I came in to get a fill in and new colors. the woman was extremely rude none of my nails were the same size. i will not be recommending this salon to anyone anymore this was utter laziness.

Wonderful experience! I walked in and was immediately greeted and was sat at a station! She was filing my nails within one minute of me being there! From start to finish, I had my acrylic nails filled, painted and dried in under 30 minutes! And they’re PERFECT! Crazy! 10/10 visit!

I came into Lovely Nails & Spa. I was greeted. It was my 1st time coming to that nail shop. I asked how much is a fill in. I was told the fill in would be $60! I thought to myself that the lady had to be joking. But she said it again. I walked out. I will never even consider going back there.

Do not go here. First, I walked in the salon and the nail polish smell was overwhelming and it seems like the salon doesn’t have good ventilation. Second, I made an appointment and they kept me waiting for nearly an hour (with no end in sight) so I ended up leaving without getting my nails done. There was no apology or explanation and to the contrary, they were very rude. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else.

This was my first time there and loved it. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

My nails look great and I didnt have to wait! The nail tech took her time and even did an extra coat since the color I picked was so light. I will return!

Acrylic nails were done with horrible quality. The attitude was like they wanted me out the door ASAP. Natural nails were barely clipped and are showing underneath the fake nails. The unbelievable amount of gel was applied on the nails and it made them look like horse shoes. I wish I could attach a picture so you could see and judge for yourself. I had to file them off at home same evening because I couldn’t stand the feel and the look of those nails. Complete WASTE of money. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

From the get go my Sister in law was complaining about the nails were being put on crooked. Then I was charged $70 & she was charged $50 for basically the same kind of nails. The staff was not friendly. Also the next day the polish was chipping & the nails were popping up off our nails. Ill never use this establishment ever again. Nor will I recommend anyone to go there for any of their services.

Was looking to get my nails done while I’m Charleston with the family and stopped by on a whim. I was not disappointed. CiCi was very professional and friendly. My wait time was minimal and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

DO NOT GO! Research MMA versus EMA. This salon used MMA on my nails, a substance banned by 30 states and the FDA has repeatedly warned against the dangers of it. They damaged my natural nail to save time and money, like using the nail drill directly on my natural nail, and using cheap MMA instead of quality acrylic. The acrylics didn’t even turn out nice, they weren’t all the same length, many crooked, and it was uneven and bumpy. After multiple hours of removing the nails the proper way, my once healthy nails are paper thin because of Lovely Nails. Also, one of the women with short hair was extremely rude. I’m not sure if I’ll return to another salon in the state because of this. Be careful!

I have been here many times before. This IS the place that I chose to be my regular place for pedi’s and that says quite a bit because I shopped around for awhile. Totally satisfied with my service!

My big toenails get terribly ingrown and I squeeze my feet into tight climbing shoes. The last nail place I was going to wasnt removing them completely and I was in pain with movement, in even regular shoes. The technician really listened to my concerns and did a great job getting those ingrowns taken care of. She was gentle and used a blunt instrument first to find my places of pain before removing them with the sharp clippers. I am so grateful, yall have no idea how much relief Im in. I wish I caught the technicians name, but I didnt, so please give her my greatest gratitude!

Walked in 3 times now and after washing my hands was immediately taken care of. Love my pedis with the cheese graters 🤣 everyone is super friendly though I wouldnt say no to more hand massaging!

They are practicing social distancing within the shop, which I appreciate. It is very clean & they use plastic liners in the water tubs for your feet which eliminates nail fungus spreading from one person to another. They are very friendly. I am making this place my regular place to go for a pedicure !

The place is very clean and they’re very kind. My nails were done here in January with a friend. I got long black acrylics while my friend got short pink ones. The only downsides I saw were that the nails fell off within a week. Other than that, I loved them! Will be going back when businesses open again

Worse than one star. Horrible experience, did a terrible job on my nails, and management is completely unprofessional and rude. The owner told me he could do something, but towards the end of the appointment, he lets me know that hes not able to do what I showed him after he assured me twice that he could. I gave him the opportunity to fix the situation and he chose to raise his voice at me and call me a liar in a roomful of other customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The gentleman working said he would be right with me. After waiting around 35, 40 minutes I asked how much longer and he said 10-15 minutes. I understand they didnt have enough help, but he could have given me the common courtesy to let me know when I walked in how long the wait would be. My time with my family is very busy and all that I ask is for them to be honest so I can decide whether or not I have the time to wait This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will not be back.

Hands down best place to have your nails done. It’s been the only place I’ve been consistent with. I’ve been going here almost a year now every 2-3 weeks and will continue.

It was my granddaughter‘s first set of acrylic nails and she loves them.Her technician was very nice to her and done a wonderful job.May go back and have my nails done now.

Every time I go in, somehow the owner and his wife remember my name. Jenny does my nails, and I am always extremely happy with her attention to detail and the time she takes to make sure my nails look the best. I receive compliments all the time on how nice my nails look. Very happy with the prices and service I receive here.

I went here because the other salons nearby were packed. I was worried because of the bad reviews, but everything turned out great. My fiance and I got pedicures, and the ladies were very friendly and took their time to make sure we were happy with their services. I also got a full set of acrylics, and the lady doing my nails was funny and talked to me while she was working. She did an excellent job and had me laughing too. The shape was the best Ive gotten at any place around. I highly recommend this place, you wont regret it.

This is now the third time I’ve been here and I get the same guy every time. My nails look like ski slopes. He cut them short and very poor paint job. Plus I payed too much for this kind of service. Will not be returning. Horrible place.

My daughter & her friend received crappy service along with crappy looking nails and were charged wayyy too much!!! all because they complained about the way their nails looked and wanted their money back they were treated like trash, the lady clipped the nails off with clippers & left them all jagged & uneven instead of removing them and my daughter’s friend was even cut by the nail clippers! If that’s supposed to be good customer service then if hate to see what bad service would be like. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even to have their dog’s nails done.

I asked for an eyebrow wax and they said to come back later. When I first went in, no one said anything to me and someone finally did after about 5 minutes of me standing there.
