Took my wife here for her birthday and we have a great experience. WE made an appointment at 2pm and when we arrive the chairs already set up and they get us in within no waiting time. The most important thing my wife very happy with her nails look (it made me feel good that i gave her a right gift). Thanks solaso and i will send my friends here.

I am in love with this place. Excellent pedicure and love that it’s family oriented. Very sweet people working there. Care about their quality of services they offer. I have a choice of where I go and choose them.

Ive been to this salon multiple times and I have only had one okay/good experience. Most recently, I went for my acrylic fill in/gel manicure and gel pedicure. The following issues are:1. My acrylic fill in is bumpy/uneven from the nail technician using a dry acrylic. I pointed out the issue and he spent 2 minutes trying to fix it, failed, and said sorry thats all I can do.2. I came in with a cracked nail on my right big toe that I asked them to fix (with acrylic or whatever they recommended). She put glue on it which looks bumpy and gross underneath the french nail design. It also has broken since having my nails done 2 days ago.3. Lastly, and most importantly... They have two toddlers they cry/run around naked/scream in the salon. There is a room with bunk beds in the back. It is unprofessional for a salon to have naked/crying children in a place that is supposed to be a relaxing/sterile enviornment.I gave them multiple tries and I feel my review is accurate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

There were young children running around salon and jumping in the chairs, unprofessional staff and atmosphere. Cut me twice during mani/pedi. Many go to a salon for a relaxing environment, not the case here. Poor communication. I’m sure it’s fine if you want just a quick polish/touch up, but if you want a relaxing or spa like experience spend your money elsewhere.

A great group of people they seem to love their job. Everyone was super friendly and had a smile on their face. My daughter and I have found our new nail place. They took their time and talked to us and made sure we were totally comfortable.

I went here without an appointment and they seated me immediately. I got a regular basic manicure and a gel manicure. I had two ladies working, one on my feet and the other on my hand. Usually I don’t enjoy having to reach one arm across my body, but I actually didn’t mind because the chair was very comfortable. Very affordable, nice people and peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely the best nail salon in CLT. My mom and I have been coming for years, and we so enjoy the staff. They are personable, professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for both nail health and aesthetics. We will never go anywhere else. They are the best!!!

The owner was very nasty to me. I got a fill in on Tuesday and by Thursday 2 nails came off and the other 8 were lifting. I Paid 150 for a gel fill in and pedicure. I went back to get things corrected and he went on to tell me it was my fault and that him and his wife built the shop from the ground up. He also stated that they had been in the industry for 20 years and they have never messed up when clearly it was their fault seeing that my job requires me todrive 12 hrs a day. They charged me 10 extra dollars!!! If you are not a regular DO NOT EXPECTGREAT SERVICE! He called me aggressive when I was simply trying to explain that if he spent 150 he would want his money worth as well. They fixed my nails and 2 days later 2 more have come off and the rest are lifting. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My teenage daughter went here with a friend. She did not get anything special. An SNS with colored tips. They charged her $80. Sadly I was not there and didn’t find out until later. Easily $30 more than I have ever heard of. I don’t know whether they are only taking advantage of teenagers or whether they overcharge everyone. But we won’t ever be back.

I’ve been coming to Solaso for three years now when we moved to Charlotte. I have never been to a better nail salon with great service. All of the staff is very qualified and thorough in all their services

I just recently been to this nail salon and it was my first time. They did an excellent job! I got an overlay on my real nails by Romeo and I never had someone actually do the coffin shape this well. He made sure to get it right and asked me if it was the right shape. It’s perfect! But I just broke one of nails and had to come back to get it fixed with an artificial nail in place of it. So Tram fixed my nail for me and it looks so natural along with my real nails. I was nervous how it would come out but it’s great. I love how both times I’ve been here and they have been professional, nice, and caring. They make sure you get what you pay for and do not pressure you into getting anything you don’t want. I love this place and will be coming back!

One would wonder how a nail salon could be bad...look no further!The WORST manicure I have ever had!#1 the girl did not paint the entire nail, leaving a gap at the nail bed/finger#2 she only knew one way to file nails and that is square - I like rounded - she never could understand that.#3 She used the base coat for the top coat - so my nails never dried, had a stickiness to them and felt gritty.#4 Very superficial cuticle cutting - I am prone to hang nails and need more than just the appearance of trimming the cuticle.Is that enough to convince?

Sorry, love them and their work. But who wants 2 preschool kids running around screaming when youre trying to relax? Running behind your chairs, very wound up. They are cute as can be, but as they get bigger they are more active and vocal. Romeo, invest in daycare.

