Chris Stapleton arrived precisely at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning for my AC repair. He respected by home by immediately wearing shoe covers and a mask without my request which I greatly appreciated during this covid environment. Chris was extremely thorough and methodical in diagnosing and implementing repair. He remained diligent in going from one repair to another so that he was assured that all repairs were made and all my units were operating perfectly. Chris kept me informed as he progressed through the repairs and explained in layman terms what was happening with my unit. His communication style is very personable and customer focused. He truly exhibits excellent customer service...which is rare these days and treasured by someone like me that has been in the service industry for decades. It was my pleasure to have Chris in my home making repairs and you will too! Thank you Airtron for sending Chris. He will be a go to guy in the future!

My AC Unit is new and it was not giving enough cold air to cool the townhome throughout the day. I scheduled an appointment with Airtron Charlotte and within a couple of days Jason Carroll the service technician came to check the system. Jason immediately rectified the issue! Last week Zach came out and did bi-annual maintenance on our system to make sure everything was running smooth. Zach was incredibly friendly and professional. Zach was not only knowledgeable about our system but he was also very knowledgeable about the other services and products that Airtron offers. Zachs friendliness and confidence make me feel like we have value and our system is in good hands with Airtrons extended warranty plan. Its not often that a company sends someone out to your home that you feel like is a new friend.

Id run in the other direction for anyone looking to use this company. They were contracted as the go to provider for our neighborhood for A/C installs and warranty issues. I called on a Sunday to get an emergency appt and had nothing until the following Thursday. I tried to call that Monday, left a VM and no one called me back. Ive had several neighbors have the same issue along with faulty work. In addition, if I needed an emergency repair done and if a company other then Airtron does the work they void the warranty for the unit. Run as far away as you can!
My AC system is 15 years old and wasnt keeping the house cool, esp on days over 90 degrees. I signed up for their maintenance plan, but Im always afraid of being given bad news. In this case, the technician, Matt Bloyer, did a thorough check, replaced a capacitor, and patiently let me follow him around and ask a bunch of questions - a true professional. Im sure Ill need to replace the unit in the next year or so, but Matt got everything cleaned and running better than before. Im SO glad I chose Airtron.

This company was used by the builder of our home to Install and maintain our HVAC unit. Our home will be 7 months old on Sunday, and our AC completely went out on the hottest week of the year. They cannot expedite the parts arriving, they do not offer any solution, their office staff even had the blatant audacity to raise their voice with me “because we did not perform our annual Maintenance, and they are having a lot of emergencies right now.” I’m sorry I didn’t realize annual maintenance was needed prior to the year mark, and if you are experiencing so many emergencies perhaps there is a flaw somewhere with your products and service. That being said, it was extremely unprofessional to speak to me, a client, that way when I expressed for concerns for my family, young child, and pets, when the index had been in the upper 90s for three days before they could even get out here. So we are on day 5 with no AC, 85+ degrees in the house, and no available turn around time on the parts or service. I highly suggest finding someone else for your service.

We have always had a great experience with Airtron until recently. Our air conditioner stopped working and we scheduled for them to come out. My parents also use Airtron and live next door to us. Since I would be at work, we made sure to tell them to call before they came so my dad could come over and let them in. They never called and left a “Sorry we missed you tag”.Second time ( a few days later) someone finally came out and said our motor was out. We were leaving for vacation, but told them they could still come and fix it while we were gone. We were gone for 7 days and when we came home, nothing had been done. I have called and called, left messages, sent emails, and no response!I found the technicians number that had come out and called him, he said they never ordered the part and haven’t scheduled him to come out. He sent me the email of the request for the part and it’s clear he did what he was supposed to do. No one has contacted me yet and we have been without air for almost 3 weeks now! We are under a service plan so that’s why I haven’t gone somewhere else.Before this we had recommended Airtron to our neighbor and their air went out a week after ours. Theirs is fixed already. We are really upset and disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. It’s also hot and we have no air!!!

This is the fourth time I had to have a technician fix my unbalanced system. I must say it took almost a month to get a hold of someone to place the service call. On the positive side, Alex (tech) went beyond and did a great job, now all the house maintains about the same temperature in different areas.
My HVAC was not cooling properly so I called Airtron out to take a look at my unit. The unit is not even two years old yet, so I knew it probably wasnt anything major. Austin came out and took a look and found that the insulation in the unit had come off and was covering the coil causing it to not cool the air properly. Although it wasnt a major issue, it was great that he was able to spot the problem so quickly.Great service and I would highly recommend.

