They are always so accommodating and friendly and fun to talk to you. I have been going here for quite a few years and much of the same staff are there which says a lot. They made my raggedy old nails look absolutely gorgeous as always

First bad experience at any nail salon ever. Ruined my natural nails by using nail drill to remove gel polish. Now have deep grooves and divots from nail drill when they should have just soaked the polish off. Then did sloppy paint job with regular polish that looked so bad I took it off when I got home which is when I noticed the nail damage from the drill they used. Totally unnecessary damage due to them rushing and being unprofessional. Do not go here.

My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday, she was getting acrylic nails or gel or something like that and I WAS going to get a basic package or something. Our appointment, which was scheduled in the morning of this day, was at 6:15. We were there 10 minutes early, and she wasn’t helped until 6:45. A technician didn’t even approach me until 7, at which point I told them I didn’t want to wait and declined service. If you have any sense of punctuality for time, do not go here. The ladies were nice, but it’s insane to me that it took them 30 minutes to even see us. At least I got a glass of free Woodbridge or some hyper-low quality wine?

Do Not Come Here, they are very unprofessional. This was my first and worst experience ever at this nail salon. The staff litterly was just lounging around when I walked in, the nail tech barely talked to me and when I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted her coworker said that she could do them ( a basic manicure and clear/pink polish with 1 design) the tech acted has if she didnt want to touch my hand. The design was so Horribly done, I told the tech to take it off and just use the polish, which she messed up as well and left half of the polish on my nail. The tech gladly refunded me my money back for the design knowing she had know knowledge of doing a cheetah design. Might I also add every client that walked in was offered water or wine and I was offered nothing at all. As I sat in my squeaky unstable chair and a dry mouth I worried how the heck this shop got a Grade A.

I don’t know my nail techs name but she did a wonderful job with the SNS. My cuticles look so good and cleaned up. She took her time and was very detailed to make sure my nails looked nice.

Clean, well decorated salon. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. My feet feel amazing and look great too. Beth, Snow, & Lan are all amazing

I told the lady I wanted manicure with gel polish and just the basic pedicure without gel but she started doing gel on my feet without even asking and later charged me extra. She understood and said “okay” when I told her no gel yet she went on and did it anyway. A different lady was doing my hands and being so rough. One of my cuticles started bleeding.

They do great pedis. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

I went there for the first time to try them and after a few days the gel was coming off and my nails popped off very easily the cuticles were bad it was terrible

Kim and Lan are the best, very nice atmosphere, clean and laid back. Great location just hidden in the back.

I came to get a pedicure and they where nice at first. Gave directions, told me how much everything was and agreed to fulfill what i asked. The problem i have is, they fulfill their version of what you want. They also talk trash about you (per normal). Well at least with me. They lady got mad when i told her what i wanted... wasn’t what i wanted. I also just watched some other stuff that happened... point is.. no don’t go here. Only come if you want a half done job. ;-)

I started going here when I lived in the area and loved it. I moved further away but always make the trip over when I need a good pedicure!

This place is horrible! Staff is rude and can NOT DO NAILS! I went in for a simple polish change and the lady did a horrible job! My nails were filed uneven, and she cut off more than I requested. They talk trash about you while youre sitting right there!! When I told the manager (older lady with glasses, usually does eyebrow waxing) that I did not want to leave a tip, she THREW my card at me and rolled her eyes! I will never return to this establishment! NOT RECOMMENDED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Waited on very quicky after walking in. Tammy was friendly and professional. My nails were beautiful .

The customer care was on plane I love the fact that they take care of you and they do you wax and I got my eyebrows done pedicure and admitting and it was very reasonable I highly recommend the face rack and the stuff that she puts on your face it felt so good and smell so good excellent

The staff were extra friendly. The technician that did my pedicure was caring and professional. Great experience. It is very clean and set up for social distancing. Their is plexiglass even over the pedicure bowl. Great job with protection. I definitely recommend this nail salon

Attentive staff were very friendly & did an excellent job.

I asked for my nail lady to remove my acrylic and put regular polish on and instead she filed the acrylic down and when I asked her to remove it she said no she was going to file it even. I also asked for a design that was 5$ and looked horrible even though she said she was able to do it. The next day I went back in to get them fixed and they charged me more money! The lady was also so rude and argued with me when I wanted my acrylics taken off.

