes me feel comfortable. So glad I found this place ! :)

The service was HORRIBLE I went to get a full set and pedicure last night the lady that completed my pedicure cut my nails down slanted and to the length of her liking. All while I was getting my nails done it was a lot at one time going on. I politely told her about her mistake and instructed her to ask next time. I continued to get my nails done which I requested in coffin shape she waited until the acrylic was completed and attempted to file them with a single nail file (impossible) never the less 8/10 of my nails were misshaped even another customer stepped in to let her know of her mistake. Eventually we agreed for me to come back the next day because I was short of time and it was late. Once I returned today she refused to fix my nail, told me that god will send me to hell and aggressively cut off all my real nails once I told her she could remove then. I see why they didnt have a single customer either visit its not worth it!!

My best friend and i went here we got right in. I got my nails done and they looked good. Then my best friend went to get hers done and it was terrible. They lady was arguing with her and for a long time. Every one of her cuticles bled. Then within one week two of my nails broke. Very disappointing i will not go back.

I suppose to got a full set and my nails look terrible. My nails are clumpy, not shaped right, she rushed through it. I payed the lady but she didnt deserve to get anything from me. I will NEVER go back again, they have messed up my day!

Terrible work!! Do not go ! My first time there and I walked out mid full set, went to another salon to have the nails removed. The acrylic was too bulky! All different shapes and sizes. Save your money and TIME!!

Today is December 18th 2016 I called this nail salon to find out what the price was for a full set of acrylic nails and as always I record my phone calls the lady who I believe was the owner of the shop told me that the nails would be $22 for the full set. When I got there a gentleman did my nails I kept telling him I wanted them short I dont believe that he understood what I was saying so I even was telling her even pointed to a picture and said I want to short like that but maybe a little bit longer on the phone she quoted me a price like I said of $22 when the person gentleman was doing my nails I kept seeing that they were not straight across the top I kept pointing this out to him I even called the lady ever to look at them. The lady looked at them said dont worry hes not finished so I sat there and Ill let him do my nails after they were done they looked ok. Then it came time to pay my bill and instead of the bill being $22 like she had told me on the phone which was recorded and I repeated the price back to her she charged me $25 for a set that was supposed to been $22 she said the reason was my nails are long in our conversation on the phone she did not mention anything about Long length Nails costing $25. I have never been to a nail salon that says there are different prices for different lengths of nails is going to be $5 this length is going to be $20 this length is going to be $25 and so on and so forth. I am on a very strict budget and the only reason that I went to this place today was the normal Salon that I go to was closed if they had not been close I would have definitely gone to the other Salon because I would have gotten the job done and I would have only paid $20 for the whole set and they always look nice. I was suggested this owner of this business that she be upfront and honest with her customers and let them know that if the nails are long they charge different prices for different lengths I am very unsatisfied with my visit today that they were very nice but they did not back up what they told me as far as the price.

If I could do zero stars I would I was not happy with my expierence!, I published the pictures at the top to show that I asked for one thing with the pictured right in front of the tech. And got what looked like generic version just plain not right ! The colors were okay I can understand stand colors may not be exactly the same from a picture!, but was supposed to be opposite color every finger so blue(thumb), purple(index finger ),blue(middle finger),purple(ring finger ) blue (pinky finger) and obviously did not do that ! And the ring finger design was supposed to be like ombre top half one color half the second color!, and then mermaid scale design over the colors ! And I asked her more then a few times if she could do the design to begin with and she said YES ! All 5 times I asked and I asked if she could do both colors on one nail as well! If not I would have had her do the whole nail one color like I listed above opposite color each finger ?, she said yup no problem!, I told her I wanted exactly as picture shows EXACTLY! I understand some cant do designs perfect but she didnt even try ? I would rather have just all colored ! Like who the hell gets all finger nails painted the whole nail then gets one only the tip and design! I would not and I dont like it! Expecially since the design looks like a child could do it she litteraly drew a couple xs and one design on one finger the lines are thicker and off to one side and the other hand finger the lines are skinnier and can barely see! When I walked in i asked her if she had time if she was close ing all that ? Becasue i know sometimes if they are getting ready to close they will rush! Mind u there was no other customers!, but she was the only tech there!, and she said nope we have had a slow day couple of workers went home but we dont close for another hour and half or something she said I have time no worries!, I said okay great ! Well of course someone walks in and she tells them she will be a little and to pick colors and such !, and begins to rush Witch is when I said if u would like u can do this womans nails or whatever first I dont mind waiting Id rather wait then rush though! She said no its okay I got it !, I said okay ! So then she starts painting and a few minutes later relize there not the same and Im like okay Ill deal as long as she does the right colors for fingers! Then I notice she got paint on my skin next to the nail and even got some of the acrylic on the side of the nails on my skin I pointed it out she got huffy and puffy said yep Ill fix in a minute. Someone else walks in and she starts rushing more so now Im jist annoyed !, then she stars doing design and its nothing like its supposed to and the ring finger where she desided she was gonna do the tips rather then full finger like I wanted wasnt even straight it was jagged I pointed that out and she seriously started arguing with me and said no thats how I do it but the other ring finger was straight and I said u need to fix that they arent the same! So she gets mad and pulls out the drill and buffer grabs my finger being rude rolling her eyes huffing and puffing and whipping my arm hand and fingers back and forth and being rough obviously cus she was mad and then redid it and I stated it looked nothing like the picture trying to be nice not rude at all and she said yes it looks just like it thats how I do! At this point I was just over it no point in arguing anymore he obviously wont listen never fixed the sides of my nails that had paint and acrylic on them ! And said okay u go u done and I said uhh okay do I need to wash my hands out my hands up light or heater or anything else she said with attitude already pulling another customer to the table nope u done 35$ and I said u told me becasue it was only fill and color change with one design that u didnt even do right! It would be 22$ she said no 35$ I was like alrighty then gave her money walked the hell out never will I ever go back there again! Worst part is Im here on vacation and wanted cute summer look! 😣😠😑 go a

Tried to take my mom and sister for their first pedicures and they rushed through them even my mom could tell they didnt do a good job when shed never had one before. Pretty disappointing for the $80 we paid.
