Workin with Bradham Brothers was an amazing experience. The team was extremely professional, polite, and made sure to minimize the impact they had on me and my wife working from home. The team was hired to replace the AC, Furnace, and all the duct work in our attic. Initially we were expecting a 4-5 day effort. The guys made sure to work extra hours and were able to actually get our entire project done in two days!! They also did an excellent job at cleaning up after each day. You couldn’t even tell they were here. I would recommend Bradham Brothers to anyone that’s looking for HVAC maintenance or any major installation or repair work. The team there is fantastic!

We had an excellent experience with the team the team at Bradham Brothers. They worked with us to replace/redirect our air ducts throughout the attic, as well as replace older AC and furnace units. Their team was prompt, super courteous, and very thorough onsite. They left our space very clean, and even came back to clean some scuffs left on our base boards. Wow, this company is great. I had my AC go out on Sunday and I used their website to set up an appointment for Monday between 8-12. On Monday, I received a text at 8am saying I was scheduled and 20 minutes later a text with the technicians name and some info about him (really nice touch). He showed up on time and spent about an hour here. Usually they come to tell me the issue and try to up sale me. This guy came in told me about the issue, what he fixed and the cost. The rate was reasonable and I was happy to not be up sold. Thank for the great service!

This is our second time using Bradham Brothers. A persistent refrigerant leak and the age of the unit required replacement of one of our two HVAC units. Gary did an excellent job with the estimate and explaining our options. Upon calling Bradham Brothers to accept the proposal, Dillon and Josh arrived the next day. We had a pre-installation meeting and they got to work. They covered up the path from the front door to the attic access to protect the carpet. A new evaporator, heating unit, drain pan, condenser and thermostat were installed. Electrical connection upgrades and gas pipe routing changes were made as needed. Dillon and Josh worked hard, quickly, and quietly to get the job done. Upon completing the job, they reviewed the installation and showed how to connect to the thermostat with our smart phones. I give Bradham Brothers 5 stars and Dillon and Josh an A+ for professionalism.

I was getting quotes on a new furnace and A/C, and added Bradham Brothers to my list at the suggestion of a family member. That was a good call. Gary was very knowledgeable during the quoting process and gave us several options so we could weigh features and price. Their price was reasonable compared to two other HVAC companies we compared. Our system was installed by Dylan, Tim, James, and a couple of others. They were professional and knowledgeable. Everyone wore masks and shoe covers in the house. The installation was clean and everything works great. We had a tricky setup with a humidifier and a generator load-shedding switch. They knew how to handle it all.

My heat pump system was over 25 years old and had limited service time left because R-22 (freon) is no longer allowed by law. I have used Bradham Brothers in the past to install and repair other systems that either I, or my family has owned and they have always been very responsive and professional. I had Bradham Brothers and a few other companies provide me quotes on our new system replacement. While I had researched and provided specs to all companies, they all provided quotes based on their own recommendations, so pricing comparisons were difficult, but by ever measure I could do, Bradham Brothers provide the most value for my money.Of course, my old system began to fail just as the summer heat began a few weeks ago, but Bradham Brothers were able to get my unit functional while my new system was on order. The COVID-19 crisis put another twist into the process, because the Trane suppliers were backlogged for months. I love Trane HVAC products and I was willing to wait for a new high efficiency 22 SEER system. The Bradham Crew delivered my new Trane as soon as the manufacturing backlog eased. The crew was on time, and very neat. They were meticulous to details which I appreciate. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. While the system was quite a complex installation, they accomplished removing the old system and having the new system operational in less than 5 hours. They left all areas clean. The crew I had was knowledgeable and each person focused on their particular area of expertise making the job go smoothly and efficiently.My new Trane system is working great and I would highly recommend using Bradham Brothers to supply, install and maintain your heating and air conditioning systems. I had one of the most dreaded experiences of a homeowner, that point at which you hear your AC blower running for hours but the temperature in the house continues to rise. It’s that gut punch when you know that a significant amount of money is about to leave your pocket. This is where the call to Bradham Brothers turned a bad situation into a good outcome. Mike D. assessed the situation and notified me that after 30 years upstairs AC unit had finally called it quits. Randy G. laid out options for replacement and told me that there was a good chance that I would need to replace my upstairs heating unit also, given it was the same vintage. Randy laid this out very, matter-of-fact, not trying to sell me anything, just laying out the options and the potential cost savings of replacing both units at 1 time vs two separate instances. After deliberation I made the decision to replace my HVAC system upstairs and Randy walked me through multiple options from super high efficiency to just a standard replacement, again with no bias or working to upswell, just the facts and benefits of each system. This guys knows his HVAC, I learned so much that day I think I can teach my own 101 class now. Anyhow, he told me exactly what he was going to do regarding scheduling the install, getting me the appropriate paperwork etc. and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.The Install team of Dillion, Josh and Mike were exceptional. These guys were top notch, they arrived on-time, told me what they were going to do, asked a few questions during the day as they went about their work. Dillion took the time to answer all my questions throughout the day and showed me exactly what they did upon completion of the job. I could not have been more impressed with the install team and Bradham Brothers in general.A couple of days later I noticed that the smart thermostat needed calibration so I called Bradham Brothers about 4pm in the afternoon and they offered to send out a technician that day to resolve the issue. Outstanding Service and Work... this was the 3rd time I used Bradham with before being normal yearly maintenance. But this time we had a 911 situation and they totally delivered. Our issue started with a power surge in the neighborhood (while we were out of town). Caused all sorts of odd issues through the house but upon our return home discovered on a Sunday night around 8pm our HVAC had no power. Even though it wasnt hot or cold outside I made an online emergency appt around 9pm... amazingly enough the tech Alan arrived at my house the next morning at 8:45am. Found the power surge knocked out a panel that controls my zones... they traced down a replacement part in town. Had it delivered by another Bradham employee and fixed the issue - same day - and under the price they quoted me.Alan was outstanding - couldnt be more happy about the service and response time.

