Today was my first time there but my mom recommend me to go there and ask for Kim and she was amazing and did a great job. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back again! Ask for Kim!!!

I used to love coming here. I loved the service and all. But this lady cut me up real good. I don’t know her name, she’s the oldest of the employees that was there 7/19 at 11am. She definitely saw the damage and didn’t do anything about it. The other hand was pretty bad too. Hopefully it doesn’t get infected.. very mad and disappointed.

I love to go here they do such a wonderful job and are so professional and friendly! I have been to a lot of places over the years and nothing compares to the cleanliness and overall wonderful job they do. I always get my waxing done here as well, I have used all the people that work there and they are all wonderful, I feel like part of the family. I have referred many people there and they feel the same way

I have been going to Ruby Nails for several years. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for this morning. The phone lady took my name and agreed to the time. New management and new faces. Tom started off doing my pedicure then handed me off to a colleague because he had an client with an appointment. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TOO! Worst service I ever had there. I will not go back.Ben ... you are missed!

Terrible service and rude. Do not come here. Im Jewish but even I am not this desperate for money. Please give me my money back. Thanks.

I went to get a fill in and literally the next day three nails popped off, so I went back and they tried charging me and I told them I wasn’t paying when I literally just got them done not even two hours ago. She was nonchalant about the situation and kept reiterating that I had to pay because it wasn’t a full set I had broken. Therefore, I just went to another place and got them fixed just two have two more nails break a day later that were done by this establishment. They are very low in quality, my nails after the fill-in were thin and they weren’t trying to be accommodating. I would NOT recommend this place, especially to those who are trying to find a regular salon.

I have been going to see Tina for years. She is very attentive and professional.

First off, they file my nails super thin that its ALWAYS breaking! Even when I politely say Can you please make them thicker, they give me a hard time. Since my nails are always breaking, I am constantly having to go to them to get a repair. The last time I went they literally ripped off the old acrylic. It hurt so bad I wanted to cry! My nail even began to bleed. Ruby Nail Spa did not offer a discount and didnt even apologize. If you love the health of your nails, please dont go here.
