Went in to get my nails done dont get me wrong the lady was nice and all but the quality of my nails didnt match the price. They charged me $85 and my nails have JAGGED EDGES, I have nail polish on my fingers, they are UNEVEN they did a HORRIBLE JOB would not recommend. If I could give them 0 STARS i would. I WILL NEVER COME BACK! GO SOME WHERE ELES AND DONT GET ROBED HERE

Friendly and great cleanliness protocols. Great value, Wonderful pedicure and gel manicure… They also have dip manicure and waxing. I’ve been going here for years, love them!

My nephew went to get his nails done.He asked for coffin, he got some curved french tips, he also asked for a light rose pink, he got orange cream.He was quoted $85.00. While at the check out the owners began to debate in a language he couldnt understand, when they were finished they charged him 95.00....The picture you see posted above are his nails.Would you pay $95.00?So he went back the next day, asked to get those off and fixed. He was denied that, instead, they told him to leave, threatened to shoot him and then called the police.Avoid this place, especially if you are gay, hispanic or male

This has always been my go to salon, but as luann was working on my nails a clearly more important customer came in because I was ignored. She didn’t give my pedicure I scheduled for and my nails were jagged and she charged me $20 extra. No thank u. There r better places around

I have been going to LuAnn over 10 years and I love her! If you tell her exactly what it is you are wanting...she will do it. If it isnt right or something gets messed up..she will fix it promptly!!

Ladies and the man were very nice and tried to give prompt service. The service just isnt any good. Maybe new nail techs that actually know how to do nails and especially shape them 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Luann is so Great! I needed a quick salon for my sns manicure and french gel pedicure. I found Nails 1st was near my location. They are so friendly, very clean and great relaxing environment. Amazing!! I have been looking for a place that does SNS nails and I was lucky enough to get the owner who did a wonderful job! I also got a pedicure that was out of this world..... I wish I hadnt been busy answering emails because I easily could have taken a nap. The customer service was over and beyond. And they serve wine :) It was the perfect way to start my vacation!

Can not ask for better service! I went there to get SNS nails for the first time and was given amazing treatment - nails look beautiful, was also educated more on SNS nails while having them done, and the customer service is astounding. They make you feel very welcome! Will definitely be back!!

What a complete disappointment. First off, Ive been going to this place since i moved her, luann was always very sweet and accommodating. But i got a overlay done with gel polish & it shortly began to peel -- I called to speak about the issue & told them my nails were already peeling and i was very saddened by it. WELL, her husband told someone else and then proceeded to hang up on me. Mind you, i wasnt put on hold and heard him telling the other person i was a returning customer. I am so shocked by their behavior and i WILL NOT be spending anymore money at their business!

Let me start by saying the customer service was horrible. I wasnt greeted!!$12 for a regular toe polish change$30 for a gel toe polish changeI wont be returning!!