This was the 2nd time we have used Bradham Bros for a HVAC system replacement installation in our townhouse. Very professional and a wonderful installation team lead by Matthew. Dillon and Tim were courteous and professional. Dillon introduced himself and Tim on their arrival and explained how the day would go in great detail. He gave names of the different team members involved in the install and what their part entailed. They were focused and conscientious the entire day and kept me updated of their progress. After the unit was installed Dillon patiently explained how to use the thermostat and helped me connect to the mobile app to monitor as I needed. After being in an attic that was over 100 degrees for the better part of the day they still remained as polite and helpful as when they arrived. One of my neighbors has used this company for over 20 years. I called them out to specifically give me a second opinion on a repair that another company had recommended. They were prompt and efficient and very clear, getting to my house to determine the situation. I was very impressed that they made it a priority when there was no promise of getting the job to do the repairs.

I called this company after receiving several recommendations. I have an older unit but in reasonable shape and I wanted it fixed rather than an automatic diagnosis that it should be replaced.My call went into the service scheduler about 3 pm and I was expecting to be told that it would be a few days, but she said it would be later that day. About 6 pm I got a text notification that the service tech was on his way and another text that he had just arrived. He was very pleasant and friendly and I was also pleased that he wasted no time in idle chit-chat on my clock. I did offer that as long he was outside, I didnt care whether he work a Covid mask. He thanked me but kept it on.I was able to give him basic information about the things that I had checked so he went on to test based on that information. Within 5 minutes he had made his first connection showing the problem was backwards and in a switch or wiring connection, and started tracing it backwards from there. 20 minutes later, he had found the issue and repaired it. He completed the hour by recharging the coolant system, and I had an emailed invoice before he left the property.In summary, Id use this company again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else. Their prices were not low, but definitely not on the high side, and he kept it to a minimum by only doing what was necessary and advising against other services that I inquired about because he said it wouldnt be worth it based on the age of my system. I appreciate any technician that discourages unnecessary services rather than trying to pad the bill. He will make it up later as I call for future needs and in recommendations to others.

We had a surprise when we walked upstairs this evening, and discovered it was 82 degrees. After debating, we decided to go ahead and call someone out. Alex was quick to respond. He was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain how he was approaching diagnosing the problem.He quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor), and had the part on hand. He had to build a new bracket for it, since it was a slightly different size. In all, he had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. I haven’t checked reviews for them before because I always had good service. I had no need to look. Had Morris Jenkins come to the house this morning to repair one of our HVAC units. Minimum cost wouldve been $1000 to repair wires but they were really suggesting replacing a unit that didnt need to be replaced. It wouldve been around $10K (!!!) to repair.We called Bradham Brothers for a second opinion. Our technician, Branon, was at our door extremely quickly and fixed the wiring as part of the service call. He recommended replacing the capacitor which would fix the unit. $400 repair job as opposed to the TEN THOUSAND that Morris Jenkins was highly suggesting. Well be using Bradham Brothers for our HVAC maintenance in the future!

