I really dont get my nails done bc Im all natural, but considering my birthday is Sunday my fiance went all out as usual. Due to COVID they no longer serve drinks, but all in very efficient, courteous, and friendly. The plus is the fact that I loveeeeeeed everything from my Deluxe pedicure to my acrylic manicure 💅 to my email eyebrows being arched they are freaking awesome!!! I will never go here again my nails and toes look like a 5 yr old did them. Acrylic to thick and lop sided nails and toes uneven and crooked. TINY did a horrible job I paid $61 for some mess. Taking advantage of people when they get off work and tired HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

I have been here twice now and you get way more time spent on You then any other place I’ve been to. I feel like you get way more bang for your buck!!

An older gentleman with glasses did my pedicure. HUGE mistake!!! My acrylic overlay was filled horribly too thick, not smooth nor natural looking.I can tell he was not trained to use acrylic. My toes nails were filed down and shaped uneven. The worst part was the gel polish. The gel polish was painted on super super thick. A kindergartener could have done better!!!! DO NoT go here!!!!

I used to love red carpet and went to them for years but a lot of the techs that were there are not there anymore. My last visit with them I did a walk in so I knew Id have a wait and things of that nature but, the person who started my nails was not the person that finished my nails. Also there is one employee that has been there the entirety of the place being open and I dont know how he is still there. Every time he does my nails theres always an issue and he doesnt do a good job but. I would have given this place another chance but when going to pay they acted like they had an attitude that I didnt add a tip on my card. I was going to tip in cash. I wont be back

My nails were poorly done ( for my fathers funeral). I was charged $40 for a full set and then an additional $10 for shape and length, PLUS an additional $30 for 6 designs I didnt ask for. Thats right, $85 for a set.The person who did my nails was upset to see someone correcting her work. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will not go back.

I came in at the last minute and they welcomed me in. Had a less-than fulfilling day but their expert hands worked quickly and in no time my nails were polished and I was smiling, ready for a good evening!I’m thankful they permitted me to come in-thinking I was almost was too late!My nails look feminine and alluring (when just moments ago they looked as if I had been climbing trees and John fixed my sore toes-he did a great job! Took his time and did it the way I like. I was so surprised- the cost was less than I anticipated but the quality was there! I’ll be back!!Thanks guys!

$50 for a pedicure and they couldnt clean the polish around my nail bed. It looks sloppy and he didnt file my nails the way I asked.

I rarely get my nails done because I usually do a better job painting them than the nail techs. This nail shop is close to me so I decided to give it a try. I loved it! My massage was AWESOME and the pedicure looks good too! Amy did a GREAT job! I agree that they are a bit pricey, but Im not upset about it.

Wait time normally 30mins at a min. Soda, Wine, Daiquiri, etc for clients. Best thing about this place is its 20% off between Monday thru Thursday.

My husband and I went here for 2 pedicures. The service was rushed We just went on Saturday my toenails are already brown from the top coat and they charged us twice because their internet runs slow so when I used my apple pay they said it didn’t go through( their machine was still loading) Meanwhile I get an account alert that it went through. They said it didn’t. ... they guarded the door like we were going to leave. Lol... They kept asking us to pay again and just come back Monday and get the money????? We will never spend our money with them. First and last time customer.. Monday came and they played like they didn’t know English

I had never had a manicure or pedicure before and went here from a friends recommendation. You are not acknowledged when entering, there is no one running the front desk.As other women came in after me, they were offered drinks but I never was. Other women were also given pillows for their hands during manicures and I was not. Maybe it is because I look a little young, but I felt like I was not being treated with the same quality experience as the other customers around me. I went with traditional polish this time to test the waters.The polish job was unfortunately uneven; second coat missing in some areas, polish missing completely on some sides, and sometimes painted over the cuticles.I went home and repainted them myself. I will not make the mistake of coming here again.

Lyly did an excellent job on my nails today. I walked in without an appt and was helped immediately. I havent been in awhile but decided to try again. Will come back. I love the wine bar. She was very nice and friendly.

