Terrible, I literally got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and that night the polish liters slid off. It didn’t even peel! I got them done to go out of town and by time I reached my destination all of the color was off of my nails not even two days later. I went in to ask how can the issue be resolved and they said they can give me half off. Why am I paying for a service that didn’t last in the first place not even a week and have to pay again. Her statement was we don’t guarantee anything. They are horrible I would never go back there it was my first and last time. I’ve never had that happen!

You sit there for HOURS until you get fed up and leave. Absolutely SLOW. Sat there for over an hour and a half and watched a tech work on ONE manicure the entire time. HORRIBLE!!!

Went to get a gel pedi today and I walked in the door at 5:10 while walking inside another lady was walking in as well . I asked the man at the desk how long was the wait for a pedi he told me they were closed for the day when the website says 7 not only that but he told the lady who did not have an appointment to go ahead and have a seat and they would be with her as quickly as possible …

Cindy is awesome as always. I never know what I really want. I tell Cindy what Im thinking and she makes it come to life. Been going there for years now. I even move to the other side of town, a 10 minute drive is 30 minutes for me now since I move and it well worth it. Dipping Powder featured below on my natural nails.

Went there and the technician was rude. I was sitting there and they let people come in after you and seat them first. The person had no appointment. Then when I said something about it, they start talking rudely. Would not recommend this place.

I will never never come back here again. I waited 2 hours just for a fill in...If I didnt have a wedding to go to. I would of been left. Every time I come here the service is poor. I dont recommend this nail shop to no one

They are not complying with cdc rules. They are not taking temps. They have you waiting for 2hrs or more with customers coming and going in and out of business. They have signs posted to sanitize hands before signing in but no sanitizer in sight. They only service you if you are getting everything ( nails, pedicure, eyebrows and or lashes) done.

I drove all the way from south Charlotte just for them to say “we’re done for the day” two hours before closing, They don’t answer the phones so there was no way for me to know that. Literally a waste of a 30 minute drive.

Poor customer service, door was locked at 5:30 then 2 other customers were allowed to come in, charged me 5.00 for a cracked nail that happened the same day my fill in was done. Will never return!

I go here every time I need my nails done. They are great I dont mind any of them doing my nails Cindy and jack are great. I see some new faces in there but they do a wonderful job also. Great customer service. I always tip at least twenty dollars. They are great

They always do a really nice job. The only downfall is that they dont accept appointments and are almost always busy. If you have the time to wait, I highly recommend checking them out.

My nail tech retired so I went yesterday for the 1st time in 3 yrs. Andy was so awesome! They are quick and they have alot of people working. They can do designs and ombre if youre interested.

Went here due to the great reviews I had seen online. After waiting quite a while had a really quick pedicure. Was not terribly impressed.

By sight its very clean and all the people seem very happy and greet you when you walk through the door and to just to see them grow it is a blessing from Jesus

I used to love this place but over time it’s really declined. Talking bad about customers, lying to them. Specifically asked one lady not to use gel on my nails. She did it anyway and thought I didn’t know. I just let her and put the tip back. The customer service has really declined. It’s all about profit now.

I prefer the gel powder, its normally much stronger than acrylic and sns. But they use a product thats Poor quality. I broke several nails in less than 7 days. Theyre okay with designs, but thats no good if the product is cheap & its just going to break. Smh. I just took them all off

The ONLY nail shop I go to. They know youre name, they know what you like, and they are super friendly!!! They can get a little backed up and you have to wait, but to me thats just a sign of Good service and people coming back.

Came here because of their reviews! But a number of things went wrong when I arrived that I couldnt let go. Got a fill in with acrylic. She wouldnt pay attention to me and kept asking the same questions such as my nail polishes (they were in front of her the whole time.) as we go on there will be other people coming in getting their eyebrows done. She would just get up without telling me and just left me there (pet peeve of mine when sitting in the chair) then applying nail polish I had two nails in glitter, and the rest in one color. She messed up a couple times by not listening to me and applying the clear coat at the same time (making glitter get on my other nails). Once I was finally glad to leave, my nail chipped the next day. Like I was more upset because I sat there during the foolishness and to get a nail chipped the next day. Wth!! Never again will these Asians see me again

Slow asf and they had me waiting for an hour for lashes then told me it’d be another 30 minutes because she had to do someone else’s when the lady who does lashes should’ve never tried to do a full set knowing she’s the only one who can do that service and someone is waiting on her. They could’ve easily switched her out to do mine and the other guests.

Ive been going for 6 or 7 years now and they are great.

