I’ve been coming here for over a year now and love my SNS- I always book with CHRISTINE. I am that annoyingly picky girl who needs her nails perfectly filed and she does the best job. The nails are never too thick and always look clean and perfect. I get compliments on my nails quit often. Great color selection as well!
Very disappointed.. my nails were cut extremely short. Not filed nor painted neatly. The good part was the massage however the important part is the presentation and im very unhappy. She attempted to fix them but to no avail. I could have done better at home. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow some and get them repainted. Then to top it off no wine!!
Calm and relaxing. Friendly staff and great nail work
Our first visit here was great! The person who did my pedicure was super personable and chatted with the 3 of us (husband and friend). My toes looked perfect and the price point was great. The second visit wasnt so great. The person flooded my cuticles with gel polish so they look terrible and will likely lift and chip. She also used an obnoxious amount of cuticle oil on my feet and it couldnt absorb so I slipped around until I could get to my car to wipe away the excess with a towel.Seems like many nail places - it totally depends on the tech.
Too expensive for what you get. Basic pedicures do not remove calluses? Really?
I loved kin and Laura doing my nails 💅
My wife got me a Manicure-Pedicure for my birthday. Ive gone my entire life without getting one before and so this was my first time. I had no idea how things worked or what to expect, but I had an amazing experience. The place looks very clean and well run from my outsiders perspective. Also, I have no prior experience to compare it to, but Ill be honest that my first impression was very positive. I dont really know what I was expecting, I suppose I had some preconceived notions of what a Mani-Pedi involved, but didnt realize that it was definitely not just a typical fingernail/toenail clipping time (or what I call a normal Saturday)Now I realize what I have been missing for the past several decades. Its a spa treatment combined with the unpleasant task of grooming your toes and fingers.I opted for the Deluxe Package (the whole nine yards, as they say). It involved a lot of swirling foot-bath with a complete below-the-knee massage, complete with scented oils, warm river-stones, warm-paraffin wraps, and a comfortable callous removal tool. The whole time, youre seated in a relaxing massage chair which gives a sort of rolling shiatsu massage while your feet are getting theirs. The staff are pleasant and easy to talk to. Lisa was my assigned manicurist/specialist, and we had a nice conversation about all sorts of subjects. The time went by fast and I left feeling great.I cant speak for the nails experience, since I didnt need the artificial nails or the hundreds of polish choices, but it looked like there were a million types of ways to dress up your nails with bright colors and glitter, patterns and little rhinestones to have beautiful nails.I dont have any comment on the prices because I have nothing to compare, but it wasnt unreasonable. I added a tip because Lisa was such a nice manicurist? (I dont know the title, tbh) and it could not have been great fun spending a half-hour on feet. Im no Neanderthal, but . . . well, you know . . . its still feet.
I really want to like this establishment but I’m a little disappointed overall about my experience. I’m a new customer and each visit has left me feeling underwhelmed. The three times I’ve gone it’s taken at least 30 minutes or more before a tech starts on my nails. Also, I get the sns powder every time I go and it’s applied too thin each time. Two of my nails broke after a few days and the polish is already cracking. I wanted my nails two toned and the tech couldn’t perform the service and had to get someone else to finish. The facility is nice and clean but the service needs work.
My pedicure was great. I wanted the same person to do my manicure. I had to let another person do it and Im still not sure why. He talked on the phone the entire time. My nails were not soaked. No massage. No lotion. Just dipped my nails in SNS powder and said youre done. My manicure was $40 and looks like a child did it. Total waste of time and money.
My first experience with this Nail Bar. The ladies were very kind and professional. They took delicate care of me & my time. They’ve gained a new customer. Thanks to Christina - super efficient with my pedicure.
This place is the worst!!! Horrible! Very expensive! They don’t work well at all and they charge you fir the mask one dollar!!! After you pay so much money not friendly at all horrible horrible place! There are a lot of much better places my nails looks terrible!!!!!
Christine was very rough and rude! I did not leave a tip and honestly wanted to leave in the beginning of the service. I have never had anyone pull at my hand like she did. She was very unfriendly. I will not be back. Wish I could give zero stars!
It was amazing i felt like. Queen. I went here for my bridal nails with my frei d and it was amazing. They were kind courteous and it felt amazing. Also after a beach trip trippi g and stubbing my toe a few times hitting m nails (im clumsy) no nails chipped or broke and still looks like new!!!!!!!