6/23/19 Horrible horrible experience definitely do not recommend my skin was peeled from all the acetone she used to remove my acrylic nails. I asked is they do designs and told me no that the other lady does my sister then asked the other lady and said no that they don’t ( i asked for a simple design like a star).She was looking at me and then taking to her co workers in a different language which made me feel very uncomfortable.When checking out she looked at my wallet and saw a 5 dollar bill, I normally tip but since my experience wasn’t very good I didn’t want to but she asked me to tip her the 5 dollars I had in my wallet which I found very unprofessional. Definitely not coming back here again

Lee did my gel manicure today and I am very happy with the way it turned out. She is very pleasant and friendly. I have been coming here for the last 3 years and have always had good service. They keep everything very clean and tidy. They also have many nail polish selections to choose from.

Worst acrylics I have ever had. Nail tech painted sloppy thick coats with visible uneven layers. The acrylics are lumpy and not smooth. I let the polish dry for 25 minutes and over an hour later the polish was still not dry, causing several chips. It’s been ONE week and the acrylic is not even sticking to my nail bed on several nails. Typically, my nails last 2-3 weeks. They are thick, bulky, sloppy, and already about to fall off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I got a manicure and a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure missed a couple corners so they look terrible when you look closely and the polished started peeling. I also got an SNS which not only didn’t include a regular manicure but also started chipping by the 4rd day!!! To charge $40+ for a dip powder manicure that doesn’t even last a week is outrageous. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Great job, only complaint is that my dip nails were a little thin for my personal taste, they are extremely friendly and the nails look really natural, definitely will be going back to see them again

Went in for a simple manicure. This was absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My cuticles were bleeding on two of my finger nails and my nails were not filed evenly and I had to keep asking her to make them even. I told a friend that I had gotten a manicure and when she saw it she said “Um, did you do it yourself”?This was my second bad experience there. I will definitely not be back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! RUDE STAFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I made a 5:00 appointment and had to wait for 40 minutes, claimed that only 3 people did full sets, and everybody else had left for the day. My nails were HORRIBLE! Kim did them (and she was extremely rude). They were all different lengths and the acrylic was done horribly! I went back the next day to get it fixed and no one apologized. DO NOT GO THERE! Do not waste your time or money! Horrible!

Took my friend to get her nails done after waiting at Another salon for an hour. Tina helped her and did a beautiful job. All the ladies were sweet and kind and offered us beverages. It was a lovely experience and I recommend this place to anyone.

They do great work here but the customer service is can be way better. I went in here 2 times and was told to come back the next day because they were too busy but did not tell anyone else. The first time I didn’t say anything but this second time it really upset me. When I spoke up I was told not to come back because I asked why didn’t she ask anyone else to come back tomorrow.

Sometimes they do a really great job! Sometimes they don’t! It’s pretty inconsistent. When they do a good job it’s great! Go to Kathy or Beth if you can. Kathy is great for nails and Beth is amazing for pedicures! Other than that, it’s a hit or miss. It’s got potential to be great, but it’s too much of a hit or miss for me to continue going

I love Embassy Nails Bar. The service is always great. Ive gone there on my lunch break, early evenings, and weekends never having an appointment always as a walk in. Not one time have Ive been disappointed. Even if I had to wait it wasnt long and the service always makes up for the wait.

Let me tell you, i’ve gone here many times, and it has been pretty good. but today i went in to get my nails done for homecoming, the lady seemed clueless. she never asked me what length i wanted which confused me, and never filed them down correctly . so they look very chunky and uneven.

Horrible customer ServiceAs soon as we can in, we where asked if we had cash, because tips needed to be made in cash. We went to cash. Then the techs sat us down, and they started speaking to each other in another language. This made us very uncomfortable. Then one of the techs asked my friend if she had done her nails before are their salon, my friend replied ”is my first-time here” Then they started laughing and talking to each other in their language. It was obvious to us they where making fun of the job the other manicurist had done. My friend told me this was the last she goes to always, and that besides being attentive she did a great job. We where very disappointed, and my tips where not the same size on both hands, and one of the nails, was painted so fast, the and came out in less. When we paid they told us we could pay bill And tip with our credit cards after they made us go out and get cash....furious at this point.

This was my first visit, I will be back. Beth ensured that my first visit was special and exceptional- I was pampered. Snow’s nail polish application was perfection. I was told Monday through Thursday are more quiet, my 5:30PM appt on Thursday was peaceful.

