I recently treated my wife to nails and pedicure from Queenly. Though I am not very familiar with the nail business, She hasn’t stopped telling me how clean and professional the techs are. She just showed me her nails and after about a month, they are still looking great. Or as she said “ no lifting.” Thank you Queenly for making ME “look good” with your quality service.

So this was my first time going to the salon. Digna did my pedicure. (Which was great!) And (I forgot the nail tech’s name who did my nails.) She has the green & black hair and sits at the first table. She did my nails and it looked SO BEAUTIFUL but I experienced lifting only after 5 days. I was very unhappy and they charged me nearly $200 for everything. Plus I left a $40 tip. I wanted to be a regular customer so bad just because of how beautiful the designs came out but they need to use better quality acrylic if they’re going to charge so much.Also, I had an APPOINTMENT and still had to wait 30 min to be seen. I didn’t like that as I had somewhere to be.

Best nail studio in Charlotte! I get my nails done here all the time and I’m never let down. The nails are great quality and they last me up to 2 weeks without a break. I love the service and the nail techs are the nicest people. Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved to NC, close to the Charlotte area and I was looking for a great nail salon or nail tech that would be able to meet my wants and needs and I came across Queenly Nails and oh my gosh, I loved it!!!! I got my nails done by Jenny, she was such a sweetheart, she was open and ready for everything I wanted and she did an amazing job! The shape of the nail, the way she applied the acrylic, and the color and design, everything about my nails came out perfect! I was so happy that I had finally found someone who could do my nails the exact way I wanted them done! The place is so clean and their hospitality is so warm and welcoming! Wanted to do something nice for my lady & this place was recommended by a friend. My lady scheduled the appointment, I paid a deposit and we arrived on time. Almost left due to the wait. My lady was very disappointed in the quality of her nails. They chipped within the first week. Price was too high. Never again. Do not recommend

I’ve been here three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it has been terrible service each time. I’ve gotten both acrylics with tips and sculpted nails and they were both terrible quality. The nails with tips done by Digna were not even or shaped well or looked anything like what i asked for. The sculpted nails by Danielle broke easily. I called the shop when my nail broke within a week of getting them done, they gave me the run around for a week before giving me an appointment to get a repair. When I got to the shop they sat me with someone different who did not even do sculpted nails which made no sense at all. They offered to just glue a tip on the nail. When i stated that made no sense their answer was rude and indifferent. They stated “this is how we do repairs, they are scheduled with anyone who is available.”

I book with Claudia every time I get my nails done. She does wonderful work, always so innovative!! Absolutely love her!!

I was so excited to get my nails done here! I had been feeling covid symptoms after a weekend at the beach. Instead of getting my nails done I decided to get a covid test. I called to see if I could reschedule( I know their 48 hour policy) and immediately was told that I cant get a refund or move my appointment. I was also told to call back to speak with the manager, why would I have to call back? Very unprofessional. I guess they would rather put their clients at risk instead of accommodate.

I recently became a customer of Queenly Nails Studios and I will never go anywhere else again! Jenny does an amazing job. I love how she takes her time to make sure your nails and shape come out perfect. I enjoy that she has a creative eye and can help me when Im feeling undecided. Jenny does amazing quality work that lasts for weeks. Everyone at the shop is friendly, polite and professional. Ive never had to wait longer than about 5 minutes for my appointment. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

I heard about this place after asking a bartender where she got her nails done because they were art! She suggested here and I booked my appointment with her nail tech Yari and she really hooked me up!! I loved how clean the salon is. Yari did an amazing job, I want to say she really outdid herself but this was nothing for her. She is literally a goddess and I could not have been happier!! They lasted a month and had so many compliments. I couldn’t stop staring myself. I loved it!!!

I really liked this place while I was there getting my nails done. I got a full set with gel, Jenny did my nails and she was super sweet to talk to and did exactly what I wanted. The shape was perfect, the colors were perfect, and the design was perfect. I left the studio SO pleased with my nails. Unfortunately, the acrylics began to come up just a week after I got them done.....I paid $95 for these nails plus a tip, so to me this is just so uncool. I need my acrylics to last me AT LEAST a full two weeks, ideally up to three - especially if I’m paying this price. I’m really upset that this happened, I’m new to the area and have been in search of a new nail studio. I thought this was the one but I guess I was mistaken. ):