I’ve been doing here since they opened. For the most part everyone does a wonderful job. Always ready and available for me. John is my favorite he is an artist and took the time to make my nails perfect!
Ive been here 3 times and had 3 very different experiences. All experiences are for pedicures. They have an express pedi, a classic pedi, and it goes up from there. I have always requested the classic. The first time my experience was wonderful, the pedicure lasted almost an hour, my toes turned out nicely (french) and my technician was friendly. Lots of happy smiling faces. This was a Saturday afternoon. The second time I went they seemed pretty busy. They told me it would be 5 Minutes and to choose my color. Again I said french and they said ok 5 mins. Two women with a little girl came in about 5 mins after me and selected their colors. Another 10 mins later we were all escorted to different pedicure seats. This made me happy because at least I could soak my feet while waiting. Except no one ever came by to fill up my water... I waited about 25 more minutes for a total of 40 mins and left, no pedicure and no water in the bowl. What upset me most (and made me finally leave) is the fact that the people who came in after me/checked in after me got water in their bowls and a technician started on them. Looking around I realized I wasnt getting service that day, particularly if the next available tech went to help with that group of 3. I left really disappointed that day. This was a Saturday afternoon. I dont mind if you are too busy (I didnt have an appointment) but please be honest. Its just an unfortunate and unnecessary waste of a customers time.I went one more time to give them a try on a Wednesday night. I called to make sure they had time for me, and was assured over the phone they had time for a pedicure that night. I finish work around 6 and I came in at about 6:25. (They close at 7:30) I again selected the classic/french. After about a 10 minute wait a lady who was sweeping up semi-reluctantly took me and filled the water bowl. I wonder how long my pedi would have lasted if I had chosen an upgrade, I may have been even more dissatisfied. Not sure. She really rushed through my pedi. She started on me around 6:35 and I was under the nail dryer by 7:05. (So I received a 30 min classic pedicure, with the $5 french upgrade that usually takes a little extra time.) She brought me a ticket to check out at 7:08 and I paid and left. I guess I would not recommend them on a weeknight after work, they may rush your service. (Unless you dont mind that!) My toes also did not turn out very nicely. The french tip is a tad thick/imperfect. I also asked for the clear/pink coat (because I dont like the color of my natural toes lol) but she either didnt understand or forgot. Pics included are from the most recent Wednesday evening visit. (I promise my toes dont usually look like this after a pedicure lol! I hate these pics but really wanted others to be able to see.)All in all I would say they are worth a try but make an appointment and be very firm about what you want. (Im just not enough like that.) A weeknight might be great for you if you are in a hurry, but otherwise try to get in at another time. Also, might as well just get an express pedi for weeknights, save yourself the money!
I love Casablanca.I have been going here for a little over a year now. I used to see Jay or Dalla. Then I saw Martin. They’ve all moved on and now I see Tony. If he had been there the entire time I would have always seen him. His outgoing personality & comfortable sense of humor make him a delight to encounter every time I come in and his work is precise & neat while also being beautifully artistic. He’s earned a loyal customer 💅🏾💕
Lady didn’t do a good job on my eyebrows at all.It was crowed and she rushed on them just to get me out the way poor service won’t be coming back ever again.
I have gone here for years since it first opened and I have had a nice experiences in the past when getting a pedicure. I went and got a pedicure today and she used what they use for acrylic nails. Ended up basically shaving off the skin that is under my cuticle. I bled a lot and it was extremely painful. She still charged me full price. I will not be returning.
Literally a horrible experience. Don’t even bother with an appointment, they don’t care. Sat there for 30 min before telling the nail tech I was there. She was helping someone else - funny when I had an appointment. Meanwhile, in the 30 min wait time - 3 people WITHOUT appointments were sat before me. I left. Do NOT go here
The staff was incredibly rude to my family (except for some of the younger employees), and some techs werent wearing masks. Even with an appointment, we spent hours being shuffled around before being serviced. The quality of the nails varied greatly by techs, so my mom and sister ended up with sloppy nails before we even left and they were even worse a few days later. The young guy who did my nails did a great job so Im giving the star for him really. I wont be coming back and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
Overall, my family and I had an awful experience. The quality of the nails were poor and did not meet our expectations. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, impatient, and would complain about our requests straight in front of our faces. They were unclear about their prices and were annoyed when we sought out clarification. My specific nail stylist was not wearing a mask and was clearly angry when she was requested to put one on.
