Had to pickup a large package from FedEx Freight they couldnt deliver due to road closures (no fault of FedEx). They were able to pull the package from trailer within 30 minutes for me to pickup. The pickup procedure was relatively easy, just be sure you have ID in the name of the person the package is addressed to. You will be required to show ID in order to pick up package. The staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and informative. You also will need to stop at the guard station upon entry to the facility to let them know why you are there. They will direct you where to go to pick up package

My freight package arrived there at 1:28AM. I finally get a call at 3:38PM to schedule my freight delivery....but, they were using a masked number that showed up as spam on my phone. After listening to the message I immediately called back barely a minute after they called. It rang two times, picked up, and immediately was hung up. I call back again and get somebody who redirects me to the department that schedules deliveries. I spend 5 minutes listening to ring tone before the call disconnects. I call back and get thrown around 20 times before getting told at 3:47 that the department that schedules deliveries had already left and there is no way to schedule until Tuesday.

Called to schedule a Motor Freight pickup everything worked out great!

Unorganized isnt even the word. People stood in line from 8am until 12 getting the run around and they cut it off al 12 with people left unseen fir 4 hours! Disappointed!

Love this company. They should pay their drivers better they deserve it the most. If they can shell out millions upon millions for NASCAR and other sporting events and arenas, then thank your drivers for getting your freight there on time. Freight division only made several hundred million dollars and thats just one portion of FedEx!

Terrible company. avoid them if you can. no accountability, no customer service.

Kind of a cluster. They said a 100 pound package weighed 300 pounds and would not deliver. I had to drive an hour to pick it up myself.

Awesome place, the people here are AWESOME!! I spoke with Kimberly Williams on the phone and she was extremely polite and helpful took care of all my needs and the dock worker that was in charge was fast at unloading and polite also, couldnt be more happy at all...wish more places were like this..

Takes a bit of patience to go through the system of picking up your load, but its comforting to know that your property is secured. With a 3 stage system it was fairly quick. Check in at security gate, go inside sign in at front desk, see customer service agent to receive paperwork, wait outside dock to be loaded. About 35 minutes.

Easy in and out

We have been shipping nationwide for many years now and it is just fair to recognize a great company that has helped us so much over the years. Not only they pick up on time, but they deliver on time. And when it comes to problems they always respond and quickly. We have tried to work with other companies and through brokers; but we always go back to FedEx. They have given us the best rates in the market and their system is the fastest and easier to use. We have scheduled pick ups as late as 3 pm and still we have been able to ship that same day.In case of a claim it is automated in their awesome website, and it takes them about 2 months to process and deliver a check. In comparison, we have claims with other companies that after almost a year, they are still “under investigation”.In terms of pricing; we have been approached by other big shot companies; and after they find out how much we pay, they just turn their backs and leave.FedEx Freight is just an awesome provider, and we are very thankful to them.

Of course Fedex is the best way to ship anything. If youre not in a hurry for delivery they have Less expensive economy shipping.

Drivers and dock workers are fantastic. The office personal are horrible. Cost me thousands of dollars because theyre ignorant. My company will never use you again.
