I have been going to this nail salon on and off ever since they opened. The previous owners were super nice. The current owners and unprofessional and have poor customer service. I went in on Friday to have a fill in and pedicure. The minute I walked out of the building my nail broke, a few minutes later another one broke. I went to the salon on Saturday morning to have them repaired and did not have a problem with paying. The owner was so upset about the repair and ended up charging me 10$ to repair the two broken ones. I paid 97$ on Friday only to get bk on Saturday to pay more money. The pedicure was the worse i ever had. Upon leaving on Saturday i let them know that I would not be back. I would not recommend this nail salon at all because they do not value their customers at all. This is the worse I have ever experienced. I forgot to mention that he was so upset he filled my skin until it started to bleed.

The environment is super clean, staff very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are reasonable. Tina is the best!!

My nail tech was nice, but he could not do a simple design consisting of literally 3 lines. And he thought I was picky because I wanted the entire nail painted completely, including the sides and tips. How am I picky because I want them done right? Customers pay $100+ and then tip so yes I want my nails right! He and the lady at the first station talked about me in front of my face in their foreign language. Totally unprofessional and the quality is poor. Ive been getting my nails done for 20+ years and I will NEVER go back to this establishment.

I’m not from the area and just by after breakfast for a deluxe pedicure. The establishment was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The woman did an excellent job on my pedicure. I highly recommend this salon!

My technician was Tom. I chose to receive the dip and I thought the color I picked would have been cute on my nails. When Tom finished he noticed the look on my face and knew it wasn’t what I expected. He then said, no worries we can fix it, let try a darker color. Although it took longer than we both expected, he was patient, and polite. My dip is a bit thicker than normal; however, his willingness to immediately correct it without me being totally disappointed is well worth my return! Thank you Tom and I will see you in 2-3 weeks!

First off I’m a normal every 2 weeks customer I’ve never spent less then 200 or more every time I go there. Nails,Feet and eyebrows the works and was turned away because no appointment and I’ve never for the 11 months I been a loyal needed an appointment was even told about an appointment..Never will I return

The guy who did my nails really took his time to make sure they were done to my liking. The person who did my nails prior to him really screwed me over, but he was able to get me right with no problem!!!!! And all the staff were pleasant.

I was a customer of this establishment for over 10 years (two different managements) and always received excellent service. I went in yesterday and found that there’s now a 3rd manager/owner. She was pleasant and I allowed her to go my nails. These are by far the worst my nails have looked in my over twenty years. Plus, the top coat of my SnS is peaking on day 2! I feel like I threw money down the drain! Don’t waist your time or money.

Kevin was great. He helped me match colors between gel polish for my fingers and regular for my toes. His pedicures feel amazing also. I highly recommend going there above any place else.

Racist, and not professional whatsoever. I will never return here, and I am appalled for a place thats dedicated to servicing the public to be so nasty to their customers. Even though I was offended, and professionally expressed feeling so, the lady not once apologized to me. She told me to hush. I looked for clarity with the owner, and asked if he allowed his employees to talk to customers as such. He never once corrected her. I will never ever spend another dime there again. The customer is not their priority.My usual place I go to was closed, but I would have waited if I knew this would be the experience. Please take your business to MILAN SPA AND NAILS, located only a few minutes from this trash of a place.

This place is super nice and chill i use to get my eyebrows threaded however i tried out this spa and they did wax on my eyebrows and it was really nice and even better then threading and the lady was sweet and would actually want to have convo with me.

My mother, daughter, niece and I visited Tnails for some self care. I just say we really enjoyed our experience. Now on the the nails, we all did regular manis and pedis. It was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I wear my nails natural and they are thriving. If you getting a regular mani and pedi this is your place!

I have had nothing but great experiences here! They are always quick and have always been super friendly. They are not pushy about their upgrade products at all. My nails always look great and I refer many people to them and they have all had great experiences as well!

I went to get my eyebrows threaded next door, but didnt realize that I had arrived really early. Stop over to see if they were open. And was out in like 20 minutes. This was my first time getting Gel, the guy who attended me was really friendly and patient with me. I love this color ! It hasnt chipped once and thats saying a lot for me.