Casablanca is by far one of the BEST nail salons in Charlotte. The atmosphere is always great, they are very clean and my wife really loves the place! The owners are very nice as well and treats everyone with respect!
Christina is very professional and sweet thanks girl ❤️
They were so nice and accommodating! Sam did my nails at the last minute - they were closing at 6 and I came in at 5:45. He was very professional and did a great job! I will definitely be going back! The place was very clean and sanitary.
Do NOT go here if you like your nails long. I’ve been going here 2 years. The last 6 months my experience steadily gets worse to the point where I’m not going back. It seemed like a joke in the beginning, the complaining (because most people ask how I get anything done with my nails) but now I realize I’m actually being insulted by EVERY tech for the length that I like to get my nails done WHILE they are doing my nails. I’ve been serviced by every tech in the place and the same thing (with the exception of Nee and Kristine). The other techs will be shaping my nails and complaining to me IN ENGLISH about how they hate doing long nails and wish I would cut them down and ask if I’ve ever been there before. I’ve been going there 2 dang years!!! The last time I went (last week) I just told them I wouldn’t be coming back. I have had enough. (SN my nails are about an inch long. Not even ridiculous for them to complain as much like they aren’t already charging me extra for the length anyway).
Typically, visits are a decent experience. However today, visited for pedicure, tech was not wearing a mask, asked why not, she said during pedicure, could not breathe. But began speaking her language to other tech, and eventually left to get mask. As a business, why not wear a mask? Whatever your political views are, the science is sound. Why not wear a mask to protect yourself and customers? There are nail salons on every block, every block! Will no longer frequent due to the smug, arrogant response! Wish you well.. but not on my dime!
Although the employees were kind i didnt get what I wanted. I went in to get Brazilian wax, delux pedi, and full oumbre set. I got my pedi done to perfection. My full set were crooked different sizes and some what ok but not what i wanted. I got fed up with asking for so many corrections i gave up and accepted my end result. I still paid them out of the kindness of my heart because I felt bad although the services werent provided to my liking. But they knew I was unhappy and still didnt offer to compensate or try to redo it free of charge. My waxing was ok for me having it for the first time. I was talked into less than what I wanted and left with hair still in spots on my legs. When I pointed it out the lady redid a few spots but as i kept finding places she seemed annoyed so I just left with hair in places and cried my way home. I went to a different place to have my nails redone and got what I trully asked for to the max. The Orange nails are what this place gave me and the Rhine stone set is what I had another salon do for me. As you can see its a huge difference and Im happier with my second choice I made. This place isnt bad but i wont be going back even if they refunded me which they should and did a full set for free. I paid them 150 for a fist full of tears and a bad day.
I went in last week to have my nails repainted as my gel polish from the day before was already peeling. The husband/owner was so rude because it was 5:45 and they close at 7. The nail tech Sam, wasnt there and he asked me to come back thw next day. He was soooo rude. And I let him know so. I agreed to wait and his wife/owner was much more professional and nice. If it werent for her, I would NEVER return.
I done had to come back with another interview. It hasnt even been a month and Ive done had to spend almost 100 dollars to get almost all of my nails repaired at another(Better) salon due to one of your nail technicians filing my nails down to where they break off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would like to come back for him to fix the ones that havent been repaired but Im afraid those may be done wrong as well
I don’t have a #1 salon anymore. Casablanca was okay, I’m happy with my service. A little expensive tho.; $72 for SNS, pedi, and eyebrows. Mikki did a wonderful job on my SNS, I can’t remember the girls name that did my pedi, but she did a good job. Kim did a great job on my eyebrows. .. AND it took 3hrs to complete my service. ..
When I walked in the service was great they welcome me soon as I entered the inside is beautiful and the service alone is great
I got my nails done by John. He was amazing. He’s been doing nails for 30 years and did an excellent job. I was able to bond with him about our families in California. I had a great time. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and welcoming
So, I visited this nail bar back in March of last year and was disappointed in the horrible service we received, so I did not return. I decided to give my nails a rest for a while. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I decided I want to start getting my nails done again. I began my Google search and started reading reviews. Casa Blanca was among the top but I was skeptical because of the poor service we received last year. Well, I found out that one of my really good friends has been going here for quite a while now and assured me they were under different management than when they first opened. She raved so much about the nail bar and Lee that I decided to give them another try. I’m SO glad I did. The atmosphere is totally different from before. Everyone is so welcoming and had smiles on their faces! Lee did an amazing job on my nails!!! I am so glad I gave them another try! Lee has definitely gained a new customer and I have found somewhere to have my nails done again!!!