I was trying to find a new nail salon in my area to go to. My nails were so pretty, natural looking, almond shape with simple white-marble designs on 4 fingers. Jenny was amazing. To make my nude-sheer shade, she mixed clear, acrylic powder with a pink powder. After she was done, she told me another tech was going to take my payment. I was charge for a pink and white full with shape and designs (like I got ombre). $80 mkay? I paid it no problem because I loved my nails and the atmosphere.Now after ONLY 5 DAYS, my nails are lifting bad. I normally get 2 to 3 weks before I need a fill-in. Oh, well

I have been going to this shop for about a year now. I started going to this girl named April who is no longer there, then kind of went to whoever was available as a walk-in. Long story short, I ended up getting my nails done by Yari and loved her work so much that I started solely going to her. I had an appointment yesterday but got into a car accident on my way there. I called the salon and spoke with the guy that works at the front telling him what happened and that I wouldn’t make the appointment. I asked about my $30 deposit and he said unfortunately they are unable to refund the money because now she had an empty seat. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I had been a loyal customer there, pay good money each time I go and even tip! I especially intended to pay good money yesterday because I needed a full set. I had never cancelled or rescheduled any of my appointments or ran late. If anything I’ve had to wait on her a few times her previous client ran into my appointment time. The fact that I couldn’t get my deposit back was very insensitive and unprofessional. There was a legitimate reason why I couldn’t make the appointment. I would have furnished a police report if they felt it necessary. Back to the drawing board in search of a nail salon. But needless to say they have lost my business. If you book with them, do all you can to make the appointment because no matter the circumstances you will NOT get your deposit back!

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and I love the way Yari does my nails. After they opened back up I love how safe they make me feel. I’ve seen them sanitize the chairs before each client and also make each client wash their hands when entering the salon.

Queenly nails have amazing technicians as well as an amazing environment as a nail salon. With this being my first visit I was very impressed with how they shaped my nails. Being from Charlotte there is no one else I can say that beautifully shaped nails the way they do. The reason I am giving them 3 out of 5 stars Is because within the first 5 days of getting my nails done two of them broke. They snapped so easily m, almost like chips. So when I asked to get my nails repair it was not an issue at all. However with me being almost 40 minutes from the salon, it was hard to get my nails repaired due to me having to be a walk-in client instead of an appointment. Each time I visit it was a 2 to 4 hour wait. After leaving the second time, The next day 2 more nails broke. I understand nails do not last forever but for the amount I paid and the timeframe they had been done, my nails should not have broke so easily. The question is would I return, absolutely. This is not a negative review just my story.

One of many nail shops in Charlotte that suck. Came in & was greeted, I immediately showed my nail tech a picture of the exact same style I would like which I thought was coffin. (Apparently it was tapered but different places call it different things). Either way I showed her a pic of the style I would like. When she started sculpting the nail (it was only one done at this point) i stopped her & said it was too little & thin. She replied “this is just cleaning them up” I said ok & let her continue. When she was done with one hand I said you lied this is not what I wanted and had to show her the picture again. They were very thin and pointy which I hate that style. I told her that’s why I tried stopping her because like I stated I did not want them to be small. She started arguing with me. The manager stepped in but by that point I started crying just because how frustrated I was. One I don’t have time to sit in a shop all day for them to fix their mistakes & two I’m paying so I deserve to have what I asked for. The nail tech told the manager I wasn’t clear. I was literally about to leave until the manager said for her to fix it. It was barely fixed so I left with one hands nails being smaller than my other. And the biggest thing of all I got sugar nails which are supposed to be polished, dipped and then polished again so it will stay put. So my nails were done incorrectly but due to the struggles I’ve dealt with I took it as a loss. Even if done correctly to “their standards” it’s a rip off since it chips after a few days. The manager charged me full price still which was $55 for some nails that weren’t done correctly, the paint started chipping the same week & I even tipped the girl $10 still because I’m not that type of person. On top of it all two nails chipped off as I scratched my face after a week of getting them done....talk about cheap. But I just will not be back. For a new establishment that hasn’t been open for a year they really need to work on their customer service and experience judging off of all these bad comments and now including mine.

Upsetting experience. I had to wait about 25 min to start my appointment . Apparently someone is building their portfolios which I understand but I shouldn’t have to wait for you to post on Instagram. On top of that no greeting. No Como estas’. It was all just negative energy for me. I can sense the disconnect as soon as I sat down in their unsanitary chair. I was actually uncomfortable the entire time by the fact that they didn’t take the time to clean the area. I guess it was because of the loss time taking the photos. Some of the commentary was unnecessary and these techs are extremely rude. I can see why the turn over rate there is high. Drama filled unhealthy environment. They overcharge customers because of a tech’s popularity on social media even though some the work is mediocre and the products are all the same. They up charge based off someone’s reputation although the main tech and company’s reputation is shattered. Pay attention to the reviews and take your business elsewhere. Greed is one hell of a sin.

