This was one of the best salons I have ever been to. I am super picky about my manicures and pedicures most of the time, and I got to work with Tia and it was such a good experience. She offered great advice on my nails, and was so friendly to chat with. Definitely a girls girl. I am from VA Beach, and when in Charlotte this is the only place I will come to! I have honestly been looking for a black owned business to support but theyve done well enough to keep me. Ive been to a lot of nail salon here in Charlotte and they rank top tier. Cleanliness. Professionalism. Quality of work. 👌🏾

I should’ve known better!! There was practically no-one in the shop on a Friday afternoon. I arrived at 11 am for a mani Pedi with gel polish and I didn’t leave out until almost 3 with no-one in the shop. The polish on both my nails and feet look like my 3 year old niece painted them. On top of that, the gel on my fingers is already lifting and peeling after one week. Did I mention my total came up to $130Never again in my life..

I went here and got the the jelly pedi. It was interesting and fun. However when it came to the design on my nail the nail tech asked to a pic of what I wanted. I found one of a large tropical flower the partially covered the nail. She indicated she couldnt do it but would get another one to take care of it. Later she comes back and says the cant make the flower fade at the edges. I said that was fine it was more important that it be large and half on/half off the nail. Ill try to attach a pic of what I got. Tulips completely on the nail and they dont even match at all. Even my husband said it was shockingly bad. It would have been better to have two different nails then this. I know they are usually more sisters than twins but this is extreme and not at all what I wanted. That being said the actual pedi was good and the place was nice. I wont be going back because the design is essential to me.

My nails were rather thick and sloppy. I had spots all over them. But to there defense I returned and Lee attempted to fix the situation!! Kudos

Vanny was excellent with her customer service skills. She is very attentive and friendly. She was gentle yet addressed my foot are needs appropriately.

This place is Amazing! Very clean and the staff is fantastic. Tom did my manicure and pedicure, and he was awesome. Will definitely recommend this salon. I will continue to have my nails done here!

Tom did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails. She showed him an image of the design she wanted and he nailed it! He was pleasant, respectful, friendly and not pushy. We will def coming back😊

This was my first time at NP Nails Salon, and it was a great experience! The staff was welcoming and organized, and the salón was very clean. Tom did my acrylic ombré nails which were $68. He did an amazing job, I definitely recommend him and this salon!

I used to go here all the time before new ownership bc of great service, quality work with decent pricing. After new ownership I was paying 10$+ for the same services and quality was not as good. SNS chipped off within a week and my cuticles were sore after the girl finished my manicure. Younger owners and they tend to up charge over “hidden” services and prices aren’t firm. Be mindful and ask prices before getting services done so there aren’t any last minute surprises.

Megan and everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and professional. I will come back and refer my best friend.

I love the atmosphere it’s very chill and relaxing! They talk to you and make you feel right at home just like family. My nail tech is Dee and she is amazing I would definitely recommend her she slays my nail designs EVERYTIME never disappointed thanks for your hard work ladies stay safe.

The people were great, welcoming, and kind. However, I was not very happy with the results, I paid $69 for a nail that looks like I got it done for $30. It was not very pigmented I could see the acrylic. The line was awfully drawn, it was very uneven and the line are so thick. Also, my cuticle was cut. I had a high expectations because of the 4 Stars but I walk out with unsatisfied.

Jenny was really sweet and welcoming, she started on my feet until Lyn finished. Lyn did an awesome job and I shall return!