Always quick and professional. Clean and accommodating. Was recommended by family and now I recommend to all of my friends. Love it here. Tina is my go to for pedicures. Shes detailed and polite.
The salon is beautiful and very clean. I called ahead for an appointment which I would recommend doing at any salon. I was seated immediately, had a very relaxing pedicure and was completely satisfied. Then sat with Tony for a fill. He is very engaging and entertaining, he did a fantastic job on my nails and even did a Chrome application which is gorgeous!
Christine is the shape queen. She takes her time and is super nice. I got stiletto and she filed them perfectly they weren’t bulky or anything. Everyone is amazing the shop is so clean and well decorated. They have soda and water and TVs on playing sports and HGTV. Worth the $$
I had a very nice experience. All the tools come in a sterilized bag and they use basins for soaking. She was personable AND talented. & she always DID a great job on my nails & feet! My nails/pedicure are perfect. FABULOUS! Wont be going anywhere else! …So I was very HAPPY!
This is my favorite spot to get my nails done. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience excellent! Their customer service is wonderful, and everyone is so friendly. If you come in frequently they take the time to get to know you and what you like, which I think speaks volumes! Everything is always clean, and they offer a wide variety of services! Highly recommend!
Its ok. They dont have nail dryers. I have never been to a nail salon that didnt have them. I asked if the utensils were sterilized they said yes but they just pulled the implements out of a plastic cup in a drawer. I had to go buy matching polish as the woman didnt paint the ends of the big toe nails. There are plenty of nail salons, I would definitely not recommend this one.
This place was absolutely terrible! CHRISTINE was rude, nasty and unprofessional! She did a poor job on my pedicure and CUT my ankle when scrubbing my foot! She rushed through my pedicure and did not make me feel like a valued paying customer. Save your trip, I DO NOT recommend going!
If Linda is the one doing your nails, run. She’s terrible, messy, works slow, and is just unprofessional . I went one week and they gave me to her for a full set. She cut one of my fingers from doing a messy filing job. Didn’t apologize or anything. I told her that she cut me but I don’t think she understands English well. Then, after polishing (which was messy as well) she proceeded to clean up around my nails with acetone, which got into my cut and hurt BADLY. The nails (acrylic) came off within a week, so I decided to give them another chance hoping the salon could redeem itself. Of course they gave me the same nail technician again, Linda. This time, when she was working I noticed that one of the nails was SUPER slanted, I tried to tell her but she rudely interrupted me with “I’m not done, I’m not done”. When it was over, the nail was still slanted along with like two others...I told her to take off the polish and do it again.I don’t like when my money is played with, if I come to get a service done by professionals I expect a professional experience and professional work. On the other hand, I’ve heard that the male technicians do a great job.
Great experience! My previous nail tech moved away so I was in search of a new one. I absolutely love this place! Very professional, modern, and clean! Dala (Im sure I didnt spell her name correctly) did a great job with my pedicure. She offered me a beverage, made sure I was comfy, and made sure items werent too hot or too much pressure applied! I highly recommend Casablanca! Theres nothing like a neighborhood business that provides exceptional service!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Liners are placed in the tub for your pedicure! Very clean and an extensive variety of polish selections. The nail technicians never rush your time, even if there is someone waiting . Laura was recommended by my niece, and I am completely satisfied with her work. She always has a smile and she listens when you explain how you want things done. Better than places I have been to in New York !
Very relaxing environment ..always do my nails right
Laura is excellent. I’ve only ever had a pedicure here but I absolutely recommend her! She is sweet and does a great job with the detail aspect of the pedicure!
When I first went there the tech I had was very nice and did a great job. The next time I went was my last time. The tech was so rude and kept staring and making comments to other techs. My nails were not what I wanted and they were not willing to accommodate what I wanted. Will not be back!
