The manicure I got here was amazing! The technicians and staff are all really nice and welcoming as well, which made for the best experience. My gel manicure was perfect! They provided a wide variety of colors and shades and took care in ensuring it was just to my liking. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning!

I really enjoyed it was quick and fun. I was able to choose many different colors. The nail tech was good making sure everything thing was perfect. The price as well is nice at a pretty middle range.

I had a gel pedicure and Ivy was very sweet & paying close attention to details! My pedicure didn’t seemed rushed how it typically does. I would definitely be back.

Yesterday was my first time here and I absolutely love it. Linh and Thi did an amazing job on my nails 💕This lovely salon has a good collection of regular colors and SNS/gel colors. It’s also clean inside and they use a liner for each pedicure section which is a big plus 👍Would definitely come back!

I came in for a toe polish. I was greeted and asked what i needed. I was told they were booked for the ENTIRE day, even though there were multiple people doing nothing. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to book for another day, or even come back at a different time. Prior to COVID I came to this shop on a regular basis, and never had an issue. I’m sure they don’t care, but I won’t be back

I had my daughter nails done there, she asked for square nails and they just put anything on her hands. I dont recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE every single person that works here! Ive been coming here for YEARS!! And they NEVER disappoint me. I got gel nails, sns, pedicure, etc and they are on point with everything they do. They make you feel comfortable, they talk to you they always give me advice on what I could do differently with my nails and no matter who does your nails, the ones who has done them before ALWAYS talk to you and they remember you and what you talked to you about. They just make you feel like youre a valuable customer.

Scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter over the phone, they asked for the name to confirm. Once I arrived I was told the appointment was for one person ONLY. When I clearly set it for two. Time wasted

Great customer service! They take their time with you but are quick to get service done. I had a a acrylic nail fill (gel polish) and a pedi (regular polish) that was sooo relaxing. Mimi did a fabulous job!! The green nails are two weeks prior from Amy whom also did an amazing job!

Ive been there twice and have had pleasant experiences both times. Customer service is great, very attentive to the Covid pandemic needs right now which I find extremely necessary when catering to the public in the manner of which they do. As far as the service Ive been there like I said twice and I plan on going back.

Arrived for my appointment, could Not decide between acrylic or dip, nail tech insulted my nail condition and said I needed new acrylics. Which would happen during my pedicure.After receiving my pedicure they then informed me everyone had appointments. That was totally due to not taken the nail tech recommendations. WOW

Over the last 4 years Pink & White has always been fabulous. They take the time to get to know me and my preferences, sometimes keeping me away from potentially bad decisions. They also take amazing care of my feet, which have a hereditary condition. I am no longer embarrassed to show my toes due to P&Ws care. Highly recommend Pink & White. They are popular, so be flexible if you walk in, while they always try to accommodate, sometimes Steele Creek has the same idea. Be flexible and know you are in good hands.

Honestly the best nail salon experience ever. Was really busy but was seen to within a few minutes, clear communication all around from everyone, and the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. Nail Tech did a great job. I asked that my nail length be kept long but changed my mind two days later. Went back to have length shortened. Different Tech used a nail drill, didnt refile or freshen nails/polish and charged $5.00 for her time. 🙄

I wish I could upload a photo and show you my nails the were filed crooked and the owner act like he was so confused. Every time someone would ask to see my nails they would point out how They were crooked. Even express to the lady that did my nails that they were not shaped well before she even started polishing and she said it may be from my angle. The polish is even bulky

This is my go-to place for pink and white fills and pedicures. I have used several techs for my pedicures but they have all been great. The ONLY nail tech I use for my nails is Tim. He is prompt, professional, personable and does a perfect job each and every time. I have been going to Pink and White Nails for over a year and have no intention of going anywhere else.

Beautiful place but HUGE lack of communication and consideration for waiting customers. I waited for almost an hour to be told that it would be another 45 minutes. Would not recommend.

