The salon was clean and orderly with facial mask required for service and social distancing protocols enforced. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable while maintaining a professional attitude. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Large amount of quality nail polish on hand. Clean and moist warm towels used during treatments A good place to get nails done.

The lady was really nice, but she didn’t give me what i asked for. i asked for the butterfly thing on a couple of my fingers & she didn’t do it. price is too high for the quality. wouldn’t recommend..

I drive from Columbia SC just for this lady to do my nails and lashes. Although I respect the previous comments Im so glad my experience has been positive enough to allow me to define 1 hr and 21 minutes for her service. Thank you😊

I’m explained To the lady what I want it she informed me that she can do it and make me look beautiful. When she got done I look a mess I asked for a design she told me that she could do it and once she was finished with the polish she informed me that she was afraid to do it because she didn’t think I would like it so I didn’t get the design that I asked for

Great job on waxing but horrible on nails.. and I mean, I had to ask for my nails to not be crooked and she didnt fill in some spots so the polish looks like it has holes in places... so yes.. Im going somewhere else to have them fixed

This place don’t even desire 1 Star. I just gave them this to write a review. I went to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows arch on Wednesday 12-20-2017 and the nail polish last less than 24 hours on my nails. This was 42.00. I went back on Friday 12-22-2017 I pick a color and the wrong color was brought to me, I ask him could I get a discount because it didn’t last and I was told that the polish could only last one day. Then he tried to make a joke out of me. I kept my composer and remain calm. I was charged 20.00 for gel color on my natural nails. Can you say Karma. That is all I am going to say. I pray that they frame my 20.00 because that is the last 20.00 from ME.

I was treated like a VIP and it wasnt expensive to get my fill ins done! Im going back in 2 weeks!

This is the worst nail salon in earth. They need to be shut down because the reviews its self tell it all. The man named Kevin messed my nails up and caught sn attitude. He was snatching my hand and talking in his language about me. He still asked me to pay full price and got mad when I didnt tip. Snatched the receipt out my hand. DO NOT EVER GO HERE

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but since you have to give something that’s what they get. They have the worst customer service there is. I came in at five no one greet me. I waited a 1 1/2 and no one said anything to me. I asked them how much longer for a pedicure and manicure the lady said she doesn’t do that. So I sat and waited for another person still 30 mins later to no avail no one waited on me. I finally just got up in left because by this time it was closing. I would never go back here. They are literally the worst

When I go to a salon, I get my right pinky nail done that is all. I signed in I waited for an hour. Someone who came in after me, the manicurist picked them even though they did NOT have an appointment. The client pointed out that I was next, the manicurist said I dont have time to do one nail. But the client needed a full set of nails and toes.Terrible customer service. I will not be returning and the salon isnt as clean as it could be.

I went here with my best friend and the staff member yelled and refused to take her because she looks 400llbs and we dont do that. That is the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced in my life. My best friend walked out crying. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Worst place I have ever gone . Only 1 employee, rude. A guy,older man, filed my nails down saw the uneven asked to even them out a little more. he puffed and left me with the shortest nails I have ever had . Makes you pay before the service. I shouldve listened to my gut before paying. DO NOT GO OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Pay the extra money for gel Polish and a week and a half later it chipped off and lift up. On top of that the acrylic was so powder up all my cuticle bed I had to file it down. They were refusing to re-polish my nails or even take the nail polish off. Now because a little time went by because of the snow they were close.

If i can rate 0 i would. I wasted 37 dollars and still need to get it done somewhere else. Dont ever go there. They cut my finger for God sake.

Avoid this place at all cost. They blatantly charged my friend more for her service than was posted on their sign. When we inquired about the price difference the man insisted on the higher price with no explanation. I would never spend my money somewhere where the employees can charge whatever they want without regard to their posted prices.

My first time here I have the worst experience I ask for a deluxe pedicure the lady half did my nails wasnt going to do the hot rocks until I ask her a few times she was going to charge me for the deluxe pedicure and not get everything that is included in that package. She didnt even give me a massage with the hot rocks I think she probably did 1 min on my right foot when she got to my left foot she rub for 30 sec and thats it. I wasted $35 where I can go to a different place and get a better job. The paint job was terriable she did it so thick that it dident dry had to change a different color on top of that she dident even polish all my toes nails. Im very unhappy and disappointed. I can do a better job painting my own toe nails.My first and last at this place.