Went to get my nails done today. Paid extra money for “glow in the dark” acrylic powder, only to get home and realize they don’t glow at all. Scammed.

Seriously everything that I posted about this business is true. Daniella and her little helper are out here robbing people. Do not support this establishment. They are never on time, they overcharge, very unprofessional and they sit around talking about people in Spanish. I will never go back to this place.

This place has been SUPERB since day one. The owners and employees have always been courteous and respectful. I enjoy not only the way I’m treated when I go BUT, their work is FANTASTIC!!!! I’ve referred several others to this studio and they are more than satisfied as well. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you give them a try.

Called ahead to see if they were taking walk ins and was told that they were. Drove there all the way from Salisbury NC and was told I had to wait 3 hours once I arrived. There was no on else waiting to be see. They need to be more considerate of their customers. Either stop saying you take walk ins or hire more help.

I visited the shop last week, for a full set, which was fine. However I noticed I wasnt feeling well two days after I visited the shop. I went to get a Covid-19 test. I received my results and I tested POSTIVE for Covid-19. I also noticed while receiving service, that the employees were not practicing social distancing or being 6 ft apart from each other. I also notice nobody was cleaning after each customer. I felt very UNCOMFORTABLE sitting so close to the other customer next to me, with no shield in-between us. I am certain I contracted the virus from this place. I will no longer be a client at this establishment. ****** PLEASE BE AWARE****

Daniela refused to do my nails because of a small cut in my left hand middle finger. I have never been turned down before because of a cut around my finger/nail. I guess each person/salon has its own “rules”. I drove 1 hr and arrived an hour before because I needed a soak off. Crazy how at the time of the soak I wasn’t told they don’t work on cut fingers. I sat there an hour before I was told she wasn’t going to do my nails. It would’ve been my second time getting my nails done by her at that salon. I liked how she did my first set of nails and I believe they have good quality products but they’ve lost my business. I don’t think they even care but it’s all good. I do expect to receive my $20 deposit back because I was on time, I didn’t cancel or reschedule. She was the one that turned me down and it their policies it says nothing about cuts. I even screenshot their whole page and policies in case they want to make a last minute change. I have sent her 2 text messages about my deposit and I’m yet to receive a reply!

Queenly Nails Studio is THE place to get your nails done! Daniela and I just had our 3 year “nailaversary” and I love her. She takes her time, provides quality service and makes sure you leave happy. I love my nails and always get compliments. I have referred many and they are always satisfied as well. The shop is clean and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments. The quality of the nails are amazing, but the customer service is not the best AT ALL. I booked with Yazzy about 3 times but there was always an excuse of why she was either extremely late ( which was my very first experience with her- bad first impression) or after not showing up at all and texting she why she couldn’t do my nails at at all. After so many disappointing visits I just chose to longer book with her because of her unprofessionalism. Fortunately after the cancellations, I found Nikki & Paloma that we’re within the shop, who are both amazing in customer service & quality !

I love my nails every time I get them done... DJM does amazing work. My nails last me for 1 month and a half and I could probably go longer... no lift, no chipping, no broken nails. Best in Charlotte hands down.

Love this nail place. Ive been getting my nails done by Yazzy almost 2 years now. She always gets me right!. The other ladies also does wonderful work. I love the fact that they take their time servicing you and not rushing you out. I also like the fact that they make sure your shaping is perfect on the nails.

I have been here four times since I moved to Charlotte I love my nails every time I walked out but as far as timing with Yazzy she either was always late or my appointment was cancelled so unprofessional

In this salon, they use quality products only and make sure to meet your wants/needs and I always leave satisfied with both their service and work. The owners are wonderful people and everyone here makes you feel at home. They do NOT judge you. Just because someone is speaking a different language in front of you does not mean they are talking about you. In todays society, it is a wonderful thing to speak more than one language so dont judge if you dont know whats going on. Also, quality work comes with a price. If you go elsewhere, the price may be cheaper but they may work in unsanitary conditions, dont focus so much on quality work, and more than likely use unsafe products (like acrylic with MMA). When I say this place uses quality products, they use QUALITY products. I am honestly so proud of where these girls are now. I have seen them since the very beginning and know how hard they worked towards reaching their goal of having their own salon.

