This is the best nail salon I have been to in Charlotte! Kat is an excellent nail artist and Kim does wonderful pedicures, the other techs seem just as wonderful as well. They have done a great job with sanitation during Covid and I appreciate that, it took me a year to go back and get my nails done and this salon is impressive! I will not go anywhere else!

Ive went here for an emergency dip powder change and Sandy did a truly wonderful job. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails look absolutely perfect.

I love Nails 2!! I will never walk in just anywhere else again. My nails have never looked so good! They are professional yet very personable. The family owned business has top of the line pedicure chairs that will totally pamper you! I wont go anywhere else!

I have been a customer of this salon for years and have always enjoyed my visits. I consider Katrina and her family friends. I love the atmosphere and the continuity of the staff as well as the beautiful fingernails and toenails I always leave with!

I have been going to Nails 2 for about 2 years, I get my pedi every time I go, & my nails always look good for weeks!Also Kat does my nails with S&S & they always look great & stay on for 3-4 weeks!!

I have been going to this salon on and off for the last couple of years. I have to go to different nail salons based on where my job takes me and when I have the time to go. As I was checking out I was told that I would be charged an additional $5 because I had gone to other nail salons prior. Also my service was not overdue so it did not require additional/time work. As a small business owner I will say that is not the way to run a business. Best case, I should have been told at the onset that I would be charged extra. The only reason that I can imagine doing this is to encourage me not to come back. How else would this work in your favor? Except for getting an extra $5?. I would love to understand what you were trying to accomplish with this decision to charge extra. It made me feel extremely unwelcome. And I had called to make an appointment. MichelleI hope that you reply to me so that I can understand.

AVOID!!! Went to this salon several times. Noticed they jacked up their prices after they reopened from COVID-19 shut down. When asking them about it, they avoided giving an answer. ALSO, got my nails done by SANDY, and three days later they chipped very bad. I went in to get a polish change because the brand/color she put on me chipped so bad. She tried to get me to use the same color. I got the same pink, just a different brand and she told me that next time I come in she will charge me more for my dip manicure because my job messed my nails up? This is complete discrimination and unacceptable. I will not pay a different price for my dip SNS manicure than the rest of their customers because of my job and I asked for an extra coat of top coat. . This is not a way to run your business. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY’RE SHARKS!! I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Been going to this nail salon for 3 years and I absolutely adore it! The owner Mike does my nails and is the most attentive technician Ive ever had. He actually listens and doesnt make me feel like my requests are a hassle for him to do. I get the most compliments on my nails and have referred well over 2 dozen people to him who have all been pleased. I get pedicures as well and all of the ladies do a fabulous job. Definitely would recommend for Anyone wanting good quality service and a nice environment!

My mom and I have been going to this salon for almost 3 years. I have tried other salons and none compare. I have done gel nails, SNS, regular polish manicures, and regular polish pedicures. Every time my nails look great. The prices are adequate, the salon is always clean, and they have kind employees who always give the best service. They have recently done a renovation and it looks beautiful inside!

I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years. The quality of the technicians work is excellent. They offer a variety of services like waxing, etc. Gel nails with regular pedi $48. Discounts for cash. The decor is attractive and relaxing without being pretentious. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Iv been coming here with my mom since I was a little girl, they’re the only people I will trust with my eye brows and to do a pedicure correctly.Out of every nail salon in Charlotte, these girls know how to cut your toe nails with out making them ingrown, which has always been my biggest issue with other people cutting my nails.Thank you guys for always being awesome!

Love, love, love everything about this nail salon! The decor is very modern, the technicians are all very friendly and each person does an equally goodjob. Ive been back 5+ times and each time has been consistent and my polish would last over a month! Definitely will be my only go-to nail salon!

Best gel manicure Ive ever had and they have the best prices in town.

The place is conveniently located. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Unfortunately the pedicure didnt turn out how I hoped. The big toes are uneven and Polish color needed a few more coats. The gel manicure was nice, they charge $5 extra to take off previous gel.

I went with high expectations but was extremely disappointed. I went in to get a pedicure and fill in. I was promptly escorted to the pedicure chair where the attendant began to give me a pedicure. Once the pedicure was complete another attendant told me they did not have time to complete my fill in. When i asked why wasnt I told this before I began she stated they were down a staff and told me I could come back tomorrow for a fill in or there were other salons in the area. I have never in my life been told to go elsewhere to get a service. The owner was not in so I would hope that customer service is better when she is present. Needless to say I will not be going back!!! I

Not impressed. Business should be better with their attitudes & time.

Had a mani/pedi yesterday, Jan. 13, 2015. The pedi was good but short. However, the manicure, given to me in a huge hurry by Julie, left me with five bloody fingers. I have gone to this salon a lot, but I wont ever go again! Certainly was not the relaxing time I had envisioned. My fingertips still hurt.

My gel manicure looked good and lasted for 2 weeks

Only salon my fiancé will go to. Professional and friendly. All techs are pros.

The lady who did my nails was rude and irritated the whole time. Manicure was ok but my experience was not good at all