Bradham Brothers installed two HVAC Heat Pump systems a couple of years ago for us. They were everything you could ask for from a contractor professional, knowledgeable and timely.Unfortunately one of our HVACs developed stinky sock syndrome. A technician came out to evaluate the problem the same day we called them. The next day another technician was dispatched to treat the problem! What more could you ask for.

Bradham Brothers staff was very pleasant to work with. The job was extensive; they were in our home for two days. On the second day, the lead technician brought our four-year-old grandson a guitar pick (they had talked about guitars the day before). They were amazing during the install and follow-up. My AC stopped cooling yesterday and it was 93°. I called, they scheduled me the same day. It was completely covered under warranty 9 years 7 months after the install. I recommend Bradham Brothers all the time. No regrets.

Bradham Brothers is my go-to choice for HVAC recurring maintenance and new system installation. Back in 2017 I was in need of a replacement unit; I wanted a Trane and had 4 companies come out to quote me on a Trane unit. Bradham Brothers was the ONLY company of the 4 to inform me that Trane did not have a matching air handler/heat pump that would fit my homes unique setup and would result in Trane voiding any manufacturer warranties if a Trane Air Handler and Trane Heat Pump from different unit sets (w/o matching serial/parts #s) were to be used. I called Trane to verify this statement and they in fact confirmed the same. Bradham Brothers saved me from making a mistake that other HVAC companies did not warn me of. There is only one HVAC company that I would use and recommend and that is Bradham Brothers.

After Morris and Jenkins charged almost double (I found out after it was installed), I will never use them again.I called Bradham Brothers this morning thinking my second unit was failing. The foil tape at the bottom of the return box was making the noise.Chris was great and very respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what was going on and gave some good advice. My downstairs heat pump was 19 years old and was struggling so it was due for replacement. The beginning of the 2018 was especially freezing for us and the pipes froze. I called Bradham Brothers and 3 other companies for quotes for a 16 SEER 2.5 ton Trane unit. Daniel came out the same day, was very thorough, answered all my questions and provided me with what proved to be the best quote for exactly what I needed. They scheduled the installation when it was convenient for me. The technicians were all very clean & professional while at my home for the full day of replacing the old unit. I have hired several contractors over the years for various jobs and this company stands out to me as really being exceptional. It wont be long until I call Daniel back to replace my old upstairs heat pump next. Side note... My dog was really happy to finally have heat coming out of the vent near his bed:)

They handled all rebate forms with our service providers and mailed duplicate receipts so we did not have to make copies before mailing in the forms. The attention to detail is awesome.

First time we have used Bradham Brothers for HVAC maintenanace and repairs. We had an issue with our 18 year old heat pump system. They were very responsive, and had a tech here the next morning. The tech Daniel did an excellent job. Very professional, knowledgable, and willing to take the time to explain issues in detail. Bradham Brothers is now our go-to HVAC company, and we will recommend to others.

Lester from Bradham Brothers came with his partner and did an excellent job describing what was going on with my unit, did a few preliminary checks inside and out. Restarted the unit after a short time and now “cool air” ..... they checked the freon and said it could use close to a lb. of freon and left the decision to me, saying it would be ok either way ... I told themto do that while they were here.......Great Company, Great Service, Great Guys.....

I don’t write many reviews, but I just had a ridiculously good experience with Bradham Brothers. This was the first time I used them. I picked them mainly because they are close to my house and I figured, in these busy hot months, maybe being closer meant I would get service faster. In short, we have a leaky unit and have to use the old Freon a couple of times per year. I called at 8 AM expecting to have to wait a few hours or maybe even a day or two. Instead a technician named Alex showed up at 8:30. I was still in my pajamas. That was a pleasant surprise. Since we knew what was wrong, he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very professional, and the price was actually lower than what I’m used to paying. I will definitely call them first next time.