We have a new home with a new system that needed adjustments in certain rooms. We have had Tate, Chris and Jason come out. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and the attention to detail. They were so kind to keep working until the air was better distributed and also to explain things to us in layman’s terms.
I do not know how this company is in business. Airtron was contracted to install AC by Lowes. I paid on the 7/27. Its 7/31 and Im still sitting in the heat. I called Lowes. They stated that Airtron emailed, called and texted me with no response. That is an OUTRIGHT LIE!! I asked for proof. Of course none could be provided. Lowes supposed called the company while I was on the phone (both the representative and the supervisor). They claimed a HVAC company was closed.....WTH??? What kind of HVAC company closes on the weekend...?? Then, I was told I would have to wait until next week. According to the Google, the company is supposedly open 24 hours. So, why do I need to wait? My next question, where is my money? Where you going to keep it? When it took a week to get an estimate, I should have known better. You company is a joke!! Shame on Lowes for providing the contract!

My heat stopped working today. I called and the technician they sent for my repair was awesome! From the beginning of his visit, Jason Carroll met me at the door with a package that was sitting at the door. Then he went into the attic and not only fixed the problem but checked the entire system, fixed some wiring that might be causing problems but also ordered a new part so the other possible cause can be addressed. He also took a look at my filter and told me what to order so the filter can be replaced AND sold me on a maintenance plan. He definitely has my back!
Daniel Alvarez was the technician that came to assist. The manager Bobby contacted me to thank me for my business and notified me that Daniel would be out within the next few hours to assist me. Our heat went out 3 days ago and our home was sitting at 57 degrees. Daniel came at the scheduled time, followed every Covid-19 guideline and EXPLAINED what he was doing. He walked me step by step to make sure I understood and knew what to expect when he was in our attic and outside our home next to the ac/heat unit. Daniel was very kind, helpful, and very thorough. We purchased a house a year ago. I asked for annual service and Matt was our technician. I had also discovered we never has a door on furnace. He checked and cleaned unit. Also replaced electrical board and replaced outside temperature sensor.Al work done over 3 days in professional manner. Unit now working properly.

Weve used Airton on two separate occasions. The first was for a gas leak. I smelled gas by the stove. It was Friday at 5:30. I contacted Airtron and within an hour they sent a technician. Chris was great. He wore shoe covers, which is much appreciated since we dont wear shoes inside the house. He was respectful, professional, and friendly. He triple-checked every place that could have caused the smell of gas and thankfully didnt find any issues. Although the visit was brief, the first impression was great.The second time we used Airtron was to replace a cracked thermostat. It would have been done in the first visit, however, they did not have the model in stock. Airtron called us when the thermostat was in back stock and we scheduled a time for a technician to come to the house. The technicians name was Alvo. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and respectful of our property. Within minutes he replaced the thermostat and we were good to go. After the first visit I didnt expect anything less than great service. Great company and team. I will use Airtron in the future should the need arise.
SERVICE & REPONSE TIME IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!They came out originally the week before MDW due to my rental propertys air-conditioning freezing. The technician mentioned the TXV malfunctioning. I called back the week after MDW since the air had quit working again to set up the repair. I was unable to get anyone on the phone. I texted the technician who said he would have the office call that day. I did not hear back. I then called on Sunday and put in a service requests. That Sunday I signed up for the maintenance plan through the corporate number who said that on Monday I should hear back from the local Charlotte office on Monday.I called, put in another request, and called corporate several times on Monday and Tuesday so I could provide my tenant an update on when they would have air again. Every time I called corporate all they could do was email the local office.It is unacceptable not to be given an update to confirm that a. the part had been ordered, b. when the part would be shipped, and c. when we can schedule the upcoming repair. I do not recommend wasting your money on a maintenance plan for a company who is unresponsive, and provides no communication or updates.
We had both David Johnson and Zack Fuller out today. They both followed all COVID Protocols.David was here to replace one bank of heat strips. Zack was here to install the Air Scrubber.We were very impressed by both of these gentlemen. Showed professionalism and were attentive to our questions and concerns. After they completed all the work, they explained what was done and insured that we had a clear understanding of what was done and how the new Air Scrubber operated..We couldnt be more pleased with choosing Airtron for our heating and air service.