Over 27 years, I have been to numerous nail salons in Dallas, Arlington and Cedar Hill and have NEVER received a foot fungus from an unsanitary salon. However, I visited Red Carpet on December 23, 2019 (1st visit) and January 14, 2020 (2nd visit) in Cedar Hill as it is near my home. On the 2nd visit I received a severe foot fungus, broken blood vessels under the toe nail and foot infection. I should have known something was awry when the nail tech cleaned my feet with a brush and placed it back in her caddy! The next morning my feet were burning and for the next 3 days I could not wear shoes. The top half of each toe nail had the be cut off to save the toe nails. I visited a week after to file a complaint/ request a refund and the staff laughed. This explains why they offer 30% off services. If you want healthy hands and feet save your money and stay away from this place. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT.

I went yesterday for a pedicure and full set. It was packed when I came in but it being close to the holidays, I agreed to wait with the understand that it would be a long wait. I arrived around at 6:00 pm and didn’t leave until 9:00 pm. I started my pedicure first thinking that the person doing my feet will also do my full set. It was 8:30 and I asked if she would be doing my full set. She told me she doesn’t do full sets. I asked who would, she flagged somebody down and his response was that everyone is busy and that they were getting ready to close. I called for the manager and he never responded. He never apologized for not getting someone to me or even mention that he looked over the fact that I’ve been there for 3 hours and only received a pedicure. I didn’t make a scene just paid for my pedicure and walked out. The work is t that good...over priced even with a 20% discount. I WILL NOT be back and discourage anyone from patronizing. They are in business for money and have no concern for the service provided, whether good or bad they just want to get the job done!

I’ve been going here for a while. Lately they’ve been giving me the same person who continues to mess up my nails, doing a poor job and complaining about how long it takes. My dip is uneven. Very rough and rude when doing my nails. Wrong color was brought to me instead of saying the color I picked was not in stock. It’s only been a week and they’re lifting. Never has happened with the previous nail techs I’ve had here. Makes me not want to go anymore.

I had Kathy as my tech. For the first time doing this she was gentle and informative. I came on a Sunday and they had mimosas which was nice. My wife loved her nails, shes been to a lot of salons and Ive never seen her this satisfied with her nails before. We will be coming back! And on game day too, to watch the game!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I asked for French v-tips all acrylic . Nail tech told me She couldn’t do solar, so I settled for gel. When it gets to the painting part, sis literally slaps the paint on and all the v’s are uneven, the paint is lumpy. Then she had the nerve to tell me she don’t know what i wanted. It looked like my 3 year oldNiece painted my nails and I whole heartedly mean that. So i ended up leaving unsatisfied while spending 2 1/2 hours at this shop. Now I see why it wasn’t packed on a Saturday

I’ve been here before with little wait, but usually came around 11am. Today was a 35-45 min wait. They do not have enough techs. They do not acknowledge u hardly. Won’t be back. Nice and attractive place though!

I used to go to a different nail salon in Cedar Hill, but when this place opened up and I tried it, I decided to make it my main nail spot. The staff is friendly and they actually have someone greeting you at the door and helping you to decide what you want. The nail techs are very professional and personable. I definitely feel taken care of when I leave. 👌

I have been coming here ever since they first opened and Im very impressed with this place. They always have fast and friendly service coupled with a great atmosphere. This is the only place I will come to take care of my nails.

I come here all the time but I won’t be anymore, the manager over charged me by $25 I went back to fix the the other manager gave no attempts to get it fix was rude and lied and said there were no managers there when I first talked to him. When I asked another employee turns out he was the manager. It was a simple fix to refund my card $25 since I was double charged but did not care nor give any respect to me as a customer spending over $100 every time I come.

They have a bad service 2 times I get there 45 minutes to close and they say we’re busy and going to close. I asked the guy u still have time he said you come late I said no late is closing not coming 45 minutes before and he just smiles.

This nail salon is always so clean! TK gives the best manicure in town. They really pay attention to the details. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and have always been pleased.

Very poor customer service, they have a sign on the door that says they close at 8:00 pm. I got there at 7:15 pm and they guy said that nobody could do my nails. He told me to come back the next day or come earlier, but the day before I got there at 10:15 am and they said the same thing!!! Terrible, never coming back. Another client that will find a new nail salon!!!!