Went here for a pedicure because it’s literally walking distance from my apartment. I got the ‘express pedicure’ for $22, as opposed to the ‘deluxe pedicure’ for $28. According to their menu, the only difference between the two is a massage and a hot towel, neither of which I needed. The lady proceeded to give me the laziest pedicure I’ve ever received. She clipped my toe nails but did not file them, and therefore, my toe nails are uneven. She also did not bother to even try to scrub my heels. These are all things that should be included in a regular pedicure. I should not have to, and will not, pay extra to receive basics that should be included in any regular pedicure. Having a tiered pedicure system is not an excuse to provide poor service to those who opt for an ‘express’ or basic pedicure instead of the higher priced ‘deluxe’ pedicure. They also have wine and water, neither or which was offered to me, but was offered other customers. Hmm...
I found Casa Blanca Nail Bar based upon their good reviews. And was excited to have found my match. Everyone is cheerful and friendly. They treated me like royalty! ! The waiting area was very clean and organized. I (heart) this place. I am definitely a loyal customer.
Martin is the best! He took his time to get the job done right and accurate! This was my 1st time here and I will definitely be back.Lisa was also great she did my eyebrows. Thank you for the warm welcome
Excellent salon! They do great work on your nails. Staff is very friendly as well.
My technician messed up the polish on my feet and had a serious issue fixing it- this is the second time Ive had to have a redo. Instead of focusing on the job at hand she became more interested in the new customers entering the establishment. Stopped what she was doing with me and I guess had to ensure she got in on the new business...As a new customer that made me feel weird. Not sure if I will return.
Wish I could write a better review since this place is nice on the inside and conveniently located. This was my third time visiting and my group and I left disappointed. As soon as we stepped in the door we were rushed, pressured to buy more than we specified and the experience itself was lacking. One member of our group did not get asked how long she wanted her acrylics and the person cut them very short and made her bleed, they didnt trim her cuticles. Another member of our group got a gel set and her cuticles didnt get trimmed and the guy doing it was done in about 10 minutes. Overall very sloppy job. Will be finding another nail salon
Amazing experience. Everyone is very welcoming. They also have a great selection of colors. I do the dip color and they have plenty of colors. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. And the staff is very friendly. They really take their time and not rush you at all. I love it. 💗
Excellent treatment and service. Very pleased with the cleanliness and thorough work. Had a Classic Pedicure and my feet are very happy.
I have been to many nail salons in my life but this place is tops really it off. It was a perfect place. Sure, it was really busy but I didnt wait for long. My nail staff was very kind and fun. So it felt like I was truly getting the VIP treatment. I see their instruments are very clean. Honestly I enjoyed the experience. I wont to go anywhere else.
Love this place! Ask for Yin!! She’s my favorite !!
Im always pleased with my services. John does an absolutely amazing job. My nails always look fabulous after hes done. Totally exceeded my expectations!
Best nail salon experience Ive had, ever! Outstanding service! They dont rush and are thorough. They take their time and care. The shop is very clean and the tools are sterilized. Which is probably because of the efficiency of their work! I look forward to coming back again in the future.
Love this place!! Everyone is super friendly and its a beautiful nail bar. Ive been there twice and very happy with the service. I highly recommend it!
Only go for pedicures but love this place
Always a fabulous experience here. This Marks my second time about 2 months later, they are just as friendly and caring as the first time! I got Tony this time and he did an AMAZING job on my nails. My go to is almond shape sns dip powder. He gave me a TRUE almond which is hard to get and an excellent dip that is even and covers the entire nail!
Nice employees, but polish quality leaves a great deal to be desired. Took my friends daughter here on Friday. By Saturday evening both are nail polish was chipped off. Cheap quality polish. Ended up removing the polish before Easter. Really sad 😔
I love this place but the most recent time that i got my nails done 2 of my nails broke off. i believe it was something wronh with the acrylic.
Very nice atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my pedicure and was very pleased with my overall experience! I definitely will be a returning customer!
Great experience at Casa Blanca. Super friendly and great at doing nails and eye brows. John did a wonderful job at my SNS nails and they also made my husband feel comfortable getting a pedicure and manicure. :) 10/10 would recommend.
Ive been going to this place since it opened and wow customer service and quality of service have declined tremendously! Im going to have to find a new salon to visit.
I love this place! Everyone is friendly. Martins attention to detail keeps my nails looking amazing. Very professional and fast.
Beautiful nail salon . Top notch customer service. Had a wonderful experience with both a manicure and pedicure. Would highly recommend!