I’ve been going to T Nail Spa on and off for years but I’ve made the decision to NEVER go back. I’ve been going more consistently over the past 5-6 months and almost every time I get a fill in at least 2 of my nails break in the same weak. It’s painful and frustrating. Then they expect you to pay to get them fixed.. never again. They lay the acrylic on way too thin and I’m starting to think they do it on purpose so customers can come back more frequently $$$. Also, a few nail techs in there that have rubbed me the wrong way with their customer service. If I’m giving you consistent business and tipping well I expect much more than they have to offer. I have broken total of 4 nails and i got them done last week. After speaking to a manager i wasn’t charged for the two they repaired for me this weekend but now i don’t even want to go back to have them fix the other 2. I want to soak these off and start fresh at a whole new salon. Looking for acrylic nails in CLT? Do NOT go to T Nail.

Im from out of town. Needed a fill-in and after reading reviews I stopped in. Great experience. The nail tech who did my nails was Angel and she was the friendliest nail tech Ive ever seen. She told me she had 10 years experience and it showed. She did a great job.

Yes we were greeted when we first entered but then they basically ignored us and assisted other customers that came in after us. This was our first time ever getting our nails done which they took advantage of. My mom wanted a manicure and a pedicure. She was assisted by a older lady who did not know how to speak to us. From the start I told her my mom wanted gel on her toes which she didnt do. Then she takes her for her manicure and starts just trying to paint them regularly and I told her she doesnt want that and she says in a stern voice her nails are long enough like excuse me I am paying you. So my mom finally said no and took her hands away and later when I was assisted by another lady I told her to tell her and I found out that the older lady doesnt even do fake nails. I was angry at this point and we ended up paying for two manicures for my mom. I honestly think that the old lady did this on purpose so she can still make some money. very disappointed.

First time my girlfriend and I went to a nail salon. The service here was A1. They have great prices and keeps u entertained. The two workers there Tracy and Angel, was wonderful. Kudos!

The nail techs make slick remarks and Asian sounds of disgust about trimming my excessive cuticles.Been going there 2 years plus and they still dont know my name.Sluggish welcome every time. Nails are done right tho,customer service,not so much.

Only giving it a 2 star because I appreciated the lady who waxed my eyebrows. I came in last Thursday the 12th of December at 6 45pm (they close at 7:30) for a eyebrow wax and French tip gel manicure (simple enough). The lady who did my eye brows was great but that was it.. . They set me up with an older man who even though he was nice I honestly believe he did not know what he was doing... Only reason I say this is because another man stood next to him and told him things in his ear as he grabbed my hands and pointed at my nails then pointed at the polish? He started off cutting and filing my nails and started to paint it by time I was done It looks ok (dry since it was gel) I went home and the next morning realized that all of my nails had bubbles and circle indentations. My office christmas party was that evening friday December 13th at 7 so I was unable to go and fix them that night I did however call Saturday morning and I got a woman on the phone (rude) who said it had been 2 days and I would have to come in to see if he could fix and asked why I did not come before? Needless to say I did not bother going back I rather pay for someone to do it right then go back there and have them waste my time!

I love this place! The staff do a great job and the owners are fantastic! They try to make sure you get exactly what you want. Ive never had a bad experience with them. I moved to Gastonia almost 3 years ago and still go to T-Nails Spa to get my nails and waxing done.

Nails were done very well most of the staff was nice but the manager is kinda rude. Has an attitude thats for sure. The price is way to high i used to pay 25 but this time they bumped it up to 30. There are plenty of other great salons around town that are cheaper and have friendlier managers so I would somewhere else.

Here from out of town (Florida). Had a pedi deluxe and it was worth every penny. No wait (415pm on a weekday). Nail artist was Tammy. Very clean and professional. My legs and feet feel amazing. If you pay cash you get a discount. If I lived closer I would definitely be back!

