Update: Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to reach anyone in the office since. Ive used their website to request contact-nothing.I’ve signed a lease elsewhere.After reading over some recent reviews I was a bit skeptical to call. I believe the person I spoke with over the phone was named Angela. She was very pleasant. I asked to be added to the waiting list for my move-in month. She took down my information and added me to the list. From this interaction I would feel confident moving forward in the renting process with Avion Point.
If i could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve been trying to receive an update regarding my application from two months ago! They never answer their phone, although their hours are 8-5 during the week. Ive been attempting to get in contact with someone for the past month but the “manager” named Paige is never available. The staff is ridiculous and unprofessional! New management is needed at this complex! They constantly advertise availability at both the Senior Living Side, as well as the regular apartments; but refuse to do their job and help potential renters through the application process! Please consider somewhere else until new staff and management are in place.
I was just trying to call to inquire, however after multiple attempts, voicemails and this being the 2nd week, I will be not be calling back nor do I want to inquire about anything. A business should answer the phone. I have called at opening etc and no answer or call back. I am not sure how they rent to anyone. I now see the reviews so I am confident I no longer will make contact.
I had a great experience with Paige very nice and professional And she definitely helped me in every way possible ❤️ I can’t wait to get moved in . I love the apartment she showed . Very clean and spacious. Thank you Paige for the great customer service
I have called and left messages. Was told that they were only leasing to a 72 age group . Went their in person and found out different. Office staff acts as if you’re zombies out the bushes when you come in to inquire. Do not act as if they want to lease to anyone with their attitudes . I should not have to sell myself. You should sell the apartments. All poor people are not nasty or rowdy because of there income or name. And answer your phone and take your WE ARE LEASING SIGN down if you have no availability
I been trying to reach this place for 3 months now via phone and email . I call and never got a call back. I would go up there but I have a busy schedule and there’s no point in going if they don’t have anything available. I’m pretty sure the leasing office job is 15% base on commission and I’m trying to give y’all my money and nobody seems to respond back to me I reached out many ways. BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! If this how y’all treat NEW clients I would make sure I won’t recommend this place !
Had a tour today with the property manager, Paige Sibby. She was very professional and took her time with our tour. She was so sweet and patient. I appreciate her professionalism.
Never answered for my leasing needs. More than qualified with income and credit as well. Oh well.
I have been to avion point twice now once to fill out an application and schedule an appointment for a tour. I went for my tour today and the lady in the front office forgot that scheduled an appointment with her. I told her it was fine it wasnt that was a waste of gas because I was not able to get my tour because she said that she was busy and rescheduled me for next Saturday. I work to hard 60 hours a week for this. its like she doesnt want me in the apartment due to the color of my skin
Poor response from leasing office. We scheduled a tour and went to the leasing office just to wait outside and knock few times and then eventually leave. I understand we are all taking special measures but keeping people waiting outside is a first for me. I will look for somewhere else.

I literally just called to inquire of a one bedroom for later this year and the lady who answered was very rude and did not seem to care at all that I was interested in the property. I wish i had’ve gotten her name. Because of the POOR customer service I received on my VERY FIRST encounter with this property I will take my money elsewhere. What a way to give a first impression.
This is ridiculous that people have to drive a hour to check on a application for a apartment because no one answers the phon on July 27 2021 I came to these apartments again for 100 time to check on my application it was 4:30pm and the doors was lock the news people will be notified corporate will be notified the level of professionalism is at a very low and it’s sad people are looking for places to stay and you don’t even have the decency to answer the phone you all are closing the office before time let’s me know that corporate will hire anyone and let anyone work at this location I would never want to live here the office staff are racially profiling people for this location their other property is not any better very poor staff .
My wife and I passed by and stopped in on our way from Costco’s and was greeted by two managers one of which was Brooke Butler, we had a exquisitely Excellent experience. She showed us what she could and spent time explaining all she new up to the point in time about the senior apartments. Also told us when they would possibly contact us with updated information. We were pleasantly pleased. Well done AVION POINT for providing excellent customer service.
I saw one of the apartment which is very nice. There was a lot of room in there. Kitchen well equip with the washer and dryer behind close door. I would love to get one on the senior side when they are finished.
They lie don’t answer or return calls office hours say 8:30am to 5:00pm and they are close at 3:30pm this is a very bad location do not move here Corporate is no better with false advertising they do not answer the phone at this location and your application sit for months and never put in their system cause they are putting who they want in these apartments do your dam job and let people know the truth worse staff to ever come across
