AC went out after midnight on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Left a message at Caribbean Sunday around noon. Richard called at 4 and had a tech at my house in Mooresville by 5. Vinny was awesome. Quick, knowledgeable, personable, and sincerely interested in fixing our situation. He was able to troubleshoot the issue in minutes, and we came up with a workable solution. Its refreshing to see care and concern and self sacrifice for the good of others these days. Highly recommend and can only assume some misunderstanding occurred with anyone who left lower than 5 stars. Thank you, Vinny and Caribbean!

Great company. AC repair is rarely convient and they have someone out there in less than 12 hours on a busy week. Charlie on the phone worked extremely hard to answer questions and make sure the guys got to my house first thing. HVAC guys were respectful and did great work. Cannot speak high enough!

I support small businesses and it is businesses such as this one that make independent contracting great!!! They came out promptly to access my air conditioning unit. My property manager gave me the run-around however these guys were straight up with me. They came today and put in temporary units until the part needed to fix my unit was in. She just called me to tell me that they going to come out and fix it!!! Very professional and one of the best out here!!!

I had the worst experience with this company. If your warranty company assigns you this company RUN. They arent professional, not prompt with returning phone calls and leaves a mess to clean up. Left a hole in my wall, anything could have crawled in. Left like that for over three days. I had to call and see when they were coming back to fix it. Office had no clue the mess they made. I hope I dont have to work with them again.

Richard and crew did outstanding work, they replaced an entire AC unit for Sears Home Warrenty. Workers showed up, took minimal breaks, worked hard in the heat and finished the job in one day. Prior to this replacement they diagnosed and repaired our other AC unit. Would highly recommend them.
If I could give a zero or negative number I would. Their owner Richard came to our house as a 2nd opinion for a home warranty claim on our AC. While he agreed with the first service provider that our evaporator coil on our 26 year old unit needed to be replaced, he kept trying to sell services to my husband including cleaning the outside unit. We have this done yearly by a local company, and have proof that it was done last May. The first service company, Sears, told us that the 2nd opinion would try to sell services and to say no, that the unit needed to be replaced. He reported to the Warranty Company that we hadnt maintained the outside unit since we wouldnt help him make some money on our service call. As a result, the Warranty Company, Total Protect, which also deserves a zero or negative number denied our claim.
