Been going to LA nails this particular shop for over 10 years there was one misunderstanding and instead of explaining the situation where we both just took a minute - the man that everybody speaks so highly of started explaining when manager comes up takes over the conversation brings everybody in the shop up to what our situation was about-started yelling saying I’m manager I teach you-I said you don’t need to yell I’m standing right here - no no I tell you - so for a $.50 discrepancy which I told them to keep but what you’re not going to do is treat me any type of way -you - lost somebody that has been going to you for 10 years due to non-professionalism - they need to take notes and understand who they work for - I was very cordial and let it be known that I wouldn’t be back - damn shame for $.50 - they need to take some classes

Got gel polish on my own nails. Bad job and not enough polish was used a lot of defects for $20. I do not recommend. I could of done a better job myself will not go back.

Ended up with pink eye. I dont recommend

I Feel Like Most People In This shop is excellent especially the man that sits in the front he is probably the best but the lady who did my nails today which is on a Saturday her station is right beside the tv in the far back she is terrible she is always rude and rushing and raising her voice also she did a terrible job on my nails and charge me $3 more for every little thing as in just cutting my nails down shorter or anything simple I’ve never had this problem anywhere else please avoid her sorry not sorry .... this was my second time getting my nails done by her and last time she put mood color on my nails anyway when I told her no then charged me a lot then this time charged a lot for just cutting them. Then most the paint is old and chips....
