Quality of nails are great and would so be top loyal customers except scheduling has been a nightmare of nt only being rescheduled but not much availability and last cancellation never was given a rescheduled date nor an agreement or compensation upon inconvenience that has taken place multiple times.If Id make a suggestion is hire more people and make sure to do minimum rescheduling to those who are new clients.Or make a system where if there hast been up to 3 times of rescheduling of a persons appointment to compensate them something to keep them coming back.Otherwise Results will be losing a new client and A bad experience...Hope this business gets its scheduling corrected and not let a lot of people down. This may not bother others but as for me being left without a reschuled date nor a response is very unproffessional.
