This place was not as bad as people said it was. Im glad me and my husband decided to give it a try. Yes the wait time is long but thats because they are under staffed. There are 5 nail stations and only 2 workers. Other then that, we both got pedis and they were clean and professional. I got a fill in and she fixed me up!

Worst customer service ever! For starters, I didnt even get greeted when I first got to the place. Secondly, I had to wait for over an hour for service. Once I got in the chair, she was incredibly rude so I definitely wont be coming back here!

My first visit because I happen to be on that side of town and I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed!!! Nail tech Ms. Michael was absolutely wonderful, she gave me great info concerning how to make my eyebrows grow out, which I am attempting to do. Not the most upscale, but the customer service definitely makes up for the decor!!!!

I usuallyGo here to get gel polish and the main lady that sits at the front desk does a very good job on my nails its been 20 days and my nails still look great the other ladies on the other hand take forever and the results are not great... but the main lady that sits at the front has a lot of clientes because shes good!

I have been to this nail salon 3x. After the first visit I told myself I didn’t like the service so I wasn’t gonna go back. The second visit was a surprise from a friend so I could say anything. The nail tech did a good job. My friend then gave me a gift to go back for Christmas. The service was a rip off. Charged me $20 just for gel polish when a gel polish manicure is $25. Thought I would save a little money since they jacked my skin up around my fingernails anyways but that was a negative.Definitely won’t go back now.

I looked through some of the reviews and most came out negative.. but I wanted to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. So I simply called to get a price on a nail repair w/ gel polish. The person I was on the phone with was RUDE and hung up on me. Definitely won’t be giving my money to them 🙄🤣

This was my first time visiting this nail salon it was clean I liked it and I think I will continue to go back and Patron there again

If I truly wanted to express how awful this place is, Id stand in front of the nail shop window and convince every potential customer that they are beyond the worst salon in Charlotte. Rude as hell is an understatement. The owner is either bipolar or she clearly cares nothing for her clients. She is not welcoming and she is a liar. I went to get eyelash extensions and waited 30 minutes after I took my lashes off for me to remind her that I was there for lashes. She looked at me and told me they were out of glue. Also I arrived 5 pm and the shop closes at 7pm. I wanted a mani/pedi combination and she told me it was too late I could only get one of the services. 2 hours prior to closing! Ive been in shops where it was 10 minutes prior to closing and they still welcomed the customer because they are providing a service and they want you to come back. This salon cares nothing for their customers and could care even less about making money. Never again will I turn down England drive off Arrowood road and waste my time and energy.

Bad service from the moment we stepped in the door. I dont even know why we chose to stay. I requested 4 pedicures and the lady looked so annoyed as if that was a bad thing. They then placed us in the chairs which by the way needed updating. That is to consider one of the chairs was broken and all of them had duck tape on them. The woman who began working on our pedicures used the same tools for my sister and I. As soon as i noticed she was gonna use it on the other 2 people we had with us I told her she needed to switch tools. I had never seen something so disgusting. People could have fungus or other foot bacterias which is why nail shops are supposed to switch tools per client. The file she was using looked so old, it made no sense why she wouldnt grab a fresh one. They didnt even have a little rolling station to put their tools instead they put a piece of newspaper on the ground and worked from there. I looked in the back and could tell immediately that they did not have enough supplies nor proper cleaning equipment. As well there nail polish was so outdated. I may not have known her, but amother client came in. Immediately everyone in the shop noticed she was not acknowledged. The young lady told the employees what service she wanted and they completely ignored her. Of course after 2 hours of waiting the lady left. I truly am shocked to know this shop is still in business. Very disappointed that after all these years to finally step in the place and it was a disappointment.

I went to this shop Tuesday and got a full set there was one young lady getting her nails done I waited 30 mins for her to start on my nails which is fine. But it took two and a half hrs to do my nails she had a very bad attitude talking about customers it was a crazy experience.today as of the 14th my nail has broken due to her obsession with her drill.Im highly upset because I got gel nails and this is not normal. Im very disappointed in the nail techs here in Charlotte.I love my nails and want them to be flawless.but the techs I have exp here are careless.

I had to rate 1 star but i wish i could give a -10. The owner is just horrible...she made we wait 30 to 45 minutes and then decided because i was the last person in and she was closing in 2 hours she wouldnt do my nails cause she said she didnt wont too...i would NOT RECOMMEND for ANYONE to go here even though one lady in there named Ms.Sue she is awesome. She was the only reason i was going but then the owner is so over the top with her rudeness i had to stop going...i was going to catch a case dealing with that lady...she has no respect for others and they time/money. And she gets all in your face yelling when you tell her she wrong for treating LOYAL CUSTOMERSevery 2wks like garbage..she doesnt care about her employees or customers and she a cop caller.

I havent actually been to the place and was hesitant about even calling because of the other reviews but its 6:13p on Sunday and I saw they were open. I called and a lady answered the phone and asked how she could help me. When I asked if I needed an appointment for a mani/pedi since it is Sunday. She said I sorry maam, we closed now. I said that I saw online they were open til 8...and she hung up on me. Guess I believe all of the negative reviews, I wont be going there!

The Owner Isnt Rude Thats Just Her Personality And The Way She Speaks But Other Than That Great Service And At A Reasonable Price It Can Be Hard To Understand Them Some Times But Very Great I Wouldnt Go There If You Like Very Modern Nail Art Or Complicated Designs

Ive been coming here since I moved here to Charlotte and I find it very unprofessional for a business owner to tell a customer do not come in the morning. Now I dont know if shes having a bad day but she lazy as hell. She sits behind her station and sleep. Im here now and she just refused a customer because she wants to sleep.This may be my last time here.

The main lady is rude. They are super slow. I waited for 3 hrs to get a nail fixed & there was only 2 ppl in front of me.

I have visited this place a couple of times but the truth is that they never have good staff, maximum 2 employees working, you must wait more than half an hour to be treated, it arrives with all patience!
