It’s been one whole week with a broken ac and my apartment at 90 degrees, seems like nothing is getting done about ac. Still being treated with disrespect by maintenance by trying to give me intimidated looks cause I called the emergency hotline when he was clocked out, and staff never calls anyone back or informs me about anything going on with my ac or my concerns. Also any good reviews on here are fake because of a contest the apartment did, whoever put in a 5 star review received a gift card and I will not give a review of 5 stars for money when service of this place is 1 star

Finally Management that actually cares!! Jenna has been so helpful since she has been here. She is the best property manager we have has since we moved in. We love how attentive she is if we need something done or have any questions. Jenna and the maintenance man are always so helpful and gets every request done in such a timely manner!! We truly appreciate them.

I’m very intrigued with this apartment community. Jenna and Lamar both showed Excellence service. Jenna Showed my Husband and I the 2 Bedroom. At First I was nervous, because we are moving in from out of town. Jenna was very sweet.She assure us Comfortable safe environment and a new place to call home . I’m delighted by the care Lamar has given us as he spoke with my husband before Jenna showed us the 2 Bedroom. I highly recommend this apartment community . A Great environment with well professional caring people in this office.

Haven’t even moved in and it feels like home! I already love this place, I had a tour scheduled for 11:00 am & it went exactly how I wanted it to! Jenna is a wonderful person, I am so excited to be on this list & cannot wait to hear the news of getting approved or not, Either way this goes for me doesn’t stop this place and the staff for being so kind & helping!

I’ve enjoyed living in this property for the past year and a half. I went through 2 different property managers, and I must say the 3rd time is the charm. Our new property manager, Jenna, is everything and more. She’s been a great addition to Cheshire Chase. When I submit a maintenance request she’s right on top of it. If there’s something I need she is very helpful and goes above and beyond her duties to provide great resources. We also have a great new maintenance guy is very professional with his work and makes sure that you don’t need anything else before he leaves. I’ve been very satisfied with management around here!

Very friendly place so excited to be on the waiting list especially in times like this. So thankful to have come across Jenna and have her help and answer all the crazy questions I had. I would definitely recommend everyone to take the time out if there day to check this complex out.

Very quiet and out of the way. With multiple resources and only being just a few minutes away from all three highways, this is the perfect place to call home.

We are looking for the right place to live. Came here to Cheshire Chase and was really impressed with the location, cleanliness and the time that the manager, Jenna Cloke, spent with us. She was informative and showed us the property. Unfortunately, she didnt have any availability, but we hope to one day make this our home.

I was in dire need of a place to live for my child and me. I passed by leaving an interview and seen Cheshire Chase. I took a chance even though the website, as well as a posted sign, said nothing available. I still decided to take a chance and Im glad I did. Not only was I able to move in a week before Christmas the community manager Jenna Cloke was an angel in disguise. She helped me with paperwork, resources, and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Honestly if available and you need a place to stay and great no non-sense help come to Cheshire Chase, you wont be disappointed.

I have a been a resident of CheshireChase apts going on four years .The current manager is one of the nicest I’ve seen yet she always return my call and whenever I have an issue is resolved very quickly I have been very pleased staying in Cheshire chase and management team is awesome

I honestly wanted to give this property no stars because of the most horrible move in known to man and lack of management and professionalism. But good things come to those who wait. Our new property manager is exactly what this community needed. She goes over and beyond and I can call her with any concerns regarding my apartment with a high priority call back. She is definitely a breath of fresh air. With that being said she has worked really hard to turn things around for the safety and well-being of her tenants. I hope she stays around for the long haul.

From 0 to 5 stars!!! —well 4 ⭐️ if I’m 100% honest but it’s been a long road from where we started so I will give it the 5 stars based on its progress and new Community Manager.I am one of the few residents who has lived in Cheshire Chase for almost a decade, and to say that this complex has undergone many changes in Community Managers and Maintenance men is the understatement of the century.The sheer affordability of the neighborhood is what has kept me here in this area, but they say good things come to those who wait. We are on Property Manager #5 from 2011– Each time our Community manager changed it got a tad better (thank you Mrs. Robyn & Ms. Anjyla) but whoaaa baby our most recent Community Manager Ms. Jenna is definitely what this complex needed!!Ms. Jenna was the breathe of fresh air we needed in 2020 and when she got in here, Jenna got STRAIGHT TO WORK!! She got basic upkeep and repairs done in my apartment that I had been BEGGING for years to complete. God sent isn’t even good enough. She’s super sweet and friendly, like she actually cares about her residents. She replies to emails so fast and even if you don’t know she’s in the office, Knock on her window and I bet she’s in there working hard.And let’s talk about our HIGHLY QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE MAN 🙌🏽 because we have dealt with shotty work from subpar HOBBY handy men for years —it was a horrid rotation BUT we also got Mr. Lamar in 2020. His work is seamless and he is kind, does his work quickly and quietly and is off to his next task. Both of these individuals are blessings to us residents and I hope that they have no intentions of leaving us any time soon. Finally a place to be PROUD to call home!! Now, if only we could tackle the overflowing dumpsters, and the very annoying parking problems (the cause for many arguments between neighbors) and finally get the residents ASSIGNED spaces and a designated VISITOR spots so it’s not a battle to park near your own door —that would be great. Thanks Jenna & Lamar!!

Management at this property is definitely better since Ive been here. Messages are returned promptly now. I like the online services. Being able to submit work orders, and we can finally pay our rent online.

I have been here for 6yrs. Jenna has been a great manager. My refrigerator needed replaced. Previous management overlooked my issue. She made sure I received a new refrigerator. She is def helping me repair things in my unit Previous management overlooked. 😊 Thanks

Every single review says the EXACT same thing. Has me worried since I have kids. If you are limited staff perhaps fix that so issues and concerns can be addressed properly. Someone should always be in during office hours.

As a former tenant, my biggest issue was that the leasing manager does not know how to respond back to emails or return my phone calls. There were times when my issues or concerns were completely disregarded and I had to follow up so many times with her.

Never answer the phone or in the office it’s really an inconvenience and says a lot about property management

And just to think i was going to fill out the application today...But I would have a major issue with no call backs...oh well on to the next

Wondering why the door says (come in were open) however the door is locked and nobody is inside and or answering any of my calls.

They never answer the phone or return your messages completely unprofessional
