My nails have never looked so good! Y’all should have seen how I came into this place but Lisa was never judge mental or rude about my nails. She was also very gentle and took her time. There’s no nasty glue crust under my nails which I wasn’t expecting since every other place I try it seems to happen no matter what and it makes me pick at my nails and makes them last half as long. She made the length and shape perfect. Also I accidentally nicked my thumb nail when drying and she fixed it for me and was very nice about it! Can definitely see how they have such a loyal following. :)

Love my nails!! Really nice and professional...although they close at 7p they stayed later and finished my nails. They didn’t rush or make me feel uncomfortable and I appreciate that! Will be coming back!

I had been here once before and had a great experience, hence why I was returning. This time someone different did my nails. She worked on my SNS powder nails for over 2 hours. It looks like a child did my nails. Some nails have 1 to 2 more coats of powder than others, on most nails my cuticles are covered with product. Instead of letting someone that actually knew how to do SNS help, she kept trying to fix each nail where the problem was. Finally after 2.5 hours I had had enough. My fingers were sore from all the filing and grinding to get them to at least presentable. I have never had it take so long or things go so bad for dip powder. Such a horrible experience.

Lisa is the best!!! She understood my needs and adopted my nails shape to look their best. You will not go wrong coming here.

They did a good job. They were a little rough doing the cuticles.(Didnt ask us if we wanted a drink). Kinda pricey in my opinion.

Visiting from arizona and this is the best nail salon i’ve ever been to! they treated us like royalty and were so fun to talk to. the employees seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying and i just really loved being there, coulda stayed all day. i went with my mom and sister and we are all so in love with our nails! the place was clean and everything looked nice/new.11/10 RECOMMEND!!!!

The best kept secret in Ballantyne! Everyone is friendly, constantly cleaning, and its easy to set up appointments online. You can choose your nail tech... my favorite is Lina! Shes been my go to for five years. The also have special offers each month and a loyalty program.

Great service! The salon workers and customers wore masks and regularly cleaned the equipment and area. I plan to return and felt the salon did a good job of keeping their customers and workers safe during this time

I am a regular customer of nail2charlotte. Never had any issue till today. During this pandemic we all are instructed to wear mask. But today I saw a customer with no mask, coughing and sneezing. It made me really scared. Staff did not even ask him to go out. Also, the new staff did not make an effort to make her job till complete satisfaction level.

I really REALLY like this salon! Vivianna does the best SNS ever. I always call ahead to find out if she’s available. I love the new look of the salon as well. The one negative is that a pedicure takes a long time to complete—but saying that—it is one of the best pedicures ever. I feel pampered. I request a herbal/warm stone pedicure and these procedures simply take longer to perform so I prepare myself with my Kindle and sit back and enjoy! I’m retired and can go most anytime and don’t want to feel rushed through. At another salon the extras weren’t available and I didn’t even feel like I’d had a decent pedicure and had wasted my money—thinking, THAT’S IT??? I recommend this salon to lots of people and my sister and her husband go in for joint pedicures at least one a month, every month!

Nail 2 is amazing!!! I have been to Darlene for years and she does the most perfect job every time. She always shapes my nails just the way I want and also is flexible with time! She knows my personality so when I’m conflicted about what to do each time she comes up with the most amazing ideas that I love!!! I would recommend anyone trying these girls out you won’t be disappointed I promise!!! Also Nary is amazing as well!!! She has done my nails a few times and was very satisfied!!! It’s very peaceful and relaxed as well, which I look for in a salon (and I am super picky.) They make you feel like number 1!! One on one experience!! They don’t book appointments on top of one another so you get the entire experience, it truly feels like a spa!

Have been coming to this location for several months now. Easy to park. I make appointments with Stephanie who is a true artist and nail technician. She has great attention to detail and my SNS nails can go up to 3 weeks between appointments.The facility is clean and all the staff are friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Where did my ladies move?? I’ve been going to this salon for 20 years and they recently sold the salon.I have been back once and was so disappointed!! My manicure only lasted a day. The people that work there were more involved with each other than the customers. It’s not the friendly place I was accustomed. Sad.I won’t be going back. I have to find a new salon.If anyone knows where the previous owners went please share!!!

I have gone here about six times for pedicures. The place seems clean and the people doing manicures seem to have a loyal following. They are very friendly with their customers. On the other hand, wanting pedicures only, I seem to always get a lady or two who knows no English, (very frustrating when trying to give some feedback). Also, in several visits I certainly have not had a great pedicure. Only so-so. My ladies seem sweet natured but by no means expert. This last time was the worst, sloppiest pedicure I have ever had. This woman does not even know how to file down a callous and applied polish like a little girl. Polish was globbed on and my toes will be red for days. I will have to go elsewhere to have a whole new pedi done. I will never go back to a place that puts anyone to work who is not a professional. These places are cheap for a reason.

I took an appointment for both my daughter & myself, we were there on time but they couldn’t provide the service for both of us: they had other appointment at the same time. I left. They just lost a customer for good for their bad manners and worst customer service ever.

Went in for a mani and pedi. Pedicure lasted no more than 3-5 minutes and barely included anything other than a foot rub and polish. My feet are peeling more now than they were when I went in. My nails were not buffed prior to the polish being applied so now, only two days after my manicure, the polish is chipped and my nails have cracks in them. Definitely will not be returning.

I have been coming to this salon for the last few months - since we moved to the area. I absolutely love the service that I receive. I work odd hours and the team members are always able to make time for me, regardless of how late I call. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. I have found a great variation of colors and products and have never been denied a color/product/service. I had an appointment this morning to get my SNS re-done and a standard pedicure. Nary has done my nails the last 2 times I have been in and I absolutely LOVE her! She is incredibly skilled - does a great SNS manicure- she moves quickly, carefully and neatly. She has a fantastic personality. She is very social, outgoing and welcoming. I never feel that I am being rushed or that I need to get in and get out. I appreciate her welcome nature and really enjoy speaking to her. Lilly has done my pedicures since I have been coming here. She is quick, kind and efficient. She knows what I need and respects the sensitive areas that I have on my legs. Overall amazing service, great location, convenient hours, flexible appointments. I will never go anywhere else - unless Nary ever leaves - then I will need to follow her hahahaha! I look forward to having my nails done every 2 weeks and am already looking forward to my next visit.

My three daughters and I have been going to Nails Too at Camfield for about fifteen years now and we won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had friends take me to this or that new place and every time I leave there thinking how lucky I am to know about Nails Too. They treat us like long time friends there while also giving us the professional mani pedi and eyebrow waxing we are paying for. I can’t say enough good things about the service, the people working there and the pricing.Thank you to all of you at Nails Too in Camfield...we appreciate all that you do!!!