I’m just now able to find time to write a review on this salon. I’ve given this nail salon several tries because it’s so convenient to my house but the service is TERRIBLE. I have experienced chipped or broken nails within a few days. The last visit I made my SNS Powder chipped within three days and I broke many of my natural nails. So of the employees can be a little inappropriate with their conversations while working on your nails. I will not visit this location anymore.
The experience was wonderful. John did a great job with my fill in and we had a wonderful conversation. This was my first time there but I will surely become a regular. Thank you for great service. Shelma
I went Casa Blanca Nail Bar to get a shellac manicure a few days ago. Its an excellent place! Even if they are busy they greet everyone who walks in with a hello. Every single employee there chatted with me at some point. The facility is clean and sterilized. So I will definitely go back.
Very rushed. Sloppy manicure. Trashed my receipt without asking
Im so torn about this place. While my technician was very thorough, and spent a lot of time on my pedicure(I got the deluxe pedicure) she spent much less time on my manicure(basic manicure.) I know manicures take much less time than a deluxe pedicure, but I got the same polish on my toes and fingernails. My toenails are fine, but I noticed immediately that my nails were bubbling(which happens if you paint multiple thick layers without dry time in between.) I was okay with it because it was glitter polish and not noticeable at a glance, but the polish on my nails started chipping away. I had my nails done Friday, and by Saturday, I noticed small chips at the tips of my nail, but now the polish is basically flaking away in chunks. Its crazy. Overall good for pedicures, but I dont think Ill be returning. Its a shame too, because the place itself is very beautiful.
This is unbelievable! This was my first time here & this the lack of service I received. Today, I arrived at the salon around 9:45am. The worker ask me to sign in. I sit in one of the high back chairs. Around 10:03am, the male worker comes & tells me to sit at the pedicure bowl. I sat on the side of the chair because he hadn’t filled the foot bowl yet but yet he is attending to anothe woman who has come into the salon. He then comes to me & day that she has an appointment... then he tells me that he can’t work with me yet because the lady who had come in about 12 minutes after I did...he would have to service first. This was unacceptable & I left. I WILL NOT be trying this one again. To me, this place does not deserve 1 star. Why is it so hard to find good customer service?
Good experience, kept my appointment time which was great. Clean and nicely decorated. Busy but enough staff to handle adequately.
Today was my first time here... I had an iffy experience when i previously had my toes done (somewhere else) so i was skeptical about this one. Laura did an awesome job on my gel polish toes, and I will probably be making this my new pedicure home!Update 29 Oct 2018: My husband and I went in for pedicures and got the Casa Blanca and MAN OH MAN did Sophia and Thu do an amazing job with us! We were the only clients there at the time so they really took their time. Sophia took my dry, sandpaper feet and turned it around to make it feel like unicorn hair......MAGIC! Thu gave my husband one of the best foot massages he has had in a while, I almost thought I saw his eyes roll to the back of his head a few times. Next time we will have to bring our daughter so that she can experience the awesomeness. This will definitely be our new pedicure home!
My nails look lovely and my eyebrows beautiful! However, my technician lacked some customer service skills. I was never greeted, barely looked at, never offered water. He did not seem like he liked his job. It was a bit uncomfortable.
Laura always does my nails. I get gel polish & it never chips. She is very professional and polite. Be sure to ask for her.
Started off a little Rocky but I will say maybe they were just busy. I was acknowledged a few times but still skipped over a few times. John however, really think ok care of my mother and I and completely turned my mood around. We will be back for a second try . Im not fond of negative reviews and I know they are a new business building their clientele and their positive friendly atmosphere.Prices are fair. Location is fantastic and convenient. The atmosphere is rather nice and relaxing. And they have wine .(:
I enjoy going to this nail bar because the staff are friendly, funny, and polite. The place is always clean. They really make you feel comfortable and they do an amazing job.
Very disappointed my manicure and pedicure was totally rushed!! Paid extra for a classic pedicure which included a foot massage and she barely I mean barely massaged my feet. Wasn’t worth the extra bucks just get a regular pedicure. My cuticles look dry like I only got a polish and not a manicure. I won’t be going back!
Very nice salon esthetically however, quality of work is the absolute worst! Technician was personal but had to be corrected numerous times as he missed critical steps in the SNS process which lead to streaks and cracks before I left the salon! I certainly will not be returning! If you care more about quality than the salon appearance this salon is not for you!