They were very rough with my nails. I had gel on and the sanded it off with a grinder, then rushed to take the acetone off and scraped the rest of the polish off. My natural nails felt so soft and brittle after they handled my nails. I normally have very healthy natural nails. I was very upset. Not to mention the color I asked for was not what was put on my nails and it was just thickly put on hastily. I will not be going back.

Got a pedicure for my gala and had a great experience. However when it came to doing my nails this one lady could not file my nails correctly. After telling her that the nails look crooked she had the nerve to hand Me The File! I was in shocked!!!! What ever happened to the customer is always right? We had to have the guy to come over to finish what she was trying to rush through. All because she had another appointment and I was a walk in. Ive been going here for about 2 years and this was the last straw. 2 days later my nails look a mess!! Taking my money elsewhere.

I have been going there since they opened (I believe 6 years now) moved away for two years and couldnt find anything that compared! Returned to pink n white as soon as I moved back to Charlotte. By far the best nail salon in CLT! Even compared to the salons Ive been to in Atlanta they provide much better quality for a fair price! I love their pedicures they last for at least a week longer than other places Ive tried and they offer a wide variety of gel colors and specialty nail services as well as brow waxes etc! The salon is clean and nice I have been a client for 6 years and dont plan on going anywhere else!

I got my toes done and they looked terrible I called and they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer and they couldn’t do anything about it . I’ve been a costumer since I was very young and they normally have had a wonderful experience. Recently they been pushy and they will not fix there mistakes ... my toes have chipped terrible like they were not completely dry to put to much polish on it look like it was leaking off my toe nail . I will not go to pink and white anymore and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here .

I went there today after research nail salons in my area and I think this is it for me. The atmosphere is relaxing and the nail techs are very friendly. Did the pink and white powder gel and they turned out fabulous! I will be coming back for a fill in.

Dont go here. They put one price on their price charts and then charges you like $10 extra. Spent almost $40 on a fill in. I might as well have gotten a full set.

Ive been a customer since this location opened about 6-7 years ago. I adore them. My Nail tech is Kelly~ she is beyond amazing, as well as Brenda. Very friendly and calm relaxing atmosphere.

Terrible customer service! I decided I didnt like the color after they had polished 2 nails & the lady got an attitude because I wanted to change the color ! Wow!

I got a cute pedicure during my lunch break! Its clean and they know what theyre doing. I only had to sit under the fans 1 cycle before my nails were completely dry.Only con -- Color selection is limited.

Be careful. They charged me extra for putting 2 extra coats on my nails and said I took up their time. I was extremely polite and social during the service and when I caught her over charging me she was nasty and said I need to ask for the cost. Lynn is sneaking so watch out. (I really wanted Kelly who is awesome). @ Kelly....let us know if you leave this place.

Went to Pink and White Nails today. Wanted to do something nice for myself as well as my good friend. First of all, I didntd get the service I requested. When she told me I was wrong about what I requested, I offered to pay, she then told me that she didnt have the time to do it. When I asked her if she or anyone else could give me the service I requested, she then told me she did not know thow to do acrylic nails. The french manicure she gave me was subpar and I noticed that the clear coat she used was the exact same that you could get at the dollar store. Add to the shotty work she did, they spoke badly about customers with her coworker who was on her cell phone for all of 20 minutes while my friend waited for her to start on her. I will never go back there and I was so tempted to call my bank and cancel the charge but decided against it because 2 wrongs do not make a right. I could get a better manicure from Petco who does a better manicure on my 3 dogs.

Best nail salon, however the girls do a better job! Sorry guys. I have been to several in the area and they are by far the best.

My husband has been working in the area for 3 years and every time I visited this was my go to for pampering. Now that I have moved here with my 8 month old I went back and they were great! The services were professional and efficient. To top it off the techs who were not with clients entertained my baby, and just an FYI.... My 8 month old loves them too!! For those who had a bad experience here must have just had a bad day, for a business they go above and beyond to please there clients. And even with a baby my services were not rushed and Im going to a wedding with gorgeous nails!

