I recieved service March 19, 2021. It was very packed. We were not 6ft apart we were shoulder to shoulder trying to get our nails done. I asked for the Gel Nail with studs . Today March 26, 2021 not even a whole week later the polish is gone and my nails look a mess. If I could get my money back I would!. Unfortunately I live out of town but if I do come back to Charlotte I know not to stop there.

How are you going to give four different lengths and shaped nails. Then not even paint my whole nail?

I called for an appointment and they got me in right after work! S was my nail tech. Super nice and did a really great job, I’m happy with my nails!

Made an appointment for dip powder but after the nail tech explained the differences I did a gel manicure. Monica was my nail nail she was professional and efficient. Theyre 3 fingers that have some color missing on the sides so thats why my ratings a 3-star. I work in thhe convention center so Im always referring guests and attendees to places nearby so theyre in a good locationPlus they take walk-inThey are located in the Wells Fargo One building 2nd floor across from the YMCA if you get lost just ask a security officer; they were very nice.

I love this place. Absolutely best hands down. I use to go here a lot but stopped for a minute and tried a few other places. Nowhere compares, my nails last a very long time, they’re strong, and they have a huge selection of colors and designs to choose from. I’d recommend this place to anyone however they’re very busy most days but it’s worth the wait or appointment made.

This nail salon is the best in Charlotte!! Everyone provides excellent service!! Today I got a pedicure with my girl Lina!! Relaxing and consistent quality. Lina you are AWESOME!!!!!

My nails look awesome

The staff was great, and I was able to get in quick one day on my lunch break. All I received was a fill-in with get polish. My polish started peeling off the very next day. I ended up going back the next day, and they re-polished the nails in which polished had peeled off. Within 2 more days that polished had peeled off on the nails included one of the ones that I had re-done. Since it was before the Thanksgiving holiday, I did not get a chance to go back. Why should have to continue to spend my lunch break having them repair something that should not be happening in the first place. I will not be going back!

My daughter and I went- her SMS nails came out fine- but my standard manicure was quite bad- uneven paint cover, lumps from top coat, bubbles and ragged not well-filed nails. I am really disappointed that I paid for this awful nail job. My toes were a little better- still lumps from top coat and paint on my skin on both.My daughters looked good- her stylist was distracted but they look great, so we’ll take it! Maybe it’s my lady...

All the techs are super nice, and they did a wonderful job! I stopped in after work and although they were busy they were very accommodating and my nails look great! Will definitely be going back!

I went to the Nail Lounge for the first time and was NOT disappointed! I have been shopping around for a new salon since my last one had been letting me down time and time again. I called ahead and requested a lunch time appointment- they had same day availability. When I arrived they greeted me immediately and I felt welcomed. The young lady who did my nails was nice, professional and paid great attention to detail. My nails were done WELL and in 30 minutes, I had time to go get coffee before going back to the office. Found my new salon!!

My friend and I went here after work one day to get a manicure. I chose to get the gel and she got an acrylic fill in and replacement. Less than a week later, my paint had completely peeled off and all of my friends nails had popped off. We were very disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend.

Been there a few times for a pedi. Good service and they do a good job. They take walk-ins, but its better to make an appointment.

Staff is great! When ever I make an appointment, Im seen right away. The couple of times when I didnt have an appointment, I didnt have to wait long. The work is good and they are very creative. Always get compliments about the way my nails look.

I spent $45 to get a gel manicure, it chipped a few days after...to extend the life of my manicure I returned to ask if they could fix the chip for me. The guy was extremely hostile - didnt believe me when I said I had gotten my nails done here - even though I am in here on a regular basis. His response and attitude made me feel so uncomfortable that I just left. Never going back here.

I had a great experience at The Nail Lounge. I was in town for the Rich & Bennett 17th Annual Bar Crawl and needed a fill in. I walked in and out. The service was great and fast. Im definitely thinking about making a trip back to Charlotte in two weeks when its time for a fill in. Highly recommend also I would recommend making an appointment but no appointments are welcome as well.

Horrible service!!!! Ive witnessed them reuse the same tools on different people without cleansing or sanitizing the tools... their service is overpriced and staff is rude, one middle aged lady in particular is very hostile and snappy. do not recommend this place at all. will not be returning!!

Lol ok so i used to come to this salon exclusively for MONTHS. they have always been aggressively average, but the salon is so conveniently located that i tolerated their mediocre work. HOWEVER, the last time i got a fill they had a newer girl do my nails. the gel nail polish she did was bubbling and coming off, so i ~nicely~ asked for them to redo my polish. they had another nail tech fix my polish, but i felt so bad for having to ask them to redo my nails that i still tipped them $10 each. ofc one of my nails breaks a few days later (which has only ever happened to me when i get my nails done at this salon), so i come in to get it fixed. they sat me down right away to fix it, then changed their minds? and told me someone would be with me in 20-30 minutes. i told them i was in a hurry. they didn’t seem to care. i ended up sitting there for an HOUR while i watched them help other walk-ins without even saying a word to me (besides telling me to move out of my chair to make room for someone else). not sure if they treated me like this because i was unhappy with my nails last time, but if that’s the case i’m really disappointed in the staff because no one should have to pay for chipped, bubbling polish. AND I STILL TIPPED WELL despite being unhappy with their work!! i ended up calling another nail salon to make an appointment and left. they turned a 5-10 minute fix into a horrible experience. i will NEVER be back to this salon. i’m entirely convinced the only reason they still have customers is due to their convenient location because it certainly can’t be due to their skills or customer service. y’all need to do better and treat your customers with respect.and don’t even bother replying back to this. i noticed the way that you handled the other customer complaints, and i’m not interested in anymore of your attitude. thanks.

I got a full set the first time there, it went fine, went back for a fill and I wasnt impressed. Had multiple nails lift before the two week mark, and had my pinky nail break off completely. My sister also had a fill and and some of her nails werent even sealed to the acrylic. Wont be going back.

I walked in and signed in. They asked what did I want done i said a full set and a pedicure. I wait 5 min then this girl says go sit over there I will do your feet I put my feet in the water and wait 15 min for her to start . She finished my feet then another girl walks up and says I have an appt at 4:30 your not gonna be able to get your nails done today. I said why didnt someone tell me that when I signed in? She said we were too busy . I said well can you honor what you said you would do she said ok with a super nasty hateful attitude. I will never go there again

Over price, and my toe nail polish started to come off left a day. $65 was a waste of money

Went and got my nails done, was asked if i I wanted gel or powder for my acrylics which I didnt know was even an option but ended up getting charged $15 more for what I thought was normal and then not even two days later the nails are starting to come up and off whereas Ive gone other places and had them last for months. Unsatisfied and wiill not be going back.

Want to see how high your anxiety can go in 5 minutes, visit The Nail Lounge. I sat and waited for 15 minutes for my pre-scheduled appointment to start, while folks ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. Then they did a total rush job on my manicure, and by rushed i mean the whole process took 10 minutes. I now have a pretty poor looking manicure I get to sport kicking off my weekend. I would not return to The Nail Lounge.

Will never go here again! I took my expensive watch off at the salon and didnt realize I didnt have it until the next morning. I was the last customer in the store. When I asked them about it the next morning, they said they didnt have it. It must have magically disappeared!
