From the time they arrived, Cameron and Brody were very polite, extremely efficient and was respectful of my home by wearing their shoe covers and face mask to help protect from COVID. They replaced my filters for me, were very detailed about what they did, and was a pleasure to have in my home. They even played with my dog for a few minutes while going over options to help me get the life out of my unit. I appreciate the extreme professionalism that they had! Thank you for having such honest employees that acted with integrity, that treated me fairness and respected my home and myself! You guys are awesome!!

Josh did a great job fixing our outdoor unit. He was courteous and polite. He called us 20 minutes out to let us know he was on his way, and arrived right on time. He walked us through the entire process and let us know the price of everything before any repairs were done. When my wife and I were comfortable with everything he was done quickly and efficiently. He also took all proper COVID precautions into account. My wife and I admit we were a little nervous about calling Morris-Jenkins having heard both good and bad things, but we were glad to have been proven wrong. Pete was the plumber who assisted us with our leak issue and he was fantastic. We had a leak that we could hear in our living room walls that appeared to be related to an upstairs bathroom directly above. Pete took time to assess the situation, all the while explaining his thought process and the possible scenarios and outcomes. I feel lucky that we had him as our plumber. We live in a house that has three levels plus an attic and he had to have gotten at least 10000 steps that afternoon turning on and off various things to pinpoint our problem. I wish I could say that we ultimately had a small problem to fix but that will not be the case due to plaster walls and galvanized steel in our older home. But Pete was able to provide a good temporary fix to allow us to turn our water back on and remain living in our house while a separate long term solution will ultimately have to take place to update our pipes. Given the complicated nature of the repair, my husband and I were grateful for Pete’s expertise, honesty, and obvious experience. He was methodical and thoughtful, which we appreciated, as I can imagine less experienced plumbers might have dug holes everywhere in search of the leak. I would definitely use Morris Jenkins again, especially if Pete was our plumber. Thank you so much, Pete.

The Morris Jenkins crew put in a new well pump and replaced all the pipes through out my parents house. It was done in two visits but they did a WONDERFUL job both times. I just bought a new home, in which the plumbing needed to be desperately addressed. Morris-Jenkins came highly recommended from my realtor, and we negotiated the agreed-upon work to be done after closing. The Morris-Jenkins team, led by Daniel and Gabe, was absolutely amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time, professional, and went above and beyond - it’s very clear this team takes pride in what they do. They brought a small army of guys to essentially redo all of the plumbing in this home, and they were extremely efficient. For all of the stressors of moving and getting a new home organized, it’s a comfort to know that I will not have to worry about plumbing issues for a very long time. And if something does go wrong, I will absolutely be using Morris-Jenkins again to assist.

I was delighted to get a service man respond to my call in less than 24 hours. The plumbers arrived in protective gear, were respectful and clean and explained things beyond anything I have ever experienced in a workmen coming to repair something in my home ever before. I’ve been a home owner for 45 years and these men might possibly be the best contractors I have ever encountered. The installation professionals arrived exactly on time. They completed the installation of two HVAC units timely, neatly and with very little disruption to my family’s Sunday afternoon. We were hardly aware of their presence, which was important to us. They cleaned up perfectly when finished and were polite and knowledgeable about the system they installed. Very happy with this installation service.

Spending thousands of dollars on unexpected plumbing issues is never easy but I had three experts come out to my house last minute to help me out. First Tyler came out for fixing a clog in my main sewer drain but there needed to be more extensive checking. Tyler made sure to get someone who could help us out as soon as he could. They sent out Graham who was super professional and super knowledgeable. He had an issue with a piece of equipment so he quickly called for assistance. While we waited for a short time he worked on finding other ways to inspect the issue at hand and work out a solution. They sent Mitchell with the equipment they needed to diagnose the issues we were having. Over all we needed a lot of repairs but having Graham and Mitchell(the master of jokes) made it much easier to spend the money to get our house up to par. I have to applaud Morris Jenkins for hiring superb employees that are so well trained and insanely polite, kind and funny. This company really knows how to treat its customers. They even got to us same day on a Saturday! That’s just crazy to me. I will forever be a customer and in-fact I have become a priority advantage customer. They are wonderful and if you are looking for any help or assistance with plumbing give them a call. You will not regret it.

We had Nik from Morris Jenkins out for an AC maintenance check. He was very thorough when cleaning the outside unit which was not the case in the past with other companies. He also was very helpful with information about the inside unit. He did not try to push extra charges or parts to be replaced but provided us with good valid recommendations on how to proceed in the future.

