Tried to give them a second chance with my nails, sorry I just cant do this place. I dont have money to waste!

I went to this place today, I asked if they do overlay and they said yes. Then they started putting on acrylic nails when I didnt want that but it was too late, I paid for the worst nail service, I will never go back to that place.

They slow but Good will recommend this place

They do not greet you when you walk in the door. You ask them questions and they act like they do not hear you. I set in the shop for 20 mins and watch them treat all their customers like this. Some people just walked out. Im so disappointed bc this location is close to my home but Im going to have to travel bc this is unacceptable. They are very rude and only one person is there that can do acrylic nails.

My last few visits have been very disappointing. I have been going to this shop for over 15 years. The nail techs work isnt consistent and I believe it is time for me to find a new shop.

Never again. I got dip and it chipped in less than 2 days, while I was eating dinner! Just broke right up. They did not answer the phones and they kept ringing. There was a phone alarm going off in the back. They were not friendly, didnt say a word to me the whole time. They told people they were available on the phone when all the chairs were full so more people kept coming in. It was terrible

I love this salon. Ive been going since its been open and everyone treats us like family. My eyebrows always look perfect and mine and my moms acrylic is stunning. When my mom had surgery on her arm, they did everything they could to make her comfortable. We wouldnt go anywhere else! 💚💚💚

Weve been going here for a while for pedicures. This visit my husband was injured by a nail tech, more than just a knick in my opinion. I dont think she wanted to do his feet and it showed. Unhappy with both our results...The polish IS bubbly or old maybe... Its tacky not smooth and shiny... Wish I could get my $ back.

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I walk in the door everyone take such good care of me.... Go see My....she is awesome.

I just went today and my nails turned out good the only issue is that a worker that was doing my stepsisters nails decided to walk a way and talk with other works. So now we cant go to the movie theaters because he was too busy chatting..

Terrible service!! Would have done a better job myself. They dont look even there shaped different not smooth. Absolutely terrible. And still wanted me to pay. When I have to go to another place to get them redone. Will never go back. And disputing transaction. Worse service. Sat with the lady in the 3rd chair. Not experienced

0 stars. Dont go, it is a waste of your money and time. I went in for a simple nail removal and left with severely scratched nails and buffed away cuticles. You get what you pay for.

The customer service sucks! When you enter someone establishment... You should be meet with a greeting... Good morning.. Hello.. Etc. Since Tim left customer service has went DOWNHILL!!! Just for that reason my business is going else where. A loyal customer for 2 years. FYI.. CUSTOMER. SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY.NICOLE...

Never let the lady in the third chair do your nails she is terrible. All my nails are a different shape and length! Highly disappointed! The paint job is sloppy my 6 year old could have done a better job!

Went there just to get a polish change. I got my nails done somewhere else 2 days earlier and the guy told me he would have to do a fill in to change the color because I needed a fill in. Not so because my nails looked great from my other place. I told him several times that I didnt need one. I left without a polish change. My daughter had sat down already to get a fill in and the old woman messed up her nails. For some reason she changed the shape and did them way to thick and one broke 3 days later....smh

The lady that done my nails did the worst job ever n then had to pay 40.00 for the pink n white fill in. These was the worst nails i have ever seen i could have done a better job then this. Then they only put one coat of clear on them n told me they were done. I will never ever go back to this salon again. I had to to go somewhere else to have them redone. So this salon is not a very good one at all. They are some rude people and not very poor nail techs. My nails were so bad the nail salon i went to told me that they couldnt believe it. It was that bad. Sorry but my business is going elsewhere n yall need to shut this one down. Terriable n horriable service. Never again.

I’ve been going here for a few years now but things have changed in the last year. I believe it is the new staff. I will not go back. Within two weeks, I’ve had three nails break, which never happens. I also had to go get a design fixed because the topcoat was wrinkled once it dried. I was given attitude when I wanted my design fixed. Diamonds still ended up falling off within two days because of handwashing.

I will never come here again. I should have known it was going to be bad when another lady came in while I was waiting and flipped because her daughters nail had bubbles in them. I went to get two nailed fixed and to make a long story short I will be soaking all my nails off and just starting again some place else. They did a horrible job. $8 to get two nails fixed.I just know now to never come here such a waste of money.

I waited in the pedicure chair for over an hour on someone to do my nails. They took every person that walked through the door before me!! I eventually paid for my pedicure and left.. I will not be returning here again

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The final shape looked awful especially on my thumb nail and I ended up having to take them off the next day because of how bad they looked! Also the lady that did my nails laughed at me because I asked her to cut/file my nails shorter because I don’t like them super long. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back! First and last time for me

First time here because its closer to my home. Came in for a full set and left 10 minutes later because someone came after me and needed a fill in so they took her before me. Spend your money elsewhere people. THE STAFF IS SLOOOOW!!!