One of their main techs left. I went back with hopes I would become someone elses client, to my surprise, I was not welcomed. I believe, because I was a former employees client, David, the manager wanted nothing to do with me! Im getting in touch with corporate to inform them, their store manager took money out of their pockets & his customer services skills are non-existent! Im NEVER GOING BACK! This area is saturated with their competition, Ill give my business to them!

Again I am a sucker for great customer service. The receptionist was very accommodating and polite. He ensured that the other guest and myself were seated and serviced in a timely manner. I loved the pedicure and planning to return on Mothers Day.

After reading some great reviews, I thought that I would try it out, but now I wish Id gone somewhere else because the price was outrageous for the service I got. Im guessing my nail tech was new because the owner stood over her for 10 min, just watching her work. Im giving one star bc the callus removal was half done, the cuticle removal was half done, the hot towel treatment was only applied to one leg, and my nail tech was on her phone constantly. Sigh.

I normally dont take time out of my day to write reviews but this time I had to. They are definitely not after money because their customer service sucks and so does their work. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she did something different. I told her I wanted my nails shorter,she then argued with me saying short nails are for older women. After going back and forth for a while, she still refused to fix them so I let it go. When she got done I got charged for what she gave me and I didnt even want it. Honestly, I loved this place the first time I went,when they first opened. But I guess you stop caring about how you treat customers when your clientele goes up.

Went to get eyelashes! My eyes burned the entire time. Her response was, its a new STRONG glue, its BETTER! Two days later, a cluster has fallen off. The lady stuck the glue to my eyelid and kept pinching the heck out of my eye with the tweezers to get the glue off! Not to mention, I left looking like Bozo The Clown by the eyes from the WHITE glue! I tried covering it up with mascara. Yes the facility is clean and staff is friendly, but not all are efficient in all services.

My daughter & I had mani-pedis & the pedis were terrifically relaxing &the ladies knew what they were doing & did it well and the chairs were comfy. I had a full-set solar nails that lasted the longest ever & my daughter got a full-set acrylic, they were both beautiful. We were very pleased. The customer service was good, we were given drinks & everyone was accommodating & helpful but I felt what we were charged was a bit excessive. Good location as well.

They close at 7:30 I made it by 6:30 and they said they couldn’t help me! Another day I show up on a Wednesday at 3:45 and they have no body to “help” me! When clearly there was one nail tech on her phone. Also “TK” was available but he says “he doesn’t do nails on Wednesday’s”! That’s why this Place is loosing customers!! Horrible! I would give 0 starts!!

Horrible service! The lady who did my nails did a very tacky job. First she started putting the acrylic on my thumb nail that still had some of the old acrylic from the nail tips she removed. I had to ask her to file it off some more. So then she puts the acrylic on unevenly, and when I asked her to fix it she just added more which made it lumpy. The nail on my other thumb looked smaller so I asked her to fix it and assured me she would. So then she starts filing my nails down and cuts me on my cuticle with the little electric file they use not once, but twice, I let it slide since she apologized. So then she cuts me again! When I asked her to stop the third time she acted like it upset her so I asked if someone else could do them. So instead of apologizing she starts arguing with me and making a scene. Even after they had another tech attempt to fix it they still dont look that great for what they charged me. After demanding a discount for my pain and suffering all the manager took off was a measly $5.00. This was my second time coming here and I wasnt that thrilled with the way they did them the first time either. I figured if I went back and someone else did them maybe Id have a better experience. Theyre too expensive to do such a lousy job so I wont back. The free drinks arent worth it and I had a bottled water anyway.

Clean place, drinks, and a nice staff. Helen did my pedicure and I absolutely loved it. She was so nice! Im always for great customer service and they have %20 off Mon thru Thursday.

I went for a pedicure and the owner gave me someone who only does manicures. She kept asking me who normally do my pedicures because she dont do pedicures. Then she went and got another person which refused to do my pedicure. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. The manager is not friendly and Ive had better experience else where.

This place is nasty. Licensing came in due to a complaint yesterday. Several employees started throwing away used utensils. Please make sure that all files are new, because they have been reusing them on other customers. The guy even threw the sterilized utensils in the trash which lead me to believe that they aren’t even sterilizing their utensils. I left feeling disgusted. My nails weren’t up to par, because the guy was too worried about what the inspector was doing. I am getting my nails soaked off today.

