I have been going here for about a year. Even after moving across the city I drive 30 minutes to come here. They’re so sanitary which is a huge plus. Susan does a phenomenal job with SNS. She takes her time to make sure your nails are clean. The techniques she uses throughout the process are top tier.

Walked in and wasn’t promptly greeted. Instead I was looked at like an alien. When a white lady walked in she was greeted by everyone with cheerful voices. Won’t be back

Decor Nails & Spa is fantastic! Always an amazing manicure or pedicure, whether I’ve done gel, dip powder, french etc. Great selection of colors and the owners and technicians are very kind, consistent and detail oriented. Love this place! A true gem.

I only go to Decor Nails for my mani/pedi needs in the Charlotte area. The staff is amazing, so friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to put protective measures in place during COVID and I always feel clean and safe during my visits. They are very reasonably priced and have fixed a chipped nail for me in the past for no charge at all. Big fan of this place and the sweet people that work there!

I called ahead for an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. EVERYONE there made me feel welcome and took very good care of me. My, was the lovely lady who did my fills for me, Bet is the young lady who did my very relaxing pedicure and Zee is the creative artist that did some pretty awesome art on my nails. This team of ladies were fantastic! I was offered wine and that really relaxed me while getting my pedicure. The gentleman that checked me out at the end was very courteous, I am visiting Charlotte for business and can’t say how happy I am that I found this place, it was a great experience!

In my opinion they are going above and beyond with taking all necessary safety precautions. I was able to walk-in without an appointment, but suggest making an appointment due to limited capacity.

I like this place as a walk in, no appointment. Ive only had to wait once. The pricing is standard and the service pretty good. My nails last very well, too.

My daughter and I went here on a Sunday and the service was incredible! Yes, the place is small but they run it like a well oiled machine. Prices were great, parking was a breeze and every person we came in contact with was extremely friendly. This is now our goto spot in CharlotteUpdate:My daughter and I have been here many times and I have sent many people here. The owner is wonderful but clearly she has dropped the ball with her current staff. Our latest experience was so bad we will never go back. A few key notes, my daughters water was freezing and when she told her tech she simply added a bit more water. Her entire pedicure was in an ice bath. Both of us had terrible massages, my tech mostly used one hand and zero pressure. I asked for a deluxe which consisted of brown goo on my feet with covering, no warm towels, just cold gooey feet. We basically threw our money out. In these times, that’s very sad. You lost 2 good customers over this

I went to this place for 2yrs and most times I had a different person and every person did an excellent job. I have lived many places and never have I had an experience where every nail person was this good. Unfortunately I moved away, will miss them. They were clean and very detail oriented. My nails looked great every time! 😀

I had a terrible experience at Decor Nails & Spa. Despite having read the positive reviews and having a personal referral, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady, who I presume is the owner (her table is to the far left along the back windows), was EXTREMELY ROUGH with my nails. To the point that she broke my natural nail (with acrylic overlay) completely off. I wanted to cry. She offered no apology and attempted to blame what she had done on me. She then began speaking in her native tongue and laughing with the other women in the shop. Her technique was also extremely limited for someone who should be the most experienced person in the shop. If your nails are anything more than short, natural, and basic - do not waste your time with this place. She even told me that they typically charge extra for long nails, but that she would make an exception this time. My nails are nowhere near freakishly long! Ugh. I cannot stress enough what a horrible experience I had at Decor Nails & Spa.

Parking is easy, they are upstairs which could be a downfall, but for me I like the exercise. They were very friendly, my nail tech listened about how I like my toenails a little bit longer and they turned out perfectly. Paraffin was included in the basic pedicure! I was able to tip on a card, which is great bc I always forget cash. I will be back again.

By far the best nail place Ive found in Charlotte! They do a fantastic job and are very meticulous. I recently got a pedicure and stupidly put on closed toe shoes too soon after. I came back the next day and they immediately jumped to fix my nails and ensure that it was super dry before I left. I rarely have to wait a long time before someone helps me, and they have wine!

I like the location .. I actually think I got an infection from getting my nails done here or maybe I’m allergic to their products. I have never had this problem before.. my fingers itch severely and I have small red bumps around the tips of my nails and fingers . I paid 70 dollars for my nails to get done and although they do look nice, I will have to get them soaked off :(... I will not be going back here only to show them how bad of a rash I have all over my nails and how my finger tips are swollen. I wish I could post a picture..

I have been to so many salons in Charlotte. This is the only place that does the shape of my acrylic nails correctly. I almost couldnt believe how great they looked. Amazing job. Everyone is really friendly as well.

My normal nail salon is closed on Sunday and I needed a fill in with gel polish and a regular pedi. Cost me $65 for the services plus tip. Service was efficient and they were very meticulous with details. On the pedi they dip your feet in hot wax and give you a nice massage. Great touches. The fill in was done nicely and at the end they give you a salt scrub. Also looks like they do some waxing services as well. Complimentary wine, water, soda, hot tea as well.They are located upstairs and parking is a breeze. I would come back here again.

This salon is very cramped, uncomfortable and uninviting. The two times I have gone in no one has greeted me or said hello. Then, when I get to the front desk the manager/owner walks over and says What do you want done today? Very unprofessional and poor service. I would expect to greeted with a smile and a hello maybe. But thats just me. I would rather drive a longer distance to receive better service.

Absolutely amazing!! I love how they use cleaned starilized tools each time and have covers for they soakers. I just moved to town and so happy I have found this place. Recommend it to anyone!!

I came here with other bridesmaids and the bride to get mani/pedis before the wedding. I was very impressed with the wide selection of colors and the quality of the gels. Over 2 weeks later I only have a couple of chips. I thought the price was very fair as well- 25 for gels and 25 for basic pedicure- which includes massage and paraffin wax

This is the best nail place in Charlotte! The only place where I have gone that the gel nail polish doesnt start to curl (for lack of a better word) at the base of your nial. The polish lasts for at least two weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow, and you are always offered a beverage when you sit down :)

Ive been to many different nail salons throughout Charlotte and this one by far is my favorite. Pricing is wonderful for the service that you receive and they are always extremely polite.

Great service! They take their time to do your nails and arent focused on getting you out of there as quickly as possible.

Owners and entire staff were NOT welcoming.I opened the door,all the eyes were on me and my daughther.HOWEVER no one greeting was done to us...I felt awkward and I totaly regreted that I didnt walk away ..instead I went ahead and ordered mani and pedicure..I almost had to fight with the oldest lady that I belive own the salon to have my request done as I wanted.The girl that made my pedicure was the best so far in this business she was helpful and sweet!!! ..The gentleman that I belive is the owners husband offered drinks to everybody but ignored my daughter ....I defitnely will not come back !

They will talk very poorly about you to your face, assuming you dont understand. Very unprofessional and not a homely place at all. Consider looking somewhere else.
