Please don’t waste your time or money going here. Ann need to close this place down. Ann husband has a very nasty attitude towards women he got mad at me because I told him that 175.00 is too much to get my current nails removed and to put a new full set. He got very upset because I refused to pay that amount and going to ask why don’t you go back to where you come far, why did you come here? I said trust me you will get another dollar from me. Ann started talking in their language arguing with her husband because she trying to be slick and try to tell me oh you need a fill in . When I really did she just trying to upswell the ticket because they clientele has decreased a lot because of this same issues with other clients. My sister came to town and took me to the nail salon. It was a DISGUSTING JOB. ALL I WANTED WAS A FILL IN WITH CLEAR POLISH. HOWEVER when she was done then the old fill was visible. WHEN I ASKED HER SHE SAID YOU NEED A FULL SET. Then another employee said she didnt know but the next time she will know. I think its ridiculous how she wasnt even knowledgeable of what she was doing. Made me question if they even have their license.

Do not go they put all my nails on crooked I paid for matte polish but my nails are still shiny the more I tried to explain to her the more it seemed like she did not understand dont waste your time

They do horrible work and don’t shape nails good and paint them to thick then she cut me with the drill and had the nerve to put nail glue to stop the bleeding

The woman had a nasty attitude when I went in there and they charged $45 for a pedicure but anyway I had a gift card and she kept saying God going to get you God going to get you are mean. I will never go back there again no respect arrogant to me

Not the best, not the worst. If you are good about keeping up with your feet and just need a quick touch up then economically this is an okay spot. If you know that its been a while then this is not the spot to come to. My polish job and the price are the best things about my experience here. Cleanliness seems to be an issue that needs to be addressed, I cant say its nasty but it could benefit from a deep scrub. All in all the people were friendly, service okay ( even though one of my big toe nails is considerably shorter than the other), and wait time not long. But its also the West side and sometimes you get what you pay for.

I was a loyal customer at this salon for about 8 years or so. Li usually did my lashes and eyebrows. She was not there so I asked the owner Ann she said yes. She was coughing in her hand and then told me to lay down. I asked her to please sanitize her hands. She told me come back when Li comes . She was too lazy to wash or sanitize her hands. Please people cook in the salon, eat and then go right back working on customers. This needs to stop!

It was great ! The service was amazing, very quick. And the prices were the best ! I totally recommend coming here for nail, eyebrows and pedicures too.

So I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this place because honestly every time I come, I have a great experience. The shop is clean and the staff are polite and they know their craft. Ann is REALLY good at nails (especially ombré) btw!

I wish I could give this place no stars. It was the worst experience at a nail shop I have ever had. To start the place was extremely dirty I mean you could literally see the dirt. I went to get my nails and feet done I arrived at 5:30 and they close at 7 before they started I asked would they have time to do both and the lady said yes. My pedicure wasn’t anything short of a feet wash and rub. Once the tec was done I still had crust and dead skin on my feet EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Next my nails was nothing like I told the lady to do the shap is the absolute worst and they are all different lengths. I ask the lady to fix it twice and she acted like she didn’t hear me so I just gave up. Next it was time to dry my nails at this point it’s 7pm about 7:10 the nails tech told me my nails was dry and I had to go. I’m trying to explain to her they are not dry she said yes yes yes they are we are close. I told her if my nails mess up I will be back the next day. Soon as I walked out every last one of my nails was messed up. I had to leave work early they next day just to go back and get my nails fixed. When I walked in the shop was once again DIRTY. I seen the lady who did my nails and she said the best she can do is one more coat. I tried to explain to her that would not fix the issue I had to call the manager over and she only took polish off two nails. My nails from head to toe was a mess and the customer service was the worst I will never ever go back.

This place is very unprofessional including the owner Ann. Don’t waste your money going to get your eyelashes done here the lady lee doesn’t apply enough of glue to your lashes so u can come back. I went to get a fill in and a mood polish color on my nail and the color I chose was suppose to be a mood change from teal to yellow it was teal to white. I complain I was told I had to pay other 10 dollars to change the color. Worst place to go they don’t respect you that just want your money. I will be reporting them to the state. For all the Violations I seen including people working without being license, very bad sanitation

This is place is one of many bad nail salons in Charlotte! I visited their business yesterday 10/14/17 and asked for my eye brows not to be shaped thin! The lady did not listen! This place is the worst out of them all! My polish didn’t completely dry until after 2 hours of me being home! After I sat under the dryer for 30 mins! I’m going to the BBB about this unprofessional business!

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!! And I mean that! A woman that barely spoke English butchered me. I have very full eyebrows and she removed more than half!! They told me to just use a eyebrow pencil but I have never used one before because Ive always had full eyebrows! Yes the pencil couldve been a quick fix for someone who knows how to use one but I DONT! &thats not the point! My eyebrows are on my face so theyre easily noticed. Then the owner was extremely rude when I told her. The girl was her niece with no license and is interning there! I am no mannequin to be practicing on! The location is ghetto as hell and so is the service! Its been 3weeks and my eyebrows are finally growing back! Crazy! Worstnail salon ever!

Every time I’ve been there and asked for Ann do my eyebrows, there is always a 30 minute wait. So I would have to leave. Every single time, terrible experience.

I Went To get My Nails Done I Got A Gel Set My Gel Polish Continually Kept Chipping i Made 4 Tripp’s So they can Fix My Nails That were chipped But It still Came Off THIS THE WORSE PLACE I EVER GOT MY NAILS DONE AT‼️‼️‼️‼️ The Worst Part i havent Even had my gel polish on a week and it started chipping I will Never Go Here Again NO ONE SHOULD‼️‼️ NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER
