Omg the lady did a horrible job! Not what I asked for and the acrylic was extra thick! Made my nails look like alien fingers. I will never go back!

It was a 3-hour waiting period. The staff was not there in the beginning of the shift. The fingernail polish appears to be cheap. It was an hour wait between a pedicure and a manicure being done. Go somewhere else

They want you to use cash now and not your card!! Ive gone here a few times before reviewing. The prices are different depending on whos chair you sit in. Last time i went they tried to over charge me because they thought i wasnt paying attention while having a conversation. I tip very well and still have issues when i go. There is no Customer service, the Gel polish they use is either cheap or they dont put enough coats because your nails dont shine that long. Not to mention they tried to give away my spot to another client and i was thier first. Your nails dont come out looking good, it looks like a rushed job and when you say anything they have an attitude and start speaking in their language. Hey! But they are open on Sundays!!

So I liked this place but my gel chipped 2 days after.

Use to be my favorite nail salon but they have truly went downhill . They make you wait forever due to them having “long time customers” 🙄 . The acrylic is always thick and uneven no matter who does my nails . They’re rough when doing pedis . Just trying to get your money honestly with poor quality services given.

TT is a very skilled technician. I wanted a simple natural looking kitten nail set. She took her time and she talked to me during my service, unlike other places Ive gone where they completely ignore you and rush through your service. Thank you TT

They stay booked but they get you in and out...sometimes rush jobs dont turn out pretty..around the cuticles look horrible and they dont soak your feet long enough to get the dead calluses off your feet

The lady doing my nails was sweet and took her time, but never would I ever go there again. My nail shape is all messed up, I have acrylic on my skin, and she cut me with the drill.

The way T.T talks to people is horrible and its not first come first serve. They have favorite people that they put before everyone. Will never get anything done here but my pedicure by Cathy only.. Place sucks.

Ive been going here since I was a teenager. It does get crowded, so its best to make an appointment.

I walked into the nail salon and I was not greeted at all. They barely looked up at me. Fortunately, I found a nice lady in the back while I was picking out my nail color and she asked me what I needed.It wasn’t that busy soI was seated within 10 minutes but I had to wait for an extra 30 minutes for someone to actually show up.1.) When he finally showed up he began on my nails. I do not like the way he did my nails.2.) WAY TOO MUCH ACRYLIC AND HORRIBLE PAINT JOB!!you I asked several times for the acrylic to be filed down to look more natural and he acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about.3.) They charge an extra two dollars for white nail polish.4.) It was extremely hot in the shop with no ventilation. They ended up opening the door but it did not help much. All of those Strong smells gave me a headache.I paid $25 for a full set and nail removalNot a bad price but definitely a bad experience. I will never be returning to this place!

This place is usually very busy, so you should get there early. They have good nail techs..

I give this place a 3 star because I love my nails. While getting my nails done the tech was very aggressive and I asked her and kept telling her that what she was doing was painful. I also noticed a lot of unsanitary things. So with that being said this is one place I will not be returning to.

I visited this nail shop and will NEVER come back, the guy completely messed up my nails, and cut my cuticles several times. Not to mention when I told him about a spot that he missed, he became angry and slapped my hand very hard. How unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never experienced anything like this. They lost a customer !

Awful customer service. The male nail technician is extremely RUDE! He huffed and puffed the entire time he did my nails as if he had an attitude and hated his job. When I asked him about the glitter nail polishes he just dropped the basket in my face. You need to be careful who you are rude to because I usually leave at least $10 tips for my nail techs... He definitely did not get a tip from me and I will NEVER return to this nail salon. AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! I wish there were more KNOWN African American nail techs in the Charlotte area.

Gets very busy at times..but I do enjoy my experience when I go..

This place is the worst, they are rude and you can sit there for damn near a hour before anyone acknowledges you and ask if they can help you. Went yesterday to get some eye lashes and ended up leaving after waiting nearly two hours....dont bother making an appointment either, they dont honor that...especially if youre a min late.

The nail tech started on my nails at 9:30. He did not finish until 10:50 and that doesnt include polish. I chose not to get the polish because I had already been there for so long. Maybe the other nail tech are much quicker because he seem to have had OCD.

The perfect place to get nails done, eyebrows arched, and add lashes. The person I love to do my feet and lashes is BEE BEE.

The taller, male nail tech needs to ease up. Hes rough and doesnt listen at all! He drilled the fingerprint of the tip of my thumb! Then filed so deep that he cut the side of my pinky! He wouldnt let my hand go when I screamed n tried to pull back! If I didnt prepay, I would have left.

Ive been coming here for over 15 years, tbe ptices are fair, but the service is getting a little slack. A lot of people are starting to complain about the service and long wait times.

Service is always good but sometime the wait time is long. It is best to go on Sundays or Mondays when they are less busy.

I visited this salon for two acrylic nail repairs. If youre wondering, yes something this simple can take a turn for the worst extremely quickly. I was sent to a male nail tech and as I sit home nursing my cuticles, I wish I would have waited and made an appointment with my biweekly technician. They were bleeding after the drill, the alcohol and during the point where he asked me to pick a color. I left without polish and thought it better to apply some ointment just in case. I can figure out the polish another time. I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to visiting!

The absolute worse.. owner was so rude and wouldnt allow me to speak and tell her what was wrong with my nails. The tech messed them up and then didnt even put the clear polish on my nails afterwards. Customer service overall is horrible. I sat in this place for over 2 hours and left unhappy

I just put one star so I could write my review and they don’t even deserve that. Now let me start, customer service is horrible they don’t make you feel good while you in there. I asked for a “A” and this is what I got. This place should be shut down. They take people money for poor work and they don’t care about their customers at all.

Yeah male tech was rough on my nails, drilled too deep and cut me, then acted as if he couldnt understand my anger. Tips were too thick and the head female tech wouldnt fix them. Said he had to although Id already said he couldnt touch me ever again. Very Rude Disrespectful Salon!!! #RunDontWalk

Got my feet done here, it was going well until she put this ugly design on my toes and I told her I didnt like it. She got up and left me there, the owner had to come finish my toes while HER customer waited. SMH

The owner is rude. This is the WORST shop to go to. Enter at your own risk!!! I wish i could give it a ZERO!!!

Titi is a Very Rude. Was an hour late for an appt then came in super defensive. I would not recommended this shop at all.

I mentioned to the nail tech that every employee in there was silent and looked mean. She looked around and said nothing. The atmosphere was horrible not one smiling face in there neither employees or customers. The pedicure I got was mediocre at best