I would absolutely NOT EVER return to this nail salon. They are not respectful of your time at all. They cancel with no notice, or they will leave without speaking to you, they’re not friendly at all and overcharges for service. They are constantly running at least 30 minutes behind but if you’re just minutes late they will keep your deposit. This establishment is unprofessional and outright ratchet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Had an appointment and paid a $25 deposit. As I went to my car to go to the appointment I saw that my car was broken into so I obviously couldn’t make it on time. I understand the deposit is for their time and everything and all I asked was if I can put my deposit towards a new appointment or come later on in the day because obviously I had to wait for police to file file a report. It’s not like I’m a new customer. I’m already a client of theirs and I always spend about $100 on my nails and tip good. The fact that they couldn’t accommodate me or make an exception is beyond me.. appalling customer service.

The ambiance of this place is amazing! The decorations are beautiful. I’m always greeted with a smile and the service is always on point. I have been going to Yazzynails now about five years and she is the best hands down. Her and Dani are awesome, I don’t let anyone else do my nails. Booked with April and paid deposit. Came 15 minutes early for appointment and she greeted me with an attitude 10 minutes late. Her energy was unwelcoming as if she really didn’t want to service me. When I showed her what I wanted she went back and forth with me on the specifics of tips vs sculpted nails. I told her whichever is easier for you. I’m not picky. She Continuously created barriers to not service me. April Basically embarrassed me in front of the whole salon by getting her manager and all nail techs involved and refused to service me because one of my nails was broken down the middle. She could have politely kept the conversation between the two of us. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and very arrogant attitude. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I like Queenly Nails but I absolutely love Paloma. She always does my acrylic sets & she never disappoints. Just by the look in her eyes, you can tell this is what she loves doing. Paloma is the absolute best and is the only person who is allowed to do my nails at Queenly Nails.

I booked my first appointment with Queenly Nails when I decided to move back to S. Carolina from Oklahoma. Daniela is my nail tech I book with in June 2017 and she has never disappointed. Whether I have come with a design in mind or allowed her to freestyle, Ive always been satisfied.For those saying prices arent posted or they make them up as they go along, as a consumer I understand that point. Suggestion, if you have a budget let them know at the beginning of the appointment. They will work to accommodate the design you want while staying within your budget. The best of professionals cant please everyone and thats ok. The thing to remember, with any service, is to make your desires and budget known to avoid possible issues and/or disappointment.I highly recommend the head nail techs, Daniela and Yazzy, as well the newer techs they personally train and mentor in the shop.

I had my nails done by April for my birthday and they were amazing!! I called to make an appointment, they said shes only taking walk-ins and she wouldnt be in until one. I went back for a fill in but she wasnt there (no big deal) they advertise walk in. This was at 9:30am the girl that was there said they are not taking walk ins!!! I asked if April was still coming in at one and she said we dont know when shes coming in and were not taking walk-ins. Youre a new nail salon and your not taking walk ins? I wont be back.

I recently got a fresh full set done with my nail tech Paloma and she has yet to disappoint. Her work is always clean and she helps me a lot with what colors or designs look best on my hand. I came into this shop with a friend and when we tried to greet them, the owner barely said a HELLO. Not only that but they FREQUENTLY change staff !! This nail shop has even opened late due to “ oversleeping “ .. that is EXTREMELY unprofessional . They also make up prices for their OWN clients and don’t give new ones anything . PS. I get you guys think speaking in Spanish hides that fact that you all GOSSIP all day but TRUST it does not . People around can understand what you are saying and your facial expressions and body language says it all.

Very poor unprofessional service was what I got, I got there on time and after waiting for about 20 minutes I was told my tech was unable to make it, now this would of been my first time there and first impression says a lot, I was told after booking 2 1/2 weeks in advance and my time being wasted that I could either reschedule for next week or refund my deposit, I would of not reschedule after that experience, who to say it wouldn’t happen again, when you book your appointment you leave your telephone number and you meant to tell me no one could of called me before I decided to go waste my time? I was not offered anything for the inconvenience, it was as if they could of cared less, I would not and I repeat not recommend this sorry place as an establishment to anyone, any business should stick to their commitments and if your unable to make it for what ever reason you go about it as professional as you can. I would of given 0 stars if that was an option to post my review.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done!They are awesome and sweet. Not only that they KNOW their craft very well. Anything you can dream up they can do. I constantly get compliments on my nails.