I really enjoyed my experience hear at Solaso nail spa. My technician was Romeo and he was very kind and attentive. He always made sure I like the way my nails looked which not a lot of places do. Also, they know there clients by name make the salon feel like a very comfortable environment. I really enjoyed my experience and my nails. I definitely will be coming back!

I’m not sure where to start. If you want an express pedicure this is your place. I believe start to finish was about 20 minutes. Chairs were old, and ripping apart. Massage was very little, here’s some lotion let me barely rub it in. Polish was done nicely, but very quick. Not at all what I’ve got at higher classy places for the same price. I will not be back.

I like how beautiful the place was I came in with my daughter we got pedicures and full sets mine didnt even last two days when I went to wrk one lifted then the next two lifted then just popped right off. My job is not very strenuous and I am a good paying customer who also tipped. I expected better quality and I dont usually complain but this was very poor quality I have only my thumbs left 😕 and now I have to pay to get them re-done. I feel ripped off 😪 well great designs but very poor quality in products. Im also licensed and I just wanted a break

The store was clean and they did a great job of cleaning up my nails after a year of no mani/pani due to COVID.

Tram and Singh did fast and professional work for me today. They both were engaging and fun during my fill in and Pedicure. I am new to the area, and tried several different salons since I have been here. This salon is definitely my new nail home! I uploaded a picture of blue and white nails with the designs and swirls. The service is nice and the kids werent bad (atleast while I was there) I wouldnt mind this being my go to place but the fill I got there the paint chipped and looked horrible the same day like after a shower they started peeling. My toes were perfect tho Ill probably go back for that

I got the basic pedicure and it is what I usually get and it was just too fast. It was not at all the relaxing experience I was hoping for and usually get in other salons. Next time I will not choose to come here.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I am very dissapointed with the customer service by the owner. Very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed the interaction of the owner with another client that was not satisfied with her nails and he had the nerve to push her two times. This is not okay!

Tram was wonderful!! They took me, my mom, and younger sister last minute an hour before they closed with welcoming smiles!! My mom got a mani pedi and my sister and I got SNS tips and we are definitely coming back! GORGEOUS

Tram was excellent. She was super patient with me and my indecisiveness about my wedding nails, she gave her recommendations as to what would look good in pictures but also listened to what I wanted and what I was comfortable with since I rarely have my nails done!

Just left Solaso nails and I love it there! Tram and Romeo always make me feel at home. They literally know everyone’s name! It’s like getting your nails done at Cheers! I’ve been a customer for years, and I will let a nail fall off before I go anywhere else. You don’t have the high turn over I’ve witnessed at other salons. It’s always the same crew and I know them all. Tram is amazing at nail art, and can draw on your nails freestyle. The pedicures are like heaven, and there’s various packages if you’re trying to conserve. Do yourself a favor and give Solaso a try.

I love love love this nail salon. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they went out of their way to make it happen. Giving me so many suggestions on the closest colors to what the design in the photo I found. Tram is the absolutely sweetest and very patient! My nail are soooo gorgeous! Just moved to Charlotte and found this salon on-line. What a find! I get a gel manicure every 3 weeks and was looking for a quality manicure in a friendly salon. From the minute I walked in I felt welcome. Tram did a fantastic job on my nails and I already have a next appointment set up. Highly recommend this place!

Had my first experience there per my daughter’s request due to the ratings in comparison to other salons. It was not only a visit but a relaxing experience and the technicians treated us like we were regular customers upon our first visit. Hi I came to did acrylic pedicure wax tram and Rome so quickly but very professional and the people there do good my pedicures I will be back

This was my first and last time here. Children are precious, but very distracting when mommy is being paid to do nails and has to take time away from client not once, but two times to take toddler to the restroom. The first time she was in the middle of removing my old nails when the little boy said pee-pee! and she rushed up so quickly that she dropped the still-rotating instrument she was using which brushed along the inside of my finger. Thankfully it only lasted a couple seconds and only hurt a little, but still. And then littler brother, after taking various products off the low shelf to bring to mommy, dropped and broke a bottle of blue nail polish all over the floor. Im a mom of six and I understand. However, an easy fix would be for the children to be kept in another room with one of the other [many] employees while mom is doing nails so she can focus on her job! I went in for SNS nails and ended up with a different color than I had chosen. I opted for a more rounded instead of a straight tip, but unfortunately she rounded all the way along the sides of the nails too, taking some of the product off... now my natural nails are showing along the sides! And two days later and my fingers are still sore. I only got 5 minutes for the nails to dry - and no drying spray - so parts of many of the nails have a rough instead of shiny finish. Sadly, my nails dont look at all natural. :( The special was $35 for Columbus Day, but I was charged $45. I paid before realizing I was overcharged, and then went back in. The whole shop stopped and listened to me as I explained that I was overcharged, which was a little embarrassing. The gentleman (possibly daddy?) told me that I needed to give them the coupon first - okay, I give them that, although it wasnt a coupon, it was a one-day special so it should have been automatic - and told me that because I already had nails on, I needed to be charged $40 instead of $35 as he reached into the cash register and handed me back a $5 bill. They were all very sweet, but Im sorry, but I wish I had never walked through that door. It was an expensive lesson, and one that Im going to regret for many months to come.

