If I could give zero I would. I asked for one thing with photos and they gave me something else. I came back to talk with them and they refused to help me. I asked for a refund or a redo and received neither. I added photos of what I got and a photo of what I asked for. I have gone here before and loved what I had done. They are nice until you dont like what your nails look like. The youngest one is very very rude. I cant even express how rude. She yelled at and she yelled at my mother. My mother pointed out the artwork on the wall and said can you do that with the reasons of no we dont have those products

I could not have asked for a better service. I will definitely be returning. My nails were done exactly the way I asked. My pedicure was was very nice as well. Every step was followed. Salon was clean. Thank you so much for a very nice job

Great place to get your nails done on a budget. They have gel polish that is awesome and work fast to get you started. Super friendly also.

They do a fantastic job with my nails! Very friendly staff and very clean, steril environment. So important these days! My acrylics lasted a good 2 and a half weeks and the gel manicure still looks great more than 2 weeks in. A little expensive, but worth it for the quality.

I have been going to them since middle school they do an amazing job on my nails. & he knows exactly what I like so I dont ever need to tell him cause he got me. He knows I work a lot with my hands so he always makes them a little stronger. Long story short I love it here & wouldnt go anywhere else.

I got a very basic manicure with regular polish for $15 + tip. They were very nice people, started working on me right away, and asked what shape nails I wanted. They have a lot of pretty colors to choose from! One thing I DID NOT like is they don’t have their prices up anywhere, and they don’t have a brochure or anything with prices. I asked. I still think $15 is a little expensive to get paint on your nails but I rarely get my nails done so I guess that’s why I feel it’s expensive . I know some people are happy spending hundreds on their nails. I’d probably go back again.

Its feels good I wish they had there own shop but I travel just to get my Mani and pedi . Mike and Snow and Cheryl are fam... They care about there work and the quality the drive is worth it..

This place discriminated against my because of my size and would not allow me to get a pedicure. Little do they know I am on a first names basis with the Regal Nails in my home town and they were disgusted by the actions of this location. I have also brought to Walmarts attention the actions of this location. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

The pedicure was quick and poorly executed. I had to request to have my toenails filed evenly and cuticles cleaned. The gel polish was drilled off then the tech attempted to pick the polish off with a cuticle nipper which chipped my nail. This was the WORST pedicure I ever received.

Beware!!!!! poor quality of work. I came here Sunday and got my nails dipped with s&s powder. In less than 48 hours the nail dip literally fell off my nails. When I came to the store to have the issue corrected the owner of this salon could not find the color originally used and told me I would have to pay to have all of my nails re-dipped. He of course refused any type of refund.If you can help it please do not give these people your business. Support better customer service and work quality. I have reported these poor business practices to the Better Business Bureau!

Best nails ive ever had

Ive been going for years to have my nails done and went again today. I have gotten nothing but excellent service from them. I appreciate their excellent work ethic, honesty and their desire to keep their business clean. I have recommended this salon to many of my friends and family members and they have been very happy with the service as well.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I thought that going here would be convenient but this was the worst job ever. My daughter is close to tears because of what her nails look like and I have a gash in my eyebrows like im a rapper or something. She was told she should get square nails because they are more pretty but she wanted coffin shaped. He couldve just told her he didnt know how to do it. I wish I could post a pic!!! The man attempted to tell me my daughters fingers are crooked so thats why the nail is crooked and said I came in without any eyebrows on the ends. I am DISGUSTED. He didnt even apologize. I wish I could give zero stars. Ps it was empty when I first walked in that should have been a red flag.

I love this place. They are friendly, they do great work and most importantly they treat my mom well when I bring her in for her pedicures.

I was told not to go there, that they do a bad job. I thought Id give it a try anyways. A lady that was waiting to get serviced said she likes her nails and always goes there. I previously went to two other places and they were horrible.I went in and the fella did a great job, and made sure he got it just right. I wont go anywhere else! Thank you! How convenient it will be for me from now on since they are located in Walmart.

Rudest customer service. He said he wouldn’t do my nails because I didn’t want them filed before the polish. His reasoning... because it will not look right and people will see my nails and think they do a bad job.... you are suppose to please the customers needs not what you think looks good.

Ive loved going here for years, until yesterday. I went in after not having a pedicure for 2 months, I made jokes when I arrived that I know my feet are horrible, but Ive been busy and couldnt come. Dont scream, I said jokingly,I know its bad. I just havent had the time.All was fine, until the owner refused a specific request during a pedicure, to use the tool that smooths the ripples off my toes. He told me I didnt need the service, even though it is a routine part of their pedicures. Then the kicker.... in addition to telling me I dont need my toes buffed,he says...the problem is you need to come in more often, that is the problem.I went through several defenses. I say: Im paying for a service, will pay extra, thats what I want....you should do a more through job, not less, if I havent been in for 2 months. NO, he says: Problem is you need to come in more often, that is the problem.NowI admit to cursing and regret saying, Fxxx you! But, how dare he say I need to come more often and how dare he deny me a service I requested and willing to pay for if necessary!!!Long story short, I refused to pay...he called the cops...cops had to negotiate a fair payment for the services I had received...amazing! You choose where you want your pedicure/manicure. I would not recommend this salon,.

I wouldn’t go back. I got my nails done a week ago with gel polish and it’s peeling. I’ve NEVER had gel nail polish that peels off. It gets worse everyday! Waste of money.