AMAZING!!Queenly nails is an amazing and new nail salon. I love the work I receive from DJM. I have watched these ladies start from the bottom and now they can live out their dream. Queenly Nails is by far the best nail salon that I’ve been to. Daniela is my nail tech and I have received the upmost professionalism as well as the best nail services every time I’ve had an appointment. The salon is very modern and chic. And the staff (of course after weeding out the bad seeds) is more than welcoming to all clients.

Great services and friendly staff very talented nail technicians. Not only you will receive a quality service with quality products but you will also enjoy a relaxing experience. I recommend this salon for all your nail enhancements.

They may be “talented” but there’s more to running a business than just talent. Unprofessional is an understatement. These people don’t know the basics of customer service at all they are No better than any other salon. They go from English to another language just like the rest. If you want to be welcomed and treated with respect don’t waste your time at this place. They don’t even have prices listed which leads me to believe they make up prices as they go. Also the amount of licenses on the wall don’t match with the number of people working.

This place is beyond sad, they may do good work but they are very unprofessional. Came to get my nails done and all they do is talk about each other in Spanish which assuming they didnt think I spoke it. Seems to me they only want there own kind in there. I enjoy seeing a mix of different people there like it was when they first opened. Wont be going back. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to be talked about in another language.

If you want professional quality work this is the best salon... I have been going to Daniela for years the salon is beautiful, clean, and the service is excellent. Everyone from the nail techs to their awesome eyelash tech is great at what they do. Promise you won’t be dissapointed.

I was overcharged I paid $42 for some special Paloma was running then when she finished with my nails I had to pay another $64. I wouldnt mind paying for work that is worth it. Two of my nails broke 2 days after getting them done and now the clear gel top coat is peeling. Also she kept complaining about my how I wanted my nails the entire time doing them. No customer wants to hear that when they are paying their hard earned money. She didnt do a horrible job but not worth the money at all.

Best in Charlotte hands down. Been going to Daniela (DJMnails) since I moved out here and I’m tellin y’all I’m takin her back to Cali with me 😉. Her work is great, my nails always last 3 weeks to a month. She takes her time on each and every client. BOOKNOW ladies!

The natural nail services are no good. Don’t waste your money here. The only thing they care about is acrylic. It seems like If your not spending top dollar they brush you off like a peasant. My pedicure was ok if definitely had better the polish was terrible and my gel chipped days later.

Out of the 20 years of getting my nails done this was one of the worst experiences. Shame on me for cheating on my original nail tech but my go to people were booked. I arrived at 10 for my soak off the atmosphere was dry no one seemed welcoming I sat in the waiting area until one of nail tech came and started my soak off then she proceeded to add tips on I was like no thank you I booked sculpted nails which upset me because they didnt even acknowledge I had a appointment I then had to wait 2 hours before yazzy started my nails it was like she had a attitude the whole time asking why didnt I go back to my original spot then it was like she was upset I wanted my nails a little shorter stating I dont do short nails mind you I just wanted it just a smidge shorter the nail tech claudia was the only tech engaged with her customer I wished I could have booked with her smh the experience would have been better but oh well I just sat there unhappy and when I left I went around the corner and let them fix my nails the way I wanted needless to say I will never go back there and I but if I was on my last leg I will book with claudia

I was a regular at this shop for a while. I worked a hard job and my nails always stayed on with paloma . The shop seems to have lost all its good nail techs in the past 3 months including paloma. My last set lasted maybe 2 weeks and is lifting even though Im on vacations. Very disappointed.

I went because the pics were great. Got my nails done by yazzy. Her work was decent. I broke a nail & my skin came off with it. So she glued the false nail to my skin & nail. She does great with some people, but not all. I shouldve listened to the facebook review.

Please be aware customers are not valued at this establishment. Didn’t have a good experience I came as a walk in. Word on the street I received a pedicure from an unlicensed person which I found very disturbing. I didn’t feel welcomed nor did I feelPositive energy as I entered I probably will not be back.

Great my nails always last long and I always get compliments

Got my nails done for my bday. When I showed the tech what I wanted she said she only had 2 colors to work with, if I wanted the color I asked for that would be $15 extra, she had already started prepping so I went for it, not much I could do at that point anymore. 3 days later (before my bday) one of my nails broke, I messaged the salon IG and til this day I have not gotten a response fromthem. Decided to look for the tech who did my nails since I was clearly not going to get a response from the salon IG. I message the tech, her response was I had to pay to get it fixed bc it had been past the 3 day grace period, keep in mind I did message them when it had happen and I did not hear back. NOT A WEEK and my nail broke. First and last time here