I had gotten my nails filled in Saturday night 7/8/17 and one of my nails have popped off already today at 7/10/17. I called to ask if they could replace it and they told me I had to pay. I have been a loyal customer for some time now and I find that very unprofessional and rude to tell me to pay for something less than 2 days ago. I was told if it was a full set they will not replace it for free. My time has come to an end and now I am moving on. I have never had this problem anywhere else and L nails do not take appointments and they are always busy. I spent 4 hours in the shop that night and it is unacceptable.

THEN CINDY WAS IN THE BACK DOING LASHES AND I WAS TOLD TO WAIT 10mins UNTIL SHE FINISHED. I WAITED AND WAITED 10MINS TURNS INTO 15MINS THEN TURNS INTO 20MINS OF WAITING FOR CINDY TO FINISH MY NAILS. SO FINALLY I WALKED BACK THERE AND CINDY WAS STILL WAXING SOMEONES FACE. THIS IS A FIRST AND LAST COMING HERE. WAS NOT A LASTING IMPRESSION. DESERVES 000000 STARS ⭐️

I waited 3 HOURS for Cindy to do my nails & then she said she had to do some eye lashes first before doing my nails!! They had not even been there waiting for lashes! I guess it was because the messy rushed job the man did on my daughters gel nails that I asked them to just soak back off because I wasnt paying for that mess. He called himself fixing it, but he only made it worst by piling more & more gel polish & clear coat on top of each other! Then he was rude & disrespectful because he couldnt get it right!! Nobody wants to spend their money on a rushed patched up job! The wait is RIDICULOUS there whether youre waiting on a specific person or not anyway!! I will definitely be taking my money else where along with all the others Ive referred there! Terrible service today!!!!

When I first got to Charlotte my cousin referred me to themiii.iikii I must say I was only impressed by Jay and how well he did eyebrows. The last few times I have gone to him for my eyebrows I have really felt unappreciative and Unsatisfied. I get this negative vibe from Jay the owner every time I come fr there. I use to brag on how well he do eyebrows and this doesn’t change the fact that he is still good at his work but I feel when it comes to me he the last several times it’s like he gave off a vibe that he really wasn’t doing his best work on my eyebrows. He ever cut me under my eye the last time. Each time I come in I am respectful of there business and never rude to them but they seem to be rude at times. I went back today and he tried to be finish with my eyebrows and they were still thick he as they were when I came in. He could have stoped and asked but no he handed me the mirror as he always do but tried to hurry and grab it back so I wouldn’t notice as a matter of fact he kept his hand on it and tried to remove the mirror she iI wouldn’t notice the terrible job he had done. He went back and re did my eyebrows as I ask him to make them a little less thicker. Point is I do not appreciate the treatment they have given me as I feel everyone hound be treated with respect as customer deserve. I am NOT going back. Period.

My experience was aweful. We showed the nail tech a picture of how we wanted our nails but guess what it wasnt no where near the pic we tried to tell her on the first nail but we was ignored!!! I dont like this place and you shouldnt go there at all find a new nail salon! Service aweful!!!

My experience here was awful. The lady that did my nails was doing what she wanted to do vs doing what I asked. I kept having to ask here to fix things and redo things, for example I made her remove two nails because she didnt place it correctly on my nail which made it stick up. On top of that she laid the acrylic to thick, she also didnt know how to lay the chrome on my nails. It was so awful I spent 70 bucks in all the be messed up and go somewhere else get get my nails done. Always go to Cachet nails, they are amazing!!! At least you know youre going to get great work done.

This place is hands down THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH to get your nails done!!!! The staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and they use CHEAP products! You know the products are cheap when your nails break or chip the very next day. They dont accept appointments and you have to wait hours before being serviced, and to add insult to injury, the staff never offers an apology for the wait! This place is just one huge disappointment...and its just so upseting because I was a regular at L nails and expected better. I will never go to that place again...Go to O.P Nails on monroe road if you want beautiful nails and Awesome customer service.

Ive been here a couple times before without a problem at all....but this time I got a gel manicure that started chipping after 3days!! Ive never had a gel manicure last less than two weeks(from them or anyone else!) I went back to have them correct the chipped nails and they charged full price and when I reminded the owner (jack) about the small time frame they lasted he didnt even acknowledge me to day that it happens sometimes no cares no customer service. (Mind you I work at a desk all day/ Im not doing anything that would chip a nail!) And had the nerve to laugh at me before I even got out of the door!I didnt mind this place before even though they work slow but I wont be returning anymore after this. There are too many other nail artist in Charlotte that would have corrected the problem that was their fault.