Stopped in for a pedicure. Wonderful first time experience. I have very sensitive toes and Michelle was very mindful of my sensitivity. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the first time of the two times I went here I had an ok experience. I wouldn’t say anything great but it was ok. My second time going in the lady used the drill to take off my gel polish. I didn’t think anything of it at first but I’d never had anyone do that before. Then when she went to trim and file my nails she split my nail right down the middle. I knew instantly it was from the way she removed the gel polish. My nails have never been thin and by doing that she made them so thin they split and she acted like it was no big deal and said she would just put glue on it. THEN when I went to pay she asked me if I had cash for a tip? I’ve always tipped appropriately at salons but never have I been asked for money for a tip?! Very unprofessional.

I went in for a fill and the lady ripped ALL of my nails off insisting they needed to be replaced and charged me for a full set. Theyre uneven in length, uneven in width, not shaped correctly and to top it off theyre chunky. She kept repeating that she had been doing this for 30 years One just broke clean off right at the nub and wont stop bleeding. She only did one coat of clear too. I will absolutely never be back here. I cant believe I allowed myself to be charged double for an hour and some change of pure torture. My nail beds are screaming

I went for a service that took 2 hours and 30 minutes! She kept messing up my nails so I had to come back the next day. I was not greeted when I walked in as if I wasnt a previous paying customer who had an unsatisfying experience. Theyre was a 40 minute wait a head of me. As I sat and watched every other customer get greeted besides me I just decided for them to take the polish off and Ill take my money else where. Never going back again.

I had a great first time experience. I wasnt rushed through and love my nail design. Ill be back for sure!

I went to get a manicure and eyebrow waxing, I should of never tried this place. My nails came out so uneven and they put on too much nail polish which makes it clump on the nail. I told the lady I wanted to CLEAN my eyebrows, she ended up making them soooo thin and now I have to wait months for my eyebrows to grow back. I will never come back here again. The ladies working there are nice, but now that I have experienced this, never again.

Excellent service. Ladies were so nice and attentive to detail. Walked right in to their clean and bright space that was very relaxing after a very tough day. Great service and great pricing for gel mani and spa pedi.

Moon gave me the best hot stone pedicure I have had in years! Kathy did an amazing job on my gel manicure and help fix one of my nails that was broken. I will definitely be coming back to use them as my nail salon.

Not a friendly place. Took my 3 year old for pedicure since there are childrens chairs there. Woman who did it, not friendly or pleasant to her. Never go here! Should go out of business soon anyway. Dont have driers for your nail either. Just tiny little fans.

Dont call and make an appointment for a Saturday, (which is usually a busy day) because you wont get served. I arrived 5 min early...they didnt ask me any questions when I came in(I guess because I started selecting my color). The head lady finally from a corner told me to sit in chair 1. There became a technician available...but she started setting up across the salon for me. Another patron comes through the door ( I have been sitting for 10 min now) The available technician called this other patron to come sit in her chair that she had set up. I collected my things and politely left. Called from my car to told them how I will never be back...POOR SERVICE!

My husband and I go here for mani-pedis every three weeks. Every technician is super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this salon!

Went in for a Manicure and Pedicure yesterday and the polish peeled right off my nails this morning. Their polish was old and base/top coats were obviously old as well. They did my manicure while I was getting my pedicure on a makeshift wooden board. Horrible experience!

Got me in quickly without an appointment and got to work right away. Service was fine, but I felt rushed a bit and my nails were pretty shotty with polish on skin and uneven cuts.

Tina was very good she did an excellent job I like a lot I will return .

Lovely salon and excellent staff. Highly recommend Tina for SNS nails.

I had a great experience the other day at the Embassy Nails Bar! I’m new to Charlotte and was nervous about finding a new nail tech. My nails were extremely overdue for a fill and were very damaged. They took care of that! Lol I was greeeted and taken care of promptly with a complimentary glass of Moscato. My pedi came out amazing and was so relaxing. The pricing was reasonable as well. I found my new nail home! Lol

I received the hot stone pedicure and deluxe Mani. And OMG the pedicure was amazing! And the Mani, but especially the hot stone pedicure

THE worst nail salon I have been to in Munich life.

This nail salon has the poorest service I’ve ever experienced, the employees were more than rude. My cousin was very unsatisfied with her nails as the quality of the work did not match their prices. I would not recommend anyone to spend their money here.

I had an horrible experience I was treated like a last option to other customers . I was given the run around after waiting for close to an hour just to be seated . They pick their customers because one lady came in and was told to come back in an hour then another walked in and was told to pick a color . I almost wanted to cry at how I was treated never going there again !!!!
