This is the 1st Time I have used Integrity - I needed to get a Trane Unit looked at for a Condensation Leak. They were excellent! Cameron arrived on time and took time to explain exactly what needed to be serviced. Knowledgeable and efficient! He also took a look at the sump pump for the condensation overflow. I also received great insights from Kent at Integrity. I went ahead and got a Service Agreement as I was extremely pleased.

We had an entire heat pump/filter system replaced including a media filter. The installation team of Ryan and Eric arrived on time on the day of our install it was one of the hottest days of the year and our system was in the attic.Ryan and Eric introduced themselves gave us an overview of the work to be done and got right to work. Integrity put in a replacement heat pump system in our home. Their technicians arrived on time, explained their work plan, and completed the installation by the end of that day. I really wanted to like this company. We were referred to this company by the vendor we used for our crawlspace encapsulation and we couldn’t be more disappointed. This company left a mess in our crawlspace (after it was recently encapsulated) that took the owner physically coming out to even acknowledge/fix. We’ve also had continuous issues with our heating and air since this company has been involved. Lastly, this company has always been on the higher price end but we stuck with them because we really loved the company who encapsulated our crawlspace. We keep giving chance after chance and keep being left disappointed. The most ironic part of this whole situation is they use “integrity” in their company name.

Had them come out and do a diagnostic of our units. Were told our quote would be done 6/21. Here we are 6/28 and “Sarah” has supposed to call me every day for the past week. Alas. Search high & low for quotes from various HVAC companies as I did, but make sure you use Integrity Heating & Cooling. I chose Integrity for full AC and Furnace replacement, and the quality, knowledge, capabilities and no-nonsense were top-notch. I am not being paid to write this review. Im a home owner and a scrutinizing mechanical engineer that asks too many questions and watches like a hawk over everyone and everything that is done to my home. Integrity put up with my second guessing and watchful eye like a high-performing professional team. My old system was an original 21 yrs and I am so glad I had the supply plenums (metal ducting) replaced. The air is so much cleaner now and the game of closing register vents to get air where needed was gone given Integritys excellent abilities to build ducting that increases air flow. I am a very happy customer and will be using Integrity for all my HVAC needs. Tyler did a great job explaining what needed to be done to get out heating unit ready for the season. We needed one small part which was ordered and installed promptly. This company was great! We had a 20+ year air/heating system that needed to be replaced and were nervous about who to choose. Integrity took the time to diagnosis exactly was needed and provided several options from low, medium to most expensive systems. The installation crew was on time. Explained areas that the homebuilder did not install properly and corrected it with the new installation. We had a tough installation but they stuck with it and kept everything nice and clean. Also, gave us a thank you gift for using their services. I want to give a huge shout out and kudos to J.C. and Ryan. They were great installers and knew their stuff. Provided step by step information, patient with our questions and covered every detail about the new system before leaving after a very long 12+ hour day.

Integrity has been servicing my A/C for three years. The evaporator on my A/C started clogging up. Integrity offered to replace the coil or replace the system, since it was 15 years old. I opted for the system replacement. Barry came to my house and worked with me to outline what needed to be done and provided a quote.I did a bunch of due diligence and found that Integrity’s price was “low fair” - and they were adding in a third return line to make the system more efficient as part of the deal. They were also willing to sign off on some contractual extras and helped to get 0% financing.The install was great. Drew, JC and Jake showed up at 8 am today, and did a great job replacing the entire condenser and evaporator, adding the new return in 6.5 hours and leaving the job as clean as they found it. I inspected the system after testing. A really clean, tight and thorough job!If you are the type of customer who does their homework and takes the time to understand and work with a supplier, I highly recommend Integrity for maintenance or new systems.

Integrity Heating and Cooling has been servicing my HVAC system every spring and fall for the last few years. During my latest service appointment, the technician discovered some issues that needed to be taken care of. Barry was sent to consult with me and to offer me options for repair or replacement. He did a thorough assessment and it was determined that I did not currently have the correct size AC unit.I went ahead and had my AC/furnace replaced and the installers were great. They explained what they would be doing, where and when, with-in the house and outside. They admitted to some accidental damage made to a part and informed me that they would need to go get a new part to replace the damaged one. I appreciate being told the truth and their commitment to getting the system installed correctly and on the same day. I dont generally write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. We ordered a new HVAC system (air conditioning and heat) through their Costco program. Their price was on par with other vendors, but through the Costco program we received a 20% instore Costco credit in addition to the 1.5% cash back at the end of the year. This made the value proposition great!When we ordered it, they provided a reasonable lead time of three to four weeks. About a week later our heat went out and it fell to about 60 degrees inside our house. I texted our sales rep to see if there was anything, we could do to expedite our request and within an hour he said let me see what I can do. An hour after that I received a call from their scheduling department, and they were able to come out two days later!!!This level of customer service is not often seen anymore. The installation showed up on time and were incredibly professional and followed COVID safety protocols. Their motto is we will earn your referral and they lived up to that motto.I highly recommend them!!!