Do not go here if you expect an actual pedicure. Got a pedicure the guy didnt even put one of my feet in the water Cut my cuticles and skin dry. Massage on legs was just a 2 second rub and I was completely done with my pedicure in 15 minutes ridiculous waste of money.

I really love coming to this nail salon. I show them what I want and they make it happen every time. They are clean and they are very friendly and they remember you after the first visit! Super friendly I love Tram because she loves to talk she will do any design or anything and Romeo is so good and patient. He makes sure I like my nails before I leave and make sure its right colors and what I want. I love having a pedicure there because theh give you massages and its so clean and offer a drink when you come in. I even wanted to do glow in the dark colors and he said he would look into for me! I recommend this place to anyone whose looking for a clean shop.

First, let me say that this is lovely and clean nail salon. The man who greeted me when I walked in the door was very warm and friendly. That, unfortunately is where the good feels end. I received a deluxe pedicure. My nail technicians name was Timi and she gave me a truly forgettable service. I honestly could not wait for it to be over. The parts of the service that she should have taken her time on: the scrub, the callous removal, the massage, she hurried through quite clumsily, dropping my foot several times. However, that which should have taken no time at all, the actual polishing of the nails, took 30 minutes! 30 MINUTES!!! And every nail she polished she had to go back and remove copious amounts of polish from the surrounding skin! I might visit this nail salon once more to see if my experience was an unfortunate fluke with a horribly unskilled nail tech and not the typical experience one should expect.

I had a very good experience here. Wonderful customer service! There was a small flaw in my nail polish, I didnt even see it. But the sweet lady who was working on me saw it and took time to fix it and make it look perfect.

Tram did my mani/pedi and was wonderful. She was very personable and offered great customer service. This will be my new go-to!

Angie was super nice. Came I. With really bad nails and she made them look fantastic! Super sweet and fixed my nail when I knocked on the lam. Normally your nail tech would get annoyed she says no problem I will do it for you! Made me feel very comfortable. Will be back!!

It used to be good..... now the last few months it’s gone down hill and NO one is friendly! Last time I went on Mothers Day, I had one person say hey and that was it. Didn’t offer us a drink, we asked for one- never showed ... then the girl was done with my pedi in about 15 mins. It was horrible.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SNS.... I am an SNS veteran so I know what good SNS results should be and this is not it. I paid $40 for SNS nails that chipped after 5 days....5 DAYS!! I am accustomed to SNS lasting 1 month without chipping, and while theres never a guarantee for 1 month of being chip free, SNS SHOULD NOT chip a mere 5 days after placement. Furthermore, the contouring of the SNS nails was more than sub-par....it was completely uneven and looked like a blob of polish over my nail bed. The proper way to do it is to dremel the nail surface after placement to get a nice smooth and even result. I even told the nail tech/(owner?) that it didnt look even after he placed it, and he simply applied one more top coat which made it look even more blobby. Once I realized that he was incompetent in completing the task, I didnt want to ask him to improve the contour and worsen the appearance any more than it already looked. I cant speak to their other services, all I know is that SNS is by far NOT their strong point, and I would suggest they train their techs for proper placement to achieve superior aesthetics. Not only did I waste $40 from this experience, but I had to spend another $40 elsewhere to correct the problem. Next time I will go to a nail salon that is more skilled in SNS placement.

Probably the worse experience at a nail salon Ive ever had. I based my decision to come here from the reviews but if your not one of their regulars dont expect quality service. I wanted a relaxing afternoon with my friends for my birthday and got a half done manicure instead. When I sat down in the chair the guy didnt speak a word to me, cut all my nails uneven, and painted only half of my nails. Once he was finished he said thanks then went to the next customer. Didnt offer to carry my purse or direct me to where I needed to sit to dry my nails. So of course I messed up the polish. Not worth the money.

This place is amazing. I live in raleigh and i cant find a place as fast, dedicated, and talented as this one.
