Really enjoy working with this company! They are very transparent and explain all details thoroughly. My experience is that the pricing is reasonable as well. Prime doesn’t just come in for the quick buck but rather cares about building up rapport with the customer. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to solve the problem and also take the time to look at other concerns I had. I will be using them again.

Bryan and Adam were on a service call at our neighbors house. We were having a problem with our AC system. I told Adam what was going on. He told me what the issue could be but suggested that I call Prime Comfort to set up an appointment. When I called the office Barbara told me that she could possibly get the technicians to come by after they finished servicing my neighbor. This they did.Once they diagnosed the problem they fixed it immediately.They were very professional and very customer friendly. The bigger compliment here is that both technicians shared with me that they noticed the smell of natural gas each time that they existed our house and entered again. My wife and I did not notice the smell. Bryans thought was that we had probably gotten used to the smell. Bryan suggested that I contact the gas company to check for a leak. I called the gas company and their technician arrived before Bryan and Adam had left. Bryan shared what he had experienced with the technician. The gas technician brought in his tools to check for leaks and immediately registered a mild gas leak around our gas fireplace. He turned off the shut off valve to the fireplace.HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PRIME COMFORTS (Bryan & Adam) expertise and customer service there very well may have been a different outcome to our story.THANK YOU AGAIN Bryan & Adam!!

I highly recommend Bryan at Prime Comfort for AC repair. I called Prime Comfort for a second opinion after a 2+ hour service call with another company failed to solve the problem. Prime Comfort promptly set a same-day appointment, and called me shortly thereafter to let me know they could come earlier than anticipated. Bryan was on time, professional and courteous. He quickly isolated the issue, clearly explained the problem and its solution, promptly corrected the issue and also installed a new WiFi enabled thermostat. Efficient and effective, and reasonably priced.

Very competitive rates for Trane central air installation. Job was completed before date promised on contract. Also used them to repair AC for a rental property. They showed up same day, found a relatively minor issue and fixed it right away.

I called Prime Comfort for an instance of helping me resolve a tenant heat issue in the first week of January. Brrrr! I was on a trip out of state when the incident happened and told the dispatcher (Becky? Beverly? It was a B-name... Ha! How appropriate!) as much. She told me that the technician would call me to verify the repair so I waited to hear back. The phone never rang, but this is not uncommon since the call was placed just before 3pm, I figured that they were busy and could not make it out. The next morning, I check my phone, 1 call missed from Prime about 45 minutes earlier... funny, but I had left my phone in the cabin while I took my morning walk, so I figured it must have rang at that point. Without checking the message, I returned the phone call immediately. I got B-name dispatcher on the phone who just lit into me for not answering my phone (which only just rang 3/4 of an hour before!) I was taken aback and waited for her to calm down. She never did while we were on that initial phone call. She proceeded to tell me about their policies and procedures, that she had made notes in their system on ALL of my properties about how I was unresponsive and irresponsible owner. I was beside myself before interrupting her tirade to ask her if she remembered who the customer was? Who is paying her salary ultimately? She kept on lecturing me how it is my responsibility to care for my business... yes, thats right, MY business! I laughed at the ridiculous insinuation. Double checked my call log, nothing except for the one call this morning. I interrupted again and she sounded sarcastically sweet as she put me on hold... then the line dropped. Coincidence? It MAY be that the phone, being where I was, didnt actually have a strong enough connection to the network. I credit Prime with doing what they say they did. I told her that much. But what I will NEVER stand for, is being insulted by a vendor... and I dont care HOW responsive you have been in the past, you DO NOT get my future business. That, Prime Comfort, is MY policy for MY company and MY business. For the record, I had been a customer of theirs for 3 years prior, they mostly did a good job, but, in truth the previous engagement for system installation at my last rehab was far and away sub par. Most of the technicians, especially, the one I spoke with just now, are great. They had a dud on their payroll around this time last year. Dont remember the name, but they are NOT and exceptional company and are NOT immune to customer attrition. I am a deeply loyal customer, but only if I am treated with a modicum of respect. Prime Comfort, your ship with my company has sailed. You are dead to us for future considerations. It may be that I need a better cellular network to support my tenants going forward, but that is another decision with another vendor.

Excellent service and great prices. They keep my systems running in top shape. I have them out twice a year to check heating and cooling systems before the cold/warm months begin. Cant recommend them enough.

