My package was supposed to be delivered on 7/14/2021, on 7/21/2021 I called the automated system and filed a claim about my package missing. On 7/26/2021 I finally got a call from the local branch and they told me my package was last seen in Atlanta even though the tracking clearly shows that it was in Charlotte last. I was told I need to go online and file a claim even though I had already done that and the call I was receiving was in response to that claim. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one was not there at the moment. I was given the local branch number and told to call back in an hour as the manager would be there in an hour. When attempting to call back I learned the fun way that this location doesnt answer the phone. Ive prob listened to the phone right through to a busy signal about 30 times now without anyone answering. Terrible location with terrible customer service, avoid them at all costs.
To much changing up on time and delivering the mail
So USPS drivers/mail man, in the 28216 zip code are confirming packages are DELIVERED. But there aren’t any packages at the door or mailbox. There is NO WAY you can fit a baby bassinet inside a mailbox. USPS has to be the worst delivery service out all that are available. I have never had an issue like this with FedEx or UPS. This is the second time this has happened with USPS in 28216 zip code.
They do not deliver all my mail. Several family members sent letters and invitations to events to me at my correct address that I did not receive. I do receive all the junk mail though. They are also rude when I go to the counter.
Its poor service and package management system! My package through MID CAROLINA-CHARLOTTE NC DISTRIBUTION CENTER (Regional Facility) then it supposes ship to Monroe, but it got ship to Richfield instead!The issue we found out was the Zip is correct, but the last 4 digits was incorrect which not sure who fill-out to begin with, so it bounce around between Charlotte Dis, Harrisburg, and Richfield!The issue I found out is within USPS, even I called to address this issue, but there is nothing USPS can do, it has to let the systems continues to rebound a number of times before it got kick out and handle manually!The systems should be change to a better way to handle this kind of issue, when it knew the package shipped to a wrong post office, the post master should take a look at it right away and correct the label if necessary, so the package can be delivered to a correct address ASAP!
The post office was closed during business hours. We thought they were at lunch and she never returned, we waited for over 30 minutes. Very poor service and business.
The post office worker with the blonde wig and spongebob teeth has ZERO customer service skills. Absolutely awful and the reason i will never use this post office again. She is rude and unprofessional, closes the store when it is not supposed to be closed and is overall and bad cashier.
Rude,unfriendly staff. Will not be returning. Going to purposely drive 20 mins further down the road to the sunset location because of the rude lady yall let work by herself. The sunset location has a much better more helpful staff.
Someone get the clerks name so that we can file a COMPLAINT. I am filing one now. My package was opened. If she is the only worker in the facility then she is probably opening the packages.
Very nice customer service experience every time i go there. My only complaint is that they only have 1 person working. So at times it get crowded. But always a lovely customer service experience.

Unfortunately I have to give a star so that is the only reason that they got one. I really wish that people in customer service positions actually knew an ounce about customer service. Seems like it is a lost art nowadays. This as well as many other of the US Post Offices here in Charlotte are truly horrible. No one ever answers the phone, packages dont get delivered as they are supposed to and there is always a lengthy line and one clerk working.
They close for lunch. Maybe they could remain open like they use to if they had two clerks.