Too expensive. Ive been there 3 times. This last trip, which will be my last, I got a Mani with shellac and a pedicure for $70 and the nail tech had to jump in and show the young man that spoke very little English how to do my feet. He did not even do a good Job scrubbing my feet. I was very disappointed. The customer service is not good enough to charge what they are charging.On the bright side my nail tech was very nice, the guy that couldnt do anything was good at the short massage he gave me. But I am not going back because they are worth what they charge.

I visit regularly and at first I didnt like it. Now that theyre under new mgmt I like them a lot better. Finally they listen to me and do what I ask. I like the atmosphere and its very conveniently located. They are a little pricey but I make up on saving gas. Im very satisfied now!! Glad I gave it a 2nd chance.

I only went here because it was recommended by a few friends but boy were they wrong... maybe it was the alcohol they drank that caused them to have such rave reviews but this is definitely a place Ill NEVER give a dime of my money to again.They were super nice when I walked in his immediately got two people working on me, one for my hands the other my feet, great UNTIL the ladies needed to contort my body so they could do my nails & feet. For some reason they couldnt sync and had me feeling like I was playing a game of twister in the chair. Next, the lady kept cutting me with the pedicure tools & then the lady doing my nails says youre too tense, maybe you need a drink, well geesh if I werent being cut, I might not be tense. Then, the young lady messed up my nails but vowed to fix it, an hour later, still unable to fix it, she shows the owner & then they say something to each other & its done.. Im thinking since you can see that my nails are messed up, youre definitely discounting me right? WRONG!!Its a no for me forever....

If u get traditional pedicure and r 2 friendly with your tech. They will half do your pedicure (they was on point at one time, but not today) rub lotion on your leg, and say okay honey all done. My nails from there has always been lackluster, so I stop getting them done there 3 pedicures ago. And the so call margarita is disgusting, taste like unfiltered water, been in that machine too long and obviously theyre lying about any alcohol in there. So if you decide to go, be ready to be overpriced for medicore work. Im done, wont ever go back. Theyre (well some, not all) maybe 1 or 2. R lazy and fake. When the manager came to assist me, he took up for his tech, kept getting up from fixing my pedicure, moved very slowly and when I asked him why. I have to help other customers, with a staff of about 20. But arent I paying customer, who has already been here over an hour?? Customer service HORRIBLE. And if you pic gel color, watch closely, the 2nd time Ive been there, the color of the Polish did not match what I picked.

Got my nails done on Sat, by Mon, shellac was chipped. & KRYSTAL charged me $41, but I see a pic of their sign on one of the review & see that shellac w/mani only cost $35. Wont be back...ghetto, unprofessional atmosphere. Not to mention that I was never offered a drink, yet everyone around me had one.

I wish I could give a negative 3 stars!!! I only post when its BAD. I think this will be my 6th post in my entire life! IM BIG ON SANITATION!!! NOTHING MEANS MORE TO ME THAN A CLEAN PLACE WHEN I GET MY NAILS DONE! This place was so nasty that 1) Im calling the health department in the morning to see how often they visit nail salons and to visit this one and 2) from now on Nordstrom spa will be the only place to do my nails. To me the dirtiest tool in a nail salon is an emery board. That is the one thing that cant be sanitized like the nail clippers (it matters if a persons nail is cut too close and they bleed). This place used the same boards over and over and over again. I had to ask them to clean the foot scrubber and then the pedi was bad. I paid $38.00 for the pedicure that my 5 year old niece could have done a better job at. I was very pissed! When you want quality you have to pay for it. Ive gone to Nordstrom in the past and was very pleased.

I have been here in maybe 4 separate occasions. The first was awesome. My husband surprised me and I only agreed to got a pedicure (I didnt know their work). All went well it was clean. Fast forward toto and next time I go. I get a mani and pedi. The tech was amazing even though she was in the phone and keep saying she had an appointment coming in soon. I have a constant problem with my nails being unevenly leveled after acrylic but that is everywhere. Ok the last time I went was to get a green, white, and black marble design. Before I sat down with anyone I told the manager who was doing reception that this was important to me and if they couldnt do it I understand. I showed him pictures of different designs that iI the be fine with and he said o we can do them all THE BIGGEST LIE EVERY TOLD. He said I will get him to polish and someone else will do the design. No one could do the simple design. We went threw 4 choices. No one could do either. The last option design choice (polish color on tip with the white line... oldest design ever) no one could do. Im pissed I ask him do they have mandatory skill training. The owner says I cant anyone to go. He then gets an attitude starts asking me do I do nails do I know what Im talking about. Boom why yes I was trained Im a lisenced cosmetologist. We learn it all. We have a conversation that pisses him off to the point of my service being free. All I said is its poor management and ownership for your employees to tell you they are not learning new skills and refuse to take skill classes and you dont replace them This is poor customer service.