These dudes crushed it! I had my main water line break in my front yards and flood it. They came out same day, diagnosed the issues, and were back to repair the entire line next day. They were super friendly, professional, and explored different ideas to solve the problem to my liking. Couldn’t be happier with result. All the guys that came out were just good guys. Although the type of water heater I have couldn’t be drained due to its plastic components, Dave took time to ensure the unit was working properly. My experience with Morris Jenkins has been awesome. We were selling our home and needed a few repairs requested by buyer to be completed before closing. The agent on the phone was helpful in explaining everything and helping me find an appointment that would fit my crazy schedule. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He took the time to explain the options that were available to me for repair and the associated costs to let me decide how to proceed. He works quickly and efficiently. I normally feel like I’ve been taken for a ride when dealing with service people but my experience was completely different because everyone I spoke with took their time to explain everything to me. When I realized that our air conditioning was not working at 4:45 p.m. on a Tuesday, I called Morris Jenkins for help. I am a Priority member and have used their priority service before, so my expectations were high. Morris Jenkins technician, Robert arrived less than 45 minutes later, which impressed me from the start. In my past experiences with Morris Jenkins, their technicians have always been knowledgeable and courteous. Robert not only raised that bar, but he completely blew it away! He seemed to know exactly what he was doing from a technicians point of view, and he thoroughly and patiently explained our options for repairing the problem.I spent 35 years of my life working in the customer service industry, so I recognize and surely appreciate great customer service when I see it. In my opinion, Robert should be a poster child Morris Jenkins in every advertisement and commercial you produce. I cannot say enough good things about him, except to say that hes the sort of person you would love to have as a next door neighbor.I dont know what accolades the company can bestow upon Robert, but he represents the very reason we will continue to work with Morris Jenkins for all of out HVAC needs. My only disappointment thats that I am limited to giving five stars. Robert, and therefore Morris Jenkins, deserve at least 10 Stars. Zack Morton was really great. He called to let me know he was on his way and was here in 10 minutes. I had a late afternoon understanding that my AC didn’t work so we called Morris-Jenkins. Alex was our technician and called to let us know his ETA for arrival so we can plan accordingly. Upon arrival, he immediately got to work to identify the issue. He took time to listen to what I had already went through, and also explained thoroughly what, and why, he was looking at. He worked late into the evening and maintained courteous professionalism throughout the repair. He explained some tips to ensure we maintain what we had and made recommendations on next steps. Our hot water heater blew out in the middle of the night. I had not used them before but upon recommendations from neighbors, I called Morris Jenkins first thing in the morning hoping that theyd come out that same day to replace. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and friendly. They scheduled me for 1-4pm but said would put me down for urgent response in case something came available.I received a call from a tech an hour an a half later saying he was on his way. He gave me the exact time that he would arrive. A few minutes later I received a text with a link to a google map that showed exactly where he was.The tech arrived exactly at the time he said he would and performed a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me to go over different options. When we decided on our new tank he put in the order and told me the installers would give me a call when they were on their way.I received a call from the installer letting me know when hed arrive and again received a link to a map showing exactly where they were at. When the installer arrived he came with a roll of plastic in hand and covered the path from our attic entry point, down the stairs to our front door to protect the carpet from any water / debris resulting from their work.After the job was done, the installer took me up in the attic and went over everything that he had done and answered a few questions that I had.In all, I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received from Morris Jenkins from the moment I called this morning to the time the installer left after the job was done. Mr. Roger was a great example of what I expect from a service technician. On time, very knowledgeable of task, informative, and good customer service. I have several years of retail and maintenance management so I have a great knowledge of what it takes to keep customers returning and Mr. Roger did great. Even shared some history on the company. Crew arrived exactly at 8am like they said they would. Told exactly what was going to occur and couldn’t have been nicer about it. We had a leak from a pipe feeding the the hot water heater and called Morris Jenkins. The water leak was damaging sheetrock, so a quick response was needed. They came earlier than originally quoted, which also happened to be after hours. Service was prompt and efficient. The joint with the leak was identified quickly and repaired as needed. We were provided with a written quote for the repair once the issue was identified. Good experience all of the way around.

I had a great experience with Morris Jenkins. I always do. My tech was Christopher. He was great. I could tell he was knowledgeable also down to earth. He was prior military so we clicked there. Its nice to see other vets moving on and being productive after serving. I always know who to call when I need HVAC repair. They are a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Will and jarod were personable and knowledgeable. They installed a gas line for my outdoor kitchen. Will explained everything to me so I could understand what was done.

My wife booked them to fix the ac that went bad after just 2 years. The technician said that part was not covered as part of warranty, even though warranrty documentation showed otherwise. The entire time, he was just keen on signing us up for one of their maintenance plans. I had to intervene and told them that we would like to verify with manufacturer, Carrier before doing that. Carrier confirmed that the part was indeed covered under warranty. My wife called Morris and Jenkins back again, but they said that they would still not honor the warranty. Needless to say that we had to find another company, who honored the warranty and fixed it. I guess that they were banking on the fact that it was quite hot those days and expected us to sign up for whatever they were offering.

Rik did an excellent job with the motor install.I called mid morning and Morris Jenkins had someone out by the afternoon. Rik called around and found the parts that were needed for the system. Then, same day, went and picked them up, returned and installed. This was all done on the same day in the heat of NC weather. He was polite and friendly with my kids. He worked fast and efficient. Great company with great service!

Brad gave us a call when he was on his way, arrived on time (to the minute!) and gave a thorough walk through of the maintenance that he would complete. The work was completed in the exact amount of time he estimated, and he made great recommendations based on his findings and explained them in a way that was easily understood. This was one of the most professional, friendly, and helpful interactions we have had with any type of service technician!

