Always love the results I get here!! Every now and then I’ll try a new salon, and realize that Q Nails is always the best choice.

Went here for my first time today and I was super impressed with the whole experience. I walked in and was immediately welcomed and sat in a chair. It was really quick, I’m not sure how many acrylic sets they do since it seemed to be pretty much just dip powder and regular polish. However, the staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back to get my fill in!

I have to say for my first time the staff was amazing and helpful. Im between Maryland and Charlotte so to find a place to my standards can be hard. But they checked all the boxes. They were welcoming, joyful. They made me feel as though Ive been coming for years. Great prices with excellent quality.

Great experience, always! This is the only nail salon I’ll go to in the Charlotte area and I’ve been coming here for 4-5 years now! I’ve never had a bad experience and I recommend them to all of my friends! I definitely recommend making an appointment as they are always busy, but worth the wait.

This was my second time at Q nails. the first time was alright and i had to wait awhile which was fine because i didnt have an appointment. this time i made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes which annoyed me. finally Bruce started on my nails and made creepy comments the whole time, my friend who was there after me said he asked for the next girls number which is completely unprofessional. he completely butchered this simple design and i had no time to get it fixed that night so i went back two days later, just got a solid color, and Kim charged me $20 for the fix?? this is a complete scam because i already paid $60 plus tip (that he didnt deserve) and just wanted it fixed. dont waste your time or money here on these unprofessional scammers.

Super pleasant and they do great work! They routinely meet all my expectations and are reasonable affordable! Unfortunately they have grown quite popular so it’s a bit harder to just walk in and get a slot without waiting! All the ladies there are super skilled and work quickly!

Lee did my pedicure and Kim did my nails and waxing. Both were great. No rushing. They took their time and truly made me feel like I was the only one there. I think I found my new spot!

They was very friendly and professional. I’m a week and four days in of getting my nail done polish is already pulling off. Never had this happen before. And this is gel polish suppose to last more than a week and four days.

I haven’t gone anywhere else since I started coming here. They are always good about working people in, recognize you when you arrive and greet you every time. The work that they do is always great and they are happy to fix any mistakes or issues with nails. The prices are more than reasonable and I love that they offer happy hour early on during the week.

I found Q Nails several months ago and was very happy and pleased with their technical skills. They do a really good job with nails. That said, todays experience was less than pleasant. While the manicure was fine, there was barely a massage and all the technicians chatter was so loud that I could barely hear myself think. It was clear that other customers were also put off by their loud conversations. I get mani/pedis to pamper myself and it was anything but relaxing. This is not the first time this has happened here. The technician barely interacted with me at all, didnt thank me for the tip, and was clearly not at all invested in my experience. Maybe Im asking for too much? Im not sure Ill be back...this is still a business, not a nail party with friends.

I have been looking for a good, decently priced nail salon for forever now and Q nails has surpassed my expectations!! You are taken care of from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out! I got a fantastic pedicure from Helen and loved every second of it. This is definitely my new go to nail salon!!

Kelley did a fantastic job!! She was a pleasure to chat with and her work is excellent. I also recently had a gel pedicure here. I chose the deluxe and the nails look awesome, but the massage was above and beyond. They take their time and I felt like they really worked hard to make me feel and look great!

The staff are nice and welcoming. I took my bf for his first ever pedicure and he definitely felt relaxed. Great experience! Im glad we went here versus somewhere else!

Its the same old. I have been coming here for four years and there are some excellent nail techs and some that simply do a terrible job. I dont know how they still keep their doors open, maybe because they are the lowest priced nail salon in this area. But I am done going their. I always keep giving them another chance, but it was my last time. Just look at the photos I provided.

My 2 daughters and I came in today and had a great experience! The 2 ladies who did my daughters services made it special for them and the 2 gentlemen who did my gel manicure and deluxe pedi were great. Very relaxing!

Truly appreciate the superb dip powder service of Kelly and deluxe pedicure by Helen. I have never been disappointed with their service.

The place is nice and clean and convenient. They squeezed me in for a pedicure after my eyebrows. They were fast with the service but I enjoyed it. I will come back for services again.

Katie at Q Nails did an amazing job on my nails. I love them so much!!! I got an sns manicure. It took around an hour and a half for the whole manicure (no wait, sat immediately). Katie was very detail oriented & made sure that I loved the shape & color before continuing, which I really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend them enough and I will definitely be going back!

Extremely disappointed…I’ve been going here every 3 weeks for over a year. Last week I went in for my regular service of dip powder and was given someone new. I was hesitant at first but wanted to give her a chance.In less than a week 3 of my nails cracked. Which has never happened, they typically last 3-4 weeks. I went in and explain the situation and ask for them all to be redone so they would be even and none of my other nails would crack. I was told by the owner they would only fix the cracked nails. As a loyal customer that tips any nail tech that does the service well I was disappointed with how the owner handled the situation. I will be taking my business else where from now on.Response…i will not be back. if the nail technician does have 14 years of experience it did not show…when removing the old dip she drilled down so much I had to ask her stop because I could feel the heat from the drill on my nail bed. There were shavings all over my hands, her hands and the counter. She also did do that same technique that I have had from other technicians which is why my right hand was cracking. I was not any harder on my nails within that week than other time I’ve been there…I certainly am not looking for a hand out or to take advantage of anyone. I would have been more than happy to tip the technician that redid them to compensate for her time. They are now growing out unevenly and do not match. Which is what I was trying to avoid so I could continue coming back to your salon every 3 weeks. The fact that you automatically assume that I was only looking for a free seevice is a reflection on your lack of professionalism.

This place made me feel welcomed from the moment I opened the door. I sat right down and enjoyed a deluxe pedicure which Kelly did a fantastic job. She made me feel comfortable, asking if I would like something to drink and performing her amazing skills! Thanks so much for a great first experience at this salon!

This was my first time here since my usual nail salon is closed on Sunday. The regular pedicure was great- long massage with sugar scrub and hot towels. I also got the SNS and they did a great job. If you’re looking for good prices/service, and don’t need a fancy nail bar this is your spot.

Hands down, the best place in Charlotte for a manicure and pedicure. The staff is extremely friendly. The salon is very clean and follow the COVID protocols. My technician was awesome. He made me feel relaxed and was just a pleasure to have had the experience I did. Customer for life!!

My nail tech was very thorough, checking his work at each step during my full set acrylic manicure. The prices are the best around for the level of attention to detail and service.

I have been going to Q Nails for 20 years... Tony & the team are the absolutle best in Charlotte. I have had a few times where I was less than happy, but the great FAR out weighs the bad (again, a few times over 20 years!). One time as a new mom I brought my son who started wailing half way thru.... one of the ladies held, rocked him, sang to him & told me just relax.

They do a great job! The wait times are long—even if you have an appointment.

They do great nails but horrible customer service they greet who they want to greet, I was standing waiting for someone to at least say hi for 10 minutes and no one said anything made me feel unwelcome and I just walked away. For that you lost a great tipper and a customer.

Three Gel nails lifted and came off after 4 days....then the rest just peeled off in ONE piece!Never had this happen, ever.

The team at Q Nails gives a perfect manicure every time! They do lots of different designs and nail art, but the classic dipping powder manicure by Kim is by far my favorite. I have been a customer since high school (10+ years) and wouldnt go anywhere else!

I’ve had a difficult time finding a good nail salon after the one I went to for years was bought and went way downhill. I went to Q nails and had a great experience. They are super friendly staff, and my SnS dipping powder and pedicure are perfect. Prices are comparable to other nail places, which in my opinion, most places are overpriced . I’ve found me a new nail salon.