A/C unit broke down and needed to be replaced. The install team of JC and Matt are awesome! They were punctual, courteous, and very efficient! They cared about our home as though it were their own! They placed tarps everywhere they had to go in our house, wore gloves, booties on their shoes, and left absolutely no mess to clean up once they were finished. They told me the installation would take 7-8 hours but completed the job in about 5 hours! Thank you guys for an excellent job! We couldnt ask for more! Condenser fan motor went on Saturday. Had prompt reply when contacted integrity. Tech arrived within and hour and made determination of what was needed. Because it was holiday weekend unable to get part. On Tuesday received call from Maddie to inform me part was unavailable locally.It was ordered and being overnighted. Jordon installed on Wednesday and did great job. Integrity staff was very professional and informative during entire process. Highly recommend.

We came home from vacation to a broken Air Conditioner. Called Integrity and they were at our house within the hour and had our system back up and running in no time at all. We have had a maintenance contract with Integrity for 10+ years and the company replaced our aging heating and cooling equipment this week. The maintenance team, the project manager, and the installers have all been knowledgeable, cordial, and professional. We have been pleased with the quality of the personnel employed by Integrity.Our HVAC system, although well-maintained and functional, had reached the later years of its useful life. Integrity (Barry Hawkins) met with us to understand our requirements and analyzed our homes heating and cooling needs. Before leaving, he explained the options and provided a detailed quotation. He was promptly responsive to email questions as we assessed the relative merits and costs of the options. Although he offered a range of solutions (gold through platinum), he was factual about benefits and did not pressure us.Integrity scheduled the two-day installation within a few days of our system selection. The installers arrived exactly on schedule and provided a clear description of their work process and anticipated timing. They were very careful to protect our interior floors and our exterior plantings and they left each day with everything neat and clean. The installation supervisor joined them on the second day (we had two complete systems, upstairs and downstairs) for thermostat installation and work review. He was knowledgeable and effective in describing the function of our new system including the digital thermostats.As a bonus, they corrected an existing deficiency with system drainage at no extra cost. And, they included two new carbon monoxide sensors...a nice bonus demonstrating their attention to safety.The system has performed properly with no issues. The entire process was efficient and effective. Each person was positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Integrity for ongoing maintenance.

This was the second time Integrity came out and the tech Jordan did a great job and during the service he discovered a small gas leak. Jordan fixed it and explained what to look for. Unfortunately about an hour later (while installing the fire alarm that Jordan recommended) we did smell gas again. We called them and within 15 minutes another tech, Cameron, came out. He was able to find and fix the second leak really quickly. He beat the gas company out even though I had called them first. They were both exceptionally professional and really did a great job of fixing something that could have been a scary situation! Definitely keeping our subscription to them and happy we upgraded to their silver plan. Thanks for being so responsive and helpful!

Called in to the office to receive a response from an automated system. Much to my surprise the exact same voice from the automated system answered my call and she has a name. Lisa! The behind the scenes personnel rarely receive the recognition they deserve. Lisa was awesome. The entire business is a well oiled machine ( German engineering type ) with people like Lisa, Kent, and Tim making sure everyone gets a first class ticket! Definitely have and would recommend.

Jordan did our maintenance check this time on our HVAC. What a nice pleasing young man! He was very thorough and explained things that were wrong so we could make a decision as to how to proceed. After giving us our options,we have decided that it would be best to put in a new system upstairs. Jordan is a tremendous asset to your company and is the reason we will stay and use Integerty! We will ask for him at our next maintenance check!

I have relied on Integrity Heating and Cooling to maintain my home equipment for the past 12 years. Never have I been disappointed with there high level of maintenance, on time service, and experienced and professional office and field personnel. I have always participated in Integritys excellent maintenance and warranty programs which has resulted in zero equipment down time and outstanding value and performance from my Heating and Cooling systems. And by the way, they live up to their name every day, INTEGRITY where you cant go wrong!!!