WORST NAILS EVER! Ive been getting my nails done for over 30 years, 14 in North Carolina. This was the worst set EVER. Even for really bad sets, Ive paid. Not only did I not pay for this set, I was told by Scott to get the hell out of the shop because I criticized his work. Four days later I have bails that look good that I can live with but only because Ive filed & buffed & polished them myself. Not only have I been getting my nails done for over 30 years, I was licensed in California to do nails so I know a thing or two.Because Im really picky, I actually messaged the salon regarding my preferences before I went & was told they would dip what I wanted. When I was in the chair half way through with crooked tips on my hands, Scott started arguing with me & made me show him my messages. Very unprofessional.I wouldnt recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Ive been going to T-nails for 3 years. Ive always recieved great service from all the ladies. Recently I started only being sat with the man that I believe is either the 2nd or 3rd chair. Ive never been satisfied and after 3 attempts I asked not to be sat with him which happened for my next two visits, then I was placed with him every single time since, till today and I was sat with another gentleman. Right off the bat he burned my finger with the auto file, two finger later he did it again, moved to the other hand and immediately got another finger to the point I jerked my hand away. Sadly this wasnt the end, he next got me at the cuticle to the point of blood and got nail polish remover in it a few minutes later. Ive never had service even close to this and they charged me full price and at the time of payment he throw my debit card on the counter at me. I wish honestly you could see just how bad my nails look today!!

The price is a bit high for their services but 2 weeks after i got a gel mani still looks fresh as day one. Its a big chunk of change at first but it lasts long. I love how clean and tidy the place is.

After two years Ive learned my lesson. I have given this place multiple chances since they have pretty quick openings. However, some of the technicians need work. From previous experience one of the technician clipped skin and caused a finger to bleed. Another technician cut too much of my cuticle around my fingers which caused them to be sore. I then found a woman who was all around great but she recently left. Although my original technician was there to do my SNS and wax, my pedicure was given to an inexperienced woman. My feet looked and felt like I did them my self. The last straw was when I scheduled an appointment today with a man whose work I thought looked great, only to arrive on time for a woman to tell me it would be an additional 30 min wait or I could risk using someone else. I drove 30 mins in rush hr traffic but left dissapointed. I will never return.

After reading the reviews on here, I stopped by this past weekend for a mani & pedi and the experience was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and most importantly, because it was a busy day, they had plenty of staff working. I thought I was going to have to wait awhile because it was busy, but I only had to wait roughly 5 minutes. I really liked that they did my manicure while I was still seated in the chair for the pedicure. Not having to move from the pedicure chair to the nail station was a treat! The work done was great and I have no complaints! Whenever Im in town, I will definitely be back!

I started going here for about 8 months....I got stilettos nails and they were super wide...it’s like he was scared or couldn’t shape them like the stiletto I asked for....when I came back for a fill a lady did an amazing job...shaped them correctly cause of course as a stiletto grows out it gets wider...came back for a fill in after that and all of a sudden she quit I’m like ok whatever and I go back to the older guy in there with the missing hair at the top...again he couldn’t keep up with the growth of my nails and the paint which was gel was peeling the next day...not to mention I got different prices each time I went in here..I came back the next day and he fixed it but the same thing happen....came back for a pedicure and fill in during my pedicure I could tell the lady wasn’t doing a good job so I told her to give me regular polish on my toes because I haven’t been have the best experiences lately with them...she responded like she understood and when it was time to paint she pulls out the Gel I said I told you I’ll stick with the regular polish this time please....she starts throwing things around and speaking in her language, I’m watching her like in amazement and she goes to polish my feet and I asked her are you okay? She moving her hands saying “I’m good I just make perfect for you”...I said cause you’re slamming things like there’s an issue...she starts to polish them and it’s cotton under the polish etc. so I know she seee it but she keeps polishing over it...so I asked her to fix it...now she’s throwing cotton balls sucking her teeth so I stopped her and said look if you have a problem I can wait on someone else you aren’t paying me to get my feet done..,I just want what I pay for...she said there was no problem. So I’m waiting and the manager or whoever he is asks me if I want a fill in I said yes but not from the same lady...he tells me my attitude can tick someone off easily!!! I’m like wait whhhaatt??? Because I said something when she tried to give me what I didn’t not ask for then started throwing a tantrum to do her job on top of the simple fact that you don’t even know me??? It’s my attitude...let me pay for my pedicure and I just won’t come back he apologize and I left....and I will not return

