Poor quality. No soaking mix for pedicure. Upgraded for exfoliant treatment which lasted 30 seconds. Didn’t clean under nails. Didn’t even file every single nail. No lotion, some weird oil. For manicure.... they wouldn’t even soak my nails and cuticles. Said they use a cuticle oil that “does the same thing”. My French tip gel is chipping on day five. Horrible quality, rip off. Will never go back.

I enjoy going to this nail salon. The staff is friendly. Their service is good. They are 5 minutes from my house.

I always loved this place & the owner is extremely friendly! They always have a spot open for you too when you arrive. I will say though last time we went they charged $20 to paint my 5 yr olds nails. A bit much if you ask me for a child’s manicure. That’s what they charge for an adults.. & the polish came off the same day. 😞

I had a pedicure and gel manicure from Ivy and it was such a relaxing experience and my nails turned out great. I will definitely book with her again next time I am in town and will recommend her to my friends who live in the area.

Tons of dipping colors.very clean and covid safe. Takes great care of my Mother when she gets her nails done as well. A little more expensive but its worth it! Many new covid safety costs and the like. Like I said,its worth it!

Name tags would be helpful. I prefer to have the same technician when I really was happy with service. I only go monthly.I also prefer one with decent English skills. If they wear a mask, communication is impossible.

I am definitely in love with my nails!!! ❤️. Ms Ivy did an AMAZING job!!! She took her time with every inch of every nail and made sure they were even!! I got a dipped acrylic nail job!!! This was my first time receiving this type of nail job!! I most definitely recommend this location. It wasn’t a wait when I arrived!! Mr. Henry was very gentle with my hands and nails when he tried to get the previous nail polish and acrylic off before I switched over to Ms. Ivy!!! This was my first time and by far the best nail salon I’ve visited in Charleston!!! Definitely have a loyal customer 😃

The tech was so wonderful, kept everything sanitary and was very fast, but that didnt hindered her from doing such a fabulous job on my nails. My nails look so stunning after she was done. I will be returning here again because of their great prices and super services!

The staff is very welcoming and they did a wonderful job on my nails! My SNS dipping powder full set looks so wonderful! They took their time and paid attention to detail and not only created a nice lovely shape and design full set nails!!

Took my five year old here for a manicure, as a special mommy-daughter treat. They were super busy and said they were short staffed, but they were very friendly and apologized for the wait. Our manicures were fast, but I was pleased with the results! My polish stayed on for over a week without chipping. They were really sweet to my daughter too. The price was great as well!

I should have listened to the negative reviews. I went in for a manicure, and the nail tech made me remove my own SNS dip powder. She just sat there and said soak and wipe with a paper towel. In my opinion, when you get your nails done its supposed to be a relaxing treat. Unfortunately, I received a bored-out-of-her-gourd nail tech. My nails did not turn out as expected. She left dry skin around my cuticles, and the polish is already chipping. $30 bucks all together with a tip...didnt deserve the tip but.... 👎 I wont be back.

Owner Mimi of Reflections Nail Salon has been taking care of myself and friends in the terrace neighborhood for years.The nail studio is one of the cleanest you can find in Charleston County and the service is warm and family oriented. If you live on James or Johns island, I believe there is no better choice for pedicure or gel service. Even if you dont, its worth a few minutes of extra travel time to be greeted by Mimis gorgeous smile and her experienced, attentive staff.

Not the nicest or friendliest salon BUT I have gotten SNS done here twice and both times it lasted a full MONTH without lifting or chipping. The best Ive gotten from SNS previously was just about three weeks so I am impressed with the consistent quality of the SNS technicians. Cant speak to other services but Ill give SNS 5 stars with the salon experience 4 stars.Edit: They recently renovated and the experience is much nicer now. Im upping to 5 stars.

Staff was unprofessional. I had lost a toe nail a few months ago and had an acrylic placed. I came to have the acrylic nail removed from my toe and after I was told they would do it, several staff members spent most of my time there try to convince me to leave the acrylic on because it would take too much time to take off. Throughout my time there, this became the main event and conversation of the entire salon and it was embarrassing as the salon was almost full. I can easily say I will not be back.

Mary was a very nice woman HOWEVER the prices are REDICULOUS!! And on top of that they charge 25$ to CHANGE POLISH!!😳No file, no clean up, and the old polish was still all over the nails! 25$ for that! And Ive been getting my nails done for many many years and NEVER HAD a set that just popped off the way these did I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone!

Really impressed by their progression and SNS execution. This place used to simply be my lunch hour pedicure spot with one of my mentors every few weeks. Now, I find myself regularly coming to this spot for my SNS manicure and to get a great pedicure. Always my favorite place to go get my nails done!

I was a customer here but when I heard how my friend was treated I will never go back. This friend is a person of color and he was blatantly ignored when he went in for nail salon services. When he finally did get service, the techs did not perform the regular treatment that other customers get. My friend used to own a salon, and knows the difference. I cant think of any reason why this would happen except for racial bias. Not cool in my book. There are plenty more places to get overpriced mani/pedis in our city.

Big Fan! I always go to one on Johns island, because its convenient, but got very tired of the can you come back in 2 hours? (or tell me that you can take me, then let me sink in the soaking tub for 45 mins with cold water, while you finish some girls gel set)... so i went to this place on a whim... definitely worth sitting on the ridiculous maybank bridge.

This little gem is the only place I go to get my nails done. Sweet and caring staff who do a superb job every time. I always get compliments on my mani/pedi and my nails have never looked better or been healthier.

A good place for an acrylic fill, but not so much for a pedicure. Not enough time is spent on rough spots. One day after my pedicure I needed a private.

I am SO disappointed with my service at Reflections! I have always had nothing but the best service here until today. They sent me home with a half-dry, smudged manicure but did offer to fix it if I came back in. I went back this evening and they matched the color in gel. When they were done I asked what I owed, figuring I would pay the difference and tip. Instead they charged me for the full gel manicure on top of the manicure I had already paid for this morning. I tried re explaining the situation but they did not budge on what they expected me to pay. $60+ later for a manicure... no more walking next door to treat myself after my workouts at Studio Barre!