I’ve been here 2 times. The first time a pedi and I was satisfied. I figured I would go back to get a mani and pedi. This time I was absolutely disgusted at the quality and the attitude. My mani was painful and my nails were uneven and they would not fix them. On top of that 4 days later my nails were lifting and breaking. They charged me over 90 dollars to have bad quality. Never going again.

The ladies are nice. However, there is one guy there that is a jerk. He is rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Every two seconds he kept getting up to help a different customer and there were others working on the shop that could have assist those customers walking in. I believe his name is Johnny but I am not sure. He blames everyone for his mistakes, does not take responsibility for his action and he always mess up on my nails. I will never ever go back to this place. I can see why they were able to take me as a walkin immediately. Because their customers service stinks and people are going elsewhere. Ultimately I just walked out. I will never go back.

I only go there for pedicures so I cant vouch for a mani. Kelly was recommended to me a few years ago and I have AlWAYS had a great pedicure. My only complaint is even with an appointment i have had to wait as long as 30 minutes which is not unusual.

Walked in at 7:19. Told me they are not taking any more customers because they close at 7:30. Annoying. Not the first time this happened to me there. Not going back.

I have been to pink and white multiple times and my experience is never consistent. My most recent visit was one of the worst of them all. The guy who did my fill-in and pedicure RUSHED, and did a mediocre job on both. Although there were people waiting I don’t think it was fair that I didn’t get a fair experience because of that. He didn’t ask me guided questions along the way. I had to give multiple sets of instructions to not even be satisfied in the end. This will more than likely be my last visit.

My daughter and I have been coming here for years and they are always wonderfully kind to her since she has special needs.

Pink N White has become very ratchet since Kelly sold...I was a regular customer & would see David ( a long time ago) I would occasionally float in about every other month & everyone was okay once most of the old staff was gone I noticed the work was okay then I finally found someone I love & decided to keep a steady appointment flash forward to today they had a altercation so I Damn left called to rescheduled & let them know I was there for my appointment b/c of the messy shxx they had going on instead of saying Im sorry shes book would you like someone else whoever answered said no shes booked & damn near hung up ! (Customer service is usually okay if youre a regular they treat you like gold so Ive never had a problem)I would like to retract my statement Ken called to apologized & let me reschedule i really appreciate that made me feel like a valued customer.

My first visit yesterday at Pink & White Nails will, unfortunately, be my last. During my pedicure, the technician was careless and rough. When she buffed my toenails, she buffed hard with a buffing block on my nails and also my toes. I have severe brush-type burn on my big toe. It hurts to bend my toe and also to have water on it. I am keeping ointment on it and hoping there is no infection. I dont understand how she could have been so careless. She was talking to the technician next to her and perhaps the conversation distracted her. Nevertheless, I immediately asked to leave and did not complete the pedicure. Too uncomfortable and no trust in her ability at that point.

First time for me there, good service and nice chairs, the lady did a good job and would definitely recommend this place and I will be back to see them soon

I went to pink and white nails on Saturday 3/2, I walked in sign my name no one greeted me. I sit there watching clients being waiting on for 30 mins, finally I went to mangerment and told them no one has greeted me and i have been sitting for 30 mins. They apologized and said it just be 5 to ten mins more. I graciously sit back down and waited 30 mins. Finally the staff started whispering and pointing. Then they finally walked over and said can u pick out your color. I said thats ok and walked out. I will not pay my money to a establishment and get treated any kind of way . so please be aware if u decide to go to this place.

Terrible money hungry rip offs!!! Never was told it would be EXTRA for my nails to be “regular length” I tried to look beyond the bad reviews when coming here but while doing my full set the young guy with glasses was so rough and rude and when I justified being wrongfully charged he didn’t care that he gave me no length warning as nail places should before cutting. Never again! They are money hungry.