Been looking for a nail shop that would accommodate my hard to please standards. I dont doubt that they are GREAT. Its a calming place and clean. This is DEF my new nail salon of choice.
If I could give zero stars I would. Other than the nice decor and clean facilities I got probably the worst pedicure today from here. She literally slapped the polish on and used a small brush to attempt to clean up the edges. Some toes were only painted half way. She barely filed my nails as well. She rushed so fast the polish wasn’t drying enough in between coats and pulling off when applying another coat. She literally did one toe 5 times in one sitting.I came home and removed the polish on 8 toes and redid them myself since they were so poorly done. I won’t revisit again.
Been here twice now and Thu has done my pedis. She is wonderful and i leave very relaxed and my nails are perfect. I hate when you pay for a deluxe pedi and you feel rushed. My first visit was a very busy day and i didn’t feel like she rushed at all. Today was slow and again, great service. They have this cool point system that at 200 points you get $$ off your service so that’s a pro too. This will be my new nail spot moving forward for sure.
It was not the first time that it happen. I don’t want to name anyone but they always charge me more than the service and when I confront they always apologize that they charged me more by mistake.
This was recommended to me. I traveled from SC because I wanted my nails to be perfect for my wedding. They were horrible and expensive. I had to get them redone in SC
Every SNS I got would shatter within 2 days- so I stopped going for SNS. So then I thought I’d try a pedicure with my husband. HUGE MISTAKE. My ‘Casablanca Pedicure’ with hot stone took all of 15 minutes with a nail polish. I’m not exaggerating. The pedicure water was lukewarm, the ‘hot towel’ was cold & the hot stones were lukewarm & never touched the bottom of my feet. I’ve tried this salon at least 5 times & have been disappointed every time.
At Casa Blanca as I write this post. Tina is finishing up the best pedicure I have ever had, and I have had alot of pedicures!! I chose the casablanca pedicure service. Tina is taking her time doing this service. Her massage was so relaxing. Tina also let the paraffin wax stay on my feet for more than 10 sec, and my feet need it! John took care of my nails doing a full set and gel polish. He was efficient and friendly. Casa Blanca is worth the $$...I have paid more money for less service and care. Will be returning!!!
Sometimes I go here just to relax and unwind! They have a great selection of regular and gel polishes to choose from and the salon is VERY pretty! Would recommend!
Everyone is so friendly! The salon is clean and they so an awesome job. I especially reccomend Martin! He is so professional and the quality of his service is perfection!
I love having my nails done here! Martin is the best nail tech ever. It can be a little pricey but its worth it.
Worst pedicure EVER! The wait to be served was long. They left out feet in water soaking so long that the water was cold. The nail tech did not clip or shape my nails. She half way painted my toes. Never coming back.
I would give less than one star if I could. This was my first visit to this salon for the SNS that I always get. I had my nails done by Linda initially, on a Friday evening after work. By Sunday, 7 out of 10 of my nails were cracked or chipped. On Sunday, I went back to show them my nails & I honestly think that at first, they were just going to try to fix them but when they looked at them and saw how awful my nails looked they decided to just re-do them. (On a side note- this was a long weekend for me and I am a full-time working Wife & Mother so spending this extra time in the salon was a MAJOR inconvenience. Missing valuable time with my family was the biggest part of my disappointment.) I have to also mention that I had asked them if I could choose a different color, in case the issue was the COLOR & NOT the Technicians fault, but he made me get the same color & told me I would have to PAY AGAIN if I got a different color! Meanwhile- A young lady getting a pedicure overheard my situation & spoke out, admitting that she ONLY lets them do her pedicures & she would NEVER let them do her nails again because of HER experience. At any rate- the young man that re-did my nails did a pretty good job (I THOUGHT)..with the exception of cutting my finger. At that point, I was so happy that my nails looked SO much better that I didnt even hold the cut on my finger against him.. (even though it did hurt pretty badly.)By that Wednesday, I had 4 nails that were cracked- 2 of them are HUGE, embarrassing chips!Needless to say, I wouldnt return to this salon if every other nail salon within a 50 mile radius to me closed down for good. I would not recommend this place to anyone- what a waste of my hard-earned money. No wonder there are so many signs inside that clearly state No Refunds. The place would go out of business. So many other salons in the area, save yourself the time, money & disappointment, and choose another option.
I’ve been to several local nail salons and I’m very happy at Casa Blanca.