I havent been to T-Nails in a couple of years due to the rude manner that the manager, Scott, spoke to me. I had been a faithful customer for 1 year before that happened, and was always happy with the service. I had even had friendly interactions with Scott in the past. He has a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality, you never know when this guy is going to explode! I refuse to spend my money anywhere where I am treated so rudely!

I was recommended by a friend to go to this salon. I am disgusted with this salon. If I could give a negative grade, I would! I went to get my fake nails removed because my real nails had grown to the length I wanted. The guy proceeded to rip the nails off with a fake nail separating the acrylic from my real nail. A painful experience! After this first nail removal I asked was there another way because I could have done what he was doing myself and was told this is how he takes them off. I made it obvious that it hurt and I was uncomfortable. Once I left and spoke with my friend who stated they do soak them off, I called the salon and he proceeded to tell me I didnt ask him for a different way. I will never go to this place again! He ruined my real nails. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.

Been goin there for years. When I moved across town I looked for another nail salon but I always end up back at TNails. They do quality work that is hard to find. I will continue to go there. Very satisfied!

Very rude staff. No one greets you when you come in the door. Piss poor ventilation system. Its like youre inhaling several bottles of chemicals with every single breath you take. The wait time is crazy ridiculous. The only plus is that they do a good job on nails. I just moved here so I give places a try. This is my 3rd and final time coming here. Ill find somewhere else to go.

The manger is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I went to get a fill in and a pedicure for the first time on a Wednesday. 2 days later my gel polish began to chip off my nails. I went back to the salon and a different lady stated that she would fix it. She applied so much gel that my nail shape became nonexistent. Now my nails are naturally long I dont wear fake nails. I politely told her that my nail shape needed to be fixed and she said okay. Once I realized that she pretty much didnt know what she was doing I asked her to please stop and requested that a different staff member who originally did my nails correct my shape. She instantly gets an attitude and the manager comes over. He told me that if I didnt like the way things were done there I could leave. The manger as well as the person who messed up my nails were yelling at me at the SAME TIME. So I told her to stop speaking so that I could speak with the manager. The manager disregarded everything that I said and didnt care that I was unsatisfied. He again told me that I needed to leave and I told him I was not leaving until my nails were corrected. He told me that I needed to go back to the waiting area and I said no I will remain in the nail seat. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant being treated this way. Since he noticed I wasnt moving he got the lady I requested over to me quickly to fix my nails. That will be first and LAST time going to this salon. The customer service and staff are horrible.

My nails look horrible, they were not shaped correctly, and he refused to fix them, but had no problem charging me $53 Im so disappointed and I will never come here again.

Its final today is my last day going to T nails. The nail tech guy 1st to the left when you walk in was so unprofessional. I only came in for a fill & 2 nails was slightly lifting. Once I sat down he start adding heavy glue. I was very concern because he didnt remove my polish to see exactly whats going on underneath my nails. In a friendly gesture I ask him to clip away the lifting part of the false nail (A very important process used with fill in because of water, bacteria & infection) his reply was I can go home & do it my way. Ive visited T nails maybe 4X, started to notice my nails would break & lift easily. 1 occasion my gel polish peeled right off but Over all on most visits everyone seem polite & their location was convenient.

If you dont know how to do the deep powder please dont offer it! Or just make sure the person is doing it knows how to do it!

After posting my review yesterday, today Scott came to MY work and told me I had no right to post my review of is terrible work. He yelled at me that I lied. I smiled & said I was working and walked away. Be careful of anyone that would confront you at your job over a Google review. Thats someone who is mentally unstable.