The customer service was terrible (aside from the receptionist). The nails were a while other story.. they were even worse!! I told them it was dip with tips. So of course it costs extra, understandable... told him how I wanted them shaped(coffin). I sit back and let him work... he gets done and they were terrible.. they were lumpy uneven, way wider than my finger, they were over the skin and definitely NOT coffin shaped... the top coat missed half the nail. And he cut me just clipping the tips... Get my ticket and was up charged for the shape, tips and color because I chose the two middle fingers to be a different color. I will not be returning, it is definitely NOT worth the money...

I live in DeSoto. I was going to McKinney to get ombré nails and decided to try this place in DeSoto. Solid color and glitter tips. 1st visit was great! On This visit I left with a full set of white glitter only nails. The guy at the front said the colors I picked did not = ombré —as though I should have known. At the point I chose the colors the tech should have informed me. I paid my $100 n left a tip— he did not say thank u but did choose to walk away. I could have left my impression in a different way but chose the high road today. Service matters. I will not visit this establishment again and neither will the 12 members of my book club.

First off I had to TELL the gentleman to sanitize MY BOWL😡I should’ve left then🤦🏽‍♀️I showed this pic & we chose the powder.I had to tell her to take the LUMPS/BUMPS out, so someone else came over to do that bcuz she didn’t know how! I believed I was in better hands and DOZED OFF, and woke up to see that they DID NOT USE the polish I CHOSE.I asked the lady to use my colors and she said ok butNEVER WOULD pick up the polish I chose, so I told her to stop and get the mgr for assistance bcuz MAYBE she couldn’t understand ENGLISH.The lady would NOT STOP & I had to PULL MY HAND AWAY from her, then she begin to speak CLEARLY saying that she was going to “do like the PICTURE” and “CHANGE COLOR” and I “would LIKE”...I demanded she get the mgrlooked down at my feet and the guy was trying to cover his mistake before I pointed out that he was polishing OVER hot pink nail polish w/ WHITE gel polish.Well CLEARLY the pink color started bleeding through the WHITE coverupCausing a white swirl mess!Then he wipes it off as though he was sick of meLIKE I WAS THE WRONG ONE!The mgr came over & didn’t help the situation. He simply told me they couldn’t help me.I got up to leave bending over to grab my shoes and my bottom accidentally knocked over their stool... a totally dif guy working there starts yelling at me telling to get out and accusing me of throwing their “furniture” around. OMG!!! I’m not even close to being that type of person! This situation was embarrassing and I will be sure to spread how terrible the customer service was from at least 4 of the workers!I will Never go back to this place again!

My first & last time was yesterday. i had to constantly tell the lady kim that did my nails how i wanted my nails and they still came out the wrong way! she kept asking me did i want my eyebrows waxed i told her NO! MORE THAN TWICE she still did them on her own & when it was time for me to pay, she switched my words around and tried to add extra to my bill. horrible service! will never go back

I told them several times the color I wanted on my nails and they still gave me the wrong color! The lady doing my feet did it totally wrong! And its lumps in my powder dip nails! I told the light skinned girl everything that was going on and she acted as if she didnt understand English either!!! So I ended up drinking up damn near all they margaritas so I can not think about how they just messed my hands and feet up!!!! I wont ever go back unless I wanna free margarita!! Then Ill drink and go to another nail salon! ! Lol...I just cant get over the light skinned girl acting like she didnt understand lol! Just because you work around folks that dont understand English dont mean you have to act like you dont speak it either!! Lol!

Relaxing atmosphere, I havent felt rushed like at other places, thats what I like!

The Asian lady at the front desk is rude and some of the workers can not speak nor understand english.