They even made me laugh which was nice considering this is not something anyone looks forward to having to pay for and can be very stressful. My water heater died on Sunday evening and Morris Jenkins had a new one installed by 3:30pm on Monday! They were super efficient and did a wonderful job! Zap McGavisk and Tristan Williams we’re super polite, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained the new system to me thoroughly. They took time to clean up my garage after they were done and Tristan even helped me move my belongings back in place so that I was able to get my truck in the garage. I would recommend Morris Jenkins to anyone needing plumbing work!

Your technician Darrell Kimball came to my house today to repair a problem with the indoor blower motor on my AC unit. He was very professional and courteous and made quick work to determine theproblem. Since it is the weekend the new part he needed was not immediately available and will be ordered on Monday. He installed a temporary motor so that we continue to have cooling until the new part is here. I was very pleased and impressed with his work. I asked him for a small favor as he was leaving. I am 74 years old and have trouble getting around. He graciously retreated my debit card and grocery discount card from under the front seat of my car where I had dropped them earlier today. I wasn’t able to get down on the ground to reach them but he came to my rescue.! Thank you Darrell and thank you Morris-Jenkins for having such a caring employee!

They came out same day when I had issues on both plumbing and heating/ac. Had repairs done and installation of new equipment same day or next at the latest and we are talking full installation of new equipment. Didn’t matter that it was Sunday late evening or on a holiday they were there. They were very honest upfront and professional while also friendly and knowledgeable. They were honest that they may be a little higher than the competition but based on all that plus service and people I decided they were the best to go with. Never tried to pressure or upsell me. I can say if you want it done right fast and with the best people they are the way to go. Have used them over and over again and will continue to do so.

Technician came out same day during the time I requested. Very professional, explained what was wrong with my hot water heater, what my options were and his recommendation. Everything is fixed and running smoothly not long after I realized I wasn’t getting hot water.

My AC system was serviced by Zach and he was excellent!!!! Very personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward about issues that needed my attention and possible short term fixes to those issues while I coordinate resolving the major maintenance concerns in the coming months. He was a wonderful technician and in general just a great person to meet! I hope I get him again in the future to service my AC system again.

I just had my A/C serviced, and a new motor installed. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, and kind. I like the fact that they never push to sell you anything, but offer options and advice on the best course of action. I have used Morris-Jenkins for many years, and will continue to do so. Appointment scheduling is very easy, and and their pricing is fair.

Austin came out today and performed maintenance on our AC unit. He was very professional and thorough. Our unit is pretty old yet and he was honest in his evaluation but not pushy in trying to sell us anything. We have the information we need to move forward with current repairs and to plan for future replacement. We appreciated his approach and knowledge.

She helped me fix leaks, repair drains and helped me find the right parts to complete bathroom and kitchen renovations. I also had my AC unit serviced and cleaned. My technician Bryan was incredible! He had the most welcoming smile and presence when he arrived and he was spot on for his arrival time. He was courteous enough to walk me through everything that he was doing. I was so worried because the unit wasn’t working and I have a small 9yr old child in the home and the temperature for the day was going to be in the 90’s on top of me having to be on my way for an interview but he was very adamant about making sure he resolved the issue. I had such a positive experience working with Allen today on my annual A/C service appointment. He called ahead to let me know his arrival time and was very conscientious taking care inside the house. He was able to quickly do the service work and assess a few issues with the A/C and furnace. Allen clearly explained the issues and showed me the pictures to make it even easier to understand. The pricing was also very clear easy and he made the repairs in no time at all! He was very friendly not only to me, but to my pups as well! I feel much better about my system running well for the summer thanks to Allen!

The company was able to get a unit and crew out within less then 24 hours of initial service call. The gentleman arrived on time and went straight to work on new install of a AC unit. They cleaned up after installation and showed me the scope of work done. They were very professional and completed the massive job without any issues what so ever. Jesus Colon was my plumber today. He called offering an earlier appointment than I had booked, which I accepted. When he arrived he asked if Id like for him to wear a mask and/or shoe covers. Rik came out an was AMAZING. He checked my a/c unit for me and went over all the possible scenarios. He even called the manufacturer to see if it was still under its original warranty just in case. I was lucky that it was an easy fix. He was still very kind and to me and even played with my special needs dog while we waited on the a/c unit issue. 10/10 would recommend. I am always hesitant to request services from someone Ive never used before, but calling Morris-Jenkins ended up with the best customer service Ive received in years. Jon was on time, patient (my entire AC unit - inside and out - was frozen) and he waited for it to melt (and ensured the water didnt leak through my ceiling since my drip pan wasnt the proper size!) before determining the cause. He replaced my air filter, didnt laugh at me when he pointed out a 3rd air filter I didnt know I had, and drew a picture of my ac system showing what was wrong so I could best understand my options for fixing. He was SO NICE, and polite, and knowledgeable, and charged me a more than fair price for the time he spent fixing my ac. I HIGHLY recommend Morris-Jenkins - and Jon!
