Liza is amazing at what she does. She takes care to make sure you get exactly what you want. The SNS manicures last more than a month with no problem. It’s been my go to place for over 2 years.

I LOVE this salon. I have never had long nails every and have been a nervous biter my whole live. About 2 years ago I started having my nails professionally done to break a life long habit. But unfortunately at the products destroyed my nails to the point the wouldnt grow. About 8 months I found the Dry Nail bar. Now my nails are strong and long! Cant thanks the ladies enough. I finally feel like a lady and love my nails!

Good cost, great gel manicure lasted a full month

The first time I went there I got serviced by Bee. Bee did a great job on my nails and I was looking forward to seeing her again, but for whatever reason her books were blocked off for months out so I was unable to see her again.I scheduled an appointment with Crystal for a brow wax with Henna and a lip wax because I had a trip planned to Vegas for Thanksgiving. Well, she waited an hour before my appointment to text me canceling because of “construction taking place at the facility” ?! I couldn’t believe it! It’s beyond unprofessional to handle your clients that way. An hour before?! I had left my job early to make that appointment. That gave me no time make other plans because it was the holidays and 2 days before I was leaving! Never will attempt doing business with her again.

Hands down the best place to go to get your eyebrows micro bladed crystal is the best very detailed knows her stuff friendly and Professional. When I 1st moved here it took me a year to find a place that actually had a steady picture flow of good brows. I refer people here to crystal and they love their brows Im so happy with mine as well.

The best in Charlotte! The nail studio is super clean and the nail techs are amazing. I have been a regular client of Bee for almost a year. She is a perfectionist, but quick and extremely thorough. Bee and Liza are super creative if you’re interested in the latest nail design trends. The salon also carries the latest colors in SNS and Gel. The team is professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment for an exceptional experience. 😍

I visited wink & ink for the second time yesterday. My nail tech this time was Mel and she did SUCH A GOOD JOB! I usually get sns with tips added on but this time I decided to get gel on my natural nails. Even though my nails were pretty short, Mel was still able to give them a nice shape. She was SO careful and detail oriented when painting my nails and they came out great! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mel!!

I booked a microblading service and crystal has exceeded my expectations. I want to start by saying the customer service was a 10. Very attentive to my needs as well as my concerns. I have been planning this for a while but was very nervous about getting something permanent on my face. I wish I had gotten this sooner. I’m amazed at how natural my brows look coming from not really having any. It’s really hard finding a business with great customer service and amazing work. Thank you for a job well done! Just booked my mother and sister.

I was really excited to try this salon, but I have to say I was underwhelmed and a little disappointed. I knew the prices were a high, but expected that the quality of work would make up for it. It did not. Just like a previous reviewer, I was not greeted when I entered the salon. My tech was running behind about 30 minutes or so, but I was ok with that, as I wasnt able to find the salon and was about 10 minutes late myself. Once my appointment started I felt rushed throughout the entire process. My nails look OK but not as I expected. There was even polish left on the side of my nails. My pedicure was rushed as well, and I didnt notice until I was out of town that my polish was smudged. Overall, it was an ok experience, but I dont think Ill be returning.10/08/2020 UPDATE: I called to express my dissatisfaction and was told to make another appointment to come in for corrections. I did, and Liza completely redid my SNS mani and my pedi. This visit definitely made up for the 1st one. Im glad they value the satisfaction of their customers.

I can’t stop sharing to others about Wink and Ink! I usually don’t go crazy getting my nails done because I’m rarely satisfied with the outcome.Wink and Ink have made it very possible for me to return and receive high quality nail treatment!Crystal and Bee are so warm and inviting! Again, because I don’t go crazy with my nails I was so undecided in color. Bee took a look at my hair color on my hair tips and found the perfect color to match! Best of all it was perfect time for Fall season, and I can’t stop telling others about her work.. The best part is that every time I glance at my nails I smile! Absolutely gorgeous work! I will soon be back in 3 weeks!!

I came across Dry Nail Bar about a year & a half ago & it immediately loved this place! I haven’t stopped going since! Super natural SNS. Bee is amazing at what she does. Also love the modern vibe of the salon. Highly recommend!!

I came in to have henna for my brows and had them butchered. Crystal cut my brows way too short and started to wax my brows. She didn’t even check your appointment book correctly to see what service I was having done. I assumed she was trimming them a bit not destroying my brows. The henna is also completely gone and it’s been 5 days not 4 weeks like crystal said. I feel bad leaving a review like this but I feel like other should be careful going here. I tried to get my brows to look a little fuller not it’ll be weeks or months for them to grow back. I’m so disappointed with my experience here and would never recommend it to anyone else.

I’ve been to all the “it” nail salons in and around Charlotte, and no one comes close to doing nails like Bee and Liza! They are extremely detail oriented, skilled on all the latest nail trends, and even make classic nails look 1000x better than your average manicure. Best nail bar in Charlotte!!

Nice place, very good service. Took off a star because parking can be a beast in the area and lash extensions are no longer an offered service. Does anyone know where Mary went??? She was the first lash artist I’ve found in Charlotte that I was completely pleased with the outcome but she’s no longer there!

Very friendly and relaxing environment. Scheduling my appointment was easy and locating the shop was not bad. I do suggest you arrive early to find inexpensive parking.Crystal is very friendly and truly cares to understand what you have been using to care for you face and health history. My appointment was for my very first microblading. I did my own research prior to scheduling and Crystal listened to any concerns I had and explained the process throughly. She did explain the healing process and has pictures of each stage (very helpful).I’m on day two and I’m following the aftercare instructions provided. The entire process was seamless and I’m looking forward to my touch up appointment.If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional, customer friendly esthetician, look no further.