First, I got several estimates from companies recommended by Angies list, and then one more of my own with a company I have used in the past. Not only did I get a top of the line product from Prime Comfort, but it was easily $2k less than all the other companies for the size of system I needed. Next, on the day of install they were respectful of my home and didnt mind my asking questions about the work they were doing so I would understand what was being done in and outside my home. Also the communication from the office manager and staff were excellent...very timely and thorough. They made sure I understood the financing options and worked with me to get the best deal available. Lastly, the follow up service could not have been better...the tech showed up on time, explained a tweak he made and was on his way. Again, if you are looking for a new HVAC system or just need a company you can trust for repairs or maintenance, I literally cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are great! They were able to come out to my rental property the next day and perform service on unit; that a previous company said they would need to order the part and was double the price. Prime Comfort give me a free 2nd second option that saved me almost $700. Bryan our service technician was very professional and had great customer service. Called several companies for estimates on a complete gas furnace/AC system installation. Prime Comfort was by far the most reasonable for the high quality unit they installed, and after reading their great reviews I decided to go with them.I was most impressed from the first call I made speaking with Barb and the tech installation staff that was sent out to do the installation was spot on! They are a highly skilled, worked extremely well together, and incredibly efficient. By far one of the best decisions weve ever made in hiring a company for this type of job. At the very least give them a call and compare.

Shady pricing for heat pump system replacement. The salesman told me they offer INTEREST FREE financing for 24 months, but if you pay up front you receive a 10% discount. That means the base rate is paying up front and financing for 2 years equals over 10% APR - a horrible rate in todays lending environment.I had to tell the salesman 3 times that I was interested in price only - he simply didnt know how to veer off his sales script that included made up figures about energy cost savings with higher (i.e. more expensive) SEER models.It felt like I was talking to a robot.On another note, I always find it interesting when nearly all 5 star reviews come from customers who have posted less than 5 reviews total - as in the case with Prime Comfort.

From what I briefly researched - it appeared that my capacitor went bad in my upstairs unit. I called Prime Comfort on a Tuesday morning and they had sent a tech out within 2hrs on the same (hot) day. Bryan was very nice and knowledgeable. Great service, although the cost seemed to be on the higher end. Overall, Prime Comfort got the job completed successfully on the same day - time is money!

Lance was awesome! My heat pump has not run correctly since it was installed 18 months ago - by another company - and it was randomly blowing cold air and costing me double what my old unit cost to run. Lance, first of all, believed what I was saying about it blowing cold air (the installing company told me it was running correctly) and then thoroughly investigated the problem and found the unit wired wrong. He was able to fix it and I couldnt be happier. I have finally found a new HVAC company that I will always use and recommend to anyone who needs one.

We are a 114 residence HOA in Matthews. Our clubhouse is heated/cooled by two 5-ton units. They failed after 13 years. Our Board sought quotes from qualified contractors. We received six (6) quotes. Prime Comfort not only had the most professional and timely quote, they came to review our Clubhouse system with their President and Manager. Highly knowledgable and professional. Their quote was the best and we proceed with Prime Comfort. The complete installation was done one week after contract signing and done by a highly trained and polite team of technicians who knew their business. Our Board cannot recommend Prime Comfort higher! Call them if you want professionalism without having to pay the expenses associated with big-time TV advertising.

He quickly identified some changes that needed to be made, and made these adjustments. Great customer service from the first call. I called them for a second opinion. Their tech identified a major issue with my furnace that the other company missed.... and found a minor gas leak! Unfortunately I needed a new furnace but they discussed other options and I could tell they weren’t just trying to rake in a sale. Their pricing is competitive and they don’t nickel and dime you for extras. They also offer great financing options.Buying a new furnace is never fun however, I feel confident in my decision to trust Prime Comfort and would recommend them immediately to anyone.

Prime Comfort sent their senior tech, Bryan, to troubleshoot my Trane AC unit. He determined that there was a small leak and offered to recharge the unit with refrigerant. Bryan was very pleasant, professional and was not trying to sell me anything. He simply did what I requested and answered all of my question, which were many. There were no surprise charges. The quote that I received for refrigerant over the phone was what I paid. I would definitely hire Prime Comfort again for future maintenance and repair of my furnace and AC unit.

I have used prime comfort and Bryan for service on a gas furnace and central air system for the past few years. All ways on time and great to deal with ! Bryan replaced a part under Trane warranty which saved some cash. Would recommend prime comfort to anyone.

I would give this company 10 stars. Every person I delt with went above and beyond what I expected. I had gotten an estimate from another company to replace one of my AC units. The estimate was done for the wrong unit. I ordered through Prime Comfort after meeting Chuck and being impressed with the free 2 year maintenance for not only the new unit but my other two 13 yr old systems! The installers realized I had ordered the wrong unit and stopped their work. I had screwed up and they could not have been more kind. Ken, the service manager, came out immediately and within 48 hours I had a new unit installed. They serviced the two remaining units, replaced a switch on a heating unit (that another company had bypassed), replaced the insulation on the tubes exiting the house and too many more little extras to list! Ken and his crew were always on time and professional. I am very pleased with the service I received and their pricing was better than other estimates.

