Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think thats what its called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again, if required.

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didnt try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldnt be more impressed or pleased with this service.

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they dont fix it, you dont pay..Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge..Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty..Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left..Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.

Too bad I am not able to give more than 5 stars. Highly professional, on time, VERY reasonable pricing and easy to schedule a service time. Matthew was on time and explained everything thoroughly.

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in todays world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you wont be disappointed.

Reed came out to give an estimate on a new gas line to a cooktop. He saw that I was having trouble replacing a faucet and he jumped right in and finished that job for me, then did the estimating I had called for originally.Hell do the gas line next week, and he is now top of my list of preferred plumbers. Ill recommend him to anyone. Friendly, courteous and professional!

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after hed left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didnt work on sprinkler systems hed come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I cant even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. Hes definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

I was very pleased with Matthew. He came in, listened to the problem, checked out several possibilities and found the simplest solution. What we thought was a HVAC condensation problem turned out to be a blocked sink drain problem.