It took me almost 5 years to finally write this review because I couldn’t believe the overall experience I had with this company. But after careful consideration, I have to voice my true experience with this company. In my entire life as an “American”, I have never encountered a experience such as this one but it will forever remind me of the freedoms that my “father” and my “uncle” (US Marines & US Airforce) had to fight for...the right for freedom and the basic human right for “equality”. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸A few years ago, I applied for a employment opportunity at this company. I interviewed for a the position which I was qualified for in customer service. I interviewed 3 times. Once over the phone with a “recruiter” and twice with upper management. I also had to do 1 “mock” email simulation to address a conflict resolution response and course of action when dealing with a conflict concerning a customer service case scenario.After my 3rd interview, I was invited back for a “test” on a Saturday. I had asked the male interviewer”, who was in “Upper Management” : “What the test complied of” so I could do my research and effectively study for this “test”.He responded that “the “test” was designed for all potential “candidates”. The test was scheduled for the upcoming “Saturday morning” of that week. I went to the location and they put me behind a computer 💻 and started this “so called test”. This test had absolutely nothing to do with the job position. I remember this “test” had “coordinates, astronomy maps and statistical equations which were NOT relative to my potential job objectives or responsibilities of the position I applied for at this company. When I realized exactly what message this company was sending to me indirectly, I answered the questions to the best of my knowledge “Knowing” that I did not study for “coordinates, astronomy maps or statistical equations”.I politely completed the test and drove home completely disgusted that I had invested so much time in a company which practiced theoretically the antiquated system of how voting rights were denied to all citizens regardless of race or color back from the establishment of voting rights in 1789 to the protection of voting rights in 1965. I never thought I would have experience this type of discrimination but I did. I never heard from this company again nor did I receive a follow up which I truly expected. I moved forward and I am very proud that I walked away with my head held high. The cooler element in my air conditioner was not working. Your technician Jordon Washam checked it out and concluded that one of the wires in the external unit was not placed properly on the machine. That resulted in the wire melting causing the conditioner to malfunction. He had your company send an electrician who just left after advising that the problem was not caused by Integrity but by Duke Power. He requested another technician to get the cooler up and running again today. Yesterday was Jordans second trip to my house. He is upbeat, honest and very thorough in both his work and explanations. He represents your company very well. The only reason I didnt give him 6 stars is because you only have 5 !!!!!……Five days have passed since I gave Jordan some deserved kudos. And now I have 4 more five star gents to add to the list:Following Jordan’s visit, an electrician arrived, checked the unit and advised that the problem was caused by Duke Power. (He told me the problem, but I didn’t catch it in all the heat). After he left, tech. Tim showed up. He reminded me he had been here before, but he wasn’t wearing a mask then…. After carefully checking out the unit, Tim advised that the compressor had died. He was very sympathetic with my plight, and said he would send out a project manager to review everything and give me some options for a new unit.The project manager was Greg Paxton. He worked me in right away. I greeted him with, “I thank you for coming, but will advise you up front that I will be doing some comparison shopping.” He seemed used to that greeting, and never once tried to sell me on anything. Instead, he went over some things with me before doing a lengthy investigation of the unit in the attic. He returned and reviewed everything with me, and by the time he finished, we were good friends. I told him I would let him know my decision soon……”Soon” was about 2 hrs later when I called and asked him just how soon I could be cool again. Along with knowing that I would have no concerns with the quality and workmanship involved with Integrity, the capper of going with your company was 3 fold: First, the quote was all inclusive ( no “p.s. that doesnt include taxes, etc…..Why don’t other companies do that!) Second, the price included a $500 deduction for being a long-time customer (That’s good business!). And third, Greg said I could go with a first 6 mos.- no interest option which I took.At 8 am the next day, technicians J.C. and Ryan showed up with my machine. They were very friendly, accommodating and unintrusive in going about their business throughout the day. Once they had accomplished the work, they were very thorough in reviewing everything I needed to know about the thermostat, how long it would take for the house to cool down, etc. They were fun to talk with and really worked well together. As they were leaving, they gave me a potted planter of daisies. What a classy thing to do!Just so you know, no one asked me to submit a good report on them, but I told everyone except Tim, who’s name I learned later, that I planned todo so – based on their professionalism, know-how and courtesy.Thank you, Kent Lowe. I met you at the Lake Norman Chamber when you had just taken over the business, and am impressed, but not surprised, at how much your company and reputation has expanded since then. I have already shared my satisfaction with your company to several folks and will continue to do so as the opportunity presents itself. You named your company well !............

I recently had my crawl space dried, mold remediation, and sealed by a different company. Integrity Heating and Cooling removed all the old duct work at the beginning of the crawl space project. Once the crawl space project was complete (3-days), Integrity came back to install all new duct work. Integrity H&C was willing to work around the project schedule. Integrity technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The day Integrity was to install the new duct work, there was a torrential down pour. To insure the recent crawl space work looked as good after as it did before they arrived, they put up tents, lined the grass and crawl space entry with plastic. They took their boots off before entering the crawl space which had been lined with drop clothes to catch any water coming into the crawl space. I can honestly say, after they installed the duct work, you could not tell anyone was there. The extra care to do the job right was very important to Integrity. I could not have asked for more. You pay a little more, but you get a lot back! Thank you.

Integrity Heating & Cooling has always done a thorough job... taking their time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it so that we can understand. Jordan was our last technician and he was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Really great service, and fast response. Integrity says it all, and they explained what they found, the options, and benefits of how best to repair my upstairs unit. They also sell and support mini split ductless technology which will help our bonus room over the garage finally get comfortable. Office staff was very helpful and sincere. Integrity Heating & Cooling did a great job for us! They were very friendly both on the phone and in person. They were able to come out the same day when we called because on an issue with our system. Jordon quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it along with doing our spring service check and cleaning. Will definitely continue to use Integrity in the future!