Excellent service! AC unit fan outside was making a squeaking noise. The technician replaced the fan motor after checking it. Bryan was very professional and friendly. Before replacing the motor he explained everything so I felt comfortable that the repair was necessary and that he knew what he was doing. Will definitely use in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Prime Comfort! I have an OLD system and have recently had issues with my air conditioning not working. After seeing the amazing reviews left for Prime Comfort I gave them a call. Barbara in the office is just the sweetest. Bryan the tech came out the same day and was very personable and friendly. They have recommended I get a new system (it is over 20 years old) but have accommodated me in keeping it going when they easily could have told me to replace it. I trust them and their work and would definitely recommend!

Furnace stopped working a day before Thanksgiving. I called several companies with no one able to come and fix before Friday or Saturday after the holiday. This guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, on time, professional, fast service definitely the ones to hire. I am so please with the service of my furnace. The ignator was not working properly and William replaced it really fast, check all the system for proper functionality, gave me some information about maintenance and offer me the different service packs that they have available. I called another company, that I wont name here,and was told that the unit needed a major repair. Since I live out of town I decided to get another opinion. I called TemperaturePro. Joe came out the same day I called to check the unit. The renters said he took his time, checked everything on the unit, serviced the unit and assured them that no repair was needed. Joe then called me and explained what he did. I cant tell you how nice it is to have an honest service company that you can trust. TemperaturePro will be providing service to all my rental units. Finding the right HVAC company is difficult. Joe over at Prime Comfort was a great resource. We got 4 bids for the work, and while Prime Comfort wasnt the least expensive, we chose to go with them due to the quality of their work and the value of the work they were performing. I heard about Prime Comfort from a friends recommendation. They are great to work with.

Prime Comforts service manager came out to our house for a service call when our downstairs unit went out on a Saturday. Luckily, it was just a wire that had came loose and he fixed it very quickly. Our AC was installed by another well known company less than 2 years ago and after having less than acceptable service and communication with them, we chose to get Prime Comfort to come check things out for getting us prepared for the season. During the check we learned the installers (previous company) didnt do as good as wed originally thought and the fan needed to be replaced (warranty)-- and now our system is running like it should have been all along. Bryan Phongsa was the technician who serviced our unit and well be totally certain to be sure to have him do all our service work from here on out. Excellent service and totally fair pricing. Wow! I was highly impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Prime Comfort. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and accommodating. Bryan, the technician who came out, was super friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and punctual. He was patient and thorough with me in explaining the problem in a manner that I could understand. He offered several discounts for the repair service and offered to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs. I was most impressed that he wasn’t pushy and condescending as many HVAC technicians can be. An extra bonus, that meant a lot to me, was how he wore shoe covers in my house.They were booked that evening and unable to come out until the next day, but so was everyone else that I called. I’m sure I could’ve gotten one of the larger companies to come out that evening but for a much larger bill! I will definitely call them for HVAC service in the future.

Brian came out to service our air conditioner today. He called ahead to verify the arrival time, was on time, showed the problem to me and gave me a reasonable price to fix everything. He was very professional. We have used the service a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the employees and the work done.

I had an excellent experience with Prime Comfort today in Charlotte, NC. I called them a few days ago to set up an appointment to have my furnace checked. I spoke with Ken, who was very helpful in scheduling my service call. The two technicians, Brian and William, called in advance before arriving. They quickly examined and discovered some unit and duct work problems. They took pictures of the problem areas, and we discussed the work to be done. We also discussed the option of replacing the 21 year old furnace. But at no time was there any pressure to do anything. We settled on the repairs needed, which they did in short order, and at a very reasonable.cost. Thank you Prime Comfort, for a job well done. They are my goto guys from now on when I need more hvac service.

I have had 2 really good working experiences with Prime Comfort and will continue to use their services in the future. The first visit was to fix my heat when it was not working and the second was for a replacement of an air conditioner. Not only did Prime Comfort give me good prices for all of the services/equipment that they provided, they were very honest and transparent about the work being done.Their first visit to my home came after 2 other HVAC companies had given up on fixing the heating unit. Instead of giving up and telling me the same thing that the other 2 companies did (oh, the heat works when we are here, not sure why it doesnt after we leave), my Prime Comfort technician escalated the issue until a final resolution was achieved. The issue had to do with a tiny fuse that had blown out in the furnace switchboard which was very difficult to see without magnification. After they replaced the entire switchboard, I have had no issues with the heater since then. Prime Comfort was persistent + focused on getting the work done and done well. They have fantastic customer service as well (hi Barbara!).The second visit was for an AC unit replacement. Not only did they give me a great price for a quality unit (they carry Trane), all of the work was done in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism. They are licensed to install units in SC now which is a huge bonus and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance, replacement and repair.
