I will never set foot in this place again. I’m a straight dude so a mani-pedi for me is about as basic as it gets. The lady made no attempt to communicate with me she just grabbed and tapped my feet and legs to get them where she wanted. There was no foot rub or calf massage. She scrubbed the callus on the ball of my foot and the un-calloused skin above it until I was bleeding, then she ignored all the other callouses. She refused to acknowledge that she had wounded me. She just kept wiping the blood away and looking out the front window, or turning her head 360 degrees to look at the fish tank behind her, while she was working on me! All so she could avoid looking at me.By the end of the treatment the foot bath was pink with my blood.After my service, my nails were dry, jagged and chipped, as if they had been chewed off and there was still dirt under them. She didn’t buff the nails at all and I had to insist that they put a clear coat on them because they were going to send me away dusty as a chalkboard eraser.The nail pictures were taken after I stopped the bleeding and tried to smooth out the edges.Spend your money elsewhere!

Just wanted basic gel nails and regular toe paint. $40 wasted. They looked terrible. Went back as they agreed to fix it..different technician couldnt find my color and ended up painting 8 nails a different shade. So disappointed. I would not recommend.

Best place to get your nails done. They have always gone above & beyond to help my daughter & me. We absolutely love them.

3 weeks ago.Paid 40$ for the glow in the dark SNS powder and got 4 tips added. After a week the tips had broke away from the glue, and the nails didnt even glow. This wasnt worth my time or money. I will never go back again. Found a new place in Mebane NC, my new to go place. Quality work and much cheaper.

This place is close to home and has decent prices - thats the best comment I can make. If youre looking for stellar quality, great customer service, and happy employees, this is not the place. If you want a cheap-ish pedicure from someone who will cut your toe, not apologize, and just move on without comment, this place is it. Dont have any real expectations when you come here, and you wont be disappointed.

Nails were boxy and too thin😕

Mediocore job at best. The salon is not clean as the tables had dust all over them. They kept on throwing skin, nails, etc on the floor. Gross.Update: 3 days after gel manicure, 2 of my finger nail polish chipped off.

This place is nothing fancy and the culture doesnt provide for a lot of small talk but Christina is the best nail tech Ive ever had and the staff is actually very friendly. If youre in Chapel Hill, give them a try.

Waited over 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged me, or the other 2 ladies there. I understand that sometimes youre busy, but the customer service was very poor. Just go somewhere else, there are plenty of GREAT nail salons in the area!

Nice people but terrible at nails. Every time I’ve gone, my acrylics start to fall off after a couple days and the paint job was bad from the beginning. Cheaper than other places but there’s a reason.

Will not return I paid 25 for original set and some of my nails broke easily so I came back early for fill in and they charged me 35 for shorter set. I repeat WI.LL NOT BE RETURNING and I do not rec
