I would go here pretty regularly, but I won’t be returning. Their professionalism isn’t very good, and I noticed a few times they were passive aggressive towards me. The selection of nail polish is very outdated and not very big. They do a good job, but to me it’s not really worth it anymore.

Just walked in the and the young lady asked me how can I help you. I responded: “ I would like to get a full set”. Then the lady responded: “We’re Closed” But the Open sign is still on.

I love this place!! Not only is it super nice on the inside, the nail tech was super gentle with my hands and nails and the shape came out gorgeous!! My sister and my mom also got their nails done here and they were both super satisfied with their nails. Totally recommend!!! ♡♡♡♡♡

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early, but the technician I requested didnt even do my nails. The one who ended up working on me nicked my finger which burned the whole time, and her work was not that polished. Their colors and styles are very outdated. I would definitely not recommend.

Won is amazing! My wife has been going to her over 10 years .. we live over half hour away and she travels 2 highways just to get to her.. best pedicure she’s ever received.. Won is personable, friendly, professional and does an excellent job on her toes.

I always come here when it comes to getting my nails done and eyebrows waxed. I usually try to set up appointments first hand because they are busy but I can see why since they do a great job! Great staff and nice facility !

The owner is not friendly and lacks customer service. She doesnt talk or smile at all. I honestly dont know if she has teeth. The lack of customer service and professionalism is probably one of the reasons why no one wants to work there and the employees left. The location can not keep people hired. They can do decent manicures and pedicures but the lack of variety for nail polishes is frustrating, there are more choices at Sallys Beauty Supply. The owner knows she doesnt have enough employees and seems to have no interest of hiring people. With only two people working and one person that knows how to do manicures it is hard to make appointments and you will be waiting a very long time! The owner will get upset if she messes up or if you comment about the cheap polish that doesnt coat correctly or if you want a second coat. They only value customers that have been coming for a long time and treat them better! If you want to come here you can but make sure you have no other plans for the rest of the day or week, because you will be waiting or be told to come back later. The owner showed up late one time and didnt apologize just walked in with like it didnt matter because she owned the place. In my opinion that is a lack of customer service. If you are running late it happens but you could at least apologize. No matter how much money you spend they definitely have their favorites. If I am paying for a service you provide great customer service as well. I should be able to comment and should be able to give instructions on how I want my manicures and pedicures without the owner getting upset. The other lady works there talks too much and doesnt know what she is doing. She spends too much talking. Her daughter is trying her hardest to do pedicures but she cant; sorry cant be like mom. With more practice from her daughter I hope she will have a talent to contribute to the business and not just sit in the place on her phone and eating candy. I spent a lot of money and time here and now I am moving on because I didnt feel like a valued customer. I kept going and going just hoping things would change and it was also close by. I hope the business continues to grow and that the owner realizes how she can become a better owner. She should consider selling the business or taking classes on business and management skills for struggling entrepreneurs. Without customer service especially and personality you will be dry like your lips are. I wish I could do my own manicures and pedicures but I rather pay people.

My favorite place to come, they can do anything from designs to just basic. It’s perfect for any and everybody! I also got my eyes brows and they are perfect!

Gave one star cause it was required... theeee worst inexperienced people work here. Got here at 930 out by 1130 FOR A FILL. The girl reshaped my nails stopped her mad times to not do that. Had to tell her to add more acrylic to the nail that she repaired was thin and bending. Thennnnn she dropped nail polished all over my pants. To top this mess of a place tried to charge $40. Fpr a baey had to fill set only reason i was there really was fot my broke na. FIRST AND LAST TIME !!!!!!!!

Shout out to Oanh and the whole crew at 9000 nails! They get me right every time! Been going there for a little over a year now and I have no complaints! They keep me happy!

9000 nails is phenomenal!! Ive been coming here for years and the work they provide is consistent. Oanh is awesome! She is THE ONLY person I let do my manicure and SNS system its perfect every time. Lonnie has been doing my pedicure for a while and is phenomenal as well!!! I wont let anyone else touch my feet💯 You should try them!

I love this place! I usually go to polished in Uptown Charlotte where I pay double the price n have a lady barely cut the cuticles on my toes and come here (I drive 20 minutes out of my way ) becuase I pay half the price and get double the attention!!! I LOVE their pedicures. Id literally pay whatever for this service A1

She has the best employee ever “ Lonnie” that keeps a smile on her face as well as the customers! Go see “Oanh”! You will never go to another nail salon. The best and I’m picky!!!!

9000 nails are AWESOME the staff are very friendly, they move fast but take their time to make sure the job they do looks great. I got a fullset with french tips for 28 bucks, they look great. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Ive been coming to this shop for 15 years!!! Moved from Atlanta and found them and havent gone to another shop since. When you say loyal...I am indeed a loyal customer of this amazing family owned nail salon. I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else. They do the best SNS and my feet are always amazing when I leave the shop. They are some amazing people and feels like a family when I get anything done here. Ive referred many of family and friends here as well and it gets no better.

My cousin and I came in to get gel manicures. We felt very rushed and the lady that did my nails filed my nails way too short, which they were already short to begin with. Another thing that upset me was that the gel on one of my nails had bubbles underneath and I brought it to her attention but she didnt really bother to fix it. She did a little filing and then put the clear coat back on top but it literally didnt do anything. My cousin wasnt happy with hers either. We will definitely NOT be coming back there and are gonna tell people we know not to go there either. They werent very personable and DID NOT have good customer service.

Its horrible.!!!!I asked for coffin and got squared.. I also got charged for coffin.. not only that but the dont have many gel color choices.. the colors they have are old and ugly.. the pedicure i got took 10 min and that was all.Plus the owner or manager is just sitting there looking at you like if you are about to steal something.Its the worst place Ive ever been to and its extremely expensive 😡

They are excellent in there craft! Highly recommend thier services. Missed a couple of pedicures, so the skin wasnt nice....they dont judge! Lol.

9000 Nails is a great nail salon and I have been going for over 6 years now. Oanh and her husband run a great business. Theyve made improvements to the salon and continue to offer the latest nail designs and trends. Ive referred many friends and family members here as well.Per the previous posts about them being busy, yes they are, but thats an indication of their popularity and success. When I walk in, Im always greeted and if I need to wait and I have time, I will wait. If I dont, I come back at a later day or time. Life doesnt stop if I cant get my mani-pedi that day, so the people who feel that way need to plan better or relax.If youre looking for a great atmosphere with friendly, dutiful professionals, go to 9000 Nails. They just hired a new nail tech and shes awesome! I highly recommend visiting and being wowd by their work!