If you are looking to try SNS or just a need a new favorite salon, this is the place! I’ve been going to Wink & Ink for about 8 months. I’m in there every month, and my SNS ALWAYS lasts at least 3 weeks (but normally more like 4 or 5). Bee is lovely, and takes such great pride in her work. I know for a fact that she spends a considerable amount of time making sure all of her staff deliver the level of quality see does. I had my nails done by Liza for a last minute appointment, and she does beautiful nail art. The salon has an upscale vibe, yet it is also warm and inviting. I’m always nervous to try a new salon, but this is a wonderful salon that definitely lives up to the hype!Thanks so much for providing us with the quality we love 🙏

My experience at Wink and Ink has been first class. Crystal is amazing, very personable, inviting, and friendly. My Service: Eye Lash Extensions, My Tech: Mary ~ Mary has done an awesome job! I continue with my everyday routines (gym, sauna, and etc) at the end of 3 weeks my lashes still looked great.

I went here for the first time to get my first ever SNS through the training special, and while the SNS looked really pretty at first, the damage it did to my nails was unexpected. Most of the SNS fell off after a week to the day, and once they did, I noticed several of m my nails were infected (after doing research, I think it’s because my nails were dipped in the central source of powder versus in a separate dish). All of my nails have broken down low as if I bit my nails, and the texture is really rough. Maybe my situation was unique, but I’m probably not going to visit here or get SNS again...

Bee and team are truly amazing at what they do! Have been going here for almost a year now and every manicure (and pedicure!!) is better than the last.

Crystal was My teacher. She’s very knowledgeable to safety and precautions to hands on technique! Very informative and professional and great at what she does. I would highly recommend her if you want to get into learning Microblading.

Bee is the best SNS nail tech & owner in the city. This salon has nail techs that are creative and have a variety of colors and products to choose from. Very clean and professional.

Horrible customer service experience. Went for mircroblading that faded after only 1.5 months. Paid for a touch-up. That faded immediately as well. Paid for ANOTHER touch up and was sick during my appointment but CAME ANYWAY. She turned away service as to not get her sick and asked me to reschedule. When I did, she asked for another $50 deposit after I never received services for my last $50 deposit when I was refused services due to a cold. She never repaid my deposit and never rendered services. She was rude and disrespectful and I have told 4 people that I referred there to not go back. They steal your money and don’t back up their horrible products. I spent over $1k there over a 6 month period to get money stollen from me and a rude attitude!!! Never again. I’ve told everyone about their horrible products that don’t last and even worse customer service.

I found wink & ink on Instagram a few months ago, and I wont be going anywhere else. Ive gotten gel and sns, and my nails are always perfectly shaped, filed and polished. They also do great design work. Ive seen them train nail techs, and theyve got it down to a science. I treated myself to microblading for my birthday, and I had my final touch up tonight. They are perfect! If youre looking for great service and precision, you need to check them out.

Liza was great. It’s uptown Charlotte so parking isn’t ideal but the salon is absolutely adorable and the girls were very nice and my nails look awesome.

When I had booked my appointment at this salon I had chosen the discounted microblading price that they were doing for December and January. Maybe it’s my own ignorance but when I had booked my appointment for this it wasn’t clear to me that the lady doing my eyebrows would not be a professional. That had since been changed after my appointment on their website and it’s more clear that she’s being TRAINED. If she’s being trained I also feel like the whole process should be monitored and watched since she doing something that’s going to be permanently on my face for long time, it was not. I was also expecting to be there for around a 2 hrs, I was there for over 4 hours. And for a majority of that time nobody was working on me I was just sitting in the chair waiting on the lady. Luckily I had no plans for the day, but to be there so long I was not happy with the outcome at all. Probably because when I was asked if the outline shape was what I wanted I had told her no I think they’re too thick. She had promised me that they won’t be that thick and that’s just for the shape. Although they are that thick, just like I had said. The ink color was never shown to me at all, so now I have my natural eyebrows a very dark brown and the microblading that was done is a reddish lighter brown. The “master microblader” had asked the girl that did my brows if she had approved the color with me and she lied and said she did??? When I was given the mirror after she was done I had 2 tail ends to my brows because of the way the shape was made, so in order to fix that half of my eyebrows were waxed off. When I had explained to the “master professional microblader” that I didn’t like them and that they didn’t look like the photos being advertised on the company’s Instagram she said that’s because those are all her work and not the girl that had done mine. I personally think that’s false advertising when you have the description of those same Instagram photos promoting your “Dec/Jan Microblading Special.” Also don’t be fooled on their website where it says $1/hr parking either. All the parking decks nearby are not $1. I paid 28 dollars for parking. Not only did I drive an hour to pay for brows I absolutely hate I had to pay for the typical overpriced Charlotte parking as well. This is just a warning to anyone who thinks they’ll receive good customer service or good work at a discounted price. You pay for what you get. If I would’ve known this would be the outcome I would’ve paid full price and went somewhere else.

Quality job but over priced and not a single one of them greeted me when I walked in the door with a smile or hello. Nails lasted three weeks but they use drill to prep nail before dip and now I have a line from that after having them taken off elsewhere.

I came in town and was desperate for a manicure. I’m so picky so I was nervous but needed it done. Wow did this place exceed my expectations!!!! Bee did my manicure and I even tried the dip powder. I’m never getting gel again! My nails have never looked better. Oh how I wish I could take her back home with me !!!!!!!