Either way yall trifling a**** charged my card and extra 11 dollars and you lied and blamed the bank when in fact I used the same card a week earlier and wasnt charged a fee the bank said it was you who charged 52 from start... As a owner instead of being petty trying to defend your ways just apologize but then again you are to busy taking up for your staff whos stealing vs being a owner. When most of your staff work suck you should use the time to train them to do nails properly before you have the time to get upset at customer reviews responding uneducated... Thank you...................... I came here 2 weeks in ay nails 60 dollars the first time 52 the second. First time I came I asked the guy doing my nails to cut them down he cut them to where he wanted them even after I explain I always get them shorter. He said that was as low as he can get them... The were all different sizes and the gel polish that last 2 weeks started to fade in 1 week.. The 2nd time it wasnt bad I got a different guy who cut my nails down just right the prob was when I paid he told me 40 dollars but I was charged 51. I asked why and he said it was due to my bank. I explained that I came last week and wasnt charged the extra fee from my bank. He said it was nothing he could do it wasnt him so the guy doing my nails added himself a 11 dollar tip. When I called the bank they said it wasnt a hold the company charged me 51 dollars.... Never again will I come here ...

Never ever again. Was rushed from the moment I came in. My pedicure was done in 10 minutes!!!!! And I got white tips on my toes and she didn’t even finished not even painted just white paint on the tips.

On 4/30 I went to the salon work with a nice lady name one the experince was a great was treated really good nails was looking nice an toes. 5/26 went to the salon waited a hour ask to get my eyebrows waxed while I waited to get a fill in that I originally wrote down on the paper came from the back the manger go to ring me up I told him I was waiting to get my nails done and he said I would have to come back the next day I ask him why he said they was close he was very nasty I waited over a hour ask him what type of compensation I will get he refunded me back my money for they eyebrows and said he dont like customers like me and snatched the card that I was getting stamps on and tore it up in my face just because I question about why I couldnt get what I came for I will never go back in this place horrible service from a so call manger

Received terrible customer service. They did not listen to any of my requests. I am trying to gain strength in my nails from all the acrylic that I used to wear therefore I chose the SNS route however the nail tech repeatedly offered all types of Gel solutions which is not what I wanted. DO NOT COME HERE. They are extremely overpriced! OWNER IS RUDE!

Have been going there since they opened. Stop going for nail service because they never last a week and the male owner is very ruff with the nails. I go for waxing but not any more the wax was a little hot and my skin was irritated had to purchase cortizone 10 to apply for the pass two days. Skin still hurts went in just to be told it looks fine. No Sir it doesn’t! It hurts!! He act like he did me a favor by giving me &10 of my $20 and he offered to pay for the cream either it was free to him or that was part of the reimbursement. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

This place gets no stars for their horrible customer service. Please dont spend $1 here! I always give places a second chance & i regret i did. The first time i was the only customer there getting my nails done & wasnt offered anything to drink which was fine but two other lighter skin (white) customers came in and was offered drinks as soon as they sat down. I was appalled. And it was rude because it was done in my face both customers were there to get their nails done. The second time which was today I went because the girl who did my nails before said she would be back in town today. I get there and i swore i was invisible. Nothing was said to me as i sat and waited for some kind of hello. And they saw me because they looked at me and said nothing. Finally 2 minutes go by as i was counting to 10 before i walked out & i was spoken to. Can i help u? Not, what u getting done today, nothing inviting AT ALL! I was told the girl wont be back til Monday. I left and will never return. Im big on customer service because thats how u keep and get customers . Dont go here if u want good service.

If i could leave. A negative comment i would a well just because the technician thought it was ok to use supplies that she had dropped on the floor and not sanitize and use them on my feet if i had not sropped her not oncr but twice she would have done just that and when i said something to her she replied that they mop every day the nerve of her im a doctor and this is how bacteria and fungus are contracted and spead in these business so be aware you could be next if you are not watching every move i do hope the state board get involved and get these unsanitary matters under control I wont be going back ever

I took a lunch break to get a mani/pedi and i was out in an hour. It only ran 41 bucks and they did the scrubs, the paraffin wax, the whole shabang! Will definitely go back. Thanks T Nails for the relaxing time!
