Im with an outside carrier. Had a delivery here. If you come before 1pm, there will be a long wait before getting unloaded bc they’re in house trucks are first priority. However, once they finally start to unload you, it doesn’t take long. About 30 min for full trailer

Fantastic customer support, was treated more like family than a customer. I had a dock drop-off, and every single person I encountered had a truly pleasant demeanor, and actually wanted to help. Fantastic!

I just got off the phone with the rudest person Ive ever experienced in customer service. We recently had an issue with the delivery of a product and were basically called liars by this woman. She would not let me speak, and talked over me if I tried to talk. I am amazed that people like that are allowed to hold customer service jobs. Horribly unprofessional. The only silver lining is that the company I originally ordered from, tilebar, is going to refund the shipping. At least there are some decent people left in the world.

Delivery was scheduled for a certain day, but rolled to the next. This would not normally be much of a problem except when we called to ask if the delivery was still going to arrive that day, we were told that they received a call from us asking them to reschedule for the next day. Of course that was completely false. If they had taken a minute to call us and say they wouldnt be able to deliver, we could have driven to pick it up, and our project could have stayed on track. Falsifying customer requests is a very serious issue, and I hope they dont make a habit of this. Terrible service.

Very professional and well run trucking company. I was there for Estes Express Lines to pickup freight. If I were looking for a job I would come here First.

If your told to deliver a load on Saturday or Sunday youll be stuck there until 1 am Monday morning they dont work on weekends but you can park there nothing around to eat or shower or make use of the restroom

This is a company cant keep its promise. I have shipment waiting for delivery, called first time in the morning, told me I am the 8th stop, so should be delivered in the noon or afternoon. Wait till 6:30 pm and never shows up for delivery. Called in again and was told driver is still making delivery. So scheduled again for next day, which promised me should be around 1-4 pm, and again never shows up. A big company has low standard service.

Used to be able to set you clock by them they were so dependable . Now they are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours late for delivery appointments. Super frustrating when you are a busy person
